If you do not understand racism (white supremacy) and how it works, everything else you understand will only confuse you. - Neely Fuller

We need something to clarify everything for us, because we get confused...but if we use the concept of Asili, we will understand that whatever it is they are doing, whatever terms they use, however they come at you, you need to be thinking about what? How is this going to facilitate their power and help them to dominate me? -Marimba Ani

Religion Revised In Spiritual Disguise
Unity Consciousness #155

.

Because humanity is returning to a healthy spiritual consciousness, religion, which has been an inhibitor of such, has begun to market, sell and promote itself as being spiritual.

I heard one religion selling itself on the radio as a provider of a spiritual experience via some sort of camplike experience where people can go and get in touch with nature and themselves. This is a real facade.

The facade is an attempt to slow down the ongoing increasing exodus from the hollow shell feeling religion fosters. Religion, despite the enormous amount of resources it consumes, has offered no solution to cleaning up moral pollution.

As has been said, religion that does not acknowledge its origins is a fake by virtue of the lie it upholds.

Furthermore, based on the past, we know religion came into existence to support the status quo of injustice. One of its prime objectives is not unity consciousness but psychological warfare. Religion is one prong of a group of institutions which support human racism. If it did not, religion alone could have stopped the nonsense by now in all the forms it masquerades in. Religion has not and will not because religion provides just enough true and false teachings to keep folks confused and contained.

Religion cannot afford, monetarily or in any other way, to be spiritual in the Higher sense of the word.

Compare what the religion is projecting to what they are protecting. Until a religion protects the Rights Of Creation, its brand of spirituality is part of a fading fast reality.
