African Heritage Poem
by Ancestors through UsikuAfrican Woman & Man were created first
Fruitfully they multiplied and populated Earth
They had so many children
Siblings had to disperse
And leave Africa their place of birth
Each child promised to not become separated
By forgetting they were family related
But as time and variations accumulated
Differences became overrated
And their African heritage unappreciated
Where all people and civilization originated
As one human family interrelated
