Teaching & Coaching Broken Before Common Era of Error

This is a continuation of Under Processing & Overcooking Football Coaching, Unity Consciousness #3322

It continues to amaze me how the current school system continues to fail at teaching what has been taught for years. By now, the entire system should have learned and grown it its methods to teach students of all types and stages of understanding.
This failure continues into coaching sports because word teach and word coach are the exact same words.

Amazing how, even at the college and professional sports level, where there are multiple coaches and support systems to try to help people perform at consistently high levels, yet rarely do you see a game where most players perform well. In fact, often there are many disasters as if they just started learning the game and make multiple mistakes.
I suspect coaching focuses on too much of somethings and too little of other things. This is what it seems to boil down to. In other words, what is needed is Less of the current types of training and practice, and More of learning the fundamentals of performance.

The coaching and teaching approach to learning and performing is too tied to the suboptimal context of maximizing and winning as an end result, instead of optimizing and winning as a byproduct of the combination of factors. As discussed elsewhere, optimizing and maximizing must be properly understood, including in relation to winning. Word winning is kenning. In other words, there is no such as thing as winning without self-improvement in knowledge of self.

Because participants in sports perform inconsistently, it is a false positive for “winners” to think their process is sufficient and that they are the best or greatest. You are grading yourself on a concave curve of average performers and under-performers. In most instances, winning in the societal context results from the poor performance of others. This poor performance is both real and manufactured through social engineering that provides unfair advantages and privileges to the least deserving.
Under no circumstances is achievement in societies based on merit, but it is based on demerit, including through terrestrial merit gained by demeriting celestial primary purpose and terrestrial secondary purposes in exchange for goals, dreams, careers and jobs that feed the society's cancerous asili and utamawazo.
