Something which is largely under the control of Sun along with the the umami set of elemental souls of life and principals and characteristics of everything. Umami is associated with fermented foods because fermentation is part of the process of creating souls of life and combining them into complete beings. This combines the depth, height and breadth, thus the fullness of the whole.
24. We can see how Umami is a form of Imani, which is part of word Emmanuel and Emancipation, but we will focus on Imani in the brief sense of meaning faith.
