The Initiate and the Adept are the same person with different levels of understanding, but the same level of drive, desire, motivation, incentive, inspiration.
All of this is choice based, decision based. You must choose and decide to remain the Initiate you were born as, and go back to, if this was lost through miseducation.
It is not possible to be an Initiate without wanting to become Adept. This is the same statement as, it is not possible to be the best without wanting to become a better person.
Clearly, the possession of knowledge or skill or position, job, title does not make you an Initiate or an Adept.
Those who think they are based on fragmented specialist knowledge, are the ones who depend on a collective grouping that is dysfunctional in intent, purpose, core, foundation, process, function to fill in all the gaps of understandings for them in which they lack and feel they do not need to grasp.
No matter how many humans are in such a collective, and no matter the methods used, they always exist counter to harmony even though they collude and conspire together. This is true of all fragmented specialist groups.
This is why the first step is the harmony of the Initiate and the Adept – the one-two and two-one.
The Initiate makes possible the Adept, who then comes back around to teach, coach and officiate the initiation of the next Initiate – within and without, above and below.
