Health Information Simplification, Nutrition, Sunlight, Iron Deficiency & Comprehensive Approach Context And So Continues The Meaning Of Life & Existence (Part 7b)

Food Fight #49

Read Part 1 - ”All Ways To Communicate Begin With Definition & Context And So Begins The Meaning Of Life & Existence” (Part 1)

The Basics Of Health

Optimal health requires optimal awareness and attention. The basics is one thing composed of many inseparable things. It's not possible to do the minimum (like eating better and/or exercising) and get the maximum (like health). These are good places to start but there are other aspects to us and our health. The only way to achieve health is by giving attention to our four basic inseparable aspects: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

These aspects are already integrated as parts of our total being. These aspects affect our health because what we are made of and what makes us who we are, affect health. Since we are always affected by anything and everything about us, a comprehensive approach to health is the only approach to health. Full attention to the full self is a non-negotiable requirement to achieve the one and the same - health/fulfillment. The following basic ideas and perspectives will be helpful:

1. Increase nutrition, reduce toxins and get adequate rest. If there is a child in our care, what are we giving them if we're not ensuring they receive these things daily?
2. For more specific ideas, review the list of ”Food Nutrition Health Information.”
3. ”Expanded Definitions: Reality, Illusion & Delusion For Everyone.”
4. Are you getting some sun? It is an overlooked nutrient that does multiple things. We are people of the sun. Sunlight is beneficial to all of our four basic aspects.
a) The Importance of Sun Exposure (1)
b) The Benefits of Responsible Sunbathing (2)
c) Benefits of Sunlight (3)
d) Benefits of Sunlight: A Bright Spot for Human Health (4)

By himself, the sun is powerful. Imagine the possibilities when we combine the entire nutrition family? This should be inspiration enough to avoid a reactive passive approach to health (neglecting our complete selves and then hoping someone else can improve our health without us having to do anything to improve in any of the four areas that constitute health).

The best advice we need to hear, health “experts” rarely give. What they should tell us are sensible things like, “Stop neglecting yourself.” or “Stop doing what got you into this mess,” or “Do the opposite of what you're doing now” or Take a right turn here and keep going until you get there.”

The question doctors and other professionals do love to ask is “What brings you here today?” (Now we're getting somewhere!)

What has brought us to this place at this time? We can answer this question without anyone's help. We must perform ongoing assessments of our health. We must avoid the false sense of health security from following and passing the standard list of medical checkups. The physical is only one of the four areas we should be checking on a regular basis.

When we must seek assistance, we should choose those who know health means comprehensive. If they practice this belief then nutrition and prevention will be discussed at each visit. Prevention is the best use of our time and other resources, Prevention is that proactive pound of cure we're looking for. Prevention is being proactive and being proactive is a prevent offense. Preventions can sometimes lessen the need for treatments and sometimes have healing effects.

The only way to experience life & existence as intended is to have health. The only way to have health is be whole. The only way to be whole is to address the whole. When we do not, we always unwittingly work against our health. We become efficient at being deficient.

Iron Deficiency

According to the World Health Organization, “iron deficiency is the most common and widespread nutritional disorder in the world. It is the only nutrient deficiency which is also significantly prevalent in industrialized countries.”

”The major health consequences include poor pregnancy outcome, impaired physical and cognitive development, increased risk of morbidity in children and reduced work productivity in adults. Anaemia [caused by iron poor blood] contributes to 20% of all maternal deaths.” (5)

According to a 2005 Duke University report, “the symptoms of iron deficiency range from anemia, fatigue, weakness, and cognitive deficits to serious heart complications and developmental disorders. Low iron levels can even influence the development of hereditary blood disorders, Parkinson’s disease, and certain cancers. More than 80 genes start to malfunction when people don’t get enough iron. All this comes from the lack of one nutrient. Some of these genes are known to be vital in generating energy, copying the cell’s genetic code, and protecting the cell from free radicals and aging. The effects of others are unknown, meaning iron deprivation may cause even more side effects than currently recognized.”

“Iron deprivation actually reprograms the metabolism of the entire cell. Without this nutrient, there is a complete reorganization of how cellular processes occur.” (6)

There is an abundance of iron in the natural world in plants. When plants are grown as intended and eaten as intended, we should not be deficient in such a fundamental and widely available nutrient. Viewed another way, many of our health problems are related to our lack of overall attention. This “attention deficient disorder” is something we can fix anytime we choose, choice by choice. These same choices are also essential and beneficial to mitigating and sometimes eliminating the more commonly known ADD.

Who Doesn't Know Nutrition Solves A Slew Of Problems?

Despite nutrition being the most fundamental of needs, nutrition is either absent or stated as a secondary consideration by many “experts.” Perhaps those questions on intake forms cover it. Rarely is nutrition discussed as the primary treatment consideration. When was the last time someone whose advice we followed discussed nutrition with us?

In reality, it's not their job. They didn't take us to raise. “Experts” are treatment-oriented - sick person in; still sick, but treated patient out and in and out... In addition to the side effects from these prescriptions, there is an overall lingering effect. The lack of extensive care eventually leads to the need for intensive care. Despite this crisis, many of us never receive care because our condition goes undiagnosed. If we took a good look at ourselves, we'd see it. This is why self-diagnostic care is a non-negotiable part of health. It is an individual responsibility to be nutrition-oriented. Who has anything better to do at any given moment?

We must study, listen and learn more about our entire self. When we do need to seek assistance, we must research information before, during and after any advice and treatment. We must also become more literate about our physiology, even down to the biochemical level. If we are anything at all, we are a bunch of elements and a bunch of cells. Learning more about these bits and pieces that build the blocks of health will improve our appreciation of what works for us or against us and how. We will hesitate and question before putting or allowing anything in. We will urgently seek what nourishes and, as we grow in awareness, we will remove and reject what doesn't. Improved understanding is achievable if this is the expectation. The natural outcome of this ongoing process is health.

Know thyself is more than just an intellectual mandate. It is also about the innerworkings, outerworkings, interconnections and outerconnections of bodies, minds, emotions and spirits. Maturing in this comprehensive point of view will not only improve our decisions, it will simplify them down to two words – nutrition and health.

Early Signs Of Spring - Four Divine - Geb, Shu, Tefnut, Nut

Before plants like the dandelion, daffodil or any budding branches, there are signs Winter is out of encores and Spring is about to take centerstage. Animals know it before plants begin to show it. It's the instinctive living of early birds that has mostly given away one of Earth's most anticipated surprise gifts.

1. The ground has puffed up like a spongy, air-filled cake. This can be felt when walking on it. It's as if the womb has expanded to take in air and water and allow stretching room for roots and seedcoats. Geb accommodating Shu and Tefnut under the overseeing presence of Nut.
2. A solitary robin or two has been hanging out on this puffy earth whereas all Winter they have not done so. They must hear and feel the earthworms and other insects rising towards the warming surface.
3. The nomadic sparrows have rebuilt their nest.
4. Cardinals were bark-hopping - two males in pursuit of one female.

Genetic Determinations: Sickle Cell Anemia & Thalassemia, Same Terminology Context As Twice Before And So Continues The Meaning Of Life & Existence (Part 7a)

Read Part 1 - ”All Ways To Communicate Begin With Definition & Context And So Begins The Meaning Of Life & Existence” (Part 1)

Some anemias are caused by hemoglobin disorders. These disorders are inherited and genetic. By six to twelve months after birth, (2)(9) there are two active hemoglobin proteins (9) – alpha and beta. Thalassemia occurs when one of these is defective. (1)(2)
1. Alpha Thalassemia is caused by a gene that affects alpha-globin. (1)(2)
2. Beta Thalassemia is caused by a gene that affects beta-globin. (1)(2)
3. By reason, since Sickle Cell is a hemoglobin disorder and there are only two hemoglobin proteins, Sickle Cell must be the result of a gene that affects either alpha-globin or beta-globin. It turns out that Sickle Cell Anemia is caused by the gene that affects beta-globin.(3)(4) Since defective beta-globin meets the criteria for Thalassemia, Sickle Cell Anemia must be a form of Beta Thalassemia.

All Hemoglobin Disorders Cause Red Blood Cells To Look Different

According to the National Library of Medicine (NLM), certain genetic defects cause the blood cells to take on abnormal shapes (such as sickle cell anemia and thalassemia).(5) This is corroborated by the Mayo Clinic (6), by NLM again via Pubmed.gov (7) and by the following paraphrased information from Innvista.com. (8)

Anemias can be classified using two basic approaches:
a) Etiology: the causes of red blood cell and hemoglobin depletion [Thalassemia].
b) Morphology: the changes in the red blood cells, size, shape, and color [Sickle Cell]. (8)

These causes and changes result in the following anemias:
a) Thalassemia – smaller than normal cell size and abnormally low concentration of hemoglobin. (8) This is the morphological description but “Thalassemia” is an etiological classification.
b) Sickle cell anemia – normal cell size and sufficient or normal amounts of hemoglobin but an irregular shape. (8) This is the morphological description and sickle cell is a morphological classification.

If Alpha Thalassemia, Beta Thalassemia and Sickle Cell Anemia were named consistently, the names would be:

Based on Etiology (the cause/origin of the disorder)
1. Alpha Thalassemia
2. Beta Thalassemia Type 1
3. Beta Thalassemia Type 2

Based on Morphology (the changes that result from the disorder)
1. Stunted Pale Cell Anemia Type A
2. Stunted Pale Cell Anemia Type B
3. Sickle Cell Anemia

Conclusions

Alpha Thalassemia and Beta Thalassemia are caused by mutations of different genes, yet they are named similarly. Beta Thalassemia and Sickle Cell are caused by mutations of the same gene, yet they are named differently. Sickle Cell is placed in a separate category all by its lonesome. What is the medical purpose of such a clear inconsistency? Could this simply be an honest medical or scientific mistake nobody has caught for decades?

Answers to the above question are easily found by realizing these hemoglobin disorders are inconsistently separated based on etiology versus morphology which then allows the dominant groups the disorders affect to be consistently separated. If there's another reasonable answer, please share. This type of naming strategy is the same terminology context detailed on March 20, 2013 regarding using different names for the same period of time, in Alkebu-lan and Europe.

I'll answer my own questions. The only possible reason for choosing names for hemoglobin disorders from two different classification systems is nefarious and diabolical. The history of this behavior goes way back as has already been indicated in Expanded Definitions: Prehistory & Prehistoric Context And So Continues The Meaning Of Life & Existence (Part 3).

On many websites, Sickle Cell is more often paired with the word “disease” than Thalassemia. Also many sites refer to Sickle Cell as “chronic” but not Thalassemia, even though both are chronic. Sickle sounds like sick(ness) is just in the cells of some folks but not others. It makes it seem that sickness is a part of your heritage and divine punishment. ”Go to health,” my cells tell me. "It's the worldview you're listening to that's keeping you sick. Break that habit and anything genetic is more manageable, and, in many cases, healable and preventable. On the flip side, start new habits and things genetic are more powerful, and, in many cases, multipliable and unstoppable. Let her and him that hath history hear."

Bottom Line Conclusion

Alpha Thalassemia, Beta Thalassemia and Sickle Cell Anemia are each a form of Anemia and each a form of Thalassemia. Different classifications lead to discrimination in insurance coverage and treatments.

Humans must stay in motion according to their intended process of development in order to maintain the feel and rhythm of time and everything else in motion.

When I see Esperanza Spalding, I see myself in her physicality, including her beautiful, power-receptive, power-reflective hair. Her music and spoken words emanate a deeper beauty also possible in me. It is available to all who allow themselves to just be – spirit motion.

b) Esperanza: We're all smart and we all have the capacity to do incredible things. We're human beings. That's what's so special about being a person. You have the capacity to do almost anything you put your mind to. When you study something [in a school setting], it's not for the test. Tests are for your teacher to know you learned something. But the most important thing is that when you are on your own time learning about something, that's for you, that knowledge is for you, not for the teacher.

Study Perspectives: Later Stone Age, Upper Paleolithic & Hate Crime Context And So Continues The Meaning Of Life & Existence (Part 5)

Read Part 1 - ”All Ways To Communicate Begin With Definition & Context And So Begins The Meaning Of Life & Existence” (Part 1)

This article adds perspective to the Stone Age in general. It is not comprehensive. After reading the article and some of its links, you should be able to answer:
1. What is the main thing The Stone Age does not always or automatically mean?
2. Who was in the Stone Age and where?
3. How do all humans today still benefit from the Stone Age?
4. What potential impact does awareness of this information have?

Later Stone Age & Upper Paleolithic Period

1. The Later Stone Age sounds primitive, sorta like cave men in an undeveloped civilization. In South Africa, the Later Stone Age began in 42,000 BCE.
2. The Upper Paleolithic Period sounds pretty, sorta like modern humans in a cultural civilization. In Europe, the Upper Paleolithic Period began in 42,000 BCE.
3. Both 1 and 2 are the same thing. They both refer to the same Stone Age and the same modern humans. The only difference is that #1 occurred in Alkebu-lan (Africa) and #2 occurred in Europe. In both places, the people are the same black-skinned people except during the latter portion in Europe when pale skin developed. Even so, black-skinned people remained in Europe and contributed to its development.
4. We assume people in the Upper Paleolithic Period were skilled, and they were. People in the Later Stone Age had the same skills. More than likely they had greater skills because they were closer to the roots of civilization in the Nile Valley from which knowledge flowed into the rest of the world. These modern humans of the Later Stone Age are descendents of those who, in 73,000 BCE, created a stone calendar perfectly aligned with the four directions, two equinoxes and two solstices. This is high level thinking and performance.
5. Even though “Stone Age” is used to refer to Alkebu-lan, at any point in history, people in Alkebu-lan were more advanced or as equally advanced as people anywhere. This holds true at least up until the European colonization of most of the world. It also holds true even during that time and up to today based on all the accomplishments of black-skinned descendents in face of significant and continuous disruption and obstacles from birth to death. The list would fill many books because most people are themselves examples whose accomplishments are played out on small, private stages, each worthy of their own pages. Anyone who can rise in a foreign system of food, medicine, education, religion, laws, governing structure, community structure, customs and lack of overall nutrition plus, manage without the fullness of inherent rights and the inheritances of land-based resources and still accomplish the same or more as those whom the system reflects and protects, must only be a stone's throw away from greater things...and as vibrations replicate, so does the meaning of life and existence.
6. In 1937 CE, Professor James Breasted said:
(a) “nowhere else on earth” was there in history another civilization as which the indigenous Africans of Egypt created equaled;
(b) the height of greatness that was Egypt and her African inhabitants have never been reached by others, including European-Americans;
(c) nowhere else in the entire world were the structures built by the Egyptians equaled, which included Greece and Rome;
(d) the zenith of Egypt's magnificent splendor was not isolated, but plentiful among the Africans all along the Nile Valley [4,132 miles];
(e) Europeans and European-Americans (“Caucasians, Semites,” etc.), the “Western World,” including the ancient Greeks and Romans, absorbed their beginnings from these original indigenous Ethiopians, Africans of Egypt - the so-called “Negroes;”
(f) and, that the “legacy” of Egypt is an African heritage which Europeans and European-Americans must try to capture, which they have done, or trying to accomplish, by means of injecting the terms “Semitic, Hamitic and Caucasian” where Black or Ethiopian should have appeared. (A)
7. Remember, all that Kemet (Egypt) was, is due to the Stone Age accomplishments of their long line of predecessors. Some have been mentioned in earlier parts of this series and others will be mentioned later.
8. Truth is, first and foremost in Alkebu-lan and all over the world, in the hands of these Stone Age people, stone itself was taken to new levels of construction, architecture, engineering, technology, mathematics, art, spirituality, education, culture and civilization. Everything they did was all-inclusive, holistic, harmonic and inseparable from anything else, thus inseparable from themselves. This is what is to be remembered about the Stone Age. It is 200% different from what is taking place in societies of late that stiflingly dominate the popular worldview causing evolution to stagnate. This is why the only ones to exceed or equal Kemet since Kemet's heyday are those societies who honor and emulate Kemet and its ancestor civilizations.
9. Kemet and all its marvels are but a fraction of the capabilities of these Stone Age humans. Yet there are more examples. Technically, some are not in The Later Stone Age (B) but based on what has been accomplished, it is certainly the same, based on skill and magnificence of these earlier and more recent stoneworks:
(a) Less than 1,000 years ago, in the 12th century, 11 churches were carved out of stone ( C);
(b) A stone calendar was erected along with approximately 100,000 other structures and roads dating back to 73,000 BCE;
( c) In 6,000 BCE in Kemet, stone houses were built with granite cement floors and crushed fragments of decomposed granite mixed with lime. Today, we think it's top-notch to have granite countertops (D);
(d) The Great Zimbabwe in Zimbabwe, Alkebu-lan was a city-state metropolis. It was a massive stone complex built mostly in the 12th century CE. There are numerous ancient sites similar to the Great Zimbabwe scattered throughout Zimbabwe and Mozambique. (E)

Conclusion

When I express to someone how I want to live more naturally like in earlier times, they quickly remark negatively about not wanting to go back to The Stone Ages. This immediate Lisa-esque “clean living ain't the life me!” reaction is similar to the mind jerk reaction when historical facts are stated. Perhaps all of us would be quicker to consider possibilities and slower to habits that hinder possibilities if we were simply aware, The Stone Age “rocks!”

(A) Ben-Jochannan, Yosef, Africa: Mother of Western Civilization (Black Classic Press: 1988), pp. 550-551.
(B) There are a lot of words used to describe historical people, places and periods that are arbitrary. This is designed to divide, separate and segregate history in order to do the same with the truth. Also, readers will encounter different dates for the same thing and additional inconsistencies due to original names and spellings and original geographic boundaries that have more than likely been changed, sometimes several times.
Those striving for personal development should not be discouraged from studying any topic. Use your spiritual sensing ability and stay focused on the most important thing and overall meanings rather than getting entangled in details.
( C) Please notice, these churches are “World Heritage Sites” just as many sites built by black-skinned people. World Heritage Sites indicate acknowledgment of significance and historical value. UNESCO says the “sites must be of outstanding universal value.” Yet, everything else about these people and their cultures associated with this and other sites built by original people (black-skinned) is not taught and honored as a matter of fact, especially in school textbooks, religious bibles, movies and television. In fact, nearly everything about the people and the cultures who built things of universal value, is marginalized, minimized or vilified – this is an ongoing hate crime against humanity.

African Tribute Poem: Baba Receives Permission To Speak

Baba Receives Permission To Speak

by Usiku

We are a creative people,
Putting mud to cloth to stay,
Rituals of proud display,
Beware of the civilized way,
And listen to what Mama say.

We are God's, and Afrika's artistry,
A skillful blend of vibrant clay,
As we crouch beside the tiger the old way,
To capture the hope of a sacred life,
"Feel the butterfly," according to "Dre."

People! We are incredibly intelligent!
Stoop close to understand what was meant,
The truth, the wisdom, the origin,
The season and soil of expansiveness,
Yes! We dance,
To consecrate the continent.

We are magic and rhythm,
Each poetic is seen through vision,
As Momma embraces each song,
Cry not long,
Rains will prove to soothe the pains,
'Til all sounds sleep in her cradle.

We are grains of spirit,
Precious as one, powerful in sum,
Resolute and esteemed we come,
To restore elder knowledge in the prodigal young,
And to listen as we hear it.

Overall History Context & Human Rights Violations And So Continues The Meaning Of Life & Existence (Part 4)

Read Part 1 - ”All Ways To Communicate Begin With Definition & Context And So Begins The Meaning Of Life & Existence” (Part 1)

A Good Definition Of History:

a) The sum total of all that has happened in the past.
b) An account of the “past.”
c) It is a discipline that gives people an understanding of themselves and others in relation to the world, both past and present.(1)

Unfortunately, several branches of the African Family Tree, have followed the lead of the branch that emerged between 10,000 B.C.E. - 4,000 B.C.E. In addition to this group situated in the northwest of the Asian continent, groups all over Asia and in other parts of the world have also concocted foundations and frameworks of cultures, civilizations, histories and creation stories with no origination point in Alkebu-lan (Africa) and no credit given to their ancestors in Alkebu-lan for anything these later societies have accomplished and are currently held in esteem for. This is akin to taking credit for the father and mother while standing on the shoulders of sisters and brothers.

According to history, the majority of the lands outside of Alkebu-lan were first inhabited by their black-skinned ancestors and many of the societies were started by or benefited from these indigenous people. These indigenous people migrated from Alkebu-lan directly to these lands or indirectly from other migrants who had left Alkebu-lan many years before. These are the prodigal countries and places foolishly refusing to follow the path that retraces to the Holy Land of saving graces. Instead, choosing to trust their buts instead of their guts.

Regardless, the roots of these societies reach deep into Alkebu-lan. (2) Societies the world over, flow with civilization and culture that Alkebu-lan circulated from her very first heartbeat. It is the accumulation of knowledge and the transfer of that knowledge outside of Alkebu-lan that has given today's societies the ability to get off the ground and hit the ground running. This is historical, therefore fact.

Coming From Alkebu-lan to America & Other Places

Civilization and culture left Alkebu-lan and first went to southwestern Asia and Spain. See - Expanded Definitions: Prehistory & Prehistoric Context And So Continues The Meaning Of Life & Existence (Part 3). Alkebu-laners took civilization and culture with them and kept going all over the world.

Also, because those who remained in Alkebu-lan continued to have contact with those who had migrated outside of Alkebu-lan, there was a continuous exchange. “They intermarried and developed close relationships with a variety of other ethnic groups.” Because many Alkebu-lan communities exchanged goods with ethnic groups both outside the continent and within, there was a reciprocal sharing of culture. As in many ethnically diverse communities, this cultural sharing produced distinct artifacts, foods, and music particular to” those areas. “Many Alkebu-lan peoples had prosperous and flourishing civilizations long before the arrival of Europeans"(3) and other groups who consider themselves different.

Also, Alkebu-laners (now going by new names) returned to Alkebu-lan to study in the mystery and wisdom schools of Kemet. Kemet “was supreme in the leadership of civilization.” (4) Obviously, they took this knowledge back to their societies and built upon it.

Some Related Thoughts

1. Whenever history is shared that meets the definition of the first two sections above, many people will have a mind jerk reaction. “Don't Get Historical!” they seem to say and run away from the historical context of the world.
2. An emotional mind jerk reaction can keep your truth from gaining meaningful traction.
3. The historical is nothing to get hysterical about.
4. I'm amazed at how many people, when given the choice: You can be a fool if you want to, will choose that option.

Impact Of Incorrect History and Historical Context

First Impact:

As stated on February 27, 2013, “if it were possible to remove every trace of Alkebu-lan History, all humans and their footprints would also disappear. As it stands, the degree to which we have attempted such removal is the degree to which we wander aimlessly from a well-marked path and the degree to which children, following in our footsteps, suffer.”

We cannot escape the above fact no matter how far-fetched it initially seems. It is so. Neither can we escape the following historical facts:

1. The first man and woman of modern humans, all of us living today, were born in Alkebu-lan.
2. All civilizations and cultures today use and benefit from the extensive advanced civilizations and cultures of Alkebu-lan.
3. All of the “major” religions are either based on or borrow heavily from Alkebu-lan traditional spiritual practices. More on this later.
4. Our fatal flaw and missteps today are related to the loss of this historical context, awareness and acknowledgment.

Second Impact:

The negative impact on everybody's children is better understood by re-reading the third part in this series, ”Expanded Definitions: Prehistory & Prehistoric Context And So Continues The Meaning Of Life & Existence (Part 3).

Third Impact:

“The first lesson in the humanities is to make a people aware of their contribution to civilization; and the second lesson is to teach them about other civilizations.”(5)

To me, this means, it is a human right to know history. When we intentionally misrepresent history, we commit a human rights violation each and every time it is repeated and allowed to stand uncorrected. Teaching the truth is a significant part of what education is supposed to be. Without it, all students are cheated and their societies fail to live up to their potential greatness. This is the society I live in but it is changing.

Having the correct historical context is critical to our perspective and understanding of nearly everything. According to one reader, “history is always present.”

History, accurate or not, impacts our thoughts, behaviors, circumstances and lives everyday, all day. Without an accurate historical context, the meaning of life & existence will remain elusive.

Starting With Seeds Of Resources And Becoming A Positive Force That Directs Change

1. Change is a force without ability or allegiance that merely follows the intentions of the strongest current.
2. By itself, the passing of time cannot change anything, except age.

Based on those two statements:
(a) Change cannot happen on its own.
(b) Change doesn't favor good or bad.
(c) Change follows the strongest force.
(d) Time cannot change things.

In other words,

change only occurs when someone makes it happen.

Whatever change you seek or hope for, it doesn't matter what that change is. It matters what you put into motion.

Whatever time it is in the day or in life, it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter how long it might take. If you are aware change is needed, then right now is what matters.

Time and change are secondary to the forces you direct – your own motion. Change will follow your force. Time will assist you simply because time says, “Here I am. Use me while you have me! I have other appointments on the other side of right now. I may or may not come back your way.”

Neither time nor change will do anything for you until you take charge and be the force that directs them. Just remember, time waits for no one and change will follow anyone.

The Oldest Trick

Don't be tricked into waiting and being patient. Doing either of these things without doing other things will result in failure. Things will not change the way you want them to if you simply depend on time alone to create change. My country education taught me that wait broke the wagon down but that's about it.

It's okay to wait, but while you're waiting you must be working on what you're waiting for. Being patient is okay but you must also be persistently putting the pieces of your plan into place.

Before there can be visible change, there must be invisible change. This invisible change happens inside you. It happens in your thoughts, spirit, emotions and body. If you are not dedicated to self-education, you are waiting around for someone to bring you liberation.

The sooner you begin to loosen and readjust your personal settings, the sooner you will begin to change and the sooner things will begin to change. The more you adjust and the more you combine momentum from each developmental area, the faster you will change and the faster things will change. In other words, the substance of sight unseen leads to the evidence of realized dreams.

Change Is Who You Really Are

Don't be afraid of change. You were designed specifically for that purpose – to change. You were designed to grow, adjust, adapt and evolve. To be afraid of change is to be afraid of yourself. The ability to change exists for your benefit. Change is a sucker for what you love. This is true because whatever you put your resources into creates force and you will get good at it. Change will be right there with you every step of the way, whether you're using your resources the right way or wrong way.

Right Now!

Here's what determines your future: Resources applied right now - based on learning and yearning.

This means you can control and predict your future with greater accuracy simply by focusing on three things in life:
1. Directing the forces of your resources.
2. Choosing what and how much you learn.
3. Understanding the difference between what you need and what you want really bad.

Right now is the best time to be living - not because of the circumstances but because you were chosen for this time. Right now is the best time to be living because this time is the same as any other time - full of resources and possibilities. For you and me, right now is the only time.

I'll say it again! if you think change will come on its own, it won't. The only thing that will happen is, time will move forward and change will drift along with it, stuck in the same position it was in yesterday and the day before (time will change but change won't change). The quantity of time does not affect the quality of change. It is foolish to live thinking, hoping or praying it does.

There are a lot of individuals causing change to take on their identity. They are using their force to tug on the rope of change. Which side are you on - universal or unnatural? Change is that flag in the middle of the rope. Are you pulling it in your direction? It's not up to you to do it all but you're the only one who can do all you can. You're the only one who can do what you are intended to do.

Life is a sequence of events. As you steadily take steps forward, you will grow and, with that momentum, become the positive force that directs change for yourself and for others.

Expanded Definitions: Prehistory & Prehistoric Context And So Continues The Meaning Of Life & Existence (Part 3)

Read Part 1 - ”All Ways To Communicate Begin With Definition & Context And So Begins The Meaning Of Life & Existence" (Part 1)

The amount of history that has taken place in the entirety of time is greater than the most recent 5,000 years. Yet, most history has been labeled “prehistory.”

Unacceptable But Commonly Used Definitions Of Prehistory

* History of humans before recorded history.
* Before culture, civilization, cities, writing and culture.
* Only when there is archaeological evidence.
* When myths, folk songs and folk tales were created.
* Before we know the actual names of individuals and the actual words of the stories they told.
* Prehistory ended when written historical records become a useful academic resource. This varies from region to region. In [Kemet]Egypt it is generally accepted that prehistory ended around 3200 BCE whereas in New Guinea it is 1900[CE].

All of the above make history dependent upon human presence or awareness. It also makes some history seem primitive. When the history of anything and anyone is seen as primitive it is usually thought of as being of lesser value and lesser usefulness. It makes us believe humans had lesser abilities. When humans are labeled under “prehistory,” they are seen as ignorant, inferior, pagan, nomadic hut dwellers. When this happens, humans and other life forms are more easily treated as not worthy of respect because considering someone as “primitive” is just a short step from considering them as “savages” and from not respecting their inherent rights.

Detailed Response To The Above

Prehistory Does NOT Mean Bullets One Or Two

Per Bradshaw Foundation:“... Africans were fully modern, singing, dancing, painting humans long before they came out of their home continent” during the second migration” in 83,000 BCE. All of this means culture and civilization had moved beyond trying to figure out food, shelter and clothing. It also means language, communication and agriculture were present.
Since humans were “fully modern” “long before” 83,000 BCE, is it reasonable to believe it took humans another 80,000 years to learn how to write a language by which to communicate and preserve knowledge and transfer it and teach it? Especially since they were already practicing language and culture and art by singing, dancing and painting “long before” 83,000 BCE. Let us not forget, by 77,000 BCE, these humans had developed the Adams Calendar.

Most of Alkebu-lan (African) history greatness is lavished on Kemet but Kush (Nubia or Ethiopia) civilization existed thousands of years before Kemet. High culture “civilization” in Kemet reached its zenith before the first dynasty with the help of indigenous people from all over Alkebu-lan.(1). Kush gave birth to Kemet.

High culture also existed in Zimbabwe and other parts of the Monomotapa Empire equal to Kemet's before Kemet's first dynasty. (2) In fact, all of the elements of civilization first began in Alkebu-lan, including religion, art, music, science, government, mining, writing, literature, poetry, philosophy, proverbs, universities, mathematics, architecture, astronomy, metaphysics, medicine, engineering, agriculture, the green movement, organic gardening, herbal medicine, acupuncture, martial arts, shipbuilding, sea navigation and more. All of this occurred during so-called “prehistory.”

Prehistory Does NOT Mean Bullets Three Or Five

Life is filled with discovery. All of the sciences continue to find things out. Did these things exist before we discovered them? Were they a part of history before we knew? Yes and yes.

Thus, to continue believing, in order for history to exist, it must be verified by humans, is to assume no tree has fallen in the forest until you find it or hear it make a sound.

Expanded & Corrected Definition

The “Unacceptable But Commonly Used Definitions” in the first section above don't even consider the history of Universe & Earth as viable living beings worthy of consideration and having their own histories.

We already know the natural world records its histories in carbon, rocks, layers of soil, in the rings of trees and in the DNA genetics of stars, solar systems, galaxies, black holes, black matter and so on.

Taking all this into consideration, there are simply three major history categories:
1. History of Universe & Earth before any form of Humans
(a) (falsely labeled as Prehistory and includes the time of the dinosaurs)
2. History of Universe & Earth & All Early Forms of Humans
(a) (falsely labeled as Prehistory)
3. History of Universe & Earth & Homo Sapiens (400,000 BCE to present)
(a) (most is falsely labeled as Prehistory from 400,000 BCE to 3,200 BCE)
(b) (includes advanced civilizations tens of thousands of years old)

Prehistory Does NOT Mean Bullets One Through Six

Any event, human or not, is a part of history. Just because humans have yet to learn to read all the signs of all languages, especially those of the natural world, does not mean there is no record of history.
The bottom line: There is no prehistory.
The use of the term “prehistory” is inaccurate and therefore creates a misleading and harmful context when studying the history of Universe, Earth and humans.

The term “prehistory” is an attempt to create mythical notions in the most formative of places – the minds of children. (See Bullet Four) The world's children are having a hard time escaping the real impact of this myth because it is written into their textbooks and repeated throughout society in various forms. As a result, our children suffer from mental and spiritual malnutrition.

The more accurate our historical context the better our chances for improving the lives of children all over the world and helping them find the meaning of life & existence. Mental intelligence seeks this by using spiritual intelligence as its guide. Ashe.
