4 Levels Of Awareness Times 3 Bears + Goldilocks

Throughout life we often hear phrases such as, that's too hard, too complicated, over-complication, too easy, over-easy, too simple, oversimplification, that's perfect, that's just right and so on.
These statements, and many more just like them, can be combined and condensed into a larger, more cohesive, understanding via metaphor.

Levels Of Awareness Extracted From English Fairy Tale

Over-complication, “this bed is too hard.”
Oversimplification, “this bed is too soft.”
Perfect explanation, “this bed is just right.”

Try to explain the universe in terms of rhythm and music and some people can feel the groove, others have trouble getting in sync with this logical approach.

Try to explain the Universe in mathematical terms and it's too hard for some and too easy for others. Use words and numbers and it's just right.

Trying to explain algebra to a child is rough; but wait until they're ten and it's easier. Why? Accumulated learning of concepts in the current language of the culture.*

As we progress through levels of understanding, the once complicated, becomes just right, then, after a while, too simple.
In other words, when we encounter something too complicated, that means we need to learn more in other areas and at earlier levels of the topic and often in different languages and metaphors before we can grasp the specific thing we find too complicated.

The Universe is simple, just right and complex.

Life is a growth process of learning and understanding.
Of late, we have been tricked into thinking learning is the same thing as optimal understanding. It used to be, but not so much so during the Age of Fish & Dog (Jackal) aka Dark Age Fog.

As a result, we have been learning, but understanding in place (similar to running in place). We are stuck at the Goldilocks level of awareness.

In one version of the story, Goldilocks was a child; therefore, it was the child's level of understanding she settled into. This was appropriate for her which is why she liked all of Baby Bear's stuff.

Time for Goldilocks to grow up into the double truth.

Life is a dynamic dance requiring continuous adjustments of moving out of what is too easy and into what is just right and into what is too hard. This is an ongoing process that allows us to keep moving through levels of awareness. Just as the physical body moves through levels of growth via continuous process, so also must we grow emotionally, mentally and spiritually by continuously maturing in understanding in the process of becoming unified in consciousness of self and all else..

Each bear's porridge, chair and bed were just right for them but not just right for the other two bears.
At some point in the lifetime development of each Bear, what is too simple, too hard and just right will change and switch places as the next step in healthy growth and development takes place.


Language Expansion

* Our spoken/written language is a form of the language of the Universe. This is the language we teach and learn by; however, if our spoken/written language is alienated from the millions of other languages in the Universe, our understandings will be limited to our culture, thus extremely small and void of significant understandings. This is why the Ancient Ancients in Africa incorporated animals, planets, insects and other parts of Nature into their teachings.

Our language may be just right to get us started, but if that's all we rely on throughout life, and we do not perceive or use other languages (metaphors), then our cultural language will keep us in a Goldilocks state of mind. This is why we of stunted growth cultures lowrate Ancient Ancient Egyptian culture because we do not understand nearly as much as they did. The Three Bears woke Goldilocks up and caused her to get out of her comfort zone of just right porridge, just right chair and just right bed. Goldilocks had to get up and move on.


Additional Expansion

As one of many examples, I often hear TV folks say, that's an oversimplification, it's much more complex than that. In this context the person is saying something has been left out, the explanation is inaccurate and the person doesn't know what they're talking about. This could be true sometimes, but sometimes not.
If someone understands something sufficiently enough, it is possible to reduce it to fit the space of soundbites of television and still be accurate. At the same time, someone hearing the simple explanation, who does not account for limited space available to explain something and the fence-straddling to avoid offending status quo viewers and sponsors or who does not understand the topic as much, could consider the statement to be an oversimplification. It depends on each person's level of awareness.

Do Not Ignore The Logical Use Of Metaphor

Logic of Metaphor as used by Dr. Marimba Ani.

For purposes of this article, metaphor, symbol, analogy, allegory, proverb and example are interchangeable as well as other types of figurative language.

The Creator teaches by metaphor. Metaphor is a way to teach using the abstract to get to the exact. Metaphor is a way of transferring meaning and understanding of one thing to another. This allows us to maximize learning. Once we recognize similarity and interrelatedness between two things, all we have to do is understand the first thing and then we can understand the second thing more easily and more quickly. Metaphor makes this possible. Metaphor trains us in the recognition of repetition. This is a metaphor for the repetitive dimensions of the Universe. This reinforces the need to respect the interrelatedness of all things. This is why, as we gain fundamental understanding of ourselves, we can know other things by association. The Universe is built on a fundamental foundation. All creation is simply a different representation of the same thing.

To say this another way, in order for metaphor to be of the most use, everything learned must be understood fundamentally. We must be able to connect whatever we learn to at least one fundamental common denominator.

That denominator is spirit - the first metaphor - which shall be hereafter referred to as the highest unifier. We already know this due to the numerous ways spirit can be expressed in nature without calling it spirit but we know it is spirit. Spirit is the metaphor for mutuality, commonality and equality. Spirit is the metaphor of metaphors. Spirit is a part of all inspiration which appears in many forms yet needs no translation. Spirit is the motherboard that connects all things because spirit is the one thing in all things.

Since the Creator teaches by metaphor, as children of creation we must not ignore the logical use of metaphor in knowing what we need to know.

Not only is it logical to use metaphor, metaphor is logic. Reason within and compare the thought process when using "logic" and the thought process when using metaphor.

The logical use of metaphor allows us to relate the caterpillar, cocoon and butterfly to ourselves in order to teach us about necessary change. By logically applying metaphor, we can learn from the busy bee, busy ant and busy beaver.

Through plants we learn struggle makes us stronger and encourages us to reach deeper, wider and higher in order to reinforce the genetic chain as it gets longer. This is the metaphor to the metaphor through the metaphor.

The natural world is a metaphor for school, college, library and teacher just to name a few. The natural world above, below, within and without contains lessons on all subjects for all levels of students. The natural world is Metaphor University.

Metaphors allow us to make connections in ways that are more easily understood. Metaphors allow truths to be transferred directly from the Creator to each person, without human filtering, tampering and misunderstanding. This is why we must use our natural world teachers and even moreso when our information has come from, and still is coming from, societies obviously confused. Do not ignore the higher self trying to explain through metaphor what metaphors are here for. The metaphor is the horse's mouth.

Everything is a metaphor, and for everything, there are multiple metaphors. Re-cognition grows as knowledge of self unfolds into unity consciousness where everything is everything.

Who Purposefully Ignores Or Neglects Metaphors?

The logical use of metaphor is not easily accessible from the lower self because the lower self does not acknowledge the unifying spirit and the universal language of spirit. Those who do not recognize spirit or neglect growing in understanding of spirit will be likewise limited in the use of metaphor. These people don't know how to reduce the fractions of creation we are, to our highest fundamental common denominator. Therefore, things do not add up and problems cannot be solved. Once more, this is a metaphor.

Osmosis & Cosmosis | The Cosmos Of Consciousness

All things are interrelated and everything is everything. These two understandings are fundamental keys. We can apply key to lock per the instructions they came with. By doing do, we can then open our awareness to the knowledge of comparisons, examples, analogies and parallels between the many dimensions in the Universe.

Process Of Osmosis

We've already learned the Universe is the Cosmos which is the mind of the Creator which is the consciousness of the Creator. We also learned life is motion, process and sequence as well.

We've further learned Spirit is the energy that transfers information both ways between Creator and creation.

Osmosis is one of the methods used in the natural world to automatically move matter physically. Osmosis also moves information spiritually.

As stated in Unity Consciousness #73 and #76, we must exchange information with the Universal by uploading and downloading information from and to our brain-mind-spirit. Osmosis is the process by which this happens automatically. We can't alter this setting and we can't shut it off.

Osmosis Is A Form Of Cosmosis

Information from all we say, do and think is recorded and sent into the Universe, the cosmos. Therefore, this type of information is not only learning by osmosis, it is also cosmosis. Cosmosis is a way of knowing. Cosmosis is a way information gets going flowing. Through cosmosis, information is transferred between brains and the consciousness of the Creator. This information is recorded in each person's life record in the Hall Of Records.



How else does God know and keep track of everything? If God is all-knowing then God needs a way of knowing all and a method to facilitate that knowing. Do you really think God or a bunch of angels are sitting around writing everything down? Of course not. The process is automatic. The process is one of osmosis and cosmosis.

Pineal Gland-Organ & Cosmic Consciousness

The pineal gland is an organ that forms in early fetal development and is located in the brain between the left and right hemispheres or halves. It is also connected to the spinal cord's central nervous system. This gland-organ is the seat of the Creator's consciousness within. The word of God, via Atum, is communicated to every cell in the body from atop the pineal gland-organ.

Understanding Through Analogy

The pineal gland-organ is shaped like a pine cone and floats in fluid. This is the analogy of the waters of Nun giving rise to the “moundtain” of Ptah.

Therefore, the pineal gland-organ is an analogy for the Creator and creation of the Universe.

Therefore, consciousness and understanding of the creation of the Universe is possible within everyone's brain whose pineal gland-organ is functioning properly. Since it was written in stone to “know yourself” by our ancestors, knowledge of the Creator and creation must also be possible since, we cannot know ourselves without knowing both Earthly and Cosmic origins.

Therefore, since creation is about bringing forth life, the pineal gland-organ is also about mental, emotional and spiritual birth.

Therefore, the pineal gland-organ is an analogy for a reproductive system. In fact, it mirrors the male and female physical reproductive systems. Therefore, life and existence contains an analogy for cosmic creation, reproduction and rebirth.

The River, The Tree, The Seed

The pineal gland-organ is the seed that sends roots and shoots throughout the brain and the body. The spinal cord is both the trunk of the tree and the taproot. The nervous system is the branches. Travel the 360 and gain perspective.

The spinal cord and nervous system are the River Of Life and its tributaries. Since we all exist within the body of the Creator, each person exists along one of the branches of the River Of Life. These waters activate the seed. These waters are nourished from the cells. The cells are nourished from the what we give them.

Therefore, nutrition is the seed that feeds the cells that nourishes the waters that support the pineal gland-organ and consciousness. Therefore, nutrition also facilitates healthy communication of this consciousness within via the nervous system which is both xylem and phloem.

By extension of this analogy comes further understanding: we begin with seed and end with seed. Seed (nutrition) feeds seeds (cells) which feeds seed (pineal) which produces seeds (consciousness) which feeds seed (child of creation) which communicates what seeds (nutrition) we need to eat. This is indeed the life cycle of the seed we witness in plants and in humans and in all creation. This means the life cycle is a recycle which means life recycle is an analogy for the ecosystem which is sustainability which is harmony, peace and justice.

This is the process of achieving justice. Everything is everything.

Back To The River

Each cell in the body contributes molecules to the River. Each person is both a cell and molecule in the Cosmic River. Each of us must meet understanding at the River. Each of us must contribute understanding to creation and the Creator and get understanding from creation and the Creator.

Each of us must do our parts by fulfilling our responsibilities to the ecosystems in order for balance to exist among humans and in concert with the rest of creation.

Each of us must travel up south in our consciousness on the River Of Life back home to the origins and knowledge of humanity formed within us at birth. This path is also the path up the spinal column to where the pineal gland-organ is seated in unity with self and as the trinity of all else. This is the road map to Africa and Amenta inside each person. We must follow it wherever we are, and even if we do not physically reach Africa, we will be on the spiritual path to paradise (oneness, perfection, completion). Along this path all roads intersect to guide us to the abundant physical paradise in the here and now.

Seeking basic needs ignoring basic needs

As dependents, expecting annuities
Retiring into delayed awareness of poverties
The worst is yet to come for this type of security
Societies built on this kind of education
Have foundations that support being weakly
Using many contradictory philosophies
Such as education is the key
And the best things in life are free
Yet the best education costs money

Comes with a cost. price, tax and fee
Education is not the key to liberty financially
Few can figure this out literally
Due to being taught how not to think critically
But to rely on some expert person as the key

This will be so, though you yet remain outside of Africa because the greater Africa surrounds you even as you carry Africa with you. This is the Adro-Adroa and is supported by Marcus Garvey who taught, “Africa is wherever Africans are.”

Each person must face whatever is needed to return to understanding from being lost due to tumultuous and traumatic events.

The American Dream is also an illusion. If you pursue it or achieve it you are doubling-down on illusion and creating a matrix within the matrix. Each accomplishment that satisfies the dream and not the destiny, harms the viability of ancestors, descendents and family.

The journey to find happiness and heaven takes place inside self because that's where the two exist in the personal universe – as above, so below. Find happiness and heaven inside self and then it will automatically manifest outside self.

The universe and the galactic yellow brick road are also inside self.

Evil is truly a lonely state of existence indeed. There is no connection to the greater harmonizing forces inside self and outside self. Do not be deceived by the laughter of evil people. Remember, everything they do is not as it seems. Evil people do not want to be evil, they want to be you but can't be. Thus they act out in the worst ways due to the terminal, incurable illnesses of depression and psychopathy. History tells us this. Current events tell us this.

Nature is alive and must be respected. Nature will fight back. Life under attack is supposed to fight back. All matter contains life and is not an object to be treated without consideration for the life it possesses.

Emotions held high all the time are a burden. Carry emotions low and only raise them when needed.

Maafa. Upheaval of harmony. Each person also causes a Maafa within self due to adding to imbalance and neglecting knowledge of self.

After doing all asked of you and doing the Wizard's dirty work, by helping maintain the status quo, Wizard will still deny access to “the wonderful things he does” and will not keep promises. The fault isn't not trying hard enough. The fault is continuing to believe a proven liar.
Fundamentally honest people can be naive and gullible for a long time even in the face of evidence that some people are fundamentally dishonest and not to be trusted at all.


Truth liberates whatever it touches. Reciprocity.


Self-correction. The emotion of fear alters and obstructs thinking. Spirit restores balance. Spirit is the mother aspect. Obedience to spirit results in civilized behavior.

Fear comes from what you believe but don't know. Courage comes from knowledge, especially knowledge of self.

If you believe you are not a genius, you do not know your Creator.

Rebirth, awakening and consciousness from water, a purifier, cleanser and disinfectant. Water is womb and spirit where the original template for self, life and existence still are and can be restored to memory.

African Perspective

Total self is more capable than incomplete Wizards, Wicked Witches, wizardry and witchery.


Despite big buildings, flying machines, spying machines, millions and minions working for things under the duress of surviving, evil is weakened as the aspects of self work towards collectively beneficial purposes. Knowledge of self is more powerful than human-made might or human-made fright.

A determined mind, determined courage and determined heart, can save a captive spirit by using natural abilities. The extra part of extraordinary comes from the extra energy of working together.

Nature meets each person's efforts and leads them to truth.


Witches, Wizards and act-alikes will melt. Climate change is part of the heating up necessary for the melting process. Climates are changing on all levels – physical, spiritual, emotional and mental.

Extensive spy network that leaves no stone unturned and no person unspied upon. All-seeing eye.

Dreams are one of many Ways Of Knowing. The more the self is unified, dreams provide clarity. When dreams are usually a hodgepodge of strange scenes, so is the life being lived.

Even without mother and/or father present or physically alive, each person can become who they are intended to be.
Mother and Father are in each person's DNA. Each person is the current unique combination of their ancestors.

Each person must learn for themselves they have power. Power comes from learning about self. Each step taken towards learning self provides power to take the next step.




Try to impose their way of living upon others. They have ownership of land, things and other people but do not own self-control. This is the fatal flaw of the powerless.

In brains, heart, courage, natural sense, purity, truth and innocence, Wizard is lacking and has no real power over and no power to help those on their way home. The best Wizard can offer is trinkets and a ride to security in a balloon he can't control because he doesn't understand universal dynamics. This makes Wizard the odd one out.

Natural resources. Black matter.

Wizard wants to take whatever gives others power. Yurugu wants to unseat the Creator.

European African male has to certify everything, otherwise it's not valid or legal.

Water and the other primordials will be the downfall of Babylon and similar places worldwide. Use the primordials now to break the spell.

Being a friend and helping them on their journey and out of trouble and danger, kills wickedness. Aim not to hurt the enemy, aim to help free others from the clutches of evil. A good force towards good is more powerful than a good force towards evil. It is better to focus on tools than weapons.

The natural world outside of us and inside us exposes who has the real power. Once nature exposes fraud, its up to us to use the rest of our senses to investigate it. The Wizard is powerless without machines and false notions.

Path to knowledge of self follows genetics and also winds the way DNA spirals. Galaxy is the larger road home.

All institutions and cultural mainstays, especially military, law enforcement, education, religion and media. Ecosystem.

The Creator will keep all promises to the obeyors and breakers of The Law.

To live in fear is to hide from true nature and destiny. This life is lived in a defeated position of tail between legs.

Neither deception nor evil can withstand a moment's worth of critical analysis. Neither can afford for people to be healthy.

Schemas & Reading | Tools For Learnderstanding

I met a third grader, who taught me the meaning of the word “schema” - basically a tool used to help you learnderstand something else.

She used the schema of phonics to help her pronounce the title of the book, “Eloquence.” Then she asked how many pages the book contained. She turned to the last page. “97 pages,” she said in a way which indicated that was way too many pages for one book.

“Would you rather have $1 or $97,” I asked.

”$97 dollars,” she quickly responded.

Each page is like money I told her using the schema of analogy. I stopped short of saying more, to give this 9-year-old time to reflect.


Reading, learning and understanding are some of the greatest gifts we have. These abilities are worth far more than money. We can use them over and over. Each time we read, learn and understand we gain more abilities for reading, learning and understanding. We also gain greater awareness of how to use other capabilities and resources.

This is the value of using the schema of reading as a tool for learnderstanding. Reading allows us to build enormous amounts of valuable knowledge that is immediately beneficial. Reading and learnderstanding never lose value because they both increase in value the more we use them.

Definition, Understanding Learning's Association With Breathing, Motion & Infinite Possibilities And So Continues The Meaning Of Life & Existence (Part 8f)

Learning's Expanding Definition

Learning is absorbing information, then adjusting, adapting or reinforcing behavior.

Information includes experiences and comes from primary creation, secondary creation, self and others.

There must be a change to a choice and behavior as evidence of learning OR there must be reinforcement of a choice and behavior.

Changing or reinforcing is always taking place. There is no such thing as useless information. All information is influencing. Sometimes the change or reinforcement is deciding to listen to, not listen to, believe or disbelieve the information source, its subject matter or its subject. Most of the time, changing or reinforcing is occurring on the subconscious level below awareness.

Learning requires acquiring information and taking action but learning does not require awareness I am learning or awareness I am taking action. Sometimes the action is a choice to change (do something) and sometimes the action is a choice to stay the same (do nothing).

I have the genetic ability for learning. I am learning a lot of what I am putting my mind to.

I am learning everything I am putting my mind and spiritual mind to.

Understanding's Expanding Definition

Understanding is an initial or confirming awareness of the nature of something or someone.

This is achieved by recognizing differences and similarities compared to other information. It also involves recognizing positives and negatives compared to ME (Manifest Essence); therefore, I must have self-awareness. Understanding comes from weighing these differences and using what naturally rises above the other.

Understanding requires evaluating new information and reevaluating previous information. Sometimes this analysis leads to new awareness and sometimes it strengthens previous awareness.

Understanding always includes age-appropriate intuition and wisdom. Understanding always includes utilizing the intuition and wisdom of others in the communal family (parents, caregivers, siblings, relatives, friends, elders, ancestors, the rest of the natural world and the Divine Beings).

Synthesis Of Learning, Understanding & Breathing

Learning and understanding do not happen at once, nor are they ever complete. It is only possible to learn and understand in the moment for the moment. The very next moment I must resume learning and understanding.

For example, I am breathing right now but I can't breathe in advance to cover moments from now or the rest of my life. I must breathe moment by moment. The same is true for learning and understanding.

Also, I can learn without understanding but I cannot understand without learning. This means there is always only one of two things happening: learning by itself OR learning and understanding together (learnderstanding).

Some Learnderstanding

I must use cues from the natural world.

The genius of combining form and function is not a recent discovery. I am a human in form but only a human being when I am functioning as intended - as spirit.

My wants are rejoining the stream of necessary primary things, in keeping with being chosen. No longer is cash the king, popularity the queen, misleading education the key to living, or a search for progress being made in places it has never been seen.

Staying In Motion With Learnderstanding

Learnderstanding is a process taking place during living. Living is a process taking place during time. Time is a process. Since process is also motion, learnderstanding is really motion within motion within motion.

Associating & Adjusting

I am breathing, using my first and last. I am breathing, connecting the two. Living is this way, bunches of motions.

The meaning of life & existence is expanding, simplifying, matching ME - motion within motion within motion within motion within motion within motion within motion within...breathing is essential...motion within...learnderstanding is increasing...motion within...living is never-ending...

Life is about making associations, adjusting, staying in motion and becoming eternal expansion - infinite possibilities.

Relating

Human animals are part of the natural world and the natural world is part of us. Humans and the rest of the natural world have physical and spiritual aspects. In that regard, we are one and the same. In many instances, the rest of the natural world also has emotional and mental aspects. In that regard, we are similar. This is no surprise since we are created by the same Spirit who has put replications and likenesses throughout the Universe.

The most significant place this occurs is in our spiritual genetics. All that is from the same Creator – the same rootstock - also shares spiritual genetics. Human animals and the rest of the natural world are offspring of the same Parent. No matter how different it may seem we are, from the rest of the natural world, we are still siblings. Humans are the younger. The rest of the natural world is the elder. This is why the examples, instructions and advices of the natural world as our context for the meaning of life & existence must be heeded if we want knowledge of self. The Earthly natural world falls in line with the patterns and behavior of our oldest sibling - the Universal natural world.

Communing

Humans must communicate with their two older siblings in order to benefit from the wisdom of natural laws and orders. It is ordained for that which has been taught to seek and teach, and for that which needs awareness to seek and listen. Performing these duties requires communication.

The only way to communicate is to use the same language. This has already been provided by the spirit we have in common. This spirit is the primary universal language. It is our natural language.

When we are using spirit to communicate, we are communing. We are connecting to spiritual energy, which serves as spiritual nutrition. Communing can be silent or not and with movement or not. Communing is a process of tuning in and tuning out.

Like older siblings should, the natural world is always trying to communicate with the younger. When humans allow time to respectfully observe, interact with, investigate, experiment, wonder about or be in the midst of any portion of the natural world we are responding and have now entered into dialogue. Our respectful actions send spiritual energy to what we are communicating with and in return we receive things like calmness, relaxation, peacefulness, awe, understanding and inspiration. Encoding of our spiritual genetics is taking place.

Translating

Using one of the examples above, when we respectfully observe the natural world long enough, our spirit translates the language of nature we are seeing, hearing, feeling and thinking about into the language of the genetics we share. This is how nature speaks to us and how we speak to nature. Nature speaks to our four basic aspects with energies, rhythms, pacings, demonstrations, analogies, similes and allegories. Sooner or later during communing, the merged voice from teacher and translator forms within us and says, “This means...”

Sustaining

As previously written, “only the natural contains the elements necessary to sustain the natural.” Now it is possible to also see, “only the natural contains the information necessary to explain the natural.”

The natural world is a system of give and take with zero waste for the sustenance and guidance of the bodies, minds, emotions and spirits of everything in the natural world. This is sustainability. This is the multilayered, multifaceted and multipurpose way of the Supreme Spirit. This degree of integration tells us no singular thing has a singular use and no singular thing is for a singular creature.

Reorienting

It is an aberration of all things Natural, Universal, Orderly, Peaceful, Uniting, Holy and Divine for any parent to have a younger child who is unlearned and give that child rulership over an elder child who is learned. Even once the younger becomes learned, it is unnatural for the last in line to become first. So it must be false humans have been given Divine dominion over the rest of the natural world. All disrespectful behaviors towards the rest of the natural world stem from this single mutation of the truth. Humans are a recent addition to the natural world family and are by inherited obligation, stewards of the values of the natural world family we are born into.

Our family depends entirely upon communal living principles. Those with elder knowledge become teachers to those with younger knowledge in this self-perpetuating manner: holding responsibility, the elder reaching down, the younger reaching up while the elder lifting up, the younger rising, holding responsibility. This ensures each member teaches another the family values. This ensures the chain of information is reinforced in the teacher. It reinforces respect for the eldest among us. There is no running to parents when an elder has spoken because an elder speaks with the authority of the parent because they share the same respect for communal values.

This process is carried out in descending order. This is what being a descendent means – to come down through and climb up through another. So must be our learning. It must come down through the rest of the natural world so we may climb up in the knowledge of self through the rest of the natural world.

Human animals can benefit from the experience and knowledge of older siblings by always listening to them and including them in our questions by simply asking, “ Is there an example in the natural world (Earth and Universe) to guide me?” and “Is there an example within my body or other aspects of myself to guide me?”

Rejoicing

Communing and sustainability go hand in hand. Both require spiritual respect, an awareness that grows the more we nourish our spiritual genetics. Communing and sustainability support each other's fullest expression. Each is a side post to the ladder that extends from here to the heavens. Communing transfers helpful information and healing energy for body, mind, emotion and spirit. Sustainability ensures this and all natural resources will be available for our descendents.

Humans ought always to commune without ceasing. In this is the rejoicing that empowers us with the meaning of life & existence through spiritual genetics.

Immortality, Death & Crooked Rugs

My son is showing much earlier promise than I did in questioning what society is promoting as okay.

He calls Aspartame and other such chemical concoctions camouflaged in food, “immortal substances” because it's impossible for the digestive system to change them into anything useful.

He made an analogy regarding the healthy potato's transformation into a french fry. If a potato was a person it would be like wearing a grease jacket from Deathdriana Furs.

To a large degree, Aspartame and french fries are as American as baseball, hotdogs, apple pie and Honda. I try to keep him aware that in many instances, it is best to do the opposite of what America promotes. He then reasoned the only thing America doesn't do the opposite of is the opposite (of it's current backwards way of thinking).

After all this I notice the rug is every which way for the umpteenth time. Is this the way kids silently rebel – kicking up rugs? I'll straighten all the rugs if it allows him to stay straight on health by focusing his attention on the food fight and larger life issues by simply questioning what is natural and normal.

Food Fight: The Fight System

Food Fight #2

Last week we learned:

(1) What “food” really is.
(2) We can significantly influence our health every time we eat.

This week is about how food affects the immune system. The immune system is the second biggest item affecting our health. The first reader to respond last week referred to it. It is also mentioned most of the time when food and nutrition are discussed. It has one function. The immune system is the body's fight system.

The immune system is our defense department. Its job is to fight off non-beneficial germs. Its weapons are millions of cells. These cells need ammunition. This ammunition is energy from food. If cells don't get this energy, the immune system cannot protect us. In many instances, our health starts to slowly lose ground, so there could be a tendency to not believe this or think it's not that serious.

My immune system has been so weak and so confused for so long, I am suffering from “friendly fire.” My immune system is fighting me instead of protecting me. My immune cells are attacking my skin cells. That's like the police attacking citizens. Hmmn!

What causes an immune system to malfunction like this? Generally accepted medical professionals, their organizations and the governments in this country say they don't know. I am certain years of not giving these cells the energy they need has contributed to this infighting. I am certain years of opening my mouth and swallowing a lot of chemicals in the stuff I've eaten has messed up the mental circuitry of these already weak cells. When the mind is messed up anything can happen. My mind has been short circuited due to shortsightedness and this is what has happened. My immune system has significantly broken down. I'm reaping what I've eaten.

Whenever we eat things that contain any portion that is not food, the body still has to decide what to do with it. If we're lucky it won't be digested and will pass through the stool. If we're partially lucky, non-food is absorbed into the blood but quickly swept out through the kidneys. If we're totally unlucky, which I suspect is usually the case, the non-food chemicals use up energy, interfere with nutrients, are absorbed into the blood, are circulated to cells, are stored in cells and alter cell performance. When cell after cell after cell is interfered with and cannot do its job, chaos and confusion becomes our general health condition. Where the negative effects stop, we're the last one to know.

One more analogy: Unnecessary chemicals/drugs/poisons/toxins in our food, in our bloodstream and in our bodies are not guests we can simply and eventually get to leave. Non-food ingredients are the kind of guests who steal something or harm us every time. Once we let these known criminals in, they take, little by little. These type of guests track mud, put their feet on the furniture, do their laundry, eat our food, take stuff...you get the picture. Tell someone your guests have been robbing you, are more trouble than they're worth and have been acting this way for years. They will immediately ask who keeps inviting them and why invite criminals and good-for-nothings into your body in the first place. As we open our mouths and swallow before answering, those two seemingly small actions, will be the entire answer.

Just because we get check ups, vaccines, flu shots, wash our hands, stay home when sick, go to the doctor, take medicine, get rest, drink fluids and eat something doesn't mean we are taking care of the basics of health if what we eat is lacking the energy our cells need. We can make improvements right now by educating ourselves about food, especially nutrition and the immune system. This should help us understand how critical it is to drastically reduce eating things that work against our immune system and therefore, against our health. Since our immune system is designed to fight for us, the immediate, intelligent, life choice is to stop fighting the system.

Life's Intersections & U-Turns

Sometimes paths cross, sometimes they align.

From baby steps, to footsteps, to leaps and bounds, to stumbling and falling down, we are always forging paths of our own. Even though we might share the same household, community, school, workplace, organization and sports team, these periods of time amount to pauses when compared to all other time spent throughout lifetimes.

These pauses are similar to those we encounter at intersections. We are at the same place at the same time for those series of seconds, but then the light changes and we move on.

In life, those seconds our lives intersect can just as easily be months or years, but then life changes and we continue forging our path. Always at intersections some join and pursue similar paths while others leave. Sometimes we change. This is the whole point of intersections.

Perhaps we're meeting for the first time or once again. Which way are we headed now? Perhaps in this pausing we will share something for the next portion of our journeys.

I actually saw an 18-wheeler make a U-turn in a standard-sized intersection. The analogy is clear. No matter how big (old) we are, no matter how much weight (bad decision baggage) we carry, no matter how difficult (not the perfect time) it may seem, no matter how crazy it may look (others would advise against it), it's possible to make a U-turn on any portion of our path once we realize we need to change directions, in relationships, finances, jobs, health, habits, dream pursuit...
