.The higher self of the Creator used less than full power, AND
The lower self of the Creator (Ogo and them) was allowed to disregard Maat, thus break natural laws and order, AND
The higher self was not allowed to function outside of Maat, AND
The higher self could only increase power by increasing knowledge of self, AND
The lower self could only increase power through the physical material.
All of the above must be so in order for anything to have the ability to challenge the Creator. The only thing capable of challenging (throwing off balance) the Creator is the Creator. Since the lower self is a much smaller weaker aspect of the Creator than the higher self, if they both operated by all the same rules, there would be no challenge. In other words, the lower self operates by benefiting from a huge handicap it is allowed to have compared to the higher self handicap of zero. The lower self has a short-term advantage.
Do not be deceived by the last statement. Even though the lower self has a short-term advantage, the duration is getting shorter and shorter, thus Ogo and them no longer have a fighting chance.
