If you do not understand racism (white supremacy) and how it works, everything else you understand will only confuse you. - Neely Fuller

We need something to clarify everything for us, because we get confused...but if we use the concept of Asili, we will understand that whatever it is they are doing, whatever terms they use, however they come at you, you need to be thinking about what? How is this going to facilitate their power and help them to dominate me? -Marimba Ani

Simple Nutrition | Natural Sources of Nutrients
Food Fight #59

This article is a continuation of Simple Nutrition & Nutrients | Food Fight #58

What Are Nutrients?

Nutrients are elements. They are single elements or single elements that have combined.

Getting To The Source Of Chemical Elements

Of course there are chemicals in food. Chemical elements are what nutrients are all about.

Nutrient

1-Water

2-Earth soil

3-Air

4-Fire

Antioxidant is another word for many of the same nutrients in this column.(2)

Ascorbic Acid, synthetic Vitamin C

Beta-carotene is a type of Vitamin A

Boron

Calcium

Calorie is a measure of energy in food. It is comparable to wattage
of a light bulb.

Carbohydrates

Chloride

Chromium

Cobalt is part of B12

Copper

Enzymes are proteins.

Protein is made of amino acids

Pyridoxine is Vitamin B6

Rest and sleep

Riboflavin is Vitamin B2

Selenium

Silicon

Sodium

Starch is made of glucose.

Sucrose in Creator-manipulated form is sugar in plants and consumed along with the plant.

Sugar, Brown is less than natural.

Sucrose in human-manipulated form is table sugar, cane sugar and beet sugar from multiple
steps of refining.

Sulfur

Thiamin is Vitamin B1

Vitamin A comes in several natural forms.

Vitamin B1 is Thiamin

Conclusion

This list clearly shows, despite the number of confusing and duplicate terms for nutrients, they all boil down to the same few elements which can be obtained from a few main natural sources. These sources are all connected to the primordial four at the top of this list. The primordial four are another way to maintain a much simpler focus when thinking about nutrition and health.

To enhance understanding through critical analysis, right now, perform a general double-check of this list by searching what the human body is made of.

Notes:

*Per the Grand Unified Theorem.
(1) Fresh, uncooked natural foods provide some water.
Tap water is processed with harmful elements added and should be the last resort, not first.
(2) An anti-oxidant prevents oxidation. Oxidation causes unwanted chemical reactions that cause deterioration of cell structures.
(3) Vitamin C, Ascorbic Acid and Citric Acid are all different. They are all found in citrus fruits and some other vegetables. There are natural sources of ascorbic acid.
