Throughout life we often hear phrases such as, that's too hard, too complicated, over-complication, too easy, over-easy, too simple, oversimplification, that's perfect, that's just right and so on.
These statements, and many more just like them, can be combined and condensed into a larger, more cohesive, understanding via metaphor.

Levels Of Awareness Extracted From English Fairy Tale

Over-complication, “this bed is too hard.”
Oversimplification, “this bed is too soft.”
Perfect explanation, “this bed is just right.”

Try to explain the universe in terms of rhythm and music and some people can feel the groove, others have trouble getting in sync with this logical approach.

Try to explain the Universe in mathematical terms and it's too hard for some and too easy for others. Use words and numbers and it's just right.

Trying to explain algebra to a child is rough; but wait until they're ten and it's easier. Why? Accumulated learning of concepts in the current language of the culture.*

As we progress through levels of understanding, the once complicated, becomes just right, then, after a while, too simple.
In other words, when we encounter something too complicated, that means we need to learn more in other areas and at earlier levels of the topic and often in different languages and metaphors before we can grasp the specific thing we find too complicated.

The Universe is simple, just right and complex.

Life is a growth process of learning and understanding.
Of late, we have been tricked into thinking learning is the same thing as optimal understanding. It used to be, but not so much so during the Age of Fish & Dog (Jackal) aka Dark Age Fog.

As a result, we have been learning, but understanding in place (similar to running in place). We are stuck at the Goldilocks level of awareness.

In one version of the story, Goldilocks was a child; therefore, it was the child's level of understanding she settled into. This was appropriate for her which is why she liked all of Baby Bear's stuff.

Time for Goldilocks to grow up into the double truth.

Life is a dynamic dance requiring continuous adjustments of moving out of what is too easy and into what is just right and into what is too hard. This is an ongoing process that allows us to keep moving through levels of awareness. Just as the physical body moves through levels of growth via continuous process, so also must we grow emotionally, mentally and spiritually by continuously maturing in understanding in the process of becoming unified in consciousness of self and all else..

Each bear's porridge, chair and bed were just right for them but not just right for the other two bears.
At some point in the lifetime development of each Bear, what is too simple, too hard and just right will change and switch places as the next step in healthy growth and development takes place.

Language Expansion

* Our spoken/written language is a form of the language of the Universe. This is the language we teach and learn by; however, if our spoken/written language is alienated from the millions of other languages in the Universe, our understandings will be limited to our culture, thus extremely small and void of significant understandings. This is why the Ancient Ancients in Africa incorporated animals, planets, insects and other parts of Nature into their teachings.

Our language may be just right to get us started, but if that's all we rely on throughout life, and we do not perceive or use other languages (metaphors), then our cultural language will keep us in a Goldilocks state of mind. This is why we of stunted growth cultures lowrate Ancient Ancient Egyptian culture because we do not understand nearly as much as they did. The Three Bears woke Goldilocks up and caused her to get out of her comfort zone of just right porridge, just right chair and just right bed. Goldilocks had to get up and move on.

Additional Expansion

As one of many examples, I often hear TV folks say, that's an oversimplification, it's much more complex than that. In this context the person is saying something has been left out, the explanation is inaccurate and the person doesn't know what they're talking about. This could be true sometimes, but sometimes not.
If someone understands something sufficiently enough, it is possible to reduce it to fit the space of soundbites of television and still be accurate. At the same time, someone hearing the simple explanation, who does not account for limited space available to explain something and the fence-straddling to avoid offending status quo viewers and sponsors or who does not understand the topic as much, could consider the statement to be an oversimplification. It depends on each person's level of awareness.

Most things have several names. Another way to summarize the higher spirit and lower spirit is "the first and last." This name quickly and easily explains why first and last change places. It is because the higher and lower change places. The higher and lower must change places because they are the two-parts of the spiritual cycle.
Each time higher and lower change places, so also does everything first become last and then everything last becomes first.

Another way to speak of the higher and lower is as the twin power relationship. These two powers manifest themselves in many pairs that we refer to as good/evil (God/Devil), negative/positive, construction/destruction, love/hate, truth/lie and so on. (See UC#605)

This is why everything is upside down, flipped, reversed, backwards and outside in.

Whenever there are more than two items, such as color, the first cannot become second. First always has to move to last in order for the cycle to complete itself.
Thus, then we understand why if last is to become first, then the only place for first to be is last again.
From this understanding of why energy reverses in the Universe, we understand why human situations reverse.
The entire cycle is nearing completion because the last nation, America, came up from down and is now going back down to the bottom - their entry point. We won't really count the last nation as a nation - Israel.*** Israel is a satellite of America and will go as America goes.

The Imperfect & The Perfect

Certain religious books speak of "when that which is perfect is come."
That which is perfect is come is the higher self rule revealing scriptures from bibles and holy books within and below. This will take care of the partial and believable that causes puzzles in our way.

What was it that was imperfect and is fading away?
Revelation 10:10 (KJV): "And I took the little book out of the angel's hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter."
The little book is all of the books of religions that are satisfying to the taste but upsets the stomach of the human race.

Making Sure We Understand Why That Which Is Currently First Is Due To Lower Intelligence

As stated in the previous message, religion was last.
Religion has had its run and ruin of logic, thus of civilization.
All things once last that are now first will return to being last, because energy in the Universe is repositioning to move in reverse. The magnetic (spiritual energy) pole of Earth is shifting from the above to the below. This is a symbol and metaphor of an orientation change because the bottom is returning to the top. Physical energy is an after-shadowing of spiritual energy.

The only reason religion**, whites and America are first is because these are the Dark Age days of the Universal Destroyer Deceiver. The Destroyer Deceiver could not be in power in the world unless all things of a higher nature were moved to last place. The Destroyer Deceiver's job* is to do exactly what has been taking place in order to fulfill the need incentive of the challenge so the Restorer Revealer can gain knowledge of self and thus, enhance the use of creative genetic potential genius so evolution can take place so eternity can be sustained.

So from all this we simply know that the preferred ways people are living that are tied to Destroyer logic, will change significantly.

What is possible is a function of knowing, not belief. What is impossible is a function of believing, not knowing.

*The Lower-Self Spirit Destroyer Deceiver Logic & Peoples have done a damn good job being the worst they could be. However, this has only occurred after the opposite has been true. Now the cycle is moving into position for first and last to trade places in order for the rising reversing energy to rule during the Aquarian Age.

Think about who the core of America really is. Take Africans freeze them for tens of thousands of years, turn them white, thaw them, have them begging for permission to be taught by their black kin, have them barely able to comprehend the beginning of knowing, have them slip back into Dark Ages time and time again, have them spread their seed Asiatically, have them fight amongst all Europeans, have them finally defeat their black kin, have them keep fighting among Europeans, have them go around the world colonizing and spreading their seed globally, have the worst of these people sent to America and have them fight those who financed them, have them only concerned with wealth accumulation, have them, from this home base, start wars that are never-ending including with other Europeans and then you have the conditions for the Destroyer Deceiver to do maximum damage because the character of the people is thoroughly suboptimized for their treacherous terroristic tasks. America, the last and the worst, is the optimal challenge for Africa, the best and the first.

**Religion also gained ground due to forced conversions to religion after lands were invaded and people were conquered. This is the main reason why many black folks are followers of the 3-in-1 religion of Christianity-Judaism-Islam.
You, black person, are a Christian because you were conquered, enslaved and still are in the fundamental way. Your beneficial African spiritual traditions were forbidden and now by you, they are deridden.

***The current nation of Israel is an impostor of the former Israelites who were much deeper hued than the present-day mostly white Semites. Jacob Israel is the son of Isaac is the son of Abraham. All of these people were Chaldean-Kushite-Ethiopian. And so was Rebekah who was a Syrian whose mother and father were Syrians whose parents were Chaldean. Since the original Israel nation and the current Israel nation are named based on patriarchy, then the male lineage of Jacob Israel is really all that needs to be established. Now, to state things quite clearly, the original Israelite nation was a black African nation. There was no significant color difference. From the moment the planet and the star align, Darkness has no chance. The best time for Darkness to begin to assert itself is during evening. This is when the portion of Earth that has been in the Light (Day) naturally progresses into the Black (Night).
This is the same thing as saying: That which has been created (Light) returns to its pre-existing state of existence (Black) to rest and be restored and renewed.
That portion of Earth that has been highly active (kinetic), activated by the Sun's energy to carry out its creative genetic potential genius, must now take newly acquired energy (potential) and mix it with previously acquired potential. This takes place during the Blackness of Night where it came from. This then provides a higher starting point of potential to automatically go into motion when Earth and person awaken.

Now to back up for a moment.
Though many descriptions speak of the Sun as going down or coming up, the Sun is always the same. The Sun always shines.
It is the movements of Earth and Sun that changes and which causes portions of Earth to receive Sunlight at different times every 24-hour cycle.

Darkness Has A Small Window Of Opportunity

Not only does Darkness have no chance to gain momentum during Day when Light (understanding) easily overwhelms it, displaces it; neither does Darkness have any chance during Night when Blackness (The Mother of Understanding) easily overwhelms it and absorbs it.

Darkness must work quickly as Light is fading into Night and before Night comes into its fullness.
It is during this window of opportunity that Darkness fabricates a Curtain of White Artificial Light.*
In doing so, Darkness accomplishes several things:
1. The Curtain becomes the matrix – the world, the universe.
2. Darkness can dominate consciousness when neither Light nor Night are dominant.
3. Darkness renames Night and calls it Darkness, in its own image. It then makes people terrified afraid of Night when people should give glorified praise to Night as the originating first half of the beauty of Day and Creation.***
4. Darkness then says it can help people not be afraid of what it calls, the Dark of Night. It can help people by using Artificial Light. In doing so, Darkness has created a world of Artificial Light at Night that people now praise because they think they need Artificial Light at Night because they are afraid and are no longer calibrated to what Night really is.
5. Because Light (Celestial Lights in the form of Daughters and Sons) are born (rise) out of Night, which is Blackness, that same Blackness of Night produces Light in all the colors of the rainbow. Natural Light contains all colors just as Blackness contains all colors. As a result, Artificial Light is not an equal comparison to Light. Artificial Light cannot do for us what Light does for us. In no way are we more secure because Artificial Light exists.

Now to summarize:
When we conceive of time as Earth in relation to Sun (Earth-Sun Time), we have a cycle of approximately 365 days called a year.
When we conceive of time as Earth in relation to Star Constellations (Earth-Star Constellation Time), we have a cycle of approximately 26,000 years called a Great Year. Each Great Year is made of Great Days. Each Great Day is made of thousands of 365-day years.

When We Are Living Explains How We Are Living

We are currently living during the Night of a Great Day.
Darkness began to overtake us shortly after Kemet reached the height of its Light and as that Light Of Understanding began to fade into Night. Darkness, which had been lingering, lurking and getting in where it could fit in, finally overtook Kemet from within and without. As a result, humans have regressed from the height of evolution previously achieved.

Since it has now been almost 4,000 years under the rule of Darkness, Earth and people have been re-membering their creative genetic potential genius – because it is actually Night and we are still overwhelmingly in the midst of Blackness. It just that we have lost consciousness of this Blackness as we try to exist in the midst of the matrix of Darkness. Even so, God's got our black. Involuntary melanin functioning and voluntary melanin functioning are becoming more in sync. Earth is re-acclimatizing itself within in relation to the same thing taking place outside of Earth. More people are moving out of the Darkness of Artificial Light and back into the Blackness Of Night. As a result, instead of the dominant theme of these Times being Darkness getting worse and stronger, we realize Light is increasing and moving upwards towards the dawning of morning. When we realign and recalibrate ourselves with the motion on a more Universal Level, we also realize Night Lights are also repositioning to assist us during Day and Night.
We are well into the process of the dawning of the Age of Aquaria/Aquarius. We realize each Great Day based on Earth-Star Constellation Time has an additional greater influence on our lives as we go through 24-hour Earth-Sun days.
We must become aware of the bigger picture that we are not only currently living in a Dark Age, but we are also just a few Universal moments away from a new “Great Day in the Morning!”
This is a good thing for those who embrace their origin and sustenance - Blackness and Light.
On the other hand, this is a bad thing for those who are born out of and sustained by Darkness and Artificial Light. They have no chance during the Age of Aquaria/Aquarius and Cepheus.
The Devil has been living large in the House of Rising Sons & Daughters of Earth & Universe. We are now in the period when Daughters, Suns, Moons, Stars and Sons are moving into position and aligning with Motherbirth in order to bring Light back to wherever they are.
Understand this clearly: The Devil Destroyer came in on the down low and caught us on the downswing. Since that time, many events have taken place and still are that are causing this process move in reverse – to restore the last back to first, thus causing sick societies to be once again replaced by healthy civilizations.
It is Nighttime and nigh time to kick the invasive species out of our house and back to the periphery. The Antarctic just might be the place to quarantine the virus of Darkness and its Artificial Light. Even Mars sounds mar-velous. Why? Because their logic, thus choice of lower-self, is beyond repair. See White Genocide and you'll understand what permeates the majority of the population of Europeans and then substitute Asian, Arab and other names who hatefully claim they are not African and still cry for evidence, while drowning in evidence, as one would in their own blood, yet still spewing poisonous false statements about themselves and Africans that are only true in Lala land where logic is permanently out to lunch taking a restless siesta. Truth is, none of these African branches of people have any reliable evidence to prove they are not from the one human African family tree and that all given to them through Africa is not the same as a parent imparting into the child, the knowledge and other resources they possess. No, instead these wayward watoto, wacked out on the drug of disinformation, live behind a psychedelic curtain of culture and fantastically claim they learned to talk and walk on their own in an illusionary, non-permeable, Teflon-coated plastic bubble while their parents crawled around in the jungle and grunted and are now bringing the children down. Forget about your parents if you will. It is not them you should be worried about. Your behavior is disgusting to your Great Grandmother, the Mother Of Africa, The Creator of All. You are in her presence. She brought you through and into this time so you could know better. Because you misunderstand distance, cause and effect, ways of knowing and the purpose of your creation, you stand in Mama's face and disrespect what she is working hard to perfect. And yet, she has given you leeway to self-correct and find your way and you still say nay? Things do change don't they? This is the dawning of a brand New Day. Due to your stubbornness turned stupidity, the switches of Universal Karma are being prepared from your own branches, and by these disfigured offshoots you will be whipped to death or life by the left hand that determines what is and what is right.

On one side of the equation, Blackness creates Light
and
on the other side, Darkness creates Artificial Light.
Blackness must transform Artificial Light
while
Light must illuminate and/or eliminate Darkness.

*Ancestor John Henrik Clarke, said the biggest weapon in the arsenal of Euro-centric scholarship has been their colonialization of history. Europeans and other groups have not only colonized history but they colonized information about history." They have rewritten history to fit their own image and to substantiate their later beginnings in an attempt to remove Blackness and Light out of history in order to claim Darkness and Artificial Light are models of higher intelligence. As a result, the world has been under the sway (per-sway-sion)** of Males (European and others) and their revisionist falsifying of world history and the workings of the Universe. Dr. Ivan van Sertima, calls this the European "five hundred year curtain."
This curtain has momentarily obscured awareness of both Light and Night for most of those born under this curtain which represents a doubling down on the Dark Age that was already in existence. Thus, as Europeans and others finally gained navigational knowledge, the world went from a Dark Age into a Female Out into an African Spiritual Traditions Out into a Black Out into all's fair in love and war and unfair in hate and peace.
These are the Days of the Destroyer. Those who have been in control of the world are Agents of Destruction. They are not bringers of freedom, civilization, knowledge or anything representative of the higher-self. Once you step out of the matrix of Darkness and into Blackness, these things will become plain as Day even as Night remains.

Salvation Is Many Different Same Things

1. Know yourself. Continuous processing of information is critical to salvation. Information must be properly processed and connected to an Ecosystem context before it becomes knowledge. Thus, it is common to remember and recall information and not have knowledge. This is how schools teach. This is why knowledge of self in relation to all else is lacking, thus understanding is lacking.
2. An optimization process involving multiple ways of knowing.
3. Self-study, self-education and self-improvement.
4. Collective-study, collective-education and collective-improvement.
5. An evolutionary process.
6. Basic needs. (UC#43)
7. Self-preservation of the Ecosystem.
8. Universal karma.
9. Ten Cardinal Principles Of Ancient African Deep Thought.
10. Knowing better and doing better.
11. Understanding history is prophecy.
12. Understanding that Creation is part of the process of the Creator's self-salvation.
13. To “work out” salvation is to work through processes to reach understandings. (UC#736)
14. A continuous series of small steps that does not involve a giant leap of faith and a washing away of mistakes or an amazing grace to save me no matter how sweet it sounds logically.
15. Wholeness.
16. Nutritional receiving and nutritional giving.
17. Enlightenment.
18. Being an Initiate of Learning.
19. A continuous spiritual journey.

Salvation Requires Getting Prepared & Getting Organized

There are at least, millions of trillions of pieces of data in us. We know this based on estimates that humans contain trillions of cells. Trillions of pieces of information have been acquired over many lifetimes and stored and accessed and edited and stored in our genetic library. Just like computer data, this information gets fragmented and disorganized. If we do not purposely defragment our logic, it is easy to have logic that is put together incorrectly and takes a lot of energy to bring together when needed.
This explains the negative reaction many people have against analyzing and critical thinking. It's tiresome to them due to a mixed up state of mind and malnutrition. This further explains the tendency to outsource thinking to “expert” thinkers.

Despite the enormity of the task, defragmenting and organizing all our definitions is a very possible and doable process just like everything else.
Defragmenting is supposed to take place every day as we get sufficient nutrition, rest, use critical thinking and use quiet time with self and with other aspects of nature.
Defragmenting is necessary to achieve the organization of logic necessary to unify understandings into oneness which is the path of salvation we seek.

Organization must take place so we can begin sorting through and verifying definitions and checking for contradictions. This process raises our level of awareness and raises consciousness because we can logically understand self in relation to all else and all else in relation to self.
This helps us understand what's going on and what's happening and what we must do and not do.
This is enlightening, which illuminates “the way” which “lights up” before us in stages as we mature through stages of understanding. This is salvation – to increase the light of understanding within self to illuminate the darkness within self, thus in the world.

Until we organize and unify logic, we will be hard-pressed to reach a basic understanding of many things,. Why?
Because understanding requires making connections and associations of a large number of pieces of logic so we can see how they fit in relationship to the whole. Thought processes result in more conclusions and decisions that are helpful when logic is organized.
For these reason, we will not be able to reach fundamental definitions that apply to everyone and everything.
As recently discussed, this is why humans are at odds with each other and other portions of the Ecosystem. Our logic needs to be worked on, which includes more information. A greater understanding of world history and human achievement tells us we are living in a Dark Age of Information.

As we continue to accumulate understandings, we will be able to connect them properly as long as we get organized and do the basic things mentioned in this section and explore them so we can expand our reasoning and behaviors to encompass more of the wholeness of the oneness we seek and must reach to achieve salvation.

The process to achieve salvation is described not only in this section in a very condensed form, but also in the previous section. Each of those numbered items are a process and path to salvation. Pick any one you like and explore it and expand upon it while maintaining integrity with the Creator's Trueprint so that your logic is being adjusted/calibrated/optimized to fit into wholeness.
Be certain to understand that you can start from any ideology you currently have and explore and expand the logic and as long as you are willing to hold true to matching the wholeness of logic reflected throughout the Ecosystem, you will be shown enough of the way to get you to the next step and given enough help, information-wise, to connect you to more information. But you gotta get better prepared to take full advantage of the process.

In other words don't be one of those people who think they can achieve understanding while not utilizing understanding they already have, not getting nutrition, not changing relationships and not trying to do anything but hold on to the safety and security they think they have. It is through the doing of the things you already know you should do that prepares you and helps you obtain the understanding you need. Once you are in the process of doing those things, if you are approaching the process of understanding honestly, being open to the higher-self spirit, then you will listen and follow what you're being told.
You can expect to be uncertain and scared at different points along the way, because one of the roadblocks in the path to reaching a particular understanding is the fearful. Your higher-self is going to try to guide you through it and your lower-self will try to keep you from it.

Collective deception (misunderstanding) is used to hold societies together.
Where deception is the norm, there is a natural tendency for truth to emerge out of the experiences of self and the society. The individual and the collective must continue to work together to keep truth submerged in both places.

Collective understanding is used to hold civilizations together.
Where understanding is the norm, there is a natural tendency for deception to emerge out of the experiences of self and the civilization. The collective must continue to work together to resolve deception in both places.

Sooner or later, no matter what, the buildup of momentum and power of that which seeks any and every way to get through, will find a way to get through and stay.

In other words, deception is the glue of societies. If deception is not constantly practiced in societies, truth will quickly break through and takeover the norm.
Perfecting is the glue of civilizations. If perfecting is not constantly practiced in civilizations, deception will quickly break through and takeover the norm.

Every person and every collective must operate based on some sense of knowledge of self. Culture provides it. The problem is, societies do not seek knowledge of self. They cannot provide an accurate sense of self. As a result, societies and their citizens regress further into a Dark Age from the dark stage on which the society's principles were laid.
Societies have a much shorter lifespan than civilizations.

Darkness is the absence of blackness. because light comes from black elements. The way out of darkness is through blackness into the light. Every human Dark Age has ended this way. Know your history.

Do not fear darkness because the core of your genetic potential is just like the core of the Sun. It is blackness. Your genetics have the power to produce light in multiple dimensions.
Children of Nun, Ptah, Atum and the Sun, understand your carbon, chlorophyll and melanin.

Truth Will Be Found, Told, Known And Lived
If it is possible for the lower-self to use the genetic potential of logic to get people to believe lies, how much more so then, is it possible for the higher-self to use the genetic potential of logic to help people know truths?

Comets, Asteroids, Meteors & Motion Sickness 2016-2017Unity Consciousness #648

During these late stage Dark Age days, nearly every time something is written about comets, asteroids and meteors passing within viewing distance of Earth, five things tend to come with the territory terror story.
1. There's a fear of dying due to being hit by these creations.
2. There is a reassurance to have no fear because these creations are not going to hit us or we can just blow these creations to bits if we have to. Weapons R Us.
3. The creations are referred to as if they are not an intended part of the ecosystem we have always depended on.
4. There is always the subtext subconscious appeal to logic to have faith in the assessment that comes from a suboptimal context than to have stronger faith in the Creator, which of course, is optimized within self. (Faith and understanding are optimized within self.)
5. The creations are not understood in relation to the self within. (See, “Number One Thing You & Everyone Else Must Learn, Unity Consciousness #421)

These compounding problematic misperceptions change fairly quickly when we understand these creations as transporters, deliverers, messengers, healers, helpers, providers, care givers, ambassadors of osmosis, Calvary, primordial presents, nutrients, elements, the stuff the universe is made of, Earth is made of, the matter within Earth is made of, all life within Earth is made of and humans are made of. There is no reason to be detached from understanding these creations as self and no reason to remain paralyzed in your process of becoming due to fear and every reason to be excited the Universe is indeed conspiring and the time (motion) of sickness is expiring.

Even if it is true, some or all of us must die at the universal karma hands of comets, asteroids, meteors and meteorites, then it must also be true our dying satisfies the need incentive and is for the greater good of the Universe (the Creator).

There is no such thing as randomness, only responses to logical motions.
Comets, asteroids, meteors and meteorites are responses to logical motions within the Universe. They are coming around because of what has been going around during this spiritual journey. If these “space objects” exist to “kill us” via the “mass extinction” model of thinking, then the continuation of life-ways of knowing model tells us this is also intended to massively heal the spirits of those who have not sold their will to live as intended. Thus also, comets, asteroids, meteors, meteorites and spirits, through their transformative powers will likewise transform the forms they become: bodies, emotions and minds.

Comets, asteroids, meteors and meteorites are part of the ecosystem. You have this same ecosystem within you. Know yourself and understand all else or at least get a better sense of the motion of wealth – which includes comets, asteroids, meteors and meteorites.

Creative Stuff On The Inside Refrigerator Door MetaphorsUnity Consciousness #561

One of the most overlooked opportunities to spark and stimulate creativity is the stuff on the inside refrigerator door.
This is usually an assortment of condiments encased in plastic and glass that hangs around longer than anything else. With just a little bit of rethinking, we can set these items and ourselves free. We will then be able to get a lot more out of the process of looking for something to eat and keep more condiments from passing into the afterlife.

Anytime we find ourselves staring into the refrigerator for several seconds, searching for that something that just isn't there, an opportunity exists to create something else out of something else. This opportunity only lasts as long as our ability to resist the temptation habit of running to the store or ordering delivery food. Using the resources we have available is, of course, what being creative is.

Introduce the classic mixture of ketchup and mustard to a baked or microwaved sweet potato. Fry some cornmeal to go with those few ounces of syrup. Who has not made a meaty spaghetti sauce and jelly sandwich? A boiled egg cut in half and then some juice from pickles or pepper rings poured over the yolk is worth a try.

Whether or not we end up liking the combinations we come up with, at least the stuff on the inside refrigerator door gets used up a little faster and we get some practice using our inherent creative abilities.

It is extremely difficult to “go wrong” or “mess up” by combining foods we already know we like. Most of the time when things don't turn out as we'd like, the problem is not a matter of what we combine. It is usually a matter of balance. An ingredient is used too much or too little. An ingredient is cooked too long, too briefly or at unfavorable temperatures.

Combining bits and pieces of what is, to create what isn't, is the creative process. This is the same creative process that brings all things into existence and maintains their existence.

Deconstructing Combining Metaphors

Somewhere along the way to creativity, we've been taught mixing metaphors is a bad thing. This type of suboptimal Dark Age teaching limits knowledge of self. Mixing metaphors is a basic description of who we are.

Condiments are like wood scraps, pieces of cloth and containers of bolts, screws, washers and buttons. All of these items are simply awaiting our awareness of their part, their whole and their essence. As we unify consciousness, we are awakened to this awaiting awareness. We become more U-rhythmic with the deconstructing, mixing, metamorphosing, and reconstructing of metaphors constantly taking place. This is what creativity is. Creativity and the mixing of metaphors are soup, salad and stir-fry. Each is based on combining the same things expressed differently.

Creation is the mixture of metaphors. As an example, humans are also soups, salads and stir-frys of creation. We are a mixture of various atoms, molecules and elements – the same things expressed differently. Since we are the creative result of the Creator's creative process, we are all creative because everything we are made of is creative. Our neter nature is creative. This is science. This is why we are able to combine things in creative ways, even when it comes to the stuff on the inside refrigerator door.

Just to be clear, the Creator is a metaphor mixer. Every metaphor humans use or make is a mixed metaphor. Every thing the Creator creates is a mixed metaphor. Everything humans create is a mixed metaphor. There is no such thing as an unmixed metaphor. Because every single thing that exists is a combination of multiple things, each time we compare two things, we are comparing multiple things. We are mixing metaphors. Even when we consider a single thing by itself, we are contemplating a mixed metaphor. Every single thing is a micro and macro metaphor. This is why the metaphor, as above, so below, as within, so without, holds true. The very act of comparing self to self at any two points in time is comparing metaphors. Comparing the physical, spiritual, mental and emotional is comparing metaphors.

Metaphors are pre-mixed by the Creator.

A metaphor is the form that existed before Creation. A metaphor is a metaform, a metaformation, a metaformulation. This form is spirit. Everything is a form of spirit which is why everything is everything and everything is metaphor, including the creative stuff on the inside refrigerator door.

The best way to give words a louder voice than actions is to write the words down. In this darkest of ages, written words have been proven to be the best way to say one thing and do another. This is highly effective usually when a minority wants to “get over” on the majority.

Take the following steps and you can do it too.

1. Write it down.
2. Blend truths, half and halves and lies.
3. Include great fear and a great prize.
4. Claim inspiration and authority from a Higher Power.
5. Group the pages and glue them together.
6. Don't call it a book. A book is too plain a word.
7. Create punishments for thinking outside the book.
8. Prepare your target audience by miseducating in every way.
9. Malnourish your audience in every way.
10. Keep people so busy, distracted and focused on lower order needs that written words speak louder than conscience.
11. Preempt any claims against words that are at odds with actions by calling written hypocrisy, religion.
12. Reinforce the written word with the spoken word and moving picture words.
13. Always always cater to and play on the emotions.
14. In addition to writing one thing and doing another, make sure you have one set of meanings for yourself and another set of meanings for the majority.
15. Sit back and reap political and economic benefits from millions.

News programs are used as a tactic to delay the rising of your self-determination. In regards to racism, news programs present information as if racism today is fundamentally different than racism yesterday. It presents racism as if it is something within a few supremacists. The fact that the status quo of old is still intact today is enough evidence to know racism has not fundamentally changed in essence or in number of adherents. Even so, news programs continue to talk about race as if there is more than one race. This alone is reason to know racism today and racism yesterday are the same things. The false notion of “races” is central to and essential to the existence of racism. Since race is still presented as if it is a truthful difference among people, then by the content of media we know the intent is for racism to remain. We know this because the essential lie remains.

Until the truth of human origin floods all forms of media, do not believe there has been even one ounce of fundamental change within the core of racism and its followers.

Do not accept the crumbs of conscience scraped off for your consumption. Do not allow yourself to be fed crumbs of consideration and then treat it like a feast – something that has made a significant difference. Do not remain starving and famished and allow others to tell you, “that should be enough for now, be patient, be satisfied we're making progress. It's more than you had yesterday.” At the same time this is being said, including at this very moment, there are more lies in place and being told than there are seconds in the day. Most are recycled lies made to look and sound different.

Let us be very clear about what's happening. The little bits and pieces of doing the right thing are just to buy time for the status quo for one more round of plundering and pillaging. Because everyone and everything is changing, with each passing day, time is running out for the way things are. The Age of Aquaria is materializing even as the Darkest Age remains, but is fading. In the same way, social living is returning while as yet, racism remains but is losing its ability to hold on. The Ancestors are calling and understanding is rising in those whose genetics will usher in the universal way.

Symbolic Racism

Symbolic gestures might be all fine and good but keep the flags of racism and change the laws of racism. Change your behavior. Change the school textbooks. Look in the mirror for a change and see your blackness and love it. Black is at the basis of all the human colors. But even when we put color aside as a matter of the genetics inside, to say color is what determines race undermines intelligence. It undermines science. If color is a determinant of race,then in many families with children from the same two parents, there is almost a 100% chance the child is of a different race than the parents because rarely are skin colors identical. Skin color varies. It is the degree of variation that we have mistaken and misshapen into racial classification. Once we establish cutoff points for the degree of variation, we also cutoff our connection to the higher self and are cutoff from salvation. The fact that the human race varies is nothing new just as the rest of the natural world reveals that a wide range of variation is natural and normal within families. This truth cannot be avoided unless a person decides not to be observant and decides to hate self enough to lie to self. What's even more dishonest is that these same people are more apt to admit kinship with plants and other animals than kinship with other humans. One of their many thought process goes, “we descended from apes, Africans are apes but we didn't descend from Africans.”

Now back to the symbolism of racism. Symbolic changes adjustments without immediate simultaneous substantial changes of substance that immediately rebalance fundamental inequalities is the same thing as filling stomachs with rhetoric – not very fulfilling unless you have something tangible to go with it.

When there is a reason to believe people have changed fundamentally, they will rush to change all egregious laws, all institutions and all aspects of culture that are not only symbolic of racism, but are fundamentally racist. Everything stolen will be returned, especially the truth. Capitalism will change. Democracy will change. Those in the way of balance will stand down or be knocked down – not by those who they are standing on but by those who have changed.

When racism has fundamentally changed, the natural way will be the national dream. Once again, it will be the trinity of nature to whom we pray and sing – Ast, Asr, Hrw.

Truth is, the symbol of the African was worshiped worldwide for tens of thousands of years because everyone knew they all came from Africa. As such, the Eurasians perceived their family in Africa as masters of nature because these Africans in Africa were their wise elders and were able to do things the Eurasians could not do and still cannot do. As a result, the Eurasians sought to be masters by having dominion over nature (which includes people). The Eurasian wants to be capable of what they were capable of before ice formed in their veins and froze the pineal gland in their brains. The Kundalini of enlightenment cannot rise in such an environment. A balanced human ecosystem is only possible when all groups of people in the world change fundamentally, return home as prodigal people and reconcile with the African family – the family within Africa and everywhere Africans are.

Story In General

The amount of accomplishments and knowledge currently known about Kemet [Egypt] is miniscule in relation to the amount that exists. Once we get the full knowledge of Kemet, that knowledge will still be miniscule in relation to all Nile Valley Civilizations. Even then, that knowledge is miniscule in relation to the entirety of Africa and still there is much more on every continent and every land where there are people. This is our story.

The mysteries today being spoken about is this “missed story” (miss-story is the mystery). Because the story of African greatness is missing in the collective consciousness of humanity, many things are mysteries that need not be.

The Mystery Behind Many Mysteries

The only difference between African greatness then and now is the story being told by the enemies of the African.

The truths about African greatness have become lies about the enemy's superiority. The truths about the enemy's sickness have become lies about African weakness.

The roles in the story have simply been reversed.

The African Story Is Irreplaceable & Irreversible

1. If it were possible to remove every trace of the Black African story, all humans and their footprints would also disappear immediately.

There are no people who came into existence without the Black African. There is no accomplishment on this planet that is not connected and rooted in knowledge brought forth by the Black African.

2. If it were possible to remove all Black Africans and leave all other people, all of those other people would immediately regress to Dark Ages.

Those Dark Ages would be far darker than the current Dark Age we're in. Why? None of those people would have the knowledge transferred to them by Black Africans. They would all have to start from nothing, from scratch.

African Greatness Prevails Despite Difficulty

Despite invasions from several enemies and despite their murderous colonizations, the accomplishments of Black Africans in the face of continuous disruptions and obstacles, from birth to death, are testaments to African greatness. This greatness is not limited to those who are famously great, it is also in every African. Whether this greatness is realized or not does not change the fact that African greatness is in us all.

African greatness is shown in the lives of everyday people who, just by being able to live life is an accomplishment of greatness. Who else but the African can rise in a foreign system of food, medicine, education, religion, laws, governing structure, community structure, family structure, customs and without knowledge of their story? This alone is a great accomplishment for Africans overall.

Do not believe we have not achieved. It is easy to say to a people, you have not improved your condition, when these same folks keep inflicting wounds to make us bleed and keep us weak. In keeping with the spirit of Antwone Fisher, not only are we African people still here and not only are we still standing, we are still rising. Greatness cannot be destroyed, only momentarily deterred.

As yet another African has told us, there is fire on the mountain and the river has overflowed and now there is no place for us to go except to take our African greatness to another level, another dimension. This is done by re-connecting to our ancestors and extending African greatness from them through us. Both our ancestors and their greatness are within each of us. This is our story. Our story is written in the codes of our DNA.

Remember Africans, not only have we overcome, seemingly insurmountable odds, by progressing without the positives we need, we have done so while also taking the negative blows of multiple enemies for centuries. These blows are still coming from all the discriminations of the societies we are in. All these sins against God are being brought forth constantly and daily to stop African Greatness. All of them have failed. Do not be discouraged. They cannot stop us one by one though we feel the pain, our greatness is unchanged.

All evils we have endured, even without our Creator-given rights and without our Creator-given inheritances of land-based resources. Even so, we still accomplish the same or more as those whom the system reflects, protects and favors. This scares the hell out of our enemies because we keep coming.

Know this story and know we must only be a thought process away from even greater greatness.

These things are written, Africans, The Great, so our story will no longer be a mystery to us.

If America makes one more giant leap to add to the many this century alone, all the shams will come off covering the cesspool. Right now is past the time to heed the signs and make focused use of time. Right now the crazy people are getting sicker, don't know why they are, and are running scared. They are moving into cities, seeking safety when there's none to be found. The universe, something they've always feared, is changing faster and faster. The house of cards, toothpicks and superglue just ain't holding up like it used to. This is nothing new in societies who have yet to head in the direction of becoming civilizations. A society is to a civilization as a human is to a human being. The former immaturing, the latter maturing.

Gun-Ho-pelessly Out Of Control

Not only has America instituted a self-sustaining system of Human Racism and other discriminations, copied by many nations, it has unwittingly created a value system and culture of violence. The people are hopelessly devoted to Yurugu – completely dedicated to the incomplete - their only deity – now a casualty of an ill-advised war against the only Superpower.

America has been in more wars and supported more wars than any country in history and has done so in an extremely short period of time. 500 years ain't long y'all compared to Africans who reigned for thousands of years at a time in a Golden Age manner not in a Dark Age manner.

Once we put American behavior, past and present, through the thought process we will be led to many conclusions. Here are a few:
1) “Greatness,” American-style, is the willingness to use guns and kill people by any means necessary.
2) Police are trigger happy.
3) People on the streets are legally gun-toting and trigger happy.
4) The actions of police, people on the street, the military at home and abroad, along with entertainment and media - all help program, desensitize and normalize violence as an acceptable way of behavior.
5) Citizens co-sign all violence.
6) All the stuff America blames others for is America's fault.
7) There's not enough room for all the chickens across the world that are coming home to roost in America.

Legal System Of Violence

Each of America's institutions are violent institutions because they are part of the System of Human Racism White Supremacy. The only way to not see them for what they are is to climb to the top of mountains of evidence to overlook the facts. Then sign off on a lack of evidence. Then come back down, carefully, so as not to disturb the evidence, order another slice of apple pie, settle for crumbs and put some away for retirement, all for the price of ancestral lives.

Inflation is nothing compared to the rising costs of illusion that requires the acceptance of violence as a way of life. When a society supports the disregard for rights, it also undermines its stability and thus shortens its lifespan to the degree of the deadliness within.

Just so no one feels left out, there is front line violence that is easily noticed and there's behind the scenes violence that supports the front line and also does other violence in slower, more subtle ways, yet still just as harshly felt.

Natural Laws Always Prevail

When violence tries to invade a person whose natural immunity of knowledge of self is intact, this natural sense beats it back. However, when knowledge of self is based on false evidence, this natural sense from the Creator is replaced by common sense of the perpetrator. This artificial feeling of protection and artificial intelligence is no match for a natural killer such as violence.

All this is making the Creator sicker and moving to stop the pain quicker.

Psychopath + Sociopath = Supersickness

By definition, those with callousness towards violence are a combination of psychopath and sociopath. Once again the people have mutated and once again, it is non-beneficial. The mutation has combined two sicknesses into one supersickness called psycho-sociopathy. The people have devolved to become hard-wired towards violence through their recent DNA ancestors. They are also socialized towards violence at home, school and through all major institutions.

If violence was not taught continuously after birth, a person hard-wired for violence could be taught and socialized out of it. The person would be able to overcome the behavior of their ancestors. Since they haven't, this is one of many reasons The Past Always Matters. The inherited illness of enslavement is brought from the past into the present, not in the few, in the many.

If this was not true, they would vote discrimination out of office, but they don't. If this was not true, they wouldn't give discrimination a gun and say go and police those worthless primates and we will give you protection. If this was not true, there would be so many of them fighting against any injustice, America would have to give up under the pressure of the people's will. Just because there may be a handful of “good” ones (those who might maybe die on your side and is not actually an infiltration spy), ain't reason enough to change the business we must be about.

Quit swallowing and repeating every statement these people make. If it was something you needed to know, they wouldn't say it. Quit drinking all brands of institutionalized Kool-Aid®. While you're at it, leave cool whip alone too.

21 Behaviors To Counter The System Of Human Racism White Supremacy

Since the foundation of this war is a systemized, institutionalized, government(citizen)-backed attack, the way to fight back, as Dr. Leonard Jeffries puts it, is a systemized response. The following list is a part of that systemized response. It is a list of behaviors to counter The System Of Human Racism White Supremacy per Neely Fuller. Dr. Frances Cress Welsing has made additions to this list. Dr. Welsing calls this same list, “Exercises in Black Mental Health and Black Self-Respect In Building A Counter-Racist Community.” This list contains paraphrases, adjustments and other additions.

Per Dr. Welsing, “The behaviors listed below are very small and people tend to think they are not important but they are critically important in helping us transform the negative behaviors we don't even know we have internalized from The System of Human Racism White Supremacy.”

1. Stop name-calling one another.
2. Stop cursing one another.
3. Stop squabbling with one another.
4. Stop being discourteous and disrespectful to one another.
5. Stop stealing from one another.
6. Stop robbing one another.
7. Stop fighting one another.
8. Stop killing one another.
9. Stop using and selling drugs to one another. This includes legal drugs such as alcohol and cigarettes and other things that are clearly unhealthy physically, spiritually, emotionally or mentally.
10. Stop making Back children think, that as children, they can be adequate mothers and fathers.
11. No marriage until at least 30.
12. Before marriage, each person should ask at least 200 - 500 questions of the other to aid in the process of discovering compatibility. Although each question can be answered by both people, no question can be duplicated; therefore, the total questions would be 400 – 1,000 between the two people. Write down the questions and answers and study them so there's no miscommunication. Ensure questions include the topics in ”64 Basic Needs That Are Spiritual.”
13. No sex until marriage. When people start out with sex, it creates the illusion of closeness and being on the same page.
14. No more than two children, no closer than three years apart so each child has a chance to get their emotional needs met.
15. Children have to be held and comforted when they need it or seek it.
16. Ensure children have a role model for their gender.
17. Start educating our own children.
18. Stop forming relationships based on “love” and form them based on whether you want to get together to produce and raise strong Black children to counter the System of Human Racism White Supremacy. If we begin to think deeply what it is we're supposed to do under the conditions of Human Racism, we will start exercising the self-respect muscle so we start respecting, one another and understand the coming together of the Black man and Black woman should be to oppose this war that is aggressively being waged against us.
19. Stop throwing down trash where Black people live, work and play.
20. Stop allowing Black, Brown, Red and Yellow people to be divided and conquered by the System of Human Racism White Supremacy. We are the 90% majority on the planet.
21. Stop pretending Human Racism White Supremacy does not exist. Post-racial does not exist.
22. Combine and conquer!

Understanding The System Still Exists

The System of Human Racism White Supremacy is at the core of The War on Black Males, Black Females, Black Children, Black Families & Africans. This is true for all Africans wherever we are geographically and no matter any other affiliation, status or identity we have attached ourselves to.

This is true for the ex-con, the newborn, the student, the employed, the athlete, the entertainer, the famous, the Phd, the dropout, the hard worker, the lazy, those who do everything they are supposed to do, those who do everything the system wants them to, those who kiss Silly Illy Nilly Willie's wonka and do his dirty work, those with good credit, the entrepreneur, the billionaire, the pauper, those with “benefits,” those with retirement money, those working for the government, the veteran, the disabled, the physically dead, the unborn, those with numerous so-called friends, those who act like the enemy, those who look like the enemy as much as possible, those who worship with the enemy, those who worship a God who does not look like themselves, the elderly, the most law-abiding and the most devout religiously. It doesn't matter. We are all in the same one-sided war being waged against us. We are all targets of The System of Human Racism White Supremacy. This is old news. Experiences and examples by the millions attest to this. No one is immune from this nonstop, ongoing war. Yet many still refuse to acknowledge what is irrefutable despite the system of institutionalized bullets that are attacking and killing us physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, culturally, politically and economically at an ever-increasing pace. This has all been and is still being foretold and shown by the fundamental references. This war is in keeping with climate change.

As has been explained many times before, this exact same war is also being waged against all those who do not consider themselves Africans. It is being waged against them in all the categories listed in the first two paragraphs. Since they are likely unaware, they are participating in the war against themselves and thus are committing suicide and self-genocide. Even those who are aware and are the instigators of the war, are killing themselves. This is why they are in a panic due to climate change. They keep doing the same behavior and expect things to change for the better. It can't. It won't – at least not in this fashion.

Non-African thinking people think their greatest hindrance to their survival is the African when the opposite is true. The only hope for all those who consider themselves to be non-African, is the African. This has always been true. The evidence has already been shown millions of times over in the humanizing and civilizing and educating of the entire planet. Search “history” on this blog alone and you will find sufficient proof.

The fact that Africans are the foundation of original thinkers, philosophizers and creators of most knowledge that is needful has already been shown in the fact that the overwhelming majority of needful knowledge is grounded in Africa. It is also shown by the fact that Islam, Christianity and Judaism are all based on African spiritual traditions. Without the African, humans would be in the Dark Ages which is why Dark Ages have occurred in the past and why current societies, that assume they can exist without the natural influence of Africans, are actually societies that are in a Dark Age. This must be so when we have mistaken sickness for greatness, imbalance for intelligence, happiness for Hapi-ness and love for Maat.

We have further mistaken the current system of education as the key. This is contradictory to the results the education system produces. Per Dr. John Henrik Clarke, “education is for the purpose of training the student in the proper use of power.” Clearly, today, education trains us to abuse power by misusing power – our resources, our rights and our responsibilities. In fact, the current education system itself is an abuse of power. Why? It purposefully teaches all students to be less than they can be while claiming to do the opposite. Search “education” on this blog alone and you find sufficient proof.

The education system teaches us to believe in a contradiction rather than in what we know. For example, we know if roots are damaged or removed, a tree suffers. Yet, we damage and try to remove the African roots of the Human Family Tree and think we can survive. All people are a branch of the African Tree. This has been proven. Since all branches have been harming the African root, all people have been in decline – not just the African. This is hidden by substituting the abnormal for the normal, thus making us think things have gotten better and are getting better. Nothing can be further from the truth. In the face of all evidence to the contrary, the education system and all its accomplices, teaches us to accept the current state of the physical, be irrational and be emotional, thus we've been becoming mental rather than becoming spiritual.

Africa is the light of the world because Heru is the light of Africa. Through blackness comes light in both cases. Just as the sun contains a core of blackness for the solar system, so does Africa contain the core of blackness for civilizing systems, i.e., civilizations.

Fundamental Health Is Cellular Health

Historically, as Africans, we have been more in tune with the workings of our bodies. It is only in certain societies a Dark Age exists causing us to lose consciousness of a fundamental fact. Physical health comes from the health of cells. Health succeeds or fails in cells. We must begin at the cellular level if we intend to understand our bodies and health fundamentally.

Our bodies, organs and systems are all made of living cells. Each cell must get what it needs in order to function properly. Each cell must also avoid or get rid of what it doesn't need.

Beyond The Cellular To The Intracellular

Now we must go one step further and go inside cells. This is the intracellular level. We know each cell has a nucleus and in each nucleus are genetic instructions called DNA. We might not be aware DNA also needs nutrition. DNA is composed of the elements we are supposed to eat.

Clearly, cells are one of our many resources. Cell going through their processes and functions means cells are working. Our cells are working for us. Shouldn't we give our cells what they need to do the job? All we have to do is give cells the materials and they know how to do everything else.

Constant Divine Assistance

Cells function due to the power and ability of the Creator. Cells working inside us and for us is the Creator working inside us and for us. Everything cells do is actually the Creator creating and recreating inside us.

Comprehensive Health Must Address The Entire Self

Health is more than just physical health. In fact, health cannot exist without the health of all four inseparable aspects of self - spiritual, mental, emotional and physical. Although these parts are stated separately to remind us of their existence and need for attention, they are inseparable. Whatever affects one of the four aspects of self, affects the other three. This must be true since they are part of a system which means integration and interaction.

I contend, when cells malfunction during our adult lives and that malfunction persists until a noticeable disorder exists, we are to blame. We have not given the entire self the attention it needs to maintain health. Somewhere in our thinking, choices and daily practices, we have neglected the tandems of fundamental/comprehensive, micro/macro and small picture/big picture.

Until we go to the cellular, intracellular and then to the entire self we won't be able to get to the bottom of things where the cure lies. Neither will be able to get to the top of things where the cure into harmony ties.

The Role Of Education & False Notions

It is healthier to be uneducated in a society that miseducates. Why? What miseducates, discombobulates. Here's an example.

1. If I am uneducated – I do not possess knowledge of self.
Solution: Self-study and teachings of others, especially from original teachers – spirit, nature and genetics.

2. If I am miseducated – I do not possess knowledge of self but I do have false notions of self.
Solution: Listen to reasons why and investigate to check if notions are false. This is a process with no set time-frame. I must commit to know truth no matter the effort. Try to get behind the mental and emotional defense mechanisms the false knowledge of self puts up while also self-studying. See what I mean? This is the most common scenario though. The false self, by virtue of being first in line and having had the time to construct a fortress in the mind, fights with fully-charged emotions against knowing the true self. The true self is denied on the false basis of pride, i.e., “I can think for myself so I don't need anyone to tell me about myself!”

Miseducation Teaches False Notions

Discombobulation examples are occurring all the time. I recently told some Africans about their greatness and our greatness and all our accomplishments and all the accomplishments others claim, but are actually our accomplishments and they basically said I was crazy. As Ray Hagins puts it, “your Willie Lynch chip is running on nuclear power.”

Can you imagine being told you are great and for that greatness to sound ridiculous? Can you imagine being uninterested in historical fact?

Can you imagine trying to live life fully while being fully afraid of a key of life – the ankh? It happens all the time. What this means is the false notion of self is saying, “I am not great. Africans are not great. Don't listen to that nonsense. None of the people and 'experts' I trust have told me this. Look at the evidence all around me.”

The false notion conveniently forgets to direct attention to sensible analysis that considers cause and effect. It neglects saying look at the root causes and the causes that are still causing these results. The false notion of self knows the only way it can last is if the false notion itself is not investigated. It does not want me to critically analyze what it is promoting so I won't find out it is behind all the commotion. Therefore, the false notion hides behind ”The Fortress Of Closed-Mindedness.”

The false notion keeps telling me the Creator is not also female. Most women fight this idea for the same reason most Africans fight the truth of Africa. Most women do not believe they are equal to men. Both Africans and European African women believe the undisputed word of European African male God. This is true of many other groups as well.

The false notion of self is telling me the Creator does not look like me and looks like the worldwide poison pusher. It keeps telling me the only original people on the planet, Africans, did not write the original bible upon which the more common ones are based. (These Africans must have been too busy creating the foundations of all the other things humans rely on today while at the same time building things no one can duplicate. The false notion is not satisfied to leave things alone so it continues on. It claims Africans had no cultures or civilizations of their own and sat around waiting for homo sapiens sapiens sapiens to come along.

The false notion tells me an oppressor wrote a book I need to follow in order to be holy. It tells me an oppressor is holy even while doing unholy things against Universe, Heaven, Earth and all inhabitants, including the oppressor poisoning his own children daily. It keeps me following the greatest hoaxes of history by the last branch to emerge from the trunk of the African-based human family tree.

Even though oranges don't naturally grow on apple trees, the false notion of self has me believing physical variations in apples from the same tree means they are oranges. This notion alone is one of many scientific disgraces. It is used to keep all people in false places. The human family tree is one large tree with roots in Africa that spreads it branches across the globe. Because some of the tree is in different climates is why the apples look different but are not fundamentally different. This lack of general awareness is reminiscent of the Dark Ages.

Unless I make some changes which produce the same results expressed in the next article of this series, I commit myself to these and many other false notions of self. I diminish myself. I continue to live life making good decisions on the basis of bad information. False notions lead to faulty thinking which leads to behaviors that are my fault. These stupid behaviors keep me comfortably unaware I am in loco-motion. But hey, it's my life and I'm taking care of myself. The previous sentence contains two false notions.

It is true, everyone can think for themselves. Even so, that thinking will only be as reliable as the information being used. That thinking will also only be as good as the health of the mind doing the processing. Is this true or false?

The Seventh Day – Death of Demons, Rebirth Of Families

Whose holy book does not speak of the destruction of evil? They all do.

Those with knowledge of self shall heed the many signs before this day. They will be the cure. They will have thought it, spoke it, consumed it, worked it, studied it, communed with it and called upon it. Being in tune with Earth and Universe they shall feel black matter surging. And when the sky parts, there will be exultation. The antidote's emerging, the last nutrient in the cure, will signal the Dark Age of demon beings is over.

All that remains is the sentencing to the final fate.

After no deliberation, from the belly of the beasts will come the voice of children who will speak as one.

“Filthy! Discharge!”

The Avenger will engulf you and sweep you out of here and into a black hole. Yes you will descend into blackness because you were born of a black womb. Never knowing harmony on any level in any way, during your grown up days, you, will, die, un, learned.

Immediately each beast will transform into its original unthreatened state - a family, extensive and whole. The family is the beast that always defeats what threatens its natural existence. Each nutrient supporting the other.

And on the seventh day, children will be born singing of the promises they helped create. All of them will be descending. There will no longer be any need for them to be concerned about defending. They will safely return to evolving because the one nation will be surrounded by nutrient-strong sentinels, watchers and gatekeepers. I will be there on the northern arc with the latest pair of blackness wings as freedom rings loudly once again from every motion of every being.

Our Fatal Flaw – The Absence Of Harmony. The Root Cause of Many Problems

Our fatal flaw is thinking survival depends on technology when, in fact, it depends on harmony. Mind-centered living is unable to achieve this awareness and thus sets itself up for an exponential list of morphing problems that seem different but have the same root cause – the absence of harmony.

Even a make-believe “fiscal cliff” in the U. S. stems from the absence of harmony. Not just harmony in the group sense of “let's just work together,” but harmony in the individual sense. Before Congress can work together in keeping with their fiduciary duty to every citizen, harmony must first exist in Congress in a majority necessary to efficiently move legislation into and out of law. This requires harmony to exist in the majority of voters. This requires harmony to be the societal default.

Harmony must be the national dream. Harmony must determine the type of government and economic system. Harmony must continue to inform them both. When this happens, the infringing of personal freedoms and civil liberties become almost nonexistent.

This requires harmony to be taught, which requires harmony to be the most frequent reason for which anything is fought. When it isn't, any problem thought solved will not be. It simply becomes one or more forms of the same problem.

A problem solved without harmony becomes many.

Control & Greed Problems

Many problems stem from a loss of individual power. When the connection to individual power is lost, the powerless become starved for power and power hungry. Because they perceive their condition as hopeless, they look outside themselves to compensate. One way to seek power and feel re-energized is through things such as food, drink, intoxicants, entertainment and possessions. Another way is to drain energy from others through manipulation, greed, conflict and places of authority. Government entities are prime places used by the power hungry to exert control and make decisions that affect lives. These entities are used to multiply greed and commit extensive crimes.

Food Problem

We moved from the country into cities and too far from direct to indirect food production. Instead of growing our own food, we depend on farmers, processors, manufacturers, truckers and stores. These extra wasteful steps have contributed to increased pollution, resource depletion and health issues. Instead of working the land so food goes from land to mouth, we prefer trading our personal resources to get money so we can buy food.

Because we are unaware of what it takes to grow food, we waste a lot and destroy a lot of the ecosystem. We have numerous efforts to feed the hungry, school children and the elderly. We are malnourished, sick and cancerous. We face shortages of nutrients to grow food because there is very little recycling of nutrients back to the source of production. These resources are piled up, causing a landfill problem. All of these problems are due to the absence of harmony.

Cancer Problem

Each cell in our bodies is a living being that needs nutrition and needs to avoid toxins. This is optimal. When a cell must try to live and perform its functions in antagonistic, stressful conditions, malfunction is bound to occur. When it does occur and the cell multiplies, cancer is the result. Therefore, cancer is a malnutrition and toxin problem that develops in a cellular environment absent of harmony.

Using The Wrong Key Is The Problem

Obviously today's education system was designed by an absent-minded professor who forgot the key to being whole is whole learning which integrates academic theory, real life, religion, government, education, all sciences, knowledge of self and the natural world. Students have not been taught to seek oneness of spirit, mind and body with their duty-filled dependence on the ecosystem.

Here's a basic case in point. Supposedly humans today know more than has ever been known yet high school graduates, college graduates and longtime adults don't know what to eat to be healthy. Not knowing what to eat is caused by not knowing ourselves and this is due to the absence of harmony.

Land & Water Problem

Many problems stem from land ownership and water rights. Land and water provide the ability to meet basic needs. This is one part of the requirement for total freedom. This is why the enslaved in America were never set free by anyone because land was never given back. Without land owned free and clear, the enslaved became different slaves (sharecroppers and employees). The limited intent of the Emancipation Proclamation created partial freedom for some but not complete freedom for anyone. Since there was no intent for real freedom, the enslaved were left exposed to a variety of problems such as Black Codes, Jim Crow, voting restrictions, murders, segregation, lack of foundational wealth and despicable inhumane behavior of those in government and the general public who believe their survival depends on inhumanity.

Freedom never exists without permanent access to land and water as a means of survival, especially when, man-made systems superimposed on the ecosystem, falter.

Land problems exist for many who do have land. We prefer to cover land with food (grass) for grazing animals. Since there are no grazing animals around, resources are required to cut and remove this food because we not interested in using the land to feed ourselves or allow our land to become natural habitats filled with food, shelter and nesting material. We prefer to go visit natural habitats. Under this scenario, we curse having to cut the grass while hoping the grass grows in fully. We then throw away the nutrient clippings and the nutrient leaves. This is more wasted food. Then we buy bird seed, fertilizer and grass seed instead of allowing the grass to feed itself, seed itself and naturally meet the needs of many other life forms. We are left with problems such as soil aeration and imbalances of other animals and insects. We continue our headstrong ways even though more mature plant coverage on our land would extract more carbon dioxide from the air and thus lessen the impact of climate change.

One Final Fix

Without harmony, we cannot connect past, present and future. We can neither learn from the past, appreciate the present nor pay forward for the future. We cannot bring our inheritance and our legacy into our current living space. This is counter to evolving because it does not allow building on the past or uplifting the future. Because our comprehension is not comprehensive, we are operating counter to evolution.

For example, we will always expend enormous resources trying to deal with the basics of food, shelter, medical care, freedoms, rights, fairness and justice because we have no respect for inherent rights. Specifically, we have very little shared space, very little shared resources and no acknowledgment of common origin. Yet, it's expected everyone should share the work, but it's rejected everyone should share the wealth. We disrespect natural laws established by Higher Powers and refuse to extend our personal liberties to others. Removing human interference with inherent rights will reduce crime in many areas.

Since everything was once in natural order, most problems are the result of abandoning this solution. Because problems are increasing, especially basic ones, we must reassess our basic approach. It only takes a little bit of critical thinking to realize we're listening to the wrong folks. Advances do not involve tradeoffs, side effects or create new problems.

During this Dark Age, we have mostly relied on the singular approach of technology (which includes science) to deal with problems. Example and experience are clear; technology, by itself, will not solve anything. It requires proper use. If technology is used without regards to harmony, it will create more problems. Nowadays, despite periodic technological change, we still have a plethora of basic problems all related to one thing – neglecting to define the root cause as the absence of harmony. Since the problem is the absence of harmony, the solution is the presence of harmony. Harmony is the final fix to our fatal flaw.

Day 10: Rhetorical Learning Demands A Recount

10 Days Of Upheaval & Fulfillment

During this last phase of the most recent Dark Age, humankind's turn under modern terms is on expected fade. The most rhetorical of all telling reminders is this: We are not supreme beyond our minds. This is the answer we already know the questions to. Who's in charge? Where is the power?

Humans cannot create Spirit life or Earthly life. We cannot create any of the fundamental components for us to exist or continue to exist.

Even now numerous things such as bacteria, insects and plants are more prolific and dominant than us. These “germs,” “pests,” “weeds” and “invasives” are trying to teach us who's boss. They point elsewhere. We have yet to fully embrace the equally formidable powers of sun, wind and water for examples. We continue to try to work against these resources. When they live up to their greatness, we label them as violent forces and try to stop them from doing what they were sent here to do.

We continue to lose these battles and continue to waste the power of diverse talents and teachings. For instance, in the blink of the sun's eye there is enough energy to meet the entire world's energy needs for a year. Many of us have heard of the 99% versus the 1% but in a true show of greatness, the sun is over 99% of the total mass of the solar system. All the other planets and celestial bodies are less than 1%. This makes Earth, miniscule indeed. Where is the power? Wait! Our solar system is just one of countless solar systems in the universe. Even the sun itself is quite miniscule in relation to the whole.

Here we are, one species among several million in a tiny Earth and tiny solar system but without respect or reverence for the entirety who put this together and holds this together which makes living possible for little ol' me and you.

Yet, an encompassing perspective is covering Earth. The peace of three millennial yesterdays is headed this way; but first the upheaval, then the fulfillment. Earth is continuing to transform as it always has. Mother is guiding homeward those who follow her voice.

The current interglacial optimum is receding. Settings are being adjusted. Climate is changing as it always has. The conditions for living fully have not changed – synchronization with natural systems. Though current adults may escape the full effects of this shifting, our children and grandchildren likely will not. As always, there will be new mountains and new valleys. Land and sea will return and reclaim. Those who know themselves and the land will be the seeds who will sprout true leaves.

Have we taught our children how to survive on their own or have we taught them how to survive together? The better lives we are preparing them for will be as useless as technology without an energy source. Those better lives will deteriorate like goodliness and physical health in modern times if our children are not learning themselves and natural ways. The only time we have is the choice we now face. Will we count ourselves in or be counted out?

Day 8: Human History Is Revealing & Healing

10 Days Of Upheaval & Fulfillment

"A race of people is like an individual man; until it uses its own talent, takes pride in its own history, expresses its own culture [and] affirms its own selfhood, it can never fulfill itself."

When he made this statement, Malcolm X spoke on several levels, perhaps without knowing. This statement is appropriate to individuals, groups and humans in total.

If we really mean what we say about tolerance, compassion, diversity, legality, constitutions, sensitivity training and all such concepts that indicate inclusiveness then all that is taught regarding human history must be inclusive of what took place.

For the human race, it stands to reason, if we have one beginning, there is one overall history. If we have one beginning, there is also one transcending. Spirit beings move towards this wholeness because it releases inner peace, thus outward peace. Human beings who are rising in self-knowledge move away from a fragmented, partitioned mindset and towards a more cohesive existence. Only by spirit will people become unified. This awareness springs up in season like steady progress.

One of the main inhibitors of humanity's growth has been the devaluing of humans and other life. In 1614, Captain John Smith describes the people he met when he first reached the “New England” area of America as “a goodly people.” He did not call them "savages" or anything that lessened who they were. Even between Christopher Columbus and Herodotus they praised people from Ethiopia, Khemet/(Egypt), Dominican Republic and from San Salvador; an island of the Bahamas. These goodly people shared among themselves and with newcomers.

Honesty and truth are energizing. Mind-centered living, having cut itself off from learning, must look elsewhere. This elsewhere is overindulgence of one or more basic senses. In the case of history, the overindulgence of pride and desire have caused other knowledge to be either left out or plagiarized.

Based on the histories told by various branches of the family tree, it sounds like everyone with their separate Divinities and culture, simultaneously sprang up on Earth and each developed their own root system with all the basics for survival and civilization. These separate, different Gods and Higher Powers couldn't afford separate Earths for themselves and their separate people. After realizing they had to share Creation space, they agreed on natural laws of the ecosystem but not on rules of living for human interaction. Even so, not one of these Higher Powers opted to separate their people by having them live underwater, underground, breathe carbon dioxide or have incompatible reproductive systems.

This ill-logical notion of human history grates the senses with no other purpose but to annoy angels attempting to reorient this recent ball of confusion back towards fusion. The notion of separate histories turns the world counter to the Pangaea - the one continent that existed in the beginning. Evidently people must think the heavenly host heard on high is singing different songs in different choirs with different directors. I don't think this is what is meant by Psalm 100:1 that says “Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands.”

As long as we continue to keep up the historical, religious and geographic differences that claim we are fundamentally different and do not share a common beginning and ending (historically, earthly and spiritually), then the noise of strife, suffering, brutality, callousness and abuse will continue to dominate the Dark Age that exists today.

Truth is, every branch of the human family comes from one rootstock. Historical representations that deny or ignore this fact, fuel superiority, hatred and disparities. This type of education is not the key to success for humanity to fulfill itself.

First history must be revealed, the good, bad and ugly. Then and only then is the healing of the human race possible. A good place to start are basic facts like Queen Mothers Ardi, Lucy and Eve. If we don't start tens of thousands of years ago, current perception of history will never match reality and expectations of inclusiveness will never match outcomes.
