We Need Sweet Anesthesia Of Deep Sleep
Unity Consciousness #1003

.

Sleeping A Lot, Yet Still Feeling Tired

There are several reasons this can be taking place.

1. A different kind of insomnia. Insomnia takes many forms from no sleep to broken sleep to shortened sleep to non-deep sleep.

2. Not waking up naturally. Using another person or an alarm clock to wake us up.

3. Using a stimulant after waking up such as coffee, soda, tobacco, medication.

4. Not going to sleep when tired. Doing this trains the body to stay awake even when tired.

5. Not getting out of bed if not asleep within 10 minutes.

6. Not taking a nap when the need to do so is obvious.

7. Malnutrition.

8. Too many toxins.

9. Some sort of environmental disturbance such as electronics.

10. Trying to go to sleep.

11. Sleep position.

12. Insufficient bedtime ritual.

13. Hormonal imbalance between melatonin and seratonin.

14. Expecting to need the same amount of rest each day and expecting to go to sleep and wake up at the same time each day.

In other words, not being able to sleep or not being able to get restful sleep is not only stress related in the mental sense. It can be stresses we are placing on some aspect of our being that we are not even aware is stress. All of the above are forms of stress.

Some Importances Of Sleep

Sleep allows for daily maintenance to be performed. The body must clean up, straighten up, repair and heal. Cells all over the body and in the brain must defragment and organize their information so new information is incorporated in the proper place.

During the daily maintenance that occurs during sleep, growth also takes place. Even when our bodies are fully grown, growth still takes place when we are learning. The body must add extra cellular capacity and extra network capacity to accommodate new information and to accommodate more connections we are making among existing pieces of information. This process also includes pulling up and integrating information from our archives, our genetic library which exists in each cell.
”In So Dayi a veil is lifted. Nun creates four more pairs of chromosomes within you. Just like all chromosomes, these extra chromosomes contain information, instruction and capabilities which are unavailable to those who have not reached this level of awareness.
This operation within our bodies must take place when we are under the sweet anesthesia of deep sleep.

All of the above is moot and something we will never reach if we don't get consistent sufficient deep sleep.

Another way to summarize all of this is, everything we do must be in rhythm with whatever fosters rest and renewal.

Improve Unity Consciousness & Spider Solitaire Performance
Unity Consciousness #333

.

Every Move Must Take All Of The Following Into Consideration:

1. Understand the nature of the challenge by studying the interrelated messages on this topic.

2. As soon as possible, empty a row. This will provide free space (work space) to move cards around. Free space allows us to more easily defragment what has been disordered and disconnected. No game can be won without the use of free space. (thus the additional black energy and black matter in the universe). The longer free space is maintained during each round, chances of winning improve.

3. When moves seem equal, choose the move that turns over a card in a row with the least amount of hidden cards (unknowns).

4. When there are no more moves in a round and free space must be occupied, always move cards out of the way of rows almost solved or that just need one or two cards to connect them or free up space.

5. Designate one or two sacrificed rows that will be used to pile up cards not needed at the time. These rows are least likely to move the game forward under the current set of conditions. Sacrificed rows can and will change multiple times in a round and throughout the game.

6. Do not move cards into a free space unless the benefit is greater than losing the free space.

7. Face cards should not be moved into a free space unless they are all in order so the whole group can be easily moved at the earliest opportunity. The higher the topmost face card in a row, the more difficult it will be to reclaim that free space since cards and groups can only be moved onto cards of a higher numerical value, thus, “Kings” are the worst face card to move into a free space. When possible, opt for cards in the 4 to 10 range.**

8. When deciding among moves, choose the one that moves a row closer to being a free space. The more free spaces available at the same time greatly improve chances of winning because it allows reordering of rows that are very much out of order. It allows getting things in better order without losing all free spaces. The simultaneous availability of two to four free spaces during a round greatly improves chances of winning. Having as much free space as possible to move around, work with and sort things out is the number one essential strategy to improving Unity Consciousness and Spider Solitaire performance.

9. When a final move in a particular round is between putting a card in order or turning over a hidden card, choose the latter. It is more important to know an unknown, thus the importance of know yourself, thus the importance of study.

10. Do not move cards just because it's possible. Only make moves that contribute to solving the entire problem.

11. Some things in order will have to be taken out of order and then put back in order. This is necessary to get other things in order first.

12. Before running out of moves in a particular round and occupying free space, always use free space to move cards around to favor the options most likely to appear in the next round. This can be assessed based on cards already in play.

13. After dealing a round of cards, the first priority is to regain free space. The necessity of free space cannot be overemphasized. Not only does free space make optimal use of moves when dealing with many unknowns, there is genius to the strategy. Every challenge can be overcome, defeated or significantly minimized by taking the offensive approach and making full use of that which seeks to limit performance. When all rows are occupied (brain space), we can only move what has been dealt and what we can see. There is no free space (free time or freedom for the mind). Running out of moves happens quickly in this scenario. The only way to get more moves is to deal in another round of cards, but this also adds another level of complexity and covers up moves previously made. Freeing up space in the game (the mind) is the strategy of grouping into one or two spots things that can't yet be solved. This moves them temporarily out of the way and allows us to work on rows that can be more easily ordered. This allows more moves before having to deal in another round of cards. This also will lead to gaining more free space much quicker because as we make more moves, putting things in order, more hidden cards will be revealed, thus emptying one or more rows, thus providing more free space. Free space is the strategy of taking space filled with one option (one card showing that sits on top of several hidden cards) and then moving and stacking those limitations together in a few spots out of our immediate way. Then we can take control of the space that used to be used to limit us, and use the space to our advantage to clear things up and gain more free space and eventually get back around to clearing up rows that have not been worked on in awhile. When we use free space, understanding it is a basic need and an essential nutrient, we turn disadvantages in the game into many more advantages. This is genius. What we will discover, is that at any point in the game, when down to the last move, if free space is available, protected and preserved as a precious commodity, all it takes is one card – the revealing or understanding of one more unknown. That next card when combined with free space can turn a last move into several more moves and can, in fact, be the final key to opening the way to seeing things clearly and to putting all things in order.

14. Late in the game, when two or more free spaces become available, reduce the confusion among the cards in the sacrificed rows by putting them in better order, even if it's not complete order.

15. Late in the game, when we're almost there but there are no more moves, yet we still must move cards into the free space in order to move on, move the lowest numerical values possible into the free spaces since these low value cards will be the last cards needed to complete an ordered set of cards. This choice is not absolute and must be balanced against all other considerations of the game and the known conditions at the time.

16. Move on or start over when a certain set of cards and moves lead to nowhere – an unwinnable game. Reshuffle things, re-deal and continue playing. Both Unity Consciousness and Spider Solitaire are winnable through the acquisition and uniting of understanding.

17. Unity Consciousness and Spider Solitaire, in simple terms, are about putting back into order what has been moved out of order. They are challenges to help us practice the skills already within us. If it was not possible to win, it would not be a challenge. If it was really easy to win, it would not be a challenge.
In the game of universal life (Unity Consciousness) and in the card game (Spider Solitaire), we put our moves into order by acquiring and connecting understanding of what is going on. Even so, there is another simultaneous goal – make efficient use of all resources by optimizing available options when all things are not in our control and not as we'd like. Things that challenge us are inefficient. By being efficient, we gain the upper hand. As we utilize free space and fundamental laws to put things in order, we are able to clean up incredible messes made, no matter how they came about, how long they've been around and no matter who messed things up. It is as if we become the Great Spider and grow eight hands that not only give us greater mobility but also all these hands move resources around, working on restoring order to the cosmic web.

**Things in life can only be put in order by placing what is of lower value underneath that of higher value. Higher value must be put into place first in order for things to be put into proper order. Moves must be made from the lower self to the higher self. When that which is of lower value is placed into position last, things are in proper order and vice versa. What is of lower value does have value but only when in proper order. What is of lower value is necessary to provide completion and solve Unity Consciousness & Spider Solitaire.

Overcome Insomnia | Write Things Down Before Laying Down
Unity Consciousness #81

The waking mind operates best when using short-term memory to its maximum capacity. Short-term memory in the brain is the same as a computer cache. This cache contains information pertaining to what is currently going on and for what is frequently used. Short-term memory provides quicker access to information needed for current activities.

When we are awake, we put as much as possible into short-term memory to carry out tasks and thoughts. Once we go to sleep, this information in short-term memory is no longer being used because our activity level is greatly reduced.

The sleeping mind operates best when using long-term memory to its maximum capacity.

However, when the body ecosystem is not operating efficiently, the brain's processors in each cell will still be trying to process information in short-term memory as long as there is information in short-term memory.

This is not normal. The inability to sleep is not normal. Insomnia is not normal. We must return to the fundamentals in order to overcome insomnia.

Sleep Mode & Waking Mode Contradiction

When a mind that is supposed to be in sleep mode (using long-term memory) is processing information from waking mode (short-term memory), this has much to do with why we can't sleep. The body has switched over and is trying to get rest but the mind has not switched over and is still processing information from waking mode.

What we experienced today or what we need to do tomorrow is not supposed to interfere with what we need to do right now – sleep.

Restless sleep is the mind trying to get the body to do waking activity when the body is trying to do sleeping activity. Movements are being imposed upon the body trying to sleep by a mind that can't sleep. The mind is forcing the body to do what the mind is thinking about. The body is resisting. Mind and body are out of sync and fighting each other. This is unhealthy because body-mind rhythm is way off.

Temporary Fix: Write Things Down

If we are having trouble sleeping due to having too much on our minds, the first thing we can do is write things down before laying down. Writing things down cleans out the cache of short-term memory. Once the short-term memory is cleaned out, the mind will look into short-term memory but won't find anything. As a result, the mind will then switch to using long-term memory. This is a manual way to get our minds to switch into sleep mode if this is not happening automatically.

Writing things down safely removes information from short-term memory and transfers it to paper. The paper becomes the memory where the information is safely stored. We don't have to “worry” about losing it or forgetting it. The information is readily and easily available the next day and can once again be uploaded into short-term memory by reading the list and referring to it throughout the day.

In order to overcome insomnia we should completely clean out short-term memory. We should write down anything and everything on our minds, not just in brief, but at length until we have run out of thoughts and questions to write down. Organize thoughts in a notebook with one topic per several pages. This way, there won't be as much to write the next day, just updates.

Writing things down is a temporary fix. In a healthy functioning bodily ecosystem, the mind automatically switches over from waking mode to sleep mode. The mind automatically stops processing information in short-term memory and starts processing information in long-term memory. This occurs without the need to clear out short-term memory.

Permanent Fix: The Body's Ecosystem

In order to get the body's ecosystem functioning properly, we must not only get sufficient rest. We must get sufficient nutrition and avoid toxins in order to overcome insomnia naturally, thus permanenty.

Sufficient Rest

Sufficient rest is determined by the body ecosystem's daily guidance on how much is needed. The body ecosystem always lets us know when to rest, sleep and wake up.

Sufficient rest allows the body ecosystem to rejuvenate itself. The rejuvenation process includes daily system maintenance and repairs. Deeper and more sufficient sleep allows for deeper and more thorough system maintenance.

What Else Happens During Sleep

During sleep, growth occurs. Not getting enough sleep stunts growth in every way.

During sleep, deeper processing of information occurs. Information in long-term memory can be used to help us with what we are currently doing and thinking about. During sleep is when additional information is communicated by our Ancestors and through dreams.

During waking hours, all the bits and pieces of information used can become separated into fragments. Sleep is when defragmentation occurs.* Related information is moved around and grouped appropriately. This helps minimize contradictions in the short-term and eliminate contradictions in the long-term because all the information is right there and easier to compare. Without a doubt, if we have long-term contradictions, we do not have a properly functioning body ecosystem. We are not getting sufficient rest, sleep and/or nutrition and way too much toxins. This is a recipe for contradictions and insomnia. In fact, insomnia is the result of a contradiction as explained above.

An Additional Way To Switch To Sleep Mode

Do not believe the falsehoods about eating late or before going to bed.** Eating automatically causes the body to divert energy to the digestion process which induces a lethargic sleepy feeling. Resting or sleeping after eating is natural, normal, healthy and suggested.

As a result, a possible sequence to overcome insomnia could be: eat, write things down, lay down, sleep, wake up naturally, read what has been written down.

Without sleep we are predisposed to self-defeat.

Brain-Mind-Spirit Computer Comparisons

*Sleep is for maintenance and repair of the body and defragmentation of the genetic material in every cell. If you have a sleep problem you will have a health problem and a logic problem. If you are one of those people who proudly believes you don't need that much sleep, you will have a health problem and a logic problem.
An individual example from a society perspective: Just as it was with 911, America had all the information but was not able to put it together to make necessary decisions. The society functions using fragmented logic because the society never rests from all of its devious behaviors worldwide. So also, a person can have all the information needed but can't put it together due to the lack of sleep and rest as aggravating factors preventing the coming together and proper sequencing of logic.

**This doesn't mean eat more than the body ecosystem requires. It does not mean eat anything. It means adjust eating to a later time and eat what is nutritious. It means eating lighter earlier and heavier later or half earlier and half later. The net effect on weight gain is not negatively impacted by eating closer to bedtime. Health is positively impacted when sleep improves.
