If you do not understand racism (white supremacy) and how it works, everything else you understand will only confuse you. - Neely Fuller

We need something to clarify everything for us, because we get confused...but if we use the concept of Asili, we will understand that whatever it is they are doing, whatever terms they use, however they come at you, you need to be thinking about what? How is this going to facilitate their power and help them to dominate me? -Marimba Ani

12 Of Life's Proverbial Lessons Through Metaphor

Life Lessons

1. Study & practice to recognize when you're being misdirected and distracted.

2. Each person has at least some portion of truth.

3. Don't let words confuse you when actions have already told you everything. This also applies to what you tell yourself. Knowing yourself clears up confusion because it defragments and unifies understandings separated in memory.

4. Not all choices are answers and not all answers are solutions.

5. Problems can be made more difficult by how they're presented and stated.

6. Problems can be made more difficult by having different contexts, meanings, definitions and understandings than that presented in the problem. Know yourself is the main context for the meanings of life and existence.

7. Understanding and assumption (false notion) can impersonate each other.* They are easily found out by testing their logic. Test understandings against understandings, assumptions against assumptions and understandings against assumptions. Critical mistakes occur in life when periodic logic testing is not performed. These tests are not scheduled but should take place as they come up through experience because that's where understandings and assumptions are born, developed and verified.

8. Although problems contain the solution, do not allow problems to dictate the solution. If you allow the problem to control the process, you will leave out solutions because the problem, representative of the lower self, does not want to go away. The solution must be brought out through study, which is often not a lengthy process.

9. The process to reach solutions often goes down many roads to be explored but ultimately must be abandoned. This is for wisdom. Yes, there must be a will in order to find your way. When you are ready to take the necessary steps, that is the quickest and the shortest path.

10. Word problems test listening, reading, comprehension and analysis skills. You use these talents all the time. Life's problems are word problems and logic problems, just to name a few types.

11. Just like word problems, life problems are sometimes not straightforward and contain erroneous and misleading information, intentional or not.

12. For some of life's most seemingly difficult problems, sometimes there is more than one possible solution because Maat is both fixed and variable.

Through all available languages, you are being told what you need to know to help you solve life's problems. You are being told personally and separately so you don't have to rely on secondhand information about basic needs that are spiritual. The Spirit of Truth is calling from everywhere your attention is. You are again atop the horizon, in position to step onto the other dimensional side. This di-side always exists where you decide.
