Plants are supposedly the only creation able to produce their own food.
We know this is untrue.

1. Plants use chlorophyll to convert star energy into nutrients.

2. Chlorophyll is the word used to describe melanin in plants OR better said, melanin is chlorophyll in humans.

3. We know melanin helps us produce at least one form of Vitamin D.

4. Vitamin D is a nutrient, therefore food, therefore humans can also produce some of their own food.

5. It makes sense, both plants and humans use the same compound to convert star energy into nutrients.

6. We can safely infer all creations exposed to star energy contain chlorophyll in some form called melanin or that goes by other names, or is lost in recent memory.

7. Chlorophyll-melanin is essential in the ecosystem of energy in the form of light interacting with energy in another form of creation.

8. Thus, we can also safely infer all creations contain some form of chlorophyll-melanin.

9. Dark black energy and dark black matter is the warehouse.

10. Chlorophyll-melanin contains the full color range, and so does starlight, thus we have the full range of energy in the form of light interacting with the full range of energy in chlorophyll-melanin.

11. Thus, most, if not all, creations have the ability to produce at least a portion of their own food, because all creations contain chlorophyll-melanin.
12. According to the Shabaka Stone, the eight principles and characteristics of everything are:
(a) Water (Matter) and Space
(b) Infinite and Finite
(c) Darkness and Light
(d) Hidden (Amen) and Revealed (Amenet)

13. Should we think most creations, despite containing the same eight principles as plants and humans, cannot produce nutrients by interacting with star energy?

14. A rock absorbs star energy and releases star energy. All it takes is for genetic instructions to be changed so the rock's atoms take the electromagnetic radiation of star energy and transform it back into hydrogen and up into oxygen, thus able to produce water. This is how we get water from a rock. It is not a magic wand trick. It is the word (program) of God sent through light vibrations. We must begin to recapture a greater awareness of the power and possibilities of all genetic potential. We've talked about how much energy the Sun delivers to Earth in just one hour, plus how small our Sun is compared to other Stars. Our Sun is a speck compared to other Sunstars. This is just the beginnings of how much power is in the Universe. The food you enjoy everyday is a constant example of the power to transform water, air, fire and earth matter into food. So then why can't anything be transformed into anything once the instructions are available?
All the raw materials are here, except understanding.

What is possible and impossible is determined by whatever the Universe needs.
So as has been said by the Ancients, most of us feel as if we are in impossible conditions, and the oppressors feel it is impossible to bring them down. So we have extremes of doubt and extremes of confidence producing the widest gap. These are the optimal conditions to reintroduce us to the power of self by showing us the 8 characteristics and principles and the elemental powers in us as they function in all else. Through the ever-coming one, we are being encouraged to unite the elementals and their principles and characteristics inside self and unite them outside of self and unite the two dimensions. Then who shall determine what is what?

15. As said elsewhere, stars are nutrient factories, therefore food factories, therefore medicine factories. The opposite is also true. Stars can produce toxins and cause creations to produce toxins inside themselves.
The rising energy loves the irony. The falling energy hates the inevitability.
Labor pains of Pisces are being transformed into the ever-coming child of joy of Aquaria. Kepheus, the child of darkness and light, is being trained to reign for the next 3,703 years. Do not listen to what the status quo says they are going to do in 2050 or 2100. They will either not be around, or in no position to do so. Small sampling of messages that are ways of knowing we are, one and all, 100% African.

We always use metaphor* to loosen and link understandings:
It is not possible to NOT live close to nature.
Everything is nature.
Even a concrete box in a concrete jungle is still 100% nature.

Even when nature is in its most suboptimal, weak, sick form, it is still 100% nature.
Even when the African has lost various degrees of pigmentation, the human is still 100% African.
Even when the African has lost various degrees of understanding, from so little you can barely tell, to a lot, that makes us stupid as hell, we humans are still 100% African.

No matter how varied creation seems to be, everything is still nature, and on this planet, apart from the aliens, the rest of us are still 100% genetically African.

Different assemblies of form, function and free will must be recombined with understanding to the core of sameness.

Africanness is smooth elegant ripples of powerful panther-like blackness.

And this is why, the essence of what Africa is, is everywhere in the Universe.

Everywhere taller humans went on this planet, shorter Africans were already there and had already been there.
Everywhere shorter Africans went on this planet Africa was there and had already been there.
Everywhere “other people” go on this planet and to Mars and Moon, etc., they are finding, but not telling you, that Africa is there and Africans are, or have been, there.

By 100% guarantee of natural law, what is hidden is emerging as surely as any other thing emerges: the seed, the child, the Sun, the blackhead, the other side of nature – the things that continue coming out of nowhere, somewhere, everywhere.
You are one of those places Africa is re-emerging out of.
Sleep well tonight, because when you awaken, much will have changed.

*Note: Why do we always use metaphor? The answer is the same as nature and as Africa. We always use metaphor because the only thing that exists is metaphor. Everything is 100% metaphor.

Once again, these understandings are before us, after the fact.
We are standing in the exact same spot as before and after, yet recognize it not, despite Maat we got that's just enough off to keep us moving in directions lost. So because the common value that saves, we deprave, we must continue to cheapen spirit-soul so it doesn't object to the cost.

We are once again at the cross, where we first saw the light. Africa is fundamental and elemental. If you, as you passed through the air-cooled kiln of Nile Mass, somehow have been able to change your fundamental nature from its 100% Africanness, you are indeed a mystery – an anomaly duality to the miraculous floating family tree.

What creatures are the most flexible?
Water worms.
They have the most wiggle room.

All things were in harmony in the waters of Nun.
In the water, it is all good.
Water is the mold.
Shriveled is the metaform of water.
The lines and wrinkles we call shriveled re-present the mold we were formed in and components we were formed of.
We know babies are wrinkled at birth. Why? Because they just came out of the mold of water.
As we get acclimated to being surround by air, rather than water, then the mold of the waves in the water is replaced by the mold of air. This mold of air is smoother to visual perception, yet we know air also has waves and ripples and our skins also has waves and ripples. Thus shriveled, in the unfavorable sense, is a dimensional illusion more noticeable, the hidden revealed.
When we are in water, water insulates us, wraps itself around us and we are again molded by its waves. Also the water surrounding us pushes in to assist in the remolding process.
When we are out of water, water inflates us because water pressure inside us is stronger than air pressure outside of us.

When we lose the water inside us, and we are still in air, then we become shriveled, because our form, absent of water, takes on its former form of the metaform in water. This is why, when many things are dried, they shrivel.

That which dries out slowly will usually retain more smoothness at the macro visual level. That which dries too fast or from the inside or lacks an optimally functioning protective barrier to drying will shrivel and wrinkle because too much diffusion of the moisture within is taking place. Cells are malfunctioning. We are able to know and understand these things because our contexture is based on the African Utamawazo.

Contexture starts from one central core context. This central core context has a ripple effect on all other contexts in our consciousness.

As I realized everything I threw away, I could eat within 365 days, if I recycled it in my own space, much began to change and shift along with emphasis.
Since this Creation Ecosystem, is the Sum of All, once I made use of a sufficient level of this wealth to meet my basic needs, I realized I would only have to replace that which I threw away or could not recycle faster than needing it again.
Then I realized I could recycle 100% of all understanding. Everything else changed. The extended self can recycle 100% of all else.

Understandings say reverse the emphasis and reverse the impetus.
Understandings say reverse the magnetic pole that has a hold on logic, and change how energy flows.

If we focus more effort on understanding what we throw away, rather than on how we can get some more, we will be able to get more value from the things we already have.
Understanding must begin its recycle cycle through our logic before we begin to recycle other resources.
By default, recycling includes the extended self communal collective. Like all things, recycling takes place according to varying degrees of optimal and subotpimal.
A simple reason we must recycle more optimally is because the Universe is based on cycling and a repeat of cycling, thus cycle and re-cycle.
Every breath we take is re-cycled air that some other creature has breathed, even if it has been reconditioned, it is still used renewed air.
Moon and Sun cycle and recycle daily.
Our birth into this dimension called Earth, was a recycling process. We cycle and recycle into this dimension cycle and recycle out.

We must more consciously participate in the daily living recycling process, and not just for that which is outside of self.

We all can easily save the seeds from the fruits and vegetables we eat.

Saving seeds is putting money in the bank.

Investing seeds is more optimal. The metaphor comparable of the talents holds true.

The Circle is both the Seed and Seed Maker & Shaper. You are a cycle and recycle of the Circle, the Seed, the Totality of Everything & Nothing, the Creator.

When we say, “child of mine” in today's societal context, we are speaking and understanding in the suboptimal context. This suboptimal meaning is the part revealed to our understanding and it is out front in consciousness. Yet and even so, the optimal meaning is also being spoken at the same time as a shadow echo sound of duality. The optimal meaning is present but obscured and hidden behind the suboptimal meaning, but only to underutilized sensing abilities.

So what have we said?
Cycle and re-cycle is about much more than paper, plastic, glass, metal, etc.

Because stars are generators of life and spark AND because Earth is created from Suns AND because all that is within Earth is created from Stars, photosynthesis is made possible.
Photosynthesis is light synthesis and life synthesis.
Photosynthesis takes star energy and converts it into a form that can be used immediately or stored (preserved). This allows Star energy to be transported throughout plants. When that energy is needed by the plant, it is converted back into the star energy spark that fuels the combustion of life processes. This is the same form it started out as, before it left the star.
Light is a transfer mechanism for spirit-soul energy.
Photosynthesis converts light into an intermediate form called sugar (glucose).(do not be deceived by psuedo-scientific terminology: starch, carbohydrates, fat and protein are forms of sugar in more complex, slow-release preservable storable forms) This is why we crave sweets. The craving goes deeper than our mouths and stomachs.
Respiration converts sugar glucose back into spirit-soul energy and sets free the elements (nutrients) to support cellular process and our 64 basic needs that are spiritual .

Mother Sun sends life sustaining energy from within, through space and into the Universe to feed her children who circulate around her.

As a partial summary of the process, plants use photosynthesis, respiration, hydrolysis, glucose and ATP to get energy.
Humans use respiration, hydrolysis, glucose and ATP to get energy.
All life forms use respiration, hydrolysis, glucose and ATP.

Plants perform the photosynthesis first stage of the process for humans to get energy.
When humans eat non-plants, plants still perform the photosynthesis first stage and animals perform the second stage.
Plants perform the first stage of the process for most life forms to get energy.
This is why, without plants, we'd all be dead, in a dormant state of rest, in decomposed potential energy form.

Plants are foundational.
This is why, when we talk about energy, we should be talking about Stars and plants more than oil, gas, electricity etc. in their current forms.

This is why we should not be wasting time on confusions about plants.

This is why it is an abomination and aberration of logic and behavior to have an abundance of grass where there are no animals that eat grass.

This is why we should move away from a bunch of landscaping and hardscaping that unnecessarily reduces plant life diversity, therefore reduces the viability of, thus threatens all other forms of life diversity. If what is growing on “our property” is not edible for humans, pets or other life forms that we want to be on our property, then why are we growing it? If the dominant reason is for visual appeal and ill-perceived curb appeal, then that says a lot about our cultural health. Why wouldn't we plant perennial food trees, food shrubs and food groundcovers that increase in value each year?

Humans are the intermediate stage of the evolution of Creation and are the present missing link to how the Universe thinks.

Note: It is also possible for non-plant life forms to conduct photosynthesis through their skin using the melanin form of chlorophyll. This process provides some, but not all needed nutrition for the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Melanin and chlorophyll are each other.

Yes, You Are What You Eat

What you are made of is what feeds you.
This must be so.
What you eat must be compatible with your genetics.
If it is compatible then it must be the same.
When you eat, you are consuming cells, DNA, atoms, genes, protons, neutrons, electrons, etc. You are consuming the building blocks of Creation. It doesn't matter how it looks when you eat it. It matters what it breaks down into in order to be used in thousands of ways in your body. Glucose, fruit and vegetables are the same things.

Humans and all other life forms are stars and are fed by stars in different ways and in more ways than one.

This then is yet another way of knowing that meteors, asteroids and comets, because they feed Earth, are pieces and forms of stars.

Human beingness is the same thing as knowledge of self which is the same thing as First Truth Healthy Self-esteem. Human beingness does not require total knowledge of self but it does require a non-aggressive approach towards other humans and all other creations. In other words, human beingness requires respect for the rights of creation. Simply put, this is spirituality. Human beingness requires spirituality. We already have plenty of experience to show us religion does not lead to human beingness, not in scriptures and not in practice.

All humans crave human beingness because we all crave knowledge of self.
How we understand our craving for human beingness and how we seek to satisfy that craving, boils down to us making decisions between the two alternatives of First Truth and Second Truth. These two truths are alternatives because they lead to significantly different results. If these two truths were options, the result of deciding to follow one or the other would be insignificant.

This must be properly understood. Because all humans crave human beingness, when we go about it via the Second Truth, we weaken ourselves. The more we do it, the weaker we get. We become more and more mentally ill, spiritually ill, emotionally ill and physically ill. We hate ourselves because we are not manifesting self-love. Instead we are manifesting self-obsession. All of this craziness causes behaviors that are determined to make sickness normal because self-correction has been decided against. These people and their ideologies must be avoided like the plague because it is the plague that is plaguing us. Legal laws, historical lies, schools, all institutions and religion are some of the ways unhealthy people try to cover-up their sickness and try to make others think something's wrong with them. For instance, in many ways, sick people say to healthy people, you are lazy, criminal, athletic but not intelligent, contributed nothing, are the most physically sick, are ugly, are pagan, are poor, can't be unified, are cursed and on and on.

Lastly, we must understand:
Yes we are all humans. Yes we all have 99.9% identical genetics.
No we are not all human beings because some of us have decided against human beingness.

Do not be deceived by “We are all the same.”

Our decision to disregard human beingness makes us very different.
It makes us enemies.

The question was asked, “Why is it okay for black people to talk about white people, but when white people talk about black people, they are racist?”

Two reasons:
1. It's true; however, in the white psyche, “talking about” white people means telling the truth about history. This is what makes black people racist.
2. White people have an entire global society that talks and teaches and preaches negativity about black people non-stop in every aspect of life, even in the homes and churches of black folks because white negativity about black folks has been programmed into black children, even before birth. And we must go to school to get that “good” education to make sure the poison doesn't wear off. Whiteness ideology blows education smoke up your butt and has people thinking they are are smoking hope when they are actually being slow roasted on okie doke.
What you must clearly understand is the okie doke is used by those who also practice “ain't no lost lost.”

The person who asked the first question above has found a way to fill emptiness in their purpose of being a troll and stalker relentless. This person went on to say something about Jesus and/or Adam and Eve were not black. This is a statement which is ridiculous at best and which can only be made by ignorance or by being dishonest or by someone under the duress of whiteness, regardless of the melanin test.
The question and this statement was made by a person who called themselves “anonymous” but who is clearly “eponymous.”

Since I have already frequently dealt with this brand of nonsense, I had already decided to delete this latest episode. But now we fast forward from yesterday to today and another message was sent my way.
As promised by Nyame, the faithful and Kar-tek, the leader of technology, more information is being resurrected out of another Sahara.

What follows is not new information, but rather a timely refresher course of what has been talked about for decades.
“White people” were invented to secure money and power by means of divide and conquer of the 99.9% genetic alikeness we all share.

White people are not white because they are mostly white. No, they are white because they are whitewashed, bleached out black genetics. Yet, even with the color removed, the fabric is fundamentally the same. Genetic deviation into albinism, as an occurrence in all offspring, is a recent phenomenon. In a last ditch effort, cells had to give up some strength in order to prolong existence.

Multiple standard deviations of genetics had to occur faster than normal in order to reach albinism that is always active. This process was a natural occurrence due to severe extended climate change, paired with severe extended genetic isolation. Thus, within the Ice Age, the strongest genes of albinism reached situational "perfection." It was these gene bearers who survived through natural selection. They were the most defective and the most conditionally protected. Once the Ice Age went away, though albinos tried at first, to function more normally, this did not allow them to excel as "top dogs" with the greater ease their genetics allowed them to in an extremely cold environment. At some point, after trying to take a higher road, albinos gave up, thus cold cunningness, having no science resistance, rose . Cold naturally sinks to the low road.
Albinism would have naturally reversed itself had White people embraced the Sun more* and if they had only allowed for and encouraged widespread re-integration with the seeds of origination. Of course, the very opposite has occurred.
I shall repeat the core problem for the white branch of the human family. It was a lack of Eco-sensibility that got them caught up in the first place. They ignored emergences that said it is getting colder and colder. Now stuck behind mountain barriers of ice, they inbred for tens of thousands of years. This solidified the albino mutation trait such that all of the survivor's of the Ice Age are carriers.

Albinism could easily be called icicle cell melanemia.

However, unlike sickle cell anemia, alpha thalassemia and beta thalassemia, the prevalence of the albino gene in every member of the group who continues to inbreed within that branch, has made them the equivalent of genetic dinosaurs.
The metaphor will not be cut short. Whatever mechanism took most of the dinosaurs out and knocked the remainder down to size as remnants and proof of dinosaur existence, that power is manifesting itself again in a form that will do the same to every dimension of albino genetic logic.

Whereas outbreeding on multiple levels would have allowed for genetic restoration to the Black Whole, it's too late to turn back now. The genetics of albinism have crossed the event horizon of climate change with calibration frozen to not change for the better. As a result, the ever-present, branch long, life long behaviors of desperate desperados are again in unpretentious rapid rabid expression.
The albinos have been seeking survival sanctuary in the coldness of conscience crevices and conscious crevices which has afforded them a certain degree of short-term tactical advantage. When understanding evades you and you are desperate and afraid, your inability to achieve peace in your inner sanctum, causes temper tantrums. You act out like a psychologically damaged child. You destroy what you can until you feel comfortable you can be in control of your environment without understanding. This is because you remember the pain and fear of not being able to control the Ice Age environment and you also remember the environment of being ostracized when you went back home to Africa and scared the Hell out of people, appearing as ghosts. Then came more pain when you couldn't comprehend what your family in Africa could, though you tried. Then came more pain when they called you children. Then came more pain when your African family had to come to Europe and get you out of several Dark Ages. This pain, pain, pain is still circulating unresolved in albino genetic memory. Albinos sorta do and sorta don't understand it, but they most certainly feel it but call it by other names.

Now we can begin to understand what happens when you feel rejected by nature as a collective via much cold for a Hell of a long time and via much hunger and via less Sun. Then you get rejected by other humans once you break free of the ice. The albino is seeking family approval.
They are seeking approval by trying to outdo the rest of the world based on ego dough as their mojo. In other words, it is not Blacks who need White approval and respect but just the opposite. This is confirmed by Neely Fuller.
This is thrice confirmed. Per Cheikh Anta Diop in "Nations nègres et culture," p. 246, he states: "Genesis...nowhere mentions the black color of the descendants of Ham (Cham) or Canaan; the Israelites were [self-]conscious of being lighter than they."
If the albino could not measure self-worth by things, objects, possessions and controlling behavior, the albino would not have much self-worth. The albino calculates, taliates, retaliates, tabulates, then repeats. Feeling great exists momentarily until that ever-present ghostly, haunting self, stares them in their pale fox face. Another day of devaluing other lives is the escapeless route they continue to take.

On one side of the universal coin, this pain-driven psyche is at the core of what is taking place today, On the other side of the coin, the full shift is on to re-flip the script to counteract albino logic. Clarity reveals albinos have traded their cultural crevices for perpetual precipices. They came up in a human history cold rush and will go down in a historical avalanche of fire, earth, wind and water, meteors included.
As crazy glue and duct taped countries weaken, the viability of proud precipices crumbles into hungry rising ancestral seas. This makes albino ability to proceed beyond the final round of jeopardy, in the second third of this century, certainly questionable, due to the "up-the-ante" albino commitment to sanctioning the world based on "races." The albinos, in an attempt to prevent genetic annihilation, have instead made it an irreversible certainty. This, in an overall sense, is due to the albino's conceptual context. Simply put, albinos still act like they are in an Ice Age environment of scarce resources where killer takes all. Albinos give themselves false positives that scarcity is true by hording, wasting and harming that which supports healthy abundance.

According to statistics on this blog, the largest readership comes from the United States, Russia, France, Germany, Ukraine, United Kingdom, India, China, Sweden and Philippines. 759 is the fewest page views by any of these countries in the past 9 years.
In recent times, South Korea, Ireland and Canada have joined the mix. 13 is the fewest page views by any of these countries in the past 30 days.

Relatively speaking, in most of these places, there are not many people who classify themselves as African and who are likely knowingly trying to find their way back home to Africa, the Old Country, the Old Continent. Likewise, in any of these places, including the United States and France, it is highly unlikely this blog has reached mostly Africans.

Information is information. A message is a message. Knowledge (understanding) is in self.

In other words, the children of the Destroyer are busy doing what children do. With questions of “Why, How come, What is and Show me,” desperate to understand life and existence, children come to their African elders, wherever we are, in order to be educated in that which is always evolving as possible which flows out of the genius of our creative genetic potential. To them this is not nearly as attainable because paths and processes that are logical through self are so undesirable to pursue, due to the African Parental Source within them damned behind il-logical information, understandings will not flow from the higher universal through disrespect self-neglect.
Despite self-accusal and refusal, in order to remain minimally viable as a people, these folks still need to know what multi-faceted melanin brings to light.
We, of African Descent and Ascent, whether or not we right now follow the ways of our Light Angles, we are still a more reliable basis for what those dedicated to the Destroyer, need to know for their basic survival. After all, we are in their DNA, not just a little. As such, African vibrations are continuously needed to make things go on all levels.
Each person's Hall of Records contains all information condensed in metaphor examples to paint pictures of what it means to be Eco-sensible (civil). Yet, because each person's genetic library is so massive and expandable and now obscured by Darkness aberrant, this learning space has been termed catacombs and labyrinth, thus is viewed as someplace terrible. Thus without going deeper into information and understandings, we consider complete what is partial. The effect is self-esteem based on everything but the essential, the temporal instead of the eternal. Behavior reflects.

Even so, through a combination of patterns, I am also able to determine there are several more Initiates of Learning who are now encountering this blog. They are not only in America; but also in countries and islands overwhelming populated by Africans. The tables and tides of critical analysis, assisted by Seshat and Tehuti, are steadily turning and rising into self-understandings for yet another group whose genes have been turned on to awaken them to the Ancestor's calling. Their climate-changing momentum to the upside is an unmistakable vibe.

Still Powerful

Africa, in humans, is still more fundamental than any identity crisis still afflicting spirit and soul.
This African essence is so overwhelmingly powerful, when it is misunderstood at the weakest level of awareness (Giri So), it makes people fearful - of themselves, thus self-tormented.* Even so, these people are still needful of the chosen manifestations of that original and beautiful essence. This cuts them to the quick which comes back at Africa as hateful, just because we have what they need. Behavior reflects.

Though much of this sounds wonderful, first let us be certain to understand Africans, that what is represented by those who remain sold on the lower spiritual, the Destroyer Principle, is also in our DNA/RNA. Our Ancestors, through the Early Formation Of Creation, have translated for us this portion of the scroll. The story still unfolds. It cannot remain hidden if we truly want to know. The responsibility that goes along with this right to know is adding our free will to the direction of the flow.

Secondly, let us understand Africans, we need to understand what we already right now know and we also need to re-member more of what we know by moving towards the collective communal and away from the personal individual. However, contrary to those other people's M.O., Self, Unselfishly, is all we need to know.

Adjusting, perhaps reversing our energy flow, causes mini-explosions to accumulate and grow in all directions. As knowledge of Blackness grows, real progress and real upward mobility begins taking place long before we reach optimal.

Africans Made The Best Deal

300,000+ years at the very top, then less than 3,000 at the very bottom and then back to the very top.

As said twice earlier, we knew the delights and difficulties of the deal and we still took it. (UC#774, UC#775)

And so now we move on to the tasks at hand.
First of all, we cannot continue a legacy of health and human beingness without reflecting seriously upon who shoulders we are standing on – the Ancestors. We must remain aware that we are Ancestors and we must include Ancestors in our thought processes and actions.

Baba Leonard Jeffries helps us re-member our beginnings, our blessings, our bambezela:

1. None of us are doing enough to make sure we fulfill our promise. We have a sacred mission and it's way beyond anything we can contemplate. Our responsibilities are way beyond anything you can ever dream of.

2. The world, the African Global community needs your blessings. We've been blessed and don't fully understand it. There are 100+ million Africans in Brazil and most do not have what you take for granted.

3. If we have a sacred mission and a meaningful struggle and if we are going to contribute to the African world, then we must plan beyond the thinking we have now. We have to go way beyond study.

This is not new. We did it for hundreds of thousands of years and have never stopped. The main difference is that the enemy's logic is in our minds. Once a critical mass gets rid of Enemy's logic, the Enemy becomes vulnerable because the power we were using to help the Enemy will now be used for ourselves.

10. No matter how many people you have touched, you are not touching enough.

11. The first people you should be touching is your immediate family.

12. You must strengthen yourselves in African traditions and then pass it on to your family, community and organizations.

13. You must Africanize your organizations and put African spirituality in your churches. Get images of the Enemy out of all these places.

14. Mama Africa and her Diaspora are depending on you to help free the African mind. This will help us understand how to take corrective actions to use our resources for Africa and for Africans wherever we are. This is something everyone can do right now to help African people build for the future so we can build momentum towards our return to our pure state of existence on Earth.

15. In order to do so, we must honor our foundations and we must continue to plant so we can nurture rebirth of the African mind, African values, African holidays, African understandings and African systems.

16. Contrary to how it may seem at the Giri So level of awareness, we Africans are moving closer to fulfilling the destiny of laying full claim to our birthright.

Now, more than ever, we must run more than we walk, resting only when necessary.

Understanding & Eco-sensibility

Human beingness requires understanding. The greater portion of what “understanding” means requires uniting essences.
People lacking in Eco-sensibility are in a state of being that is not conducive to understanding because the process is estranged from knowledge of self, thus is aberrant. As a result, multiple catalyzing relationships conducive to understanding are inactive such as Photon, Photein, Carbon, Chlorophyll and Melanin. (UC#700)

As understanding occurs, the aspects of creation that are gaining understanding expand and so does the Creator and so does the universe. This means the Creator then activates more power and releases it into the universe. This power is the reserve power called black energy and black matter. It exists in all Universes. This power is specifically available to those gaining understanding and generally available to Creation to a lesser degree in the same way Sunpower is specifically available to those who understand it and also generally available to everyone, but most of us use this higher frequency firepower to a far lesser degree than is possible.

This alone should be reason and incentive enough to continually strive to mature in understandings. By combining understanding with just one or more of the Sun, the Moon, the Wind, the Water, the Earth, the Chlorophyll and the Melanin, etc. more power becomes available. (UC#415)

Thirst For Understanding Extends To A Thirst For the Sun

The need for Sunlight extends beyond Vitamin D and the physical body.
Emotion, spirit and mind also need Sunlight.
You want to feel the power and glory of Sekhmet-Ra penetrating your skin and awakening your melanin. This is a powerful, natural desire that needs to be fulfilled. It is just like hunger. You crave Sunlight because you need the Sun's nutrition. This nutrition comes in the form of Sunlight and is transformed by melanin back into the pure energy at the core of the Sun in order to nourish the Universe within. It is satisfying to be fed and nurtured by the Sun. It is comforting and relaxing. When you are getting Sunlight on your skin, all levels of your being are being Sun-fed directly by the Sun deity. You are a child of the Sun and descendent of the Sun. You need the Sun to feed you and repair you. This is why you want to get out and get some Sun in the same way you want to get some Food, some Air and some Water. (UC#278)

Melanin is a vita-min and an anti-oxidant and an organizing principle and a civilizing principle and a feminine principle and the principle of the creative process. All of these things support human beingness.
So now you understand the fundamental reason why Africa is the birthplace of civilizations and why Africa provided the supporting knowledge for civilizations to sprout outside Africa. This is confirmed by those outside Africa who said: “Always something new Africa brings.” This statement was such a common truth of a practical and common sense nature, so obvious to people before racism existed, that the Greeks turned the statement into one of their proverbs (wisdom teachings). Melanin Never Dies, It Purifies Itself

Everything turns black when matter “dies” and decomposes because matter is returning to its beginning state of blackness.

Melanin & Human Beingness

We now know melanin absorbs more energy and produces more energy. Therefore melanin raises vibrations and frequencies which allows you to use your genetic potential to a fuller degree.

Anything nutritious exponentially enhances melanin functioning. Exponential is more powerful than simply increasing.
When you eat healthier, you raise abilities multiple times more than the energy it took to perform the healthy act. For instance, getting Sun may seem like a small thing, but it is an exponential thing. Drinking water, eating plants and growing in knowing yourself will return to you much more than you put into it. This is nothing new under Herosunra. Does not the act of putting a seed in the ground always give you back more? Replant the seeds of your strength and watch what happens.
What melanated people have achieved in the past three thousand years alone since the sickening of humanity under Asian continent bred regimes is nothing short of spectacular. Without those contributions, the world would be much worse off.
Now when you consider what was achieved prior to the last three thousand years, you understand how the power of melanin goes far deeper than skin color.

Most melanated people don't understand their power. Most barely-melanated people are scared to death of this power because they can't figure it out and have tried everything and still can't do anything about it. For instance, they kill one hundred and one thousand are born.
For instance, two huge white male cop-outs weighing a total of over 400 pounds, having to use unnecessary force, and legal approval to assault a black female weighing 130 pounds, just to show how powerful they are, yet being so sick-spirited, admitting they were scared of the black female, yet making it seem like it's her fault for being fundamentally more powerful than the two of them put together with their laws and their other weapons.

Make no mistake. Many people experience many challenges. They endure and rise above those challenges.
Now, accumulate all those challenges and then multiply by them by some factor more than thrice and you will have what goes beyond beatdowns, Genocides and Holocausts combined. This is what African Blackness has experienced. And why not? Isn't blackness the absorber of all energy and all light and darkness, thus all misery and all plights. Doesn't the Mother go through all pains her children go through? Why wouldn't Africa suffer the pains of the world at the hands of her own children – the continents and islands that have broken off from Africa? This alone magnifies the pain because it is not so easy for the Mother Principle to tear herself away from the worst of her children in order to save the rest of her children who can be saved.

Human Beingness As it Manifests Through African Blackness Must Be Properly Understood

Because matter (the human form) is vibrating at a lower frequency than spirit, spirit must help matter return to a higher state of vibration in order for matter and spirit to function at their highest level of oneness. When spirit and matter are functioning at their highest levels of oneness, moundtains rise out of waters, per-neters rise out of deserts and Africans rise no matter where they are.
Innerstand blackness and her metaphors.
Understand that the greatness of Kemet is a very small amount of greatness compared to what was achieved in Africa before Kemet even existed.
Understand that the Kemites were not a new group of black people, they were the descendants of those who flowed up the Hapi River Valley from the foothills of the Mountains Of the Moon. The Kemites were the best of the best because they came from an ever-improving best of the best.
We are the descendants of all the Africans who flowed from that starting point. We are not just from West Africa and Ghana.

Africa Is The Nucleus Of Human Beingness

You must overstand that Africa is the genetic nucleus of knowledge for planet Earth. Africa and Africans hold the instructions for how the human species is supposed to be living. There is only one nucleus and Africa is it!
This is why, once we embrace our melanin and other powers, we will go ahead and complete the overcoming process that started from Day One.

The odds are tremendous but not as powerful as the Heru & Sekhmet within the healthy African. No human or human creation can stand that stands in opposition, though they stand together with whatever type of ammunition.

Health of the planet (peace on Earth and human beingness) has been once achieved. It has been re-conceived and the powers that will always be, are helping us re-achieve health by fueling us with all forms of energy that we are designed to absorb and decipher and reformulate. Us. We, the micro and macro image of the Divine Essence Of The Creator.

Focus

A little bit of focus goes a long way. A lot of focus takes us all the way.
Melanin is part of your African Blackness Inheritance. Use it collectively for Family who want to be their inherent best. Quit helping the patriarchal-led enemy groups bring their sick logic into reality.

It is the Spirit of blackness, melanin of blackness and female of blackness who will restore human beingness to this planet. It is those three, that trinity and that triple blackness who will bring forth within each person who embraces them, the full spectrum of knowledge necessary to do what we are still alive to do - restore civilizations from the deplorable state caused by the rapers of Ra's energy.

Closing In Again On Melanin

Skin color is the least of what melanin is, yet melanated skin is extremely powerful in maintaining and restoring health.
Understand that your melanin goes from your skin all the way through your body and exists on every level and is everywhere all the way to the inside of your bones and in your stem cells.
You are melanin in motion, blackness in motion, sun in motion, power in motion, energy in motion and spirit in motion.
This is true for every part of you spiritually, genetically, physically, molecularlly, cellularly, emotionally and mentally.

Vibration Frequency Of Energy In Motion

Energy in motion is converting, transforming and metamorphosing itself.
Energy in motion vibrates.
Vibrations have a frequency.
Frequency is based on how fast energy is moving and how often a cycle of energy repeats.

These differences create dimensions such as shape, sound, color, smell, and much more.
Dimensions allow things to be distinguished from each other. Creation could not exist without dimension.
We can detect dimensions using our sensing abilities but only to the degree our senses are calibrated to the frequency of the dimension. Therefore, even though air is filled with thousands of scents, we can only detect some of them. As we become healthier, thus raising our vibrations and frequency, we are able to detect a wider range of scents.

Also, even though air is filled with many particles and molecules, we can detect very few when we are not maturing in understandings.

As energy slows down, the less information it can process and access within the genetic library, spirit web and physical Universes.

Raising Vibrations & Frequencies, Unlocks Genetic Potential

Understanding (knowledge of self) raises vibration frequencies.
Free will raises vibrations being moved by the higher-spirit of motion. (Free will lowers vibrations being moved by the lower-spirit.)
Any nutrition works towards raising vibration frequencies. Some of these are Sun, Water, Air, Earth and the other Primordials.
All of the elements in plant food, grown and eaten properly, raise vibration frequencies.

Involuntary Melanin Functioning

Melanin already vibrates in all people but in significantly different degrees. This is the involuntary (automatic) functioning of melanin humans cannot activate or deactivate but can influence for better or worse.
The differences among different groups of people and their involuntary melanin functioning shows itself clearly.
Involuntary melanin functioning allows stronger genetics to come out on top in the long run despite adversity. Involuntary melanin functioning is a support system that helps organisms get more out of resources, even when functioning under extreme suboptimal conditions.
It was involuntary melanin functioning that sacrificed its upper layers in order to preserve at least some of its lower layers. This is what happened when heavily melanated people got stuck in the Ice Age. Involuntary melanin functioning allowed that group to not become extinct at that time under those conditions. It was a short-term Band-Aid response that left those organisms vulnerable in the long term.
The Initiate will notice the contradiction. Why did involuntary melanin functioning fail the Ice Agers by having to de-form itself and mutate and make those humans incompatible for long-term survival?
Ice Agers can be saved if they do what it takes to raise their vibrations. This also involves being reabsorbed into the Seeds Of Blackness. This cannot be achieved while Ice Agers are still in forced desecration of the world. If Ice Agers and their widespread wannabes want to strengthen their involuntary melanin functioning sufficiently enough, they must surrender right now. Since doing what is right is not an option, they will not be saved because everything the Ice Agers and their wannabes have done and keep doing continues to weaken their genetic survivability and of many species on the planet. This is what has failed the Ice Agers – their primary use of free will – their lack of conscience.

Another example of involuntary melanin functioning is when humans lose use of one of their senses such as physical sight. Involuntary melanin functioning enhances other abilities in order to allow the organism the ability to not be “stuck,” frozen in potential with no way out. The key is the person must be willing to gratefully accept the new option abilities given by involuntary melanin functioning.

Voluntary Melanin Functioning

Voluntary melanin functioning allows humans to impact their involuntary melanin functioning based on the health of their voluntary decisions and behaviors.
Also, a person can use their thoughts knowingly (consciously) or unknowingly (subconsciously), to direct energies.
Both of these methods either enhance or diminish the amount of melanin that exists and its functioning.

“Black” and “Blackness” Personified

“In the SonghoySenni language the concept of "black" (bibi) or "blackness" (borobibi or kuurubibi) identifies the color and refers to people of African descent as well.” (1) In addition to those characteristics listed in UC#773, we add quality, durability and lasting color. Black and blackness will always be and because of the range of inherent nature, black and blackness will exist far greater in unobscured glory than not, and despite the overcasting cloudiness of misery, this resilient brilliance has always been plain to see.

For these reasons and more, it is natural to fear and envy blackness from a lower-self dominated mindset. Likewise then, on the other side it is natural to love blackness where both free will and the higher-self abide.

How We Came Into Being Again

“In the continuous cycle of Afrikan life, a human being is acknowledged as having come from the spirit world (the Ancestors and the source of life and being.) Spiritual reality manifests as human beingness. Thus, the Afrikan human being (Muntu) comes with a consciousness (Kra,). His or her destiny (Nkrabea) is carried within the Kra and contains a mission, a message, and intelligence. We who are Afrikan have chosen to be so. To choose to be Afrikan is to choose to fight for Afrika, otherwise, why come back? We believe each of us is an Ancestor returned. Rebirth into Afrikanness is, then, both a privilege and a duty. We achieve continued connection to the Afrikan family and we become part of the race army. As Afrikans, we have serious work to do. Being Afrikan is not meant to be easy.

The cycle is maintained through the progression of developmental stages. These stages represent ever-increasing levels and degrees of responsibility, participation and maturity; moving from birth through childhood, adulthood and eldership. Movement from one stage to the next is a “transition.” Understood symbolically, one “dies” from one stage and is “reborn” into the next. Birth, death, and rebirth form a cycle of growth in human beingness, in cultural beingness, and commitment. Life begins at the source of being, energy, power and reality, and returns to the source, to be reformed into new life, or, the alternative which would be ultimate disgrace, pain and failure; that is, to become totally disconnected from the cycle: spiritual and cultural “death.”

At each stage of our development as Afrikans, we become more knowledgeable. We become “bigger” as we become more spiritually powerful. Perhaps the most important transition that we will make is that between being an elder and becoming an Ancestor. The physical “death” of an Afrikan elder is not the end of the life of a Muntu, an Afrikan human being. If handled properly, it is the beginning of a transition to the next stage in human beingness. Our “Muntuness” takes on another more mature, spiritually and culturally powerful form. Physical death for the Afrikan is not the end of human conscious existence. We still are able to act with will and intent and to influence the physically alive world nation of Afrikan people. All cultural growth is focused on the achievement of becoming an Ancestor, who is capable of guiding, protecting and nurturing the Afrikan/Black race. This achievement is of extreme political importance. It is the warrior Ancestors who tell us where to go and what to do as a people. The Ancestors are in front of us, so if we are culturally and racially connected, they will lead us” (2)

Since Before The Beginning Began

To rhythms of continuous humming, we slept in clear black waters, as streams of consciousness relayed our experiences to each other. We marveled at everything. We couldn't wait to go back, to not-so-same places, knowing what we know now. Everybody had plans.

Then came the familiar rumbling, churning, thundering and igniting. We were surfacing and climaxing towards the threshold of another Creation. We heard the Word and came forth in a steady stream of creative explosions.
(Along the way, we thought to ourselves, “we would have fought for the right to be where we wanted to be.” The echo replied, “you will fight enough once you get there.”)
This we knew, but never in what ways and to what extent. This uncertainty became part of the challenge within the challenge- fear surrounding the obstacle and the opportunity.
Then we reached our destiny locations where we came forth from black heaven waters above and descended the spiral ladder through black heaven waters of African women.

Clearly, some who had been here before, chose not to return to this stage where free will had the greatest effect, applauding and heckling the loudest. As we looked around, clearly most of us did come back, along with some newcomers, for the encore. We chose human beingness and the tumblers turned. We then chose African Blackness to clothe our form to mirror the inner essence. The tumblers slid round again. As we stepped onstage under the sky of Nut, Ra Is Eternal kissed us non-stop until our Blackness was perfect. Then Moon came forward and pulled water from below to moisturize us as we slept during the evening of another first day on Earth.

Ra-Moon, skin, melanin and origin have held communion ever since. In them begins our strengthening.
This is the same ritual each time to remind us, conditions and potentials have changed but everything else remains dynamically the same, including the dualities of life – the joys and pains.

We began as before seeking knowledge of self in relation to all else and locks opened into smaller and larger expanding and contracting spaces. We flourished and, as always, extended the time until the living got so easy, the need incentive to get even better, demanded our decline.

As always, we were more prepared to endure the passage through valleys, deserts and pits of lower-self behaviors. Even though it might not seem like it, we are like the Seeds: Atum-Nu-Khepera-Heru. We, the multidimensional Ancestors are continuously and simultaneously, persistently, then patiently, reformulating. For this purpose we were born into human beingness as Africans. None of us would have been allowed to come if we were not capable of completing our purposes and destinies. We would have been overruled. We are right here right now for these very times and conditions with the Creator's blessing and greater faith in us to complete our mission.

And so now, with understandings of who we are re-nu-ed all the way back to clear back waters, we turn around, now fully unbound yet fully wound and awakened to what we must do.
We must use spiritual and physical Divine Natural Advantages of Higher-self and African-self to keep coming forth by day and by night through understandings of blackness into more understandings of light, despite the all-out efforts of darkness. A lesser opponent would not be worth the fight. This excites our human beingness, our spirit and our melanin. With our free will, this trinity can rise even higher to the occasion and make manifest their fullest expression. We have overcome darkness before many times. The same creative processes will again take the Destroyer down from lowdown. Salvation cannot be completed until lower-self is defeated. And because we the Ancestral Seeds of the Universe need salvation in order to keep living through Creation after Creation, we choose the Spirit of Blackness and the form of African Blackness as our first weapons of choice as we fight for our eternal lives.

Amen (Hidden) & Amenet (Revealed) MeaningsUnity Consciousness #700

Amen means hidden (not “so be it”). Amenet means revealed.
The existence of the hidden and revealed twin pairing is easily verifiable.
Some things you know. Some things you don't.
Some things you are aware of. Some things you are not.
Some things you didn't know you didn't know until you knew they existed.
Some things require lesser-used abilities and processes rather than the often used abilities and processes relied on for other things. If you do not, those things will not be revealed.

The hidden/revealed exist under other names such as submerged/emerged.

Understanding More About The Nature Of The Twin Power Relationship

Where there is one twin, there is always the potential and usually the presence of the other twin in the relationship. (That's why they are twins.)

The Creator, knowing the potential of the lower-self to destroy information, has provided ways to preserve and restore information. If not, how powerful or eternal could the Creator be?
The Ecosystem within and without are filled with multiple redundancies (backup plans).
Can't historical information be gleaned from different items in the Ecosystem to estimate dates and ecological events?
Can't blood be read?
This information is hidden to those who don't know it's there and/or don't know how to read it.
Just as the neutrino represents the Amen/Amenet dimensions of the neutron, so also are there hidden dimensions beyond, such as those beyond the conscious/subconscious and the revealed rainbow.

There are plenty of texts in the hands of lower-self led humans taken from Africa and Diasporan civilizations that thieves can't decipher at all or have not even begun to move towards the depth of understanding these records contain.

Just as some humans can't get to the deeper regions of oceans, Earth or outer space, neither can lower-self humans get to the deeper regions of self. Not on any level physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually. There are hidden files all over the Universe and in your genetic library also.

Neither can these files be deciphered by the virus program logic installed in you through a culture of miseducation.
The information is hidden from the virus and hidden from you.
There is also a backup of your genetic information inside you, written in a different language than that currently taught as basic DNA/RNA.
This information is hidden and also read/write protected.
Most of this information will not be restored unless you are optimizing by calibrating to Ecosystem logic.
The information will still be there for potential restoration in your descendants.

What does all this mean?
It means the resilience in you and in the larger Ecosystem is due to the restorability of genetic information.
You contain spirit, mind and emotion genetics in addition to physical genetics. Most of these genetics are hidden from those to whom you entrust to delay you in finding your way home. This has a lot to do with why even your own genetics are hidden from you because you would be certain to use it based on the logic of the lower-self education you have been receiving.

It is the restorability/repairability of genetic information that is what “to cure, to heal” means.

So, do not despair. Health is on the way for humanity even if not for most of us here today.
What our Ancestors brought into existence on Earth, still exists, but is just hidden. This is true despite the enormous amount of information destroyed, corrupted and suppressed during this Dark Age stage. The Hall Of Records is intact.
This information will remain hidden from all the technology the lower-self deploys from satellites to listening devices to backhoes to archaeologists to Egyptologists to human genome projects to the googlers and stalkers and autobots and other seekers of the knowledge who seek not knowledge of self because much understanding cannot come while using the suboptimal context of the spirit of deception. Because the greater portion of what “understanding” means requires uniting essences, those lacking in Eco-sensibility are in a state of being that is not conducive to understanding because the process is aberrant and multiple catalyzing relationships are inactive such as photon, photein, carbon, chlorophyll and melanin. This severely limits the conversion of energy from one form to another, thus it limits understanding the essence of one thing just because it is in a different form (self is misunderstood as something different from all else). Thus most of the little bit of understanding gained becomes nontransferable, thus stagnant and remains fragmented which makes the organism and its creations unable to maintain viability in an ever-changing Ecosystem based on optimizing understandings.

More About the Hidden Aspect

Access to these hidden files of genetic records is possible as frequently previously discussed.
In keeping with the need incentive and the solving of the algebraic equation, access to some people will come when conditions are optimal.
Certain things are being revealed to all because the Ancestors continue to call.
This information is already flowing and being restored in various places all over climate changing Earth.
Of course this means the Primordials are primary messengers and carriers.

The seed membrane hides (covers, protects) what is inside until the combination lock is opened by the Primordials and the membrane is crossed. So it is with dimensions of understanding, including the hidden dimension and revealed dimension.

The key to unlock access to what is hidden is revealed over the entryway.

Collective deception (misunderstanding) is used to hold societies together.
Where deception is the norm, there is a natural tendency for truth to emerge out of the experiences of self and the society. The individual and the collective must continue to work together to keep truth submerged in both places.

Collective understanding is used to hold civilizations together.
Where understanding is the norm, there is a natural tendency for deception to emerge out of the experiences of self and the civilization. The collective must continue to work together to resolve deception in both places.

Sooner or later, no matter what, the buildup of momentum and power of that which seeks any and every way to get through, will find a way to get through and stay.

In other words, deception is the glue of societies. If deception is not constantly practiced in societies, truth will quickly break through and takeover the norm.
Perfecting is the glue of civilizations. If perfecting is not constantly practiced in civilizations, deception will quickly break through and takeover the norm.

Every person and every collective must operate based on some sense of knowledge of self. Culture provides it. The problem is, societies do not seek knowledge of self. They cannot provide an accurate sense of self. As a result, societies and their citizens regress further into a Dark Age from the dark stage on which the society's principles were laid.
Societies have a much shorter lifespan than civilizations.

Darkness is the absence of blackness. because light comes from black elements. The way out of darkness is through blackness into the light. Every human Dark Age has ended this way. Know your history.

Do not fear darkness because the core of your genetic potential is just like the core of the Sun. It is blackness. Your genetics have the power to produce light in multiple dimensions.
Children of Nun, Ptah, Atum and the Sun, understand your carbon, chlorophyll and melanin.

Truth Will Be Found, Told, Known And Lived

Understand The Need For Understanding

By understanding the purpose of dimensions we are able to understand the need for understanding. The primary job of humans is to know yourself, because knowledge of self is the primary purpose of creation. This knowledge is not for our individual sake but for our collective sake. Not the collective of humans but the collective of creation which is the same as the collective that is the Creator. Understanding is needed so the Creator in us as Many can unify all understanding of self as One.

In other words, creation is for the education and self-improvement of the Creator.

As understanding occurs, the aspects of creation that are gaining understanding expand and so does the Creator and so does the universe. This means the Creator then activates more power and releases it into the universe. This power is specifically available to those gaining understanding and generally available to creation to a lesser degree in the same way sunpower is specifically available to those who understand it and also generally available to everyone, but most of us use this higher firepower to a far lesser degree than is possible.

This alone should be reason and incentive enough to strive to understand the need for understanding. By combining understanding with just one or more of the sun, the moon, the wind, the water, the air, the earth, the chlorophyll and the melanin, etc. more power becomes available.

Understanding Is A Process

Understanding must go through stages of development within us. Understanding must also be connected to other understandings. These other understandings are those of our Ancestors, those that exist today, and those of our descendants. These other understandings are also those of all other people and all other aspects of creation, within self, within Earth and within universe.

Understanding is a continuous process. Sometimes understanding comes slowly, sometimes quickly, but always eventually to those who seek it steadily.

We must continuously review our experiences, recent and old, gain more information, analyze it, be quiet, be still, be persistent, be patient and keep living.

The main portion of human growth must occur in as many areas of understanding necessary for each person to fulfill their other destinies, in addition to acquiring understanding in order to fulfill the Creator's destinies. We are multi-capable and multi-purposeful just like all other aspects of creation.

It is very low level thinking to believe our greatest purpose is how well we can secure things for this lifetime.

Understanding Goes On And On Because Life Goes On And On

It is not possible for any human or humans to understand anything completely until the Creator understands everything completely.

As stated above and explained frequently, understanding is a never-ending process. It might pause, but it never ends.

There is always an area of understanding ready, willing and waiting for us. So when understanding doesn't seem to come in one area, move on to the next. This process, pursued sincerely as an Initiate always leads back around to understanding you need. You are being led the way you specifically need to go in order to move you from convoluted places into greater alignment with the Almighty and thus in greater unity in consciousness. All you need is one seed of truth and it will get you there if you are willing to follow its roots or its fruits, either way is the way.

There are multiple reasons, consciously or not, why you are “into” sunning and sun tanning.

1. The desire is strong. There is a subconscious need to receive sunlight on the skin. This need is a basic need. Sunlight on the skin is necessary for healthy human development mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically. You need sunlight internally. For the same reasons, you also have a strong desire and need for water, air and earth inside you.

2. You also want to feel the power and glory of Sekhmet-Ra penetrating your skin and awakening your melanin. This is a powerful, natural desire that needs to be fulfilled. It is just like hunger. You crave sunlight because you need the sun's nutrition. This nutrition comes in the form of sunlight and is transformed by melanin back into the pure energy at the core of the sun. It is satisfying to be fed and nurtured by the sun. It is comforting and relaxing. When you are getting sunlight on your skin, all levels of your being are being sun-fed directly by the sun deity. You are a child of the sun and descendent of the sun. You need the sun to feed you and repair you. Though you might not understand this, this is why you want to get out and get some sun in the same way you want to get some food, some fresh air and some water.

3. You are a creature of genetic habit. Many living organisms and beings contain melanin in one form or another and by one name or another. For this reason plants, animals and other creatures sun themselves on a regular basis. Plants, of course, grow in the direction of the sun in order to sun their leaves so the plant can absorb sunlight through its skin and then use chlorophyll melanin to create nutrition for itself and others.

4. You want to recapture shades of your former ancient self. Consciously or not, you are trying to recapture your original skin color. The memory of this is not totally gone within. The African Ancestors inside you in your genetics are urging you instinctively to seek the sun.
If skin is able to darken temporarily in hours or days due to strong sun exposure, skin is also able to lighten permanently due to lack of strong sun exposure for thousands of years. This is what happened during the last Ice Age when a group of Africans migrated into Europe with black skin and became physically and genetically isolated for a mighty long time and when they came out of Europe, they had pale skin. You have witnessed the fact that melanated skin lightens every winter.

5. You want to look and feel healthy. You want the look, feel and appeal of darker skin. You want the look, feel and appeal of bearing the sun-kissed birthmark of your parents, Sekhmet-Ra and the blackness at the core of their being. According to your own words, without the skin-darkening effects of the sun, you look pale, sick, unhealthy, washed out, dead and like a ghost.
For health reasons, you also have the need to have the touch and feel of water, air and earth and feel their effects upon you and in you. You feel good, look better and are healthier when bathed in the primordials.

Everybody Must Get Sunlight

All people have melanin in their skin. Some have more and some have less.

Melanin is not just a pigment for skin color. Melanin is not a matter of personal or political preference. Melanin has multiple purposes for the health of humans. As said earlier, melanin transforms sunlight into nutrient medicine. Melanin protects the skin from ultraviolet radiation. Slowly re-tune your skin to the sun and get rid of sunscreen. It is never meant for those who clearly have melanin in their skin. Understand that melanin and chlorophyll are the same things. Chlorophyll protects plants that are out in the sun all day every day. Melanin protects you in the same way. Plants do not get sunburn due to ultraviolet radiation. What you see happening to plants that suffer in the sun happens for different reasons. What do you think people did before sunscreen? Get back to the natural way and throw the sunscreen away. You are screening out the power and glory of Sekhmet-Ra.

The sun sends energy to Earth in waves of light. This energy comes from the core of the sun which is a black carbonated, melanated core. Sunlight and melanin are made of the same things. When sunlight reacts with melanin, this sun energy is transformed back into the substance of the core of the sun – the womb from which it came. Sunlight is stem cell energy. This pure substance has healing power and sustaining power. It also enhances creativity and other abilities. The vibrations of the waves of sunlight resonate deep within cells to tune you into the rhythms of the Universe. It enlightens (teaches) you to understand the reasons why you do the sunning and sun-tanning rituals you do.
