How rNA Knows How To Fold Into Ribozyme
Unity Consciousness #1014

.

Although this is largely unknown, it is said that one method of folding is regulated by metal ions.
An ion is an atom that is not in balance with itself. As a result it interacts with other elements. Think of ion as action (act + ion).

My First Belief Speculation

At different times within the cell, conditions exist that produce positively-charged ions (cations) and negatively-charged ions (anions). This variation causes a push and pull on the rNA beginning with the weakest link (bond). These interactions start a choreographed dance series of reactions as the rNA, metal ions and other molecules move back and forth. The intricacies of the dance are unrehearsed, yet flawless, due to the preexisting arrangement of the rNA and all the initiating conditions being met. These initiating conditions are called conformational changes.

In keeping with this theme, there is a fixed and variable nature to life. As a result, rNA is able to use multiple strategies in order to fold and function as a ribozyme.

My Second Belief Speculation

My second belief speculation works in conjunction with the first. Under a given set of conditions, specific combinations of gene expression in the rNA are turned on or turned off so they will or won't interact as an enzyme.

Again Why All rNA Is A Ribozyme In Waiting

If folding is what makes the difference between rNA that is or isn't functioning as a ribozyme, then all rNA has the genetic potential to function as a ribozyme under a given set of conditions.
This must be so.
This allows life processes for the overall collective of the Universe, to never cease due to waiting around for an enzyme reaction.
This is important because ribozymes provide the essential core of macromolecule synthesis in all life forms.

On the other hand another source on the same website states, although rNAs are capable of catalyzing some reactions, most biological reactions are catalyzed by proteins.

Once we move back to the vantage point, we realize both types of enzymes are important to life as we know it and if either one was significantly changed in their participation in catalyzing reactions, life would also change significantly.

rNA In Control

All of the functional ability of rNA tells us rNA is functioning as a control center, thus as a nucleus, thus within all rNA is a nucleoid, not just in prokaryote rNA and viral rNA.
Understanding the importance of this will help bridge the gap in reformulating understanding of life before rNA and protein in their current forms.

How were chemical reactions catalyzed before ribozymes and protein enzymes existed?

The answers call us to seek more fundamental understandings about the nature of the need incentive and the Early Formation of Creation.

Functions & Roles Of rNA Ribozymes
Unity Consciousness #1013

.

Functions & Roles Of rNa Performing As A Ribozymes

1. Cutting (cleaving) molecules that are, or will, become rNA or protein. We have already learned rNA has a nucleus called a Nucleoid. We also learned one of the meanings of nucleus is “to cut in pieces.”

The form of the word we used was Sekar. Sekar is Sakar is (Sa + Kar).
One of the meanings of Sa is ”to tie.”

2. Tying (ligating) molecules that are, or will, become rNA or protein. In some ribozyme-catalyzed reactions, the rNA cutting and tying processes are linked and called splicing. Splicing is sometimes assisted by a protein enzyme when ribozymes catalyze chemical reactions in the nucleus. Sometimes splicing is carried out by protein enzymes only.

The nature of ribozymes also performing “joining” operations is in keeping with the two truths. Anything that has the potential to do one thing, also has the potential to do the opposite. Thus, a genetic potential to cut is paired with a genetic potential to join.
Tek is (T + Ka). Teka means to touch, attach, join, adhere, mix[splice], cleave, multiply, cross, twist, intertwine. (BB 50/62 and 218/230)

3. Self-Splicing Some partially complete rNA compounds being assembled into rNA, have their own rNA that functions as a ribozyme. After splicing is complete, the ribozyme is broken down.

4. Self-Cleaving and Self-Splicing Transesterification takes place in eukaryote organelles, prokaryotes and viruses.

5. Hydrolysis in eukaryote organelles, prokaryotes and some amoeba.

6. Peptidyl transfer (peptide bond) in ribosomes of prokaryotes and eukaryotes.

7. Trans-splicing transesterification in nucleus of eukaryotes.

8. Fine-tuning messenger rNA life cycles.

9. Serve as a template (mini-trueprint/blueprint) upon which the reactants are brought together and properly oriented to favor the completion of the desired change.

More Locations Where Ribozymes Are Active

Ribozymes perform their functions in all organelles such as nucleus, mitochondrion, golgi apparatus, endoplasmic reticulum, lysosome, vacuole, cell membrane (skin) and ribosome.

Ribozymes Are Still Brains & Brawn Of Ribosomes

While the modern ribosome has become dependent on proteins for efficient function, the catalytic center is still composed of rNA functioning as ribozymes.

Reverse Engineering Understandings From Ribozymes
Unity Consciousness #1011

.

The fact that rNA carries the written instruction codes in program language for proteins, and the fact that rNA also assembles proteins, does not mean rNA existed first.
This would be reverse engineering of proteins from ribozymes which goes against the engineering of other elements, molecules, compounds and groups.

To consider rNA as coming first is to consider the egg coming before the chicken. That riddle was solved, now it has evolved.

The egg is a product of reproduction. An egg cannot produce the first of its kind. It can only reproduce because it is a reproduction itself. The chicken cannot produce itself, it is also a reproduction.

rNA cannot produce the first rNA and then turn around and produce the first protein – something which is of an earlier dimension of creation. We know protein is of an earlier dimension because the elements, molecules, compounds and groups that make up rNA are closer to the development of proteins. Are we to think there were all these elements floating around that could not combine themselves into amino acids, but if they did, then those amino acids could not combine into proteins? Are we to think proteins were skipped and then rNA was created, then sent back on a mission to create the first proteins and had to use ribosomes who had to wait on transfer rNA to bring the amino acids and so on?
It makes more sense to create the less complex before the more complex. Clearly then, if elements, molecules, compounds and groups were able to combine into a more complex rNA, ribozyme and ribosome, they would have also been able to combine into a less complex protein.

Another process had to reproduce the first protein and another process had to reproduce the first rNA, then rNA could reproduce the reproductions called proteins.
rNA must reproduce per the instructions of that which reproduced rNA. These instructions are installed into the genetic code of rNA.

Stars reproduce elements, not produce. Stars are ribosomes and ribozymes.

Producing only took place in the zero dimension of the creative process. Everything else reproduces and is a reproduction, a clone. The biggest difference in what we reproduce is whether it is identical or has variation.

The hen came first who gave virgin birth* to the egg which became a cock which became the sire (sir) of the hen.
All chickens are roosters because all chickens roost.
Cock is used in the sense of “a handle” and to “increase tension pressure to make ready to release.” Thus ovaries are also cocked and so are many other things such as pulling the arm or leg back and then releasing to kick or throw something.

*Asexual externally but sexual internally. There must be a big bang that proclaims each time life goes into life and each time life comes out of life. Transformation is always paired with exclamation.

**Reverse engineering is of course possible. Reverse engineering is the same as one sense of Sankofa (Go back and fix it.) Reverse engineering by humans fails when the essence of what is being engineered is misunderstood. This is partly due to self-confusing and the abusing of the Latin & Greek variations of language. Reverse engineering succeeded when Africans reproduced upper and lower Heaven on Earth.
”Dost thou not know, Asclepius, that Egypt is the image of the Heaven; or, what is truer still, the transference, or the descent, of all that are in governance or exercise in Heaven?”
This is Taht teaching Imhotep.
Understand what has been engineered here.
Taht is not just some mythological unreal Egyptian deity who is talking to a made up dead person.
The conversation is taking place right now.
This speaks to the continuous reproduction of everything taking place in the Universe.
It is the Great Genius without, talking to the great genius within.

And the nucleus equator, cocked full of living waters from the source, burst forth as four fallopian rivers which dispersed their seeds to all regions within and without...

Intro To Catalytic rNA Ribozymes As Enzymes
Unity Consciousness #1010

.

Classification Conundrums

In recent messages, the classification of organisms has been explored. This will continue for the next several messages. Some clarity has been achieved and some problems identified.
There are several classification systems for organisms, which of course, is only useful if separating wheat from chaff and blending what's left is the process used. One classification approach uses differences in nucleotides in the cell's ribosomal rNA's, as one of several criteria. This approach starts in the late stages of life.

However, nucleotides are wheat because they contain seeds. This orients us in the right direction back towards more seeds within seeds: groups, compounds, molecules elements, atoms, subatomic particles, sub-sub-atomic particles (elementary particles) and the essence of the nucleus.

Ribozymes Are Catalytic rNA's Are Enzymes

A ribozyme is a fancy word for rNA that is functioning as a catalyst for chemical reactions. rNA has the ability to change shape (structure) in order to cause a change in the rate of chemical reactions.

In many chemical reactions, proteins are the catalyst. Protein catalysts are simply called enzymes. Why? Why not “prozymes?”
Although protein enzymes were discovered in past Ages, they were discovered again during this Age. Afterwards, rNA was understood to also be an enzyme. Ribonucleic acid (rNA) functioning as an enzyme was called a ribozyme (ribo + enzyme).

Therefore, a ribozyme is rNA, thus it still has a less stable, more reactive ribose sugar compound attached.
There is nothing different between ribozyme and rNA except how the rNA is folded, which then alters how rNA functions and alters which word we choose to use. Fold rNA one way, it's rNA. Fold the same rNA another way, it's a ribozyme.

As a reminder, we must not forget and overlook the relationship between rNA and proteins.
rNA carries the computer code scripts and algorithms to assemble amino acids into proteins.
rNA also assembles amino acids into proteins in ribosomes.
rNA also carries the computer code to construct* ribosomes.
A ribosome is a ribozyme. Thus, this is where we can see both in existence at the same time in the same place in the same thing – the ribosome.
We are in the rNA “zone” in the “some” with the “zyme.”
Even so, rNA and ribosomes exist in many places within cells.

The fact that rNA carries the written instruction codes in program language for proteins, and the fact that rNA also assembles proteins, does not mean rNA existed first.

*Construct is:
(a) complete the structure. Com + struct = comstruct = construct because "m" and "n" interchange.
(b) complete instructions. Com + struct = comstruct = construct.
Now we have four meanings:
1. Complete the structure
2. Per instructions.
3. Per complete instructions.
4. Compare and contrast structure to structions. (Analyze the results)

Virus Nucleoid, Capsid, Nucleocapsid & Viral Envelope
Unity Consciousness #1008

.

Types Of Genetic Material Enclosures (Structures Containing, Covering & Protecting rNA and drNA)

1. Viral Nucleoid -
a. Nucleoid means nucleus like. Not a nucleus but like a nucleus??
b. A nucleoid is a central region of rNA or drNA molecules.
c. A nucleoid is a core, egg, seed/nut and house.
d. A nucleoid is a central inner region of one or two strands (particles) of genetic material. This material is tightly packed and layered sugar molecules plus nitrogen-based molecules plus phosphate-based molecules which form a core region within itself where the genetic information portion concentrates itself. This area is the nucleoid which exists within one or two extensively folded strands of rNA or drNA. This folding is origami and ergonomics – form, function, art, aesthetics, science, technology.

Subviral particles containing subnucleoids have been identified in some viruses. These smaller particles and smaller nucleoids were found within the main larger nucleoid.

Nucleoids vary in their complexity depending on the virus. Of course they do, because the rNA and drNA varies depending on the virus.

2. Viral Capsid - A protective and multi-functional protein coat surrounding genetic material of viruses, thus surrounding the nucleoid.
The protein coat is like an egg shell or seed coat or nut shell or outside walls on a house.
The capsid can be one or more layers of proteins just like an egg shell or seed coat or nut shell or outside walls of a house.

The protein coating also contains protein spikes that stick out. These spikes help the virus invade host cells by matching the receptors on the spikes (connectors) to receptors (ports) on host cells and using the spikes to dock (attach) themselves to a cell (computer).

Electrostatic repulsion between the nucleic acid strands will prevent too much compaction of the genetic material inside the capsid.

3. Viral Nucleocapsid - Nucleoid plus the capsid covering.
Based on the functional ability of the nucleoid and the capsid, it is easy for Initiates to see how the nucleocapsid functions as a cell. The capsid being the cell membrane and the rNA and drNA strands, functioning both as cytoplasm and nucleus. Understandably, this is a much simpler form of a cell that preexists and serves as the prototype for prokaryotes.

4. Viral Envelope - A more complex form of capsid that surrounds the nucleoid. It is a membrane surrounding the capsid. This membrane is a double layer of fat (lipid bilayer) which also contains proteins that perform several functions.
Most viral envelopes consist of one bi-layer.

Some viral envelopes consist of two bi-layers, thus four layers which is two membranes containing two layers each or it can be called a double membrane each consisting of a lipid bilayer.
Based on what we understand about the nucleocapsid, the next logical step is to go further as an Initiate of Learning would. If a nucleocapsid can prototype prokaryotes, then a more complex form of a nucleocapsid (the viral envelope) can prototype a more complex form of prokaryote (eukaryote).

These evolutions are not necessarily separate. Whereas the evolution is likely to be more direct from viral nucleocapsid to prokaryote, the evolution from viral envelope to eukaryote may be the combined effect of prokaryote evolution first then combined with features of the viral envelope to finally produce eukaryotes.

Life & Nucleus Where Art Thou?

Viruses are classified in dead space since they do not fit the current recent model of what life is, yet viruses are very capable of living and reproducing.
Viruses are also classified as they are because they do not have or seem to have a nucleus.

Bottom Line: A nucleus is nothing more than a control center – a miniature scale version of the mind of the Creator.

A virus is quite capable of coordinating functions in order to keep on keeping on living.
A virus life cycle includes periods and degrees of dormancy, just as all life cycles do.

Since a nucleoid is a central region of genetic material, there must be some mechanism that causes the genetic material to center itself and causes this to continue to happen throughout the virus genome.
Electrostatic repulsion mentioned earlier and/or other electromagnetic forces and or the basic characteristics and principles of everything, could be a possible explanation.
Thus, an electrostatic field could serve the function of a nucleus membrane. This would make the nucleoid a nucleus, which is something it already is in function, just not in name and recognition.

Pausing To Incorporate & Update Related Understandings About Proteins

Proteins play a constant role in most life functions. The number of protein interactions continuously taking place in human cells is so large it is unknowable. In other words, our bodies require so much protein, it is not possible to eat enough protein to satisfy what our cells need, despite the protein recycling taking place in our cells. This is yet another way to know it is not the protein in the form of protein that we must eat, but rather it is the components that make up protein that we must eat.

Now we look at viruses who depend on proteins but do not eat any meat.
Proteins existed before microorganisms existed.
Proteins existed before meat existed.

It is sinister abuse to mis-teach people to the point they graduate from school at a lower level of awareness than when they were born, so much so, that even feeding themselves is no longer instinctual to the wish or to the reach.
Perhaps it would help us know what and how to eat if we realized plants protruding from soil are Mother Earth's teats, flowing with milk and honey in rainbow flavors of light that plants capture and display for life.

Update 05.09.17

When we eat anything, we also eat the health or sickness that is inside the cells, molecules and atoms of that item.
No matter what the item is, whatever is in the cells of the food we eat can become a part of our cells. Food does not just pass through and that's it. Food becomes incorporated into our cells and it's affects last a long time and become part of our genetics that affect how our bodies function.
Everything we consume, or that gets into our body another way, contributes to either the healing and curing process or the lessening and disease causing process or both.

“In Europe, hundreds of thousands of infected animals have been eaten by Europeans. This meat was infected with mad cow disease. In America, the US Department Of Agriculture says zero cattle have had mad cow disease. The infected meat may pose a threat to human health, but the significance of that threat may not become apparent for years.”
The disease can linger in human cells and grow slowly and then finally become easily noticeable and life-altering.

In 2006, the United States FDA (Food & Drug Administration) approved the use of a mixture of viruses to be sprayed on meat for human consumption. You be the judge of whether this is good or bad.

Simple Easy Basic Explanation | DNA Genetic Material
Definitions & Meanings
Unity Consciousness #999

.

(Part 1 of 3)

After wading through years of muck, tangled texts and explanations, a much simpler understanding of DNA & RNA has emerged. Genetics and genetic material have been turned into a great big convoluted mystery only accessible to the few whose best guess is their only clue, but they work together to try to confuse me and you.

Deconstructing & Breaking Down DNA

Deoxy Definition
1. without oxygen.
2. having less oxygen than the compound it is derived from.

The definition of deoxy makes sense. Deoxy is De + oxygen. “De” means to remove as in detach, detoxify, debone, decrease, etc.
Deoxy means to remove oxygen.

Ribo Definition
Ribo is the abbreviation of Ribose.
Ribose is the sugar compound.
Ribose provides the energy for processes to be carried out.

Nucleic Definition
Nucleic means nucleus.
The term “nucleic” is used when talking about DNA because that is the first place DNA was found by so-called “scientists” – in the nucleus of the cell.

Nucleic also serves as an abbreviation for nucleotide.
Nucleotide refers to a compound found in the nucleus.

Acid Definition
DNA contains a phosphate compound. This phosphate compound is an acid.
DNA takes on the name of acid for this reason, even though DNA contains other nucleic compounds that could also serve as names. Acid was chosen as part of the name of DNA, mostly as a matter of preference of the person who first named DNA.

DNA is composed of three nucleic compounds called nucleotides:
1. Deoxyribose nucleotide (nucleic sugar)
2. Nitrogen nucleotide (nucleic base)
3. Acid phosphate nucleotide (nucleic acid)

Summary

Nowhere in the name of DNA does DNA mean two, double or double-stranded or curved like a spiral ladder. There is single-stranded DNA and double-stranded RNA.

DNA is created when ribonucleic acid (RNA) is deoxygenated.
DNA is deoxyribonucleic acid.
DNA is de-oxygen-ribose-nucleotide acid.

In other words, DNA is single stranded because RNA is single stranded.
DNA must exist as a single strand before it can exist as a double strand.
This must be so because it is not the “double” aspect of the helix that makes DNA, DNA.

Consider the case of protein. Protein exists in multiple forms (formations and structures). Despite their many forms, proteins are all still proteins. It is not the structure of proteins that makes a protein, a protein.

Consider the case of cells. Cells exist in multiple forms and structures. Despite their many forms, cells are all still cells. It is not the structure of cells that makes a cell, a cell.

Likewise then, it is not the structure of DNA that makes DNA, DNA. It is the molecular components, the compounds.

We know the double stranded helix does not make DNA, DNA.
Sometimes DNA separates from each other and sometimes it straightens itself out. Even in these forms, it is still DNA. It is not the structure of DNA that makes DNA, DNA. It is the molecular components, the compounds.

Finally then, we must recognize DNA is the deoxgenated form of RNA.
The double helix of DNA is two strands of deoxy-ribonucleic acid.
DNA is a form of RNA.
Therefore, a more appropriate abbreviation for DNA is dRNA.

Common Origin: Human Organisms, Proteins & Seeds
Unity Consciousness #854

.

As humans, we place much emphasis on the nutrient group called proteins. Like consummate pros, we pro-claim we need to consume pro-tein.
What we're really saying is we understand food and the human organism in such detail, we understand there is such a thing as protein in our bodies that is contained in certain foods. We then say in order to get the protein our bodies need, we must consume the protein already in the same form in food. (This false notion has been discussed elsewhere.)
What we then fail to understand is that if what we say about humans, proteins and food is fundamentally true, then the life within humans, proteins and food must come from the same source of life, the same common origin in order for separate lives to be able to be merged and become one life for better or worse.

Maintaining Course, Switching Perspectives

Consider yourself now as the protein inside the cell of a human organism.
The ribosome is the womb which gives birth to you. You are born, live and die inside a cell.

As a protein, you get into trouble conceptually if you define yourself in such a way that understandings of how proteins are supposed to function, do not have a common origin with the same definitions and functions of:
1. the cell that keeps you alive,
2. the other cellular components that keep you and the cell alive
3. and with whatever is outside the cell that keeps you and the cell alive.
It is not necessary to be aware of everything inside and outside the cell. It is only necessary to find the common origin of the things you are aware of and respect that common origin and optimize that understanding in every piece of logic you have. This will naturally lead you to become aware of more.
Without an understanding of common origin, the protein would miss most of the point of what is taking place within the cell. The protein would never come to understand self because the protein would consider self, mostly separate from the human organism it is in, due to its disconnection of its relationship with the cellular ecosystem.
As a result, the protein would never reach the seed perspective. The seed representing the various foods the nutrients came from that were used to create the protein.
As a result, the plant that gave birth to the food would be inconceivable to the protein. So also then would be Earth and Universe.
As a result, since these things are conceivable to the human organism but not to the protein, if the protein had free will, the protein would behave in a manner out of rhythm with the larger human organism, thus out of rhythm with self, all because of lack of understanding of common origin thus common purpose/destiny.*
Likewise on the other side, the protein without understanding of common origin, would consider itself as a greater manifestation of creation than amino acids, carbon, hydrogen, oxygen. nitrogen and the cell.
If the protein was in search of truth the protein would find it because nothing exists but: the truth, forms of truth from different perspectives and forms of truth differently disconnected.**
If the protein was in search of truth, the protein would follow the repetitive cycles in the cell to their truthful connections and origins.
Human beings began this way and found their way but then lost consideration for their common origin as something more important than differences. This has happened many times over many cycles. Common origin has been found and lost repeatedly. This is in keeping with the need incentive and the Two Truths.

We were all created from the same common origin of spirit-soul, energy, force, matter, particles, elements, essence, characteristics and principles.

Right now most humans do not understand where they came from or their purposes or their relationship to self and all else and how they are supposed to think, function, act and behave. Most humans are following the wrong information from religion and national identity. It is not possible for religion and national identity to tell you who you are, where you came from and what you are here for. Religion and national identity are dedicated to all exclusive toxic ideologies rather than all-inclusive purifying ideologies.
In the presence and prevalence of these misguided understandings, how likely is it humans can understand food and nutrition to the extent we know where proteins came from, the form we need proteins to be in and how proteins function, when we understand very little of this about ourselves?

Based on human understandings about humans, then humans must think there are races of proteins, proteins are more intelligent than amino acids, elements are pests like insects, subatomic particles are germs like microorganisms and cilia are weeds like trees on commercial property.

If humans really understood proteins in the manner in which we profess, that humans and proteins are the perfect marriage, then understandings of the functions of proteins within the cell would translate to understandings of how humans are supposed to function within the cell of Earth - more like a perfect marriage.
Since understandings of human relationships outside the body are at the lowest suboptimal level, you can be certain, so also is human understandings of relationships within the body.
Being in possession of information is not the same as optimal understanding of the information.
By default, understandings change behavior.
A sure sign of suboptimally understanding something is not changing behavior for the greater common good of common origin.
Behavior does not change because logic has not changed.
Logic has not changed because something significant is missing or screwed up.
Due to common origins, it is possible to understand how this applies to human organisms, proteins, seeds and all else.

*Just as the cell and proteins are for each other and are also for the larger systems and organisms they are within, so also are humans and Earth for each other and for the larger systems within the body of the Creator called the Universe.

**Some of the problems in reaching the truth occur when:
The fundamental level has not been reached.
The partial has been mistaken for the complete.
There is not enough integration of understandings such that inconsistencies remain and are overlooked.
There is a refusal to accept what is discovered.

Cells, Amino Acids, Plant & Animal Proteins
Unity Consciousness #770

.

The constant lie about plant protein being deficient and humans needing protein from animals continues to be sold.

A protein is an assembled group of amino acids.
Amino acids are an assembled group of elements: Hydrogen (H), Oxygen (O), Carbon (C) and Nitrogen (N) and sometimes Sulfur (S). ( Note: amino acids cannot be the basic building blocks of cells because amino acids are composed of other, more basic building blocks.)
According to Medlineplus.gov, here's a list of amino acids needed by human cells. I have added chemical formula components.
Essential Amino Acids That Supposedly Cannot Be Made By Human Cells

Histidine – C6 H9 N3 O2
Isoleucine – C6 H13 NO2
Leucine – C6 H13 NO2
Lysine - C6 H14 N2 O2
Methionine - C5 H11 NO2 S
Phenylalanine - C9 H11 NO2
Threonine - C4 H9 NO3
Tryptophan - C11 H12 N2 O2
Valine - C5 H11 NO2

Nonessential Amino Acids Which Is A Poor Choice Of Words Because Even Though Human Cells Produce These Amino Acids, They Are Still Essential

Alanine - C3 H7 NO2
Asparagine - C4 H8 N2 O3
Aspartic Acid - C4 H7 NO4
Glutamic Acid - C5 H9 NO4

Conditional Amino Acids Are Supposedly Sometimes Essential Because They Are Only Needed When Sick Or Stressed. They Supposedly Cannot Be Made By Human Cells Even Though Defense Against Sickness & Stress Must Always Be At The Ready And Even Though Cells Frequently Encounter Pathogens & Other Multiple Forms Of Stressors

Arginine - C6 H14 N4 O2
Cysteine - C3 H7 NO2 S
Glutamine- C5 H10 N2 O3
Tyrosine - C9 H11 NO3
Glycine - C2 H5 NO2
Ornithine - C5 H12 N2 O2
Proline - C5 H9 NO2
Serine - C3 H7 NO3

Plants Contain All Of the Above 5 Elements

Carbon, Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Oxygen and Sulfur are found in plants. This is demonstrated in table format in Simple Nutrition | Natural Sources of Nutrients, Food Fight #59

Does it really make sense that human cells, even though they have all the elements to make amino acids, still can't. Many European scientists still say it's because of mutation and/or an evolutionary shift. OK, whatever.

Proteins are one of the main items cells use. You'd think the viability of a cell would not exist if it could not make its own proteins or amino acids out of the raw materials of elements. Cells can do thousands of things and yet not make the very items it needs the most because some scientists say DNA does not contain the recipe for those amino acids. That makes zero sense except as a warm up to the truth.

If logic tells you, you need the protein from other animals to build your human animal muscle, then the same logic should also tell you that you also need other nutrients from animals, in addition to protein.
Truth is, we do need the same things as other animals. We need the basic building blocks called elements and atoms.

As stated in previous messages, most of the animals that humans eat, eat plants. That's how they build their muscles.
Yet humans think humans have to eat muscle (meat protein) to build muscle. That makes zero sense.

When humans eat animal protein, it is broken down into amino acids before it enters the bloodstream and before it reaches the inside of cells. Cells then use the amino acid as is, builds a protein with it or breaks it down further.
When humans eat plant protein, the same thing happens.
Therefore, by the time both plant protein and animal protein makes it inside cells, you can't tell them apart because they are broken down into the same basic parts.

The Quick Fix Has Not Fixed Logic

If your subconscious logic is telling you, you can eat animal protein as an easier way to get all the protein your body needs, you are mistaken.
Your responsibility is to eat alive food. Alive means the food has been purely grown and is taken inside the body as soon as possible after harvesting with the minimal amount of processing. The amount of nutrients and medicine available to our cells is substantially increased when we eat alive food. For instance, a whole jar of homemade, homegrown apple butter is of lesser nutrient and healing value than fewer apples eaten straight off the tree. You will get more elements, amino acids, proteins and fiber and more.

Beating This Message Against Cell Walls In The Brain

To say a person needs to eat protein in order to have protein to build muscle is like saying a builder needs to start out with a assembled wall before they can build a house.

Many cells in the body are not muscle cells but they still need protein. Do they need animal protein?
In order for those other cells to function properly do we need to eat the parts of animals that contain those cells?

It is a faulty logic to say, human animals need to eat animal muscle in order to build human muscle.
It is accurate to say, human animals need protein, therefore humans must eat the things that contain the basic building blocks of proteins – elements, not amino acids
This then brings us to the need to understand the Primordials that existed in Preexistence – the same place from whence we were created.

The Constant Lie Plainly Exposed Again

The constant lie about humans NEEDING to eat animal protein has been mentioned on this blog about 4 or 5 times.
Even so, the beneficiaries of the lie have not stopped. The medical industry, the meat industry, the industry that sells anything based on its protein content and governments who control you through your logic that they gave you for safekeeping.
Be sure to understand that no one needs to focus on eating protein from animals or from plants.
Eat plant food that is alive and do all the other things that are nutritious to health and that's all there is to it.
”For over twenty years now, [European] scientists have [finally] proven that every cell in our body can produce any enzyme, hormone or protein it needs.”
(From “African Health History | Rebalancing By Remembering Nutrition”)

The second lie: Animal protein is superior to plant protein.
The opposite is true. Plants sustain life on Earth. Plants get their energy from the life-giving Sun. Plants combine that energy with life-giving Water, life-giving Air and life-giving Earth. Plants produce food based on the fundamental Primordials. Plants are closer to the origin of life than animals.

Simple Nutrition Notes | Meat Eaters & Carnivores
Food Fight #60

This article refers to the list titled, ”Simple Nutrition | Natural Sources of Nutrients.”

Notes About This List & Meat

Meat is far less essential to nutrition than it has been made to seem. This list does not support the necessity of meat. Neither does this list suggest all forms of meat (from land, water and air) and their related parts (eggs and dairy) should be avoided.

Based on natural world examples and based on the fundamental understanding that the Creator provides for all creation, the following is also most likely true:

1. Most food should be consumed as close as possible to its natural state. This includes less processing, less peeling and less cooking.
2. Most food should be consumed as soon as possible after harvesting.
3. There must be numerous natural sources of nutrients. OR
4. If there is a small number of natural sources, those will be widely available and nutritionally sufficient.
5. If we are not getting enough nutrients, we are doing something that has us out of alignment with the rest of the natural world. In other words, it is not nature's fault and it isn't naturally hard to achieve nutrition. If this is our current understanding, this could be caused by our learning/education process that causes us to trust others to provide our food, tell us how to store it and how to prepare it. AND/OR
6. It could be our behavior has damaged the environment that nurtures our food.** AND/OR
7. It could be many of the related practices that affect food purposefully or ignorantly which are harmful to health. AND/OR
8. It could be our willingness to accept government and business behavior to genetically-modify plants and meats.

By bringing all ways of knowing to bear in support of understanding, more than likely, meat eating, by humans, is an adaptive ability for survival in the absence of plant nutrients. When available, it can supplement nutrition but is not a requirement. If humans were intended to depend on frequent meat eating, meat would grow much faster, like plants. Since meat doesn't grow naturally fast enough to meet our over-driven demands, current meat production practices involve harmful things to speed up the growth process of animals and their growth size. We are forcing nature to fit our carnivorous desires to consume flesh. This is yet another example of our fatal flaw.

At best, meat is intended to be used as an infrequent supplement to meals. Meat should take a back seat and supporting role in nutrition. Meals should not be planned around meats but planned around plants. Plants should take center stage and meats should be considered the side dish, garnish or relish.

**We must not assume meat from water does not contain toxins.

Conclusion

This list clearly shows, despite the number of confusing and duplicate terms for nutrients, they all boil down to the same few elements which can be obtained from a few main natural sources. These sources are all connected to the primordial four at the top of this list. The primordial four are another way to maintain a much simpler focus when thinking about nutrition and health.

To enhance understanding through critical analysis, right now, perform a general double-check of this list by searching what the human body is made of.

Notes:

*Per the Grand Unified Theorem.
(1) Fresh, uncooked natural foods provide some water.
Tap water is processed with harmful elements added and should be the last resort, not first.
(2) An anti-oxidant prevents oxidation. Oxidation causes unwanted chemical reactions that cause deterioration of cell structures.
(3) Vitamin C, Ascorbic Acid and Citric Acid are all different. They are all found in citrus fruits and some other vegetables. There are natural sources of ascorbic acid.

African Health History | Rebalancing By Remembering Nutrition

(Part 3 of 3)

Part 1, African Health History | Fundamental & Comprehensive
Part 2, African Health History | Keloid Skin & Related Malfunctions

Rebalancing Comprehensively Through Awareness

Health is a spiritual, physical, mental and emotional system. These four inseparable areas of personal health are the same as the four inseparable aspects of self. In other words, the only way to have health is to take care of the entire self.

Rebalancing Fundamentally Through Actions

Corrective actions are balancing forces. Corrective actions are natural actions. They naturally offset, repair and/or remove the cause. If they are not natural actions, they are deflective actions that put the focus on false solutions and most likely, false causes.

Nutrition

What do cells need to function properly? Nutrients.
Why? All cells and body structures are made of nutrients.
What are nutrients? Elements.
What elements do cells need? The same elements they are made of mainly – carbon-hydrogen-oxygen.
What's the best, easiest, cheapest, simplest and healthiest way to get these elements? Eat plants. Eat all edible parts of plants. Eat plants in their freshest form. Eat plants you have grown naturally.

Since cells are made of – carbon, hydrogen and oxygen, then cells must receive these materials to remain in good working condition. See, ”Temples Built With Cellular Nutrition, Food Fight #41”

What About All The Other Vitamins And Minerals I'm Told I Need?

They are all in plants or made by your body from the raw materials in plants. This is true for plants grown in non-toxic, naturally-maintained earth. This is true for plants that receive natural water, natural light, natural air and natural interaction with other plants. Eat a variety of plants and a variety of their edible parts and you will have everything you need. Know these things and relax:
1. A variety does not mean a large, wide variety. It means several. In addition to this, eat plants considered herbs.
2. Know yourself, your body, your Creator and know what to do and what to eat.
3. Plants are made of and operate on the same things as you: earth, air, water and sun.

”For over twenty years now, scientists have proven that every cell in our body can produce any enzyme, hormone or protein it needs.”

Don't Forget The Nutrient - Oxygen

Part 2 of this series touches upon the fundamental connection between low oxygen and many African health problems. Oxygen is a nutrient because oxygen is an element we need continuously. We must not forget to eat oxygen. Eating plants at their freshest and drinking natural water meets this fundamental requirement. Eating plants at their freshest will help those with low oxygen receive more oxygen from these four things which are one in the same: (1)carbohydrates, (2)carbon hydrates, (3)carbon bonded with water and (4)carbon, hydrogen and oxygen.

Each aspect of health and each aspect of self need nutrition every day all the time. This comprehensive and fundamental perspective must form the framework of awareness.

In order to change your health outcomes, this knowledge must become reintegrated into your thinking processes. As this unity of thinking occurs, you will begin taking balancing corrective actions. You will begin to experience historical health. This is optimal health and African health. With this comes, automatically and simultaneously, the knowledge of your African self.

Complete Protein | Plants Not Animals. A Sensible Approach Without Blood From A Turnip

Food Fight #56

Proteins Not Required

Humans do not need to eat meat to get protein. Humans need amino acids. Plants make all of the amino acids we need.

In a letter to the American Heart Association, John McDougall, MD, states: [paraphrased]
Any single one or combination of unprocessed complex carbohydrates provides amino acid intakes in excess of the recommended requirements. Therefore, a careful look at the founding scientific research and some simple math prove it is impossible to design an amino acid–deficient diet based on the amounts of unprocessed starches and vegetables sufficient to meet the calorie needs of humans. Furthermore, mixing foods to make a complementary amino acid composition is unnecessary [in order to obtain a complete protein].

Forget What The FDA Says

The FDA says yes you do need protein but it's really not that important so, no, it's not necessary to put the information on food labels except in a few limited special circumstances. Protein information is not required on food labels most of the time per Guidance for Industry: A Food Labeling Guide:

[paraphrased] The Percent Daily Value for protein is not required unless a protein claim is made for the product or if the product is to be used by infants or children under four years of age.

The FDA's reason for not making protein labelling mandatory is quoted as:

”Based on current scientific evidence that protein intake is not a public health concern for adults and children over 4 years of age, and because of the costs associated with a determination of the Protein Digestibility Corrected Amino Acid Score (PDCAAS), FDA has determined that declaration of the percent of the DRV for protein need not be provided when a claim is not made.”

So what's the fuss among all of us about making sure we get complete proteins and that we need to make sure we eat meat to get proteins? Thanks FDA for reminding us no matter how much sense something makes, dollars and cents always rule the day over knowledge and sense which is why the food system is screwed.

Don't take my word for it. Here are several more reasons to not listen to the American citizens who collectively are called the FDA but who are really just a bunch of people doing a morally-reprehensible job and on behalf of the public supposedly, and using taxpayer money to do so. See all the FDA article links found at, Arsenic & Rice | Ant Sense, Common Sense & More FDA Nonsense, Food Fight #54

Protein Intake Is Not A Problem

The adequacy of plant-based diets in developed and developing countries as sources of protein and amino acids for human subjects of all ages is examined. Protein quantity is shown not to be an issue.

This information says when it comes to plant-based diets, nowhere in the world is protein intake a concern. Quit worrying people. Quit worrying vegetarians and vegans about what frigging fools say. This information comes from a May 1999 report by the U. S. National Institutes of Health titled, “The nutritional value of plant-based diets in relation to human amino acid and protein requirements.”

Fruits & Vegetables Have Complete Proteins

Per the McDougall Plan as quoted in the Vegetarian Guide, “common vegetables have much more protein than you need, and contrary to popular myth, they're complete proteins as well.”

Nuts, Seeds & Beans Have Complete Proteins

The United States Department of Agriculture states when it comes to making sure animals get their protein, the food of choice is soybeans. So why do humans turn to animals to get proteins when animals are given plants to get proteins? The USDA states, though poorly worded:

“Processed soybeans are the world’s largest source of animal protein feed [protein feed for animals] and the second largest source of vegetable oil.”

Read more at Food Fight With Seeds.

Why Animal Protein As A Requirement For Humans Makes Zero Sense

Many have been misled to believe since humans are animals and have muscles and those muscles are made of proteins then we must eat animal protein to build muscle. Let's test this theory. Human blood is also made of protein (hemoglobin), so therefore we need to drink animal blood in order to build human blood, especially since we all know you can't get blood from a turnip. Can you imagine right now those who still believe we need to eat meat to get protein are causing the price of animal blood to skyrocket?

Herbivores, Pollen & Complete Protein: Omnivore & Carnivore Behavior Not Required

Food Fight #44

Honeybees Are Herbivores

Honeybees only eat food from plants – nectar and pollen. We readily accept as fact that pollen is a protein source for bees. We don't wonder if pollen from every plant contains protein. We don't wonder if some pollen contains partial proteins and other pollen contains the rest, making it necessary for bees to combine pollen to get complete protein.

Pollen stored in a bee hive is called “bee pollen.” A lot of pollen, before bees touch it, is said to be an allergen to humans; but in the hives of bees, pollen somehow becomes a complete food - a superfood that is like a natural multivitamin for humans. How did nutrient variety get into protein-packed pollen but not into the rest of the plant? Are bees working magic or, are the scientists we listen to? Is pollen really super – far superior to roots, leaves, fruit and seeds or is it super-stition?

What Does This Mean For Human Herbivores?

Pollen contains plant protein sufficient for small bees. Humans also need protein. If tiny bits of pollen has such a variety and range of nutrients, including complete protein, then how much nutrient content is really in other parts of plants humans are supposed to eat? Did the Supreme Being make it easier for honeybees to get proper nutrition than for humans? Could it be other parts of plants, just like pollen, are capable of providing nutrients we need when plants are grown as intended and consumed as intended?

Follow The Feeders

Elephants, giraffes, hippos, rhinos, zebras, moose, deer, buffaloes, camels and horses are some of the biggest herbivores and all grow to be big, strong and muscular eating only plants.

Why do many people believe humans must have animal protein or that animal protein is an all-in-one easy and best way to get protein? How did we come to believe we must know specific combinations of foods and consult charts to eat smart? This is a recent belief and seems incompatible with the ability of humans for tens of thousands of years to survive, grow and develop minds, bodies and babies.

Humans Are Omnivores For Emergency Purposes

Eating insects and animal flesh is not a requirement for humans to thrive. On the other hands eating plants is a requirement. This means, though we have omnivorous capability, only one portion of this ability is absolutely necessary for optimal health. Humans are predominantly herbivores (just like primates) with the ability to eat insects/meat as a survival advantage. Humans are gatherers then hunters, eating mostly what can't move and little of what tries to elude.

All Herbivores Eat Vegetation & Vegetables

All plant material falls into the general category of “vegetation.” Though vegetation is often thought of as the foliage/leaves, every part of every plant is vegetation – from the root to the fruit including plants that grow on, in or under water.

As humans, we've named some of the vegetation we eat, “vegetables.” In essence, humans and any other living organism that eat any part of a plant is not only eating vegetation but also eating vegetables. All types of trees, bushes, shrubs, grasses, “weeds,” fruit and seeds are vegetables.

Bees or insects eating pollen or deer, rabbits and insects eating the plants we cultivate, are simply eating vegetables they are supposed to eat. They are seeking and finding all the nutrients they need including complete proteins in plants. They are modeling the instinctive behavior we'd be wise to re-tune to – filling our stomachs with more just-picked vegetation and less flesh.

Living Instinctively, Pollination, Nectar, Pollen

Food Fight #39

Plant pollination is not the objective of insects. Bees and other pollen aiders visit flowers because they need food – pollen, nectar, water droplets and for some, other organisms. Insects do not visit flowers to admire them, smell them, pollinate them or sunbathe. Pollination by insects is a beneficial byproduct of insects living instinctively. Instincts aid the organism, its species and the concentric circles of ecosystems it is a part of. Instincts ensure reciprocity to self and to the system.

The food of living things is also its everyday medicine. Pollen and nectar are no different. All food for a living organism is designed for its prosperity because food contains nutrients to nourish cells.

If a plant produces nutrients in its roots, sprouts, stems, leaves, petals, fruit and seeds different from another plant, then wouldn't the nectar vary from plant to plant? Wouldn't the pollen vary?

This means nectar is more than sugar water and pollen is more than a protein source. Nectar and pollen contain a mix of nutrients. Just as humans need to eat a variety of foods, nectar drinkers and pollen eaters must visit a variety of plants in order to maintain optimal health.

When honey is taken in excessive amounts, bees are fed sugar water or high fructose corn syrup water. This is malnutrition and toxic.

When bee pollen is taken, substitutes are fed to the bees. One such recipe contains 24% sugar [likely high fructose] , 12% water, 12% white granulated table sugar, 24% soy flour, 24% yeast and 4% pollen. This is malnutrition and toxic.

What do you think is happening to the health of bees who are eating sugar water and pollen substitutes? The same things that are happening to us as we continue to eat things that are tainted and not nutrient rich. It weakens their systems and genetics. Children, who then inherit weaker genetics, unfortunately encounter the same malnutrition and toxins when they eat. Weaker and weaker generations suffer from “unexplainable” disease, maladies and dysfunctions just as humans with ongoing malnutrition and toxicity in the diet of their family tree.

Humans are the only organism where large numbers override their instincts. Where is the benefit to ourselves and other forms of life that depend on the beneficial byproducts of living instinctively?

Carbohydrates: Treat Yourself Right To Plants

Food Fight #36

Over 90% of human body mass is carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. Instead of “you are what you eat,” the truth is “you should eat what you are.” Eat carbohydrates.

Carbohydrates are carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. Plants contain natural carbohydrates. By eating a variety of plants, you will also consume fat, protein, vitamins, minerals, fiber, iron and most of those other things you need.

If your body is over 90% carbon, hydrogen and oxygen, shouldn't you be eating a lot of the same things? Food from plants matches your body's design in numerous ways to keep it functioning for high achievement.

If you want health, nutrition, energy, healthcare, medicine, self-improvement, preventive medicine, beautiful skin and many more good things, treat yourself right to plants.

Note: Although animal fat is also carbon, hydrogen and oxygen; plants are intended to be your main food source. Plants contain the overwhelming majority, almost all, of the nutrients you need.

Food Fight 4: The Fight Plan

Food Fight #4

Every fight has basic rules. Food fights are no exception. If you wanna win, you'd better know what those rules are. First, set goals and take them in stages. Then, refine and repeat until you achieve what you seek. This is a basic fight plan.

Now for a little more detail. Unless you already have a specialized health condition that causes you to monitor certain things, you will do your health a lot of good by not obsessing on calories, fiber, starches, fats, saturated fats, good fats, cholesterol, protein, antioxidants, metabolism, dieting, etc. These self-imposed concerns are greatly minimized by eating a variety of food and getting regular activity.

A few more common obsessions are carbohydrates, sugar in fruit and fat in avocados and nuts. If it's food, eat it, especially if it comes from plants. Just make all other food (that does not come from plants) a side dish, an accent or an accessory to meals.

Eating more food means quitting non-food. If you can't quit right away, taper the unhealthy stuff out of your diet. One way could be to buy a more healthy version each time until you're strong enough to leave it alone.

Here are a couple of sites I've found useful as I continue to build my plan:

1. The World's Healthiest Foods. Also use the Food Advisor, FAQ's and search box.

2. Dherbs.com. Use the search box to learn causes and solutions to many food-related or health-related conditions such as skin, prostate, menstrual pain/cramps, insomnia, headaches, back pain, acne, weight loss, cancer, etc.

Use other websites to double-check this information if you sense the need.

The last part of the basic fight plan is to plan for the predictable. Keep healthy snacks and drinks at work. If you don't prepare your own lunch, make a list of places that sell food and use them only. Keep healthy snacks and water in your car. Certain trail mixes, nuts or fruit perhaps. This part of the plan will help you bypass the mostly fake food joints waiting at every intersection of no preparation and unable to resist temptation.

When it comes to food fights, a fight plan doesn't have to be burdensome. Be confident in your ability to create your own reality. Use what has and hasn't worked to shape your exact path to health. Do not stress trying to follow every bit of advice. Just watch what you eat, how you prepare it and what you add to it. A fight plan can be even simpler than that. Eat food and get active.
