It's time to rethink technical fouls in basketball, and also ejections in both basketball and baseball.

Regardless of the sport, or whether it's ejection or a technical foul, the reasoning is the same.
Why does a player or manger get ejected in baseball?
The main reason is for arguing with, or simply disagreeing with, the home plate umpire.
Athletes spend most of their lives training.
Referees, I'm certain, spend far less time learning the rules or training in all aspects to be the best referee they can be.
Players have more invested and at stake, yet a significant portion of their game outcomes is tied to and controlled by those who have no skin in the game. Yet, on the other hand, those with no skin in the game have too much power over the game and too much leeway and forgiveness to abuse that power. That leeway and abuse culminates in the power to penalize players, coaches and teams, not based on an infraction against another player, but for hurting the feelings of the referee.

If referees consistently applied the rules and consistently did not apply the rules, then players could adjust and know what is what. However, game in and game out, and often within the same game, various referees judge things differently. Good grief, of course this is frustrating! Of course they disagree.

To make matters worse, referees get all the escape routes for being inconsistent and making mistakes. We are told referees are only human, yet players get no such consideration, not even from the supposedly human referees. Referees want to be treated as humans, yet, far too many of them, treat players and coaches as robots, thus giving them no leeway, especially at critical moments in games to be emotionally human. Not all referees are this way, but too many of them are prone to eject people or give them technical fouls for simply disagreeing with the referees.
It really shouldn't matter how animated or boisterous the outburst is from players or coaches. Give them 15 seconds to voice their opinion as long as there is no physical contact and ad-hominem name-calling is not involved. No harm should result in no foul. A referee not liking a player or coach response, is not a reasonable basis for a penalty.

It is unreasonable for players, who have the most invested, to just suck it up, keep their mouths shut and contain their emotions in all their body parts so that they can't even make any arm, leg or other body movement. That has got to be unhealthy.
Consider this unreasonable expectation placed on players, then consider how referees, are supposed to be neutral and even keeled. Yet referees can go from neutral to offended in a second and then immediately eject players and coaches or give them technical fouls.

All of this is simply the owners of these sports continuing to say, through the referees, we control the game and you will not show your disagreement or speak about it to the media, because we'll take back your money and your ability to win.
We all know referees are the unaccounted for factor and the unadmitted cause of losing and winning in far too many games, especially when competitors are closely matched and/or contests go down to the wire.

Referees, as a collective, should be invisible by being consistent from game to game. It shouldn't matter who the referees are in any contest. The administration of the rules should be the same. Sports announcers are partly to blame because they notice how referees change how closely they abide by the rules during certain contests, I.e,, the playoffs. This is not okay. It's confusing, unfair, and only sets the stage for inconsistencies to rear its head in critical moments.

Of course, tennis is another sport where referees have far too much leeway to influence the game, when they too, should simply, let disagreements roll of their backs, and stand down from issuing penalties just because the rules say they can. The rules do not say they must penalize. The rules say it's their discretion. Clearly, far too many referees, in far too many sports, have the discretion and control of a two-year old, and it is the referees themselves who need anger management and thought process counseling.

I'm also certain that players or coaches who disagree with referees are not disagreeing with the person, but rather with the administration of the rule. Most players are not making it personal, yet, most referees, who issue penalties because of disagreements, those refs are taking it personal and making it personal, not just against those specific players, but against the whole team and even against the sensibilities of humanity. This goes against making the world a better place by making sports a place where player-team performance matters more than allowing that to be interfered with simply because someone voices disagreement with the “sport's authorities.”

To repeat: The only time disagreement occurs is when players are expected to deal with multiple different applications of the same rule, and that variance works against them. Sports announcers advocate, “let them play,” as their way of asking or acknowledging referees staying out of the way, except for the most obvious of infractions. Announcers acknowledge referees don't call “pitty-pat” fouls sometimes. Announcers should also speak up more when referees, who wear their self-esteem on their shoulders, get personally upset, when someone questions their all-powerful authority and persona.

Bottom Line: No job or salary can make us a better person or worse person. And neither can a job make us right by default, i.e., police officers.
But every job can, and does, expose what type of person we are. Not the type of job, but how we carry out the functions of that job. Do we do hide behind job rules, laws, policies and procedures, or do we infuse the person we are, into the job?

All of us infuse the person we are into the job.

No person performs a job objectively, such that all instances, encounters and persons are given consideration in accordance with need.
Instead, we all make subjective judgments constantly and allowances for certain people or under certain circumstances. We all make judgment calls, first based on who we are and then secondly based on who we think the other person is.
1. If we judge ourselves better, we will give others, less consideration.
2. If we judge ourselves less, we will give others, too much consideration.
3. If we judge ourselves as equals, we will give others equal consideration.

Most of us hide behind jobs as justification for doing jobs that do not give each other equal consideration.
Referees, like employees, are proxy agent representatives for their employers.
We can all do our jobs to the letter of the law or we can allow for some leeway, flexibility, overlooking of some things and make adjustments within our range of job power and within our range of human power.

To repeat: Athletes spend most of their lives training to be the best.
It is unfair for their best to be impacted by non-players. Athletes deserve better, Humans deserve better. Humans deserve better consideration from other humans.
The same one-sided leeway given to referees, is symptomatic of leeway given to other “authorities” throughout society.

Until sports rules are changed or the performance of referees improve, then at least referees in all sports should call timeout and give at least two warnings to each team before ejecting or otherwise penalizing players for simply disagreeing with a refereeing decision or non-decision. Referees, and those who empower them, should check themselves and stop themselves from adding to the delay of humans self-correcting their humanity. All of this imbalance circulates, accumulates and manifests in other ways in those sports and in other ways in life. The normalization and acceptance of imbalance is technically foul and needs to be ejected from human logic.

Case In Point: “This verdict challenges not only No More Deaths volunteers, but people of conscience throughout the country. If giving water to someone dying of thirst is illegal, what humanity is left in the law of this country?”

Who are the people involved in creating these types of idiotic laws, carrying out these laws, adjudicating these laws, supporting these laws, remaining silent about these laws, doing jobs that facilitate these laws, doing jobs that carry out these laws....? Clearly these people are deeply flawed in their humanity. Thus, so also is their knowledge of self and knowledge of all else. These people are severely limited in cognition, emotion, spirit and body. Thus their worldview context is based on limiting others from being their optimal best. They are indeed the walking dead filled with death logic that dominates their disgusting thinking and disgusting behavior. Who are these people? Same ones who create unconscionable rules in companies, business, governments, schools, sports.

Like all things, Kar and Kal boil down to The One Truth of all Beginning - Nuter, Nu-ter or Nutr (English: neuter, neither).
A nuter is a representation of a repeating period, phase, stage or cycle of time in a continuous process.
A nuter is a representation of power and the unlimited.
A nuter is an aspect of the non-human or human natural world.
A nuter is considered divine and can also be a divinity or deity.
A nuter can be a person.
A nuter has a foundational meaning of being of water, from water, by water and [return]to water.
A Nutr must convey the two truths – that which is and that which is not, the Preexisting state and the Existing state, the After and Before, Origin & Now, Beginning & End.

So now we continue to show how Kar and Khal are root words, heart-core-nucleus-seed words, upon which so many other words we use, are built, thus all those words bear the summary meanings summarized above, found in nuter and summarized below found in Kar & Kal.

Thus far, what has been broadly said is: which one is called Kar or Kal and which one is north or south or west or east or lower or upper or left or right or first or last depends on orientation, context, definitions, meanings. Furthermore, orientation, context, definitions, meanings change according to changes in nuters, stars, celestial bodies. These things are the presiding government of the universe.
In view of the current human condition of illness via free willingness, it might be hard to accept that the Universally Supreme Court establishes all human governments, good and evil. When the full cycle of truth is understood, then we also know all human governments are removed by the same powers that always be, before we were we. This power tells us continuously what time it is, through the movements of the parliamentary powers above that manifest in all things below, starting with the elementals.

As stated several times before, there is absolutely no way for any group of humans, no matter how seemingly secure and in control, to remain in power when Kar & Kal, readjust the handicaps. This is true, even if all humans on Earth and all humans on all planets work together. If that is not the time for that form of human power to prevail, then it will not.

Thus it is true: there is a time and place for everything.

There is a time and place for everything under the Sun, under the Un, under the N, under the Z and under all forms of N & Z words.
As we can see, N & Z are exactly the same, just differently oriented.
It takes a little extra effort to see that Kar & Kal are exactly the same, just differently oriented.
It takes a little more effort to see that powerful and powerless are exactly the same, just differently oriented. Same goes for the kal and the kal nots.

Humans only have limited, temporal say-so about which way things go in the matrix micro.

Par for the course is: the continuous overall change of rules, laws, rule of law and rulers of law.
Thus, so also changes who are the lawgivers, the law-abiders and the lawbreakers.
Thus so do also punishments and rewards.
These things you will know for yourselves based upon the same criteria being used today, just differently oriented.

Place - As A General Orientation

Kar is lower and upper. In heaven, the lower Kar started out in the north, which manifested first as the birthplace of waters and darkness. The upper kar in the south was heaven above. (BB 37/49, 378/391)
On earth, the birthplace of waters was in the lower Kar in the north because the lower Kar is the abyss under the Earth. This is also the Earth of Eternity. The birthplace of waters above ground was upper Kar, the Earth of Time.

Now that the waters were above ground, the south became upper kar and the Nile flowed downward to the lower kar in the north.
Because division by north and south came first, the Kar came first. The division by west and east came second, which divided the Kar into four quarters. North and South remained the Kar, while West and East became the Kal. This again shows why AR and AL are forms of each other because solstice and equinox are forms of each other.
We can use another example to show a star is a stall. A star is a birthplace manger where elements are born. Stars are element factories, baby makers. Beautiful babies as stars born of stars. We should also remember all celestial bodies are stars, because they are all children of the kar. Thus all planets, moons, asteroids, comets, etc. are element factories and baby makers making babies like rabbits slowly and surely like turtles. Not giving a care as to the name by which it is called, just showing the race goes to the seed that endures no matter the conditions it is in.

Locale Matters
Locale is logic or locus + kal-e (kali)
Locale is determined by how logic is oriented in relation to the two truths.
Locale or location is determined by orientation and perspective, which is determined by how logic of self, processes and understands the logic of something else, especially the totality of something else (all else).
Another way to say this is: locale is determined by the locus of focus in relation to the two truths, even when unaware of the two truths or disbelieving there is such a thing as two truths.

This can be easily proven by thinking about your locale right now. Wherever you think you are, you are also simultaneously somewhere else. That somewhere else is determined by Kar & Kal.
Even without us knowing it, whatever we say our locale or location is, that too, is also determined by kar and kal.
This must be so. These things are written into the genetic code of the universe. The universe is the motherboard and operating system to which we are all connected and are using different forms of the same syntax and sentences in order to make sense of things and orient ourselves. And this is why birds, bees, butterflies and other creatures speak not of north, south, east or west, yet they can determine their locale and find their way to another.

What are we doing? We are continuing to locate ourselves in space and time so we can understand self and all else at any given point in time, including past times still in front of us as the future. As a necessary part of this ongoing process, this is going to help us better understand more about Egypt and its Monumental Age.

Kar & Kal are each one-half of the truth, when whole total truth is based on two things: solstice vertical and equinox horizontal.
Kar & Kal are each one-fourth of the truth when whole total truth is based on four things: the primordial four cardinal points or directions.
These two sentences demonstrate what it really means to “rightly divide the word of truth.” Whole total truth is always based on the cross, thus the circle, even when the circle is undivided, the cross exists merged in uniform metaform. (BB 497/509)

Kar is the north as the lower and hinder part when the observer is oriented to facing south. (BB 15/27)
Khal is the west as the lower and hinder part when the observer is oriented to facing east.
Kar became the south as the lower and hinder part when the observers were in the later stages of Egypt.

As the world turns, along with everything else, so does orientation and perspective turn, and travel around the circle.
Use of “lower” and “upper” simply means a change of orientation, thus perspective. Human perspective is tied to changes in universal cycles. In other words, perspective always changes in keeping with the times, the changing climate of how heavenly bodies are oriented in relation to each other. What used to be north is now south just as what used to be six o'clock is now twelve-thirty. Same position, different orientation. Why? Due to which hand is pointing to which number. And what our context, definitions and meanings are for those hands and numbers. So also does our orientation and perspective change according to how our logic has been programmed.

In General In Total, Kar Is The Universe

Kar is the circle, enclosure, womb, tomb, cocoon, hole, course, well, circuit, cycle, (BB 199/211, 231/243)
Interestingly, circle is cir + cle. In other words, Kar + Kal.

Kar is all things lowest, highest, hidden, revealed, earliest, latest. Kar is the Alpha and Omega of all things and everything in between. (BB 482/494)
We must properly orient ourselves in order to understand which form of Kar is being referenced, thus what stage of the cycle is being referenced.
Yet, even if we do not know the stage, we must keep our perspective centered on two truths:
1. everything is part of multiple cycles of different lengths that are continuously changing at various rates of momentum.
2. kar is both that which we like and don't, want and don't, love and don't, heals and kills, empowers and disempowers, enslaver and enslaved. Kar always changes how it manifests. This is the time and space we are in. When changes are more noticeable because the changeover of seasons and cycles is at hand.

Once upon a time we touched upon Ignorance Of The Law.

Ignorance of the law is said to not be good enough to serve as an excuse or a defense.

If so, then why is ignorance of a crime a pretty good defense? Especially when you are responsible for knowing and the only reason for your ignorance is negligence and lack of due diligence.

The Same Inhumane, Medically Ascertained, Mentally Insane Defective Self-uncorrected Collective is still very active 365/24/7.

Clearly the recent murder of Jemel Roberson by another murderer masquerading as police officer is one of the more recent publicized uses of illegality protected by ignorance. The murderer lied and said he was ignorant of the fact that Jemel was a security guard. This feigned claimed ignorance evidently is a good excuse because the lies have already started by multiple government agencies to continue to protect murderers for hire. As usual. Oscar Grant and billions of others bear witness to the truth of two sets of human laws, not just in the USA.

Shall we give thanks under the foolishness of platitudes for backstabbing pilgrims and shall we give thanks despite our continued gullibleness or shall we give thanks for...

Turnabout Is Fair Play

Ignorance of tabu is no excuse.
Ignorance of totems is no excuse.
Ignorance of the two truths is no excuse.
What goose begat that held gander back, becomes its epithet and epitaph.

Along with Totems come Tabus.

More Optimal Definition & Meanings

Tabu (Taboo) means behavior that is against the laws of the group. The group is the extended group as defined by its totem. Tabu is the same thing as illegal. (AE1 32/42, 55/65, 60/70)
In a lost sense of the word, Tabu also means that which is sacred.
Furthermore, that which is law and sacred is a form of covenant among totem members, including the other creatures, elementals and spirits of the totem. This is the nature of what “law” means in a fuller sense. A law is a covenant with self, other humans and the rest of the extended self, including that which is divine. It is a stretch of illusion to think most human laws today meet the more optimal meaning of law and tabu. This is why most human laws facilitate disharmony, evil discrimination, evil manipulation, mental illness and things that foster the suboptimal. Along these suboptimal lines, tabu is related to “keeping tabs.” Likely this phrase has come down to us as a form of keeping track of tabus.

Every totem member was taught tabus as soon as they could understand; however they were only taught at the child level. Another level of more mature, wiser understanding of totem tabus was taught upon initiation into pubescence. (AE1 82/92)

Some Of The Countless Forms of Tabu From Then To Now

1. No sex until pubescent. (AE1 60/70)

2. No sex during the five days of menstruation. (NG2 275/283)

3. No eating of other totems unless bartered for.

4. No eating of one's own totems except on special occasions. This is a later change from the freedom to eat one's own totem anytime except when supplies were low. (Churchward: Origin 31-32/510 )

5. No breaking of any bone of an animal sacrifice. (Churchward: Origin 480/510)

6. No totem member can abstain from eating the totem mother whether human or another animal. (AE1 73/83)

7. No eating a red calf or red maize or cow or swine or cow's milk or sow's milk. All of these are tabu because they represent either the prepubescent female, pubescent female or Mother. (AE1 82/92)

Commonly known is the Muslim tabu against eating pork, but the origin of the tabu is not commonly known, not even among Muslims. It's not that swine is an unclean unhealthy animal, it's because the swine represents the mother. Muslims, as followers of Abraham, copy a lot from Judaism which also includes hidden references to the mother. (AE1 456/466)

8. No eating the female of any animal.

9. No eating fruit of the tree of knowledge [sexual knowledge of the mother]. (AE1 83/93)

10. No exposure to wind, sun, earth or rain during the first menstruation because the elemental soul of life might impregnate you. (AE1 135/145)

11. Feet should not touch the ground for the highest respected humans who communicate with deities. These highly respected humans are seers, prophesiers mediums, medicine-men and women, sorcerers, magi, spiritualists, wizards, shamans, exorcists, etc. (AE1 168/178)

12. In various totem groups (cultures) there are stories regarding the first man and woman creating problems due to breaking tabu.
a) Floods are caused by the first female who did not keep the secret of the water source. The first man ate the forbidden fruit. This brought death into the world which caused paradise to be lost. (AE1 265/275, 444/452)
b) Death came into the world because Kumu and Lalo ate the forbidden breadfruit. (NG2 385/403)

13. No polygamy. Throughout human existence, even if all males were married to one female, there would still be a lot of unmarried women because there are always more women than men. Polygamy was and is a social necessity when all parties are aware and in agreement. (Diop: Barbarism113/127)

14. No visiting graves. (Churchward: Signs 199/605)

15. No graves and crop cultivation on same land.

16. No planting food in your front yard because that's just ugly and uncivilized.

17. No using plants for healing without government approval.

18. No building your own home without government approval.

19. No digging a deep hole in your yard to get water.

20. Home is your business unless its a home business.

21. No letting me put poison in your children with a variety pack of vaccines, then no letting you send your kids to school to get more poison in their minds.

22. No doing a thousand different things without government approval and annual extortion fees.

The core of our cultures, customs, traditions, beliefs, religions, values, morals, philosophies, ideologies, contexts, concepts, definitions and meanings. is all tied with tabus and totems, which are all tied into our understandings of nature as self and nature as all else.
Ultimately, Tabu became Maat became Taboo. These three words mean law. Today we simply use words such as laws, rules, regulations, restrictions, ordinances, prohibitions, sins, forbidden things, off limits, untouchables, negative confessions, admonitions to maat and other synonyms. (AE1 362/372)

Along with Totems come Tabus, then along with Totems come the origin of the notion of law to regulate human behavior. Most of us today think we are far removed from totems and don't practice it in any way, yet we claim to obey the law. We can't shake totemism because it remains with us like a shadow, in sync with our every thought and every behavior.

Who among us thinks our souls will be judged based on human law?

“Yes, Lord, I was a good citizen of my country and followed all the rules, local, county, state, federal. I went to work every day and did my job just like I was told!
Please validate my parking space (life) on earth so I can retrieve my soul from the garage of this embalmed body and go park it somewhere else, preferably by the river and tree and of life where I don't have to think twice.

Okay so you obeyed humans in your society and workplace, went with the agreeing flow and caused no trouble. How is that different from a robot?

Well....

The Lord interrupts and asks more rhetorical questions. Shall a robot enter into heaven on that basis? Wouldn't that make the basis of sin what man says instead of what I say? Pauses briefly.
The Lord continues, when my double law was different from human law, rules and policies, which way did you choose to use the free willpower I gave you for discerning and decision-making?

There is nothing but silence and a sinking hotseat feeling.

The Lord, being wise, merciful, but no reneger, continues: If you followed my double law there is no need to ask me, you can punch your own ticket to heaven.
Go ahead and put your ticket into the slot on the gate and see what happens. If your soul is pure, the gate will open to life. If your soul is impure, the floor will open to death.

I think I'll go back and double-check my logic. I'll be right back.

As the line hesitantly creeps forward, several others step out of line and follow the path of logic back the way that led them here.
The Lord khekhs back in the judgment seat and talks to self, I've lost track of how many times I've had the same conversation this week, but even I have a limit to the things I'm willing to repeat. Good grief!

Now we can use the information from the previous message and consider the story of Emily Weinman, as a basis for broad understanding.

Basically, Emily is a 20 year old white girl at the beach and most likely drinking alcohol, minding her own business, chilling, not being disruptive, when two white male cops interrogate her for suspicion of underage drinking because that's the law and that's their job, and we all want to do a good job don't we, no matter what the job is.

Before we go further, we should read the link above and then go through the first four sides of the story as outlined in the previous message.

Then hopefully, we can be the fifth person and fifth side of the story to consolidate information and make good sense of it.

1. What we can see already is that sickness is not a respecter of persons; therefore the sickness in your culture is coming for you and already has you in its grasp. Haven't you heard that injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere?

2. Why should society be the parent of a 20 year old who has the right to vote and be emancipated, from their biological parents and also has the right to enter into legal agreements? Why does a person with these rights still need the government's permission to drink alcohol?

3. Because the society (culture) has mental illness, the cop outs also have mental illness, self-esteem issues, self-control issues, power issues and quota issues that drive them to feel the need to write up reports to justify their jobs and government and state grant money. See, look what I did today, I infringed upon the rights of xx people because it's the law.

4. If you, the government, want to be responsible for making decisions for me then you should be responsible for taking care of me.

5. Yet, what does the government do? They take money from people so that anyone making money ends up taking care of the government, including 20 year olds.

6. The government allows me to get married at 20 but not drink. I can have a baby, but not drink. I eat all manner of poison food, but not drink alcohol. If I have the money, I can buy a house, but if I have the money, I can't by alcohol. I can even give my child toxins and not get arrested for it. Instead I get applauded for giving my child vaccines.

7. At 20 years old in America, I can't drink alcohol but I can take Benadryl, Formula 44, Robitussin and other over-the-counter medications which contain alcohol.

8. If you are under the legal drinking age in your country, put your alcohol in a bottle of over-the-counter medicine that contains alcohol.

9. In no way am I advocating alcohol use, but I am against parenting of people by the government, thus infringing upon my rights any way you like.

10. Emily wasn't doing anything wrong. Anything that happened after the cops started bothering her is the cops fault. Everything that created the conditions for those cops to do what they did, well that's the society's fault. Mental illness produces Stockholm's Syndrome so that we know most people whose inherent rights are infringed upon will defend the infringer, so it is certain Emily, will remain a defender of American culture as long as it does not make her aware of all the ways in which she suffers from illusions of freedom without, that create delusions of freedom within.

11. Where do these government-as-parent notions come from? The religion of the culture. I am tired of the God who blesses societies.

Our initial reaction to what is right in terms of love, law and sin might lead us to conclude whatever we are doing is what is right – the way we love, the law we live and the sin we impute to be the basis of righteousness.

However, there always comes a time when what is right in terms of love, law and sin, will become wrong. If we understood history, we'd know this. If we had a “good” education, we'd know this. If we were healthy and not mentally ill, we'd know.
These days are the transition period for the revealing of such changes taking shape in hidden plain sight places. Wrong is becoming right and right is becoming wrong, give me a toke, smoke and a bong. Mix it with ginger and peppermint all day long.

Love, Law & Sin

We already know the word love means many things to many people.
It has already been proven in each of our lives, that when we think or speak of love, we have a certain set of meanings, yet when someone else thinks or speaks of love, they have a different set of meanings, even though we share some of the same meanings.
As a result we come to realize, for example, we are using love definition #29 and somebody else is using love definition #72.

Likewise the same applies to the words “law and sin.” Clearly we know we have difference contexts, philosophies, value systems and cultures which give birth to different laws.
In the smaller matrix womb of this Earth where humans tread and differ, humans have a higher degree of say-so regarding love, law and sin. But we do not in the vastness of the Universe, thus, on Earth, our influence is actually small. Again and again we must admit, we don't run this.
Therefore, do not continue to think and behave in ways based on human-defined love, law and sin that is not counter-balanced by the love, law and sin of all else.
Humans, as a dominant force on this Earth, have had their cycle.
What shall rise to replace us in the form of the Ankh-Ing?
Will it be the ape primate Kepheus indicates?
What events shall we easily see burst through the maze of malaise to get us to do some rethinking regarding wrong and right, darkness and light, depth and height, blindness and sight, forgiveness and fight, fright and delight, extinguish and ignite, power and might...?

We have a lot of inconsistencies, contradictions and conundrums regarding love, law and sin. These must be reconfigured into the shape of the new context moving into full position based on star powers who rule the Day, the Night and the Age. Human thinking and behavior is a byproduct of the position of the stars.

Right and wrong is a duality, and so do love, law and sin have their own dualities.
Moon and Sun move in duality. So does Earth and Sun, Solar System and Galaxy, Great Year of the Vertical and Great Year of the Horizontal. If we are to compare things in the human dimension more accurately, we must compare the dualities to themselves first before comparing them to other dualities. It is not possible to properly comprehend the Sun without comprehending the Moon, and the other way around.
If we don't understand love in relation to hate and how the two ideas come into being and how they operate, then how are we supposed to understand right and wrong? Instead we barely understand love, compare it to a thin understanding of right and the rest must be hate and wrong.
As has been said. We cannot understand what is right without understanding what is wrong and why it is wrong, then we can understand why something is right – and not just because it's something we've been taught to like.

Compare darkness and light, understand it, then compare it to other dualities such as wrong/right, water/earth, spirit/soul, good/evil...then come back and compare at least two kinds of love, law and sin and then think again comparing two kinds of love, law and sin that you say is and someone else says isn't. Part of the process to reconcile is to think about things for awhile.

Stop being that person who wants love in a certain way but can't get it because you are trying to get it from a person who wants love in a different way. Learn to notice more of the forms of love in humans and in all else, so you can reassemble the essence of love logic within self.
Stop being that person who thinks the laws of their culture are the end all of all law. That's ridiculous.
Stop being that person chained to the notion of sin. Sin is the notion of sin.

Stop being that person who doesn't sin, but your law and love does.
Stop being that person who is a good citizen, according to “the law,” but love and sin breaks the greater law.
Stop being that person who is a loving person in a suffocating way, outside the jurisdiction of law and sin.
Are you all caught up in the wrong kind of love because you are using love as a raft and sanctuary of relief in a sea of grief?

Prior to this year's NFL season, I decided to boycott them for their continued misdirection regarding the real issue:

Racism

Police murdering people and all the other things going on, are only parts and pieces of global racism.

Shortly after the NFL boycott was implemented, the NBA was added for obvious reasons, along with ESPN and along with other media for their continued unrelenting aiding, abetting and distortions, that blames the victims and the supporters of victims.

Child please know some basic rights in this country, for whatever it might be worth, as we continue the nutrition food fight on multiple levels.

The police are the internal military and the military are the external police. Both are mostly composed of people who have sold spirit-soul for a paycheck and a slogan to serve and protect. These two things together makes everything they do correct.
At their foundation is “the law.”
We already know, beneath “the law,” are the processes of culture, but we don't need to go in depth this time.

What Is Law?

Something someone decides is the way they want it to be, and then, has the power, wherewithal, and gumption to force others to comply or be punished.

Caveats

1. A law is not something people decide to do on their own, if it was, there'd be no need for a law; therefore, all human-made laws (legal laws) are forced upon other humans.
2. Human-made laws always come with the caveat that those who make the law are exempt from the law. You can break any law to enforce any law. Not you or me, but dem.

3. No human-made law is written for the few who disobey. Human-made laws are written because the majority of people, thus the culture, is unwilling to change their processes regarding philosophies and values in order promote thinking and behavior that makes the laws unnecessary. When a society's processes, along with their philosophies and values, does not create compliance, then the shortcut suboptimal it's-your-fault approach is taken to write laws and force people to change their behavior, thus their thinking, despite a culture that functions against law-abiding thinking and behavior. In other words, a nation of laws is an admittance that there are umpteen contradictions in the culture and that the only way to get some people to do things is by law.

4. Human-made laws say obey what the culture does not display.

5. On the other hand, universal law, as defined above, is on display, everywhere in every way. It is written in the genetics of everyone and everything. It applies to all. No one is above the law. No, not even the Creator Of The Law.

Seed laws are relatively new yet there are laws like this all over the United States Of America.
Why is it important for these people to regulate the selling of seeds for everybody?
You must understand what this means for you to be locked into a system that tries to limit your ability to do sensible things. This is why you must save your own seeds. Don't sell them. Share them. Once they outlaw sharing seeds (seed libraries already), then share the food. It sounds crazy but what these people have done since Day 1 has been crazy so there is no limit, as we should know by now, to what they will do to keep control of you – their only source of power.

All of these are merely greater and greater exponential abuses of indiviDUALITY.

We've discussed the “to each his own” mentality in multiple lengths. This “me first” mentality is founded upon the half-truth misunderstanding that “me” is singular. Me is both singular and plural. Me is dual. This singular and plural dual is the basis of the indivi-dual. This complete misunderstanding is near the root that causes many forms of logic errors that are aberrations and abuses of our essence of duality.

As logic is improved with knowledge of self, the individual becomes healthier in understanding self. As a result, thinking and behavior improves based on understanding self as plural in spirit, plural in function, singular in form and singular in function. Thus, the plural spirit guides the singular form to function as both an individual and as a collective.
Now we have come a long ways around back to ME as Manifest Essence.
Me is not me the singular individual. Me is me, the singular plural individual collective duality, totality, one, two, many and infinity. Me is everything because me contains everything. This is why me is a universe that is a metaform of the larger Universe. Me as a universe is a smaller version of the larger. This is why, me the individual can never be singular only. Therefore, when that which is both singular and plural, uses logic based mainly on the singular, then aberration and abuse must result, and is the result of much of what is corrupt in the world.
Take a moment and analyze some corruptions, aberrations and abuses by any name acclaimed or defamed, and you will find their link to this message. If you don't, then you have misunderstood cause and effect.

As we continue over familiar territory, we again encounter mutual benefit versus collective benefit.
It is sufficient to understand, that even though, duality means two, duality also means one, three, four...many, totality and infinity. Therefore, two individuals who operate based on benefit among themselves, are leaving out the plural aspect of who they are, thus, mutual benefit is an aberration of collective benefit, and is an aberration and abuse of the individuals themselves. In other words, mutual benefit eventually manifests a greater harmful effect than a helpful effect for the two individuals who use that logic and for the collective. We must not be deceived. Harm can exist even when results seem good, if greater opportunities have been squandered.

We already know “majority rules” is an aberration and abuse because it excludes and diminishes the minority. (Prime examples are democracy and capitalism.) Majority as a large number and minority as a small number are a duality, so when one is excluded from the ecosystem of logic we use, so also is the totality of logic, thus we do not have mental balance, thus only warped incomplete fragmented logic can result. Since this logic is non-contiguous, we make a lot of leaps in our thought processes to get from logic to logic to conclusion to decision to behavior. A lot of stuff does not add up or make sense, so we just leap over it using various methods in order to make cause equal effect.

By now we should know culture is a form of majority rules. Todays cultures are collectives functioning as an individual that views itself as singular, thus, most actions of each culture, puts their culture first without regard to other cultures, thus tramples through the world on the rights of creation. Culture is the summary of all aberrations and abuses. All aberrations and abuses within a culture are the result of the culture itself. For instance, a culture cannot be enslaved that has not enslaved itself as a normal part of its culture and a culture cannot be terrorized that has not terrorized itself as a normal part of its culture.

That which harms individuals and collectives, harms through the weakness of the individual and the weakness of the collective.

Culture, majority rules, mutual benefit, two consenting adults, to each his own and me first are all forms of each other.

To repeat and summarize, individuality as singular only mentality is where the logic error starts and mental health begins to weaken towards unhealthiness.

Definition 3 – Based On Culture (Asili & Utamawazo)

Mental health is thinking and behaving in accordance with the original human nature (the nature or personality of the African). Optimal Theory is universal because it “places primary value on peace, harmony with all creation, balance, the greatest good, positive interpersonal relationships, being holistic, cooperation, spiritual/material reality, spiritual/material unity, communalism, the extended self, inclusive logic, learning through inductive synthesis, multiple ways of knowing, self-knowledge, Ancestors and more.”

To expect Europeans whose mental reasoning was deformed in an extremely harsh Ice Age culture, to operate as if they lived in a tropical country of abundance would be not dealing with reality. To expect the lifestyle of a man in the Ice Age to have the same moral values compared to a man coming from the sun climate of Africa would be opposite to reality.

Thus, the context for determining what is normal mental functioning for humans, by necessity, has an African origin, as should be expected, since civilized thinking and behavior (civilization) also evolved out of African deep thought regarding the proper relationships of humans with each other and the rest of nature.
We can understand why, under no circumstances where nature is being significantly harmed, does mental health exist among the majority of people in a culture that justifies such behavior based on “might” and legal laws. No matter how miseducated we are, we still know it is insane to bite the hand of nature that feeds us or shoot ourselves in the foot just because we have the power to do so and it's legal. Legal law is the weakest form of mental reasoning we can use to judge thinking and behavior. The culture of a Giri So functioning nation of laws is exhibit one of the seed of its intentions and warped worldview.

In today's human climate, what constitutes mental health is no longer determined by observing natural laws and neither is it based on the original human culture, but in contradiction, like a scattered-brain, mental health is defined by each individual subculture branch, each in self-imposed identity crisis due to straying from the original human culture in Africa.
Yet, we continue to deal with mentally-ill culture-raised people and we keep getting the same mentally-ill culture-raised responses. Time after time with blinders on our minds, and no protection for our behinds, we continue to remain aligned with these cultures and stupidly think we are going to get justice some kinda way someday if we hope, protest, pray, obey and do what the mentally ill say.
Since when does cancer, willingly turn around and head the opposite way? People who expect that, die of mental illness before their body dies. Cancer does not “go into remission.” No! Instead, cancer is beat back and beat down into submission when healthy cells of the immune system go on the self-preservation offensive and self-preservation defensive. Since this requires healthy logic, we cannot beat cancer using cancer logic and we can't beat weak culture using that culture's weak logic. (Azibo 33-4/2-3, 35-7/4-6)

Another way to understand the role of culture and mental illness is this:

”Physical and mental illness is viewed primarily as a form of disorder or imbalance resulting from disunity between mind and body, between the individual and society, or between humans and spirits. A proper diagnosis of the root causes of disease requires an investigation of social relations and spiritual transgressions.” (Asante & Mazama 448-449)

In other words, individuals cannot get mental illness unless the culture is responsible and also mentally ill. Individuals cannot lack nutrition for the total self and function in a self-degrading manner contrary to beingness unless the culture is responsible and also mentally ill.

Culture sets all ring tones we cling to, sing to, bling to and answer to. As cultured members, we just follow along, making connections to ideologies from a human selection, then thinking we have made healthy individual choices using the culture's unhealthy directions.

Without question, all information our senses encounter, trains us how to think. Socialization is programming. Thus culture, tradition, holidays, weather and everything our senses encounter during our waking hours and sleeping hours, all of it programs us.

You are inaccurate if you believe you are immune to programming.

Because our minds constantly record everything and because the brains in the cells all over our body also record everything, when we are receiving repeated messages of a certain type, our minds will quickly pull up that information because those files are the most recently opened and most frequently accessed.
As a result, regardless of what other information we have on a topic, the information we will read, review and consider first is the information we encounter the most.
When this programming is combined with our programming to not critically analyze, then we are more likely to follow what we have been most frequently and more recently been programmed to follow.

The only way to overcome programming is to be aware of it and replace it with the different information. This is a constant task. If this does not occur, then our default programming will once again revert to that which is most frequently encountered.

When we are aware of programming, the good kind and the bad kind, then we can immediately analyze it, sort it, correct it if necessary, so as not to just accept the contexts and conclusions provided.

As this occurs, we will no longer think cheering for a baseball player who has been verbally assaulted and attacked, in no ways is a sign of an improving America when another black person is gunned down by an assassin police officer. The facts are always the same, supposed calls to 911, police seizing the excuse to be aggressive, dead black person, police lies, media pretending to be fair but aiding and abetting, before and after the fact.

It's ridiculous to fire a legal murderer when we all know there are many tricks for those officers to be helped out off the record, financially and legally. Firing a police officer is not punishment. He'll go somewhere else and work as a police officer.
It is also ridiculous to not suspend all of those involved who evidently did nothing to deescalate them to come with guns blazing.

As said before, most problems in America are caused by what is legal.

It takes a ton of misinformation programming for the norm to be sickness. If you really want to protest a wrong being done, keep your tweets and your seats at baseball games and change your programming...unless that's too much like right.

Diluted Samples: Another Polluted Example Of StatusUnity Consciousness #990

The term “diluted sample” is another polluted example of words being used to do the okie doke switcheroo script flipping I gotcha programming on your main brain.

A diluted sample is a urine sample that contains too much water as determined by the NFL as to how much water an athlete should piss out in the morning when being tested for banned substances. In other words, players are being penalized and their character questioned because they drank, what the NFL considers to be, 'too much water.”
When the athlete peed in the cup, their urine sample contained a lot of water, therefore the NFL considers this suspicious behavior to the point that the athlete is treated as if a banned substance was found.

Why?
Because the banned substance test used by major league sports is inadequate.
As a result, instead of the sports league and the test designers and administrators admitting their tests are weak and insufficient, they shift the blame onto the athletes. The NFL says, it's your fault for drinking too much water. Don't drink a lot of water, it will mess up our otherwise very reliable tests.”
According to the NFL, drinking too much water is too much like cheating and trying to hide something.

The NFL, with the assistance of the media, calls having too much water in your urine, “testing positive.” He tested positive for water. What would they call it if he drank milk, coffee, soda or juice? Is that suspicious also?

The NFL would be better off testing the water for chlorine and fluoride, both of which are unsafe to consume, but the media helps us believe what the money and power want us to believe.

On one hand, we are supposed to believe labs can test drinking water and find substances down to parts per million and parts per billion, yet labs can't test a cup of piss because it has too much water. Doesn't a sample of drinking water taken out of the water supply, when tested, contain almost 100% water? Are we supposed to believe it's possible for urine to contain more water than drinking water? Somebody's lying somewhere or everywhere.

The media says what the status quo wants the media to say because the media is a subsidiary branch of the status quo, thus on their privileged payroll, yet, we the sheeple, keep on accepting what the media parrots, without questioning or analyzing the basic premises the media promotes.

Only in a sick culture can you be blamed for drinking too much water and it never cross the minds of most people that that's just weird.

As expected in the case of Jabrill Peppers, the media questions the veracity of the accused instead of questioning the credibility of the facts of the accuser.
Whatever happened to first ascertaining the validity of the claim before holding someone's feet to the flame?

We should know by now, that if sports leagues were really concerned about stopping illegal behavior, they would check all the moving pieces associated with the sport.
As it stands, they do a lot of focusing on players instead.

When it comes to banned substances and athletes, do you really think money and power has no influence on those who take the samples and test the samples?

What place in America, where money and power is involved, is free and clear of illegal activity in multiple areas of the operation? Law breaking exists in government, courts, police, religion, medical, business, sport, entertainment, food and on and on.
America is a nation of laws on a need-to-shape-shift basis. America was a nation of laws during its first two forms of slavery and America is still a nation of laws during its current form of slavery (sharecropping). Laws and rules are never about right or wrong or guilty or innocent, rather laws and rules are about weapons and tools. Thus, the game is about control over fools (believers in a law or rule).
This is what gains and maintains money and power and is what the NFL is about first and foremost. The NFL is not trying to protect the integrity of the sport. They are trying to protect the integrity of criminality. So don't let their words fool you or the words of their cosigners in crime.

Abusers Of “Ignorance Of the Law Is No Excuse”Unity Consciousness #989

A common trick of those with criminal intent is to try to catch people up by employing “ignorance of the law is no excuse.”

Without analysis, it sounds good but is sinister.
For example, in America, most communities have thousands of laws. When you combine all the communities and then add in the county laws you get thousands more. When you add all the laws in a particular State, you get thousands upon thousands more. When you add the federal laws you get thousands more. These laws cover every aspect of life.
Who among us know all the laws they are supposed to follow?

In what area of society is it realistic to know tens of thousands of laws?
Do we know all the medical laws and medical jargon? If not, we have no excuse?
Do we know all the get-politicians-elected laws? If not, we have no excuse?
Do we know all the education laws? If not, we have no excuse?
Do we know all the food laws? If not, we have no excuse?
Do we know all the employment laws? If not, we have no excuse?
Heck, even attorneys specialize in portions of the law and do not know all the laws.
Most people who are lifetime sports fans, don't even know all the rules. The referees and judges don't even know the rules.

You would think public servants would serve the public by establishing a mechanism to keep us educated about the law. Why is there non-stop news and weather and junk TV and not a single channel dedicated to constantly educating us about laws we are not supposed to be ignorant of?

As you would suspect, the biggest users of the “ignorance of the law is no excuse” mantra, are the police (internal military).
The law is their whipping stick and their protection when they apply the law against some and not against others.

“Ignorance of the law is no excuse” is a way to claim plausible deniability that evil discrimination is being practiced.

The police don't even know all the laws. They only know the ones they choose to enforce.
Based on the number of errors judges make in court proceedings, clearly they either don't know or don't follow all the laws.

Not enough of us realize most legal laws are written with intent to confuse and abuse most of the citizens. Laws are for slaves whose greatest hope is Jesus saves.

In most societies, it is intentional to keep people ignorant of the law.

Society and culture is structured to keep citizens narrowly focused and unable to integrate understandings of all the fragmented laws that are in contradiction to each other and that work to their disadvantage.

Lawmakers and enforcers are ignorant of universal laws they don't know exist or don't think apply to them.

Long before marijuana was illegal, it was legal. This is true in the United States of America. White folks in America have not always been opposed to marijuana, just as white folks have not always embraced alcohol consumption as a daily pain killer, space filler and entertainment assistant.

Recently, West Virginia is another state of people who have pretended to consider an issue intelligently, but have only proven to do so in the sick form of intelligence.

If marijuana has health benefits when ingested in various forms to heal, alleviate or lessen a disease, then it stands to reason that marijuana also has preventative benefits before an illness occurs, sorta like an apple a day or cup of tea made from herbal leaves.

People in America who pretend to be against unlegislated marijuana use due to supposed abuse of use and who also pretend to want to help people, are liars on both accounts.

You cannot abuse a plant that is an herbal remedy and nutritious plant. You can't abuse it anymore than we already abuse any other natural substance and definitely not more than we legally abuse unnatural substances.

We should already know the laws between things that are legal and illegal are extremely contradictory, designed to harm rather than help.
We should also know that to make something illegal that is natural and make something legal that is unnatural, is just plain stupid in the criminal sense of sickness.

By now we should be clear on the point that legal and illegal marijuana is about preventing people from free access to something that can help them.
It is also always about money.
It is also always about power (control).
All this yakety-yak about this and that fact is a bunch of crap meant to distract and teach you how to think, thus re-act to something you have not fundamentally looked at.

Legal and illegal marijuana use is not about helping people or protecting people. These people are not trying to make the world a better place.

Legal and illegal marijuana use is not about crime and “drugs.”
Well, I take that back, it is about crime and drugs, but the criminals, the drug dealers and the druggies are the ones making the laws and the ones who are supporting them. Government on all levels are the biggest drug dealers and white folks are the biggest drug users in most categories of drugs, legal and illegal. The biggest drug usage is in the whitest places, but you have been mediatized to think otherwise and the injustice system is used as an alibi. Got your mind associating crime, drugs and gun violence with poor, city and black, when the extreme majority of all crime, drugs and gun violence in West Virginia, America and in the world, is carried out by the antithesis to those you are pointing at. Sick people side with legality rather than morality. There is a sinisterness to the legal laws in America. It falls upon the population in general and then for the second time the resident evil is visited on specific portions of the population. From the national level to the local level, they have glamorized and normalized their sicknesses while criminalizing and demonizing what really is normal behavior.

Legal medical marijuana laws in America is about maintaining the intelligent sickness of American society. These folks continue to be high on this form of greatness.

By the way, contrary to American delusion, it has not yet been proven that being in possession of a license of any sort in America is a guarantee of ability or guarantee of trustworthiness during any stage of the process to get the license, maintain the license or use the license. This applies to all areas of human activity in American society. A license is only useful as a means of control, money and power.

Secondly, as a related issue that keeps popping up, I continue to hear people compare products “made in America” to products made elsewhere in the sense that American standards are of such a nature that, American standards alone, are reason enough to consider products from other countries to be of an inferior quality. This is, of course, more of the intelligent sickness sindrome sweeping America like drones (full of pre-programmed rhetoric remotely controlled)
The fact that America imports/steals a lot of products and also imports products that go into legal drugs sold in America and also imports a lot of food for your ingestion, should tell you Americans that American standards are an illusion for miseducated over-inflated minds high on confusions.
Even so, Americans still go outside the country and expect people to welcome them with respect but are only able to get what they are willing to pay for, a standard of experience unobtainable in America.

Clearly out of her head, America says, get the flu shot filled with poison to save your life, it's legal. Out the other side of her chicken lips, America says, don't use marijuana freely to maintain optimal health, its illegal simply because we say so, now come ask my permission to get what you need and then pay money to me and my fiends.

West Virginia is over 95% white folks and has one of the highest incidences of gun-related crimes. This is not talked about as much as Chicago's gun violence. Why not.

West Virginia has one of the highest incidences of drug overdoses.

Money and power in the hands of white people equates to racism. Legal marijuana for all uses would remove one of the tools and weapons of racism.

All this is to say that what is true in West Virginia is true in America. West Virginia, Trump and America are the perfect proxies for each other. They are sinonyms.

While racism continues to plague, the true narrative about racism in every phase is avoided like the plague.
It is likely I could put the key to a treasure inside one of these messages about racism and most people would never find it because they avoid messages about racism, which is proof enough of being infected with racism and affected by racism. It is one thing to be the source of a disease and the same thing to be the transmitter of a disease. It is equally the same to be the denier of having a disease while displaying the symptoms and having the symptoms without recognition of the disease from which it stems.

Many people, aided by the teachings of daily media, are unchanging maintaining a false narrative of racism as a sometimey thing.
This is evident every time someone or the media asks, “Do you think it was racism/racist?”
This is not a proactive question. It is reactive.
It is not a question in search of complete truth. It is a question seeking to support upside down truth. The truth of the criminally insane.
The question, “Do you think it was racist/racism,” is usually in response to a black person hinting at racism but hesitant and/or afraid to call it racism.
The other person, usually a member of the racism collective, then begins their usual method of making the racism seem improbable and merely an excuse black people use even though racism is an excuse murder cultures use to justify their behavior.

White people don't call their behavior racism, they have all kinds of nice sounding words for it, so when black people call it racism, white people get all uncomfortable, nervous, indignant, passive aggressive and active aggressive. One of the first things they do is try to outsmart you with their weak reasoning. Denial is happiness. They don't want to hear they are racist sick so they try to make the person who is calling racism by its true name, sound and look bad. Laughing at someone else is the best medicine they got. Then they also try to make the black person who suffered a racist act also responsible (for instance, their belief that every black person killed by white people in uniform was due to their being wrong and the white murderer racist being right; therefore they sleep with guns under their pillows at night).

Answering By Way Of Same Is Same

“Do you think it was racism/racist?”
When an event takes place, a situation, an experience, that involves a female claiming unfair treatment and the offending party is male, do you think it was genderism/sexist?
Nobody asks this question with incredulity. Genderism is a fact of life. It is institutionalized and supported by the institution of media in the representations of women.

How is it then, in a global system of racism and in societies based on racism and in societies still maintained based on racism, that racism, as an explanation for events, situations and experiences that unfavorably impact the targeted group, is the last consideration and least likely possibility?

How in the hocus pocus refocus locus?

In a pervasively racism infected society, shouldn't racism be the first question rather than the avoided question?
Isn't genderism/sexism the first or second thing that comes to mind when a male and female are involved?
Then why isn't racism the first or second thing spoken of when white and black are involved?

Because racism keeps repeat programming the false narrative that racism is a sometimey thing.
This false narrative is being carried out by the molder, maintainer and mouthpiece of racism – the media.

1. Racism is a collective thing that also expresses itself through individuals. You cannot properly assess a situation without assessing both the person as an individual and also in terms of the collective. Clarity comes quicker this way as to the nature of the situation.
We automatically go through the thought process at least twice when male and female are involved. It is a good thing to consider more than one collective associated with the people involved. Consider collectives both people are a part of and collectives only one is a part of. This allows contradictions to stand out.

2. A person cannot be racist as an individual. An individual merely carries out the will of the collective.

Collective perspective forms collective behavior which is carried out by individuals, even when in a group of individuals.
What is racist a little (as in one person) is racist a lot (as in the collective).
There is no such thing as a little racism or an isolated act of racism.
Racism is global, not local.
In other words foolish black people, if you think you are finding less racism in America, look around in Haiti, Brazil, Africa and India, etcetera and you will find where the racism shifted to. On top of that, if you really think racism is not damn near impossible to avoid, all you are doing is playing non-stop racism roulette with reasoning.

Don't be fooled because the media you choose to tune into is not telling you somebody is dying or suffering. The job of the media is to deform you by informing you to mislead you.
The media is the enemy's tool and weapon.

3. Racism doesn't change because it puts on clothes and leaves the house. Racism is very much naked beneath the exterior veneer of racists. Don't let the covering they use to fool you, fool you. In other words, just because a person puts on clothes does not mean they stop being naked racists. Racists keep it real. They stay true to racism reality while pretending not to. When racists talk about truth, honesty and keeping it real, they don't mean the same thing as the people they're attacking.

4. Sports, media, religion and other areas are just as racist as the external military called military law enforcement of racist laws and just as racist as the internal military called police law enforcement of racist laws.
Racists try to shift hide their intentions behind what is legal and criminal and religious, which favors them, because they determine what is legal and criminal and we are following what they think is religious. Racists are the same ones who also enforce and adjudicate legal laws slanted toward their version of rightness which means black is left out. Of course then black people are criminals even though whites commit the same or worse crimes impacting more victims. Do not have a discussion about racism using the context, worldview and definitions used by racists. It's a trap. You better mix in a whole lot of optimal theory and African Utamawazo.

5. If your society denies and detests its Africanness of origin and culture and genetics, it is racist.
If your society practices evil discrimination against darker-skinned people, it is racist.
For instance, Canada is racist, Cuba is racist, China is racist, Australia is racist, the Hutus were racist against their other half, the Tutsi.

6. In societies based on the genderism logic of male superiority and female inferiority, of course genderism is involved.
In societies based on the racism logic of superiority of lighter skin and inferiority of darker-skin, of course racism is involved?

Racists Don't Want To Get Rid Of Racism, So They Create The Illusion In Words That Racism Is A Sometimey Thing Even Though Not A Second Goes By Without Racism Being Obviously Present

The only way to get rid of racism is exactly the opposite of what is taking place in societies worldwide.
Racism is eradicated by recognition, acknowledgment and continuous major significant commitment to replace racist logic with accurate information while simultaneously ceasing and desisting all racist actions coupled with reparations. When school textbooks are fixed, then perhaps racism is on the way out. When religious books are fixed, then perhaps, when media stops promoting pretend analysis over critical analysis, then perhaps racism might switch from being 24/7 full throttle to 24/7 throttle up because there are still the other major areas of racism and there is still the need for the full range of nutrition before racism takes one step back. Malnutrition is the reason for all conditions, just as all sickness is mutation is cancer. Understanding the fundamental nature of a problem is solution answer.
Racism is a terminal disease that requires significant treatment and surgery to cure. It doesn't just go away. It must be forced out with something stronger.
As long as racism is the major context and major content, racism is the norm, not the exception. Sports, media, religion and education are some of the tools of racist deception.
The existence of racism is not validated by racists or subject to debate, discussion or conversation with racists. What are the chances a criminal is going to admit to a crime by self and those like-minded? This doesn't even happen when criminals are caught in the process of committing the crime and in possession of stolen goods. What are the chances, when you are smelling gas all the time, and some people are getting sick and something blows up, that the cause is not related to gas? Racism is just like that.

Sports media likes to say referees are human when they make mistakes or judgment calls. However the human aspect of those same referees is said not to be a factor when they enforce rules differently for black quarterbacks versus white quarterbacks. In those instances, the referees are being professional, unaffected by their human nature.

Over and over again I hear us say, “I know my rights!”
Clearly we do not.
Which rights are we talking about?
Clearly we are usually talking about rights in an ever-mutating society made for the express purpose to breed demons by the millions so they can colonize the planet like a supersickness virus until life is no more.

This has not changed for the better since thousand of years ago. There has only been temporary appearances of relapse (“progress”) while the virus shape-shifted to snatch it all back. Demons must constantly attack. The walking restless dead must feed on anything that looks healthy. A demon is a virus that must destroy rights.
How is it then, we keep faithfully investing energy into, “I know my rights!?”
What we actually know is we believe we have rights.**

Call It Demonville If You Will

For thousands of years, demons have already told us in every way possible: “you have no rights we demons are obligated to honor.”

These demons are currently in military control of most of the planet.
They are not in control due to high intelligence.
As a result of everything said thus far, demons will continue to do whatever demons want to do.

The only way to prevail is to stop dealing with demons as if they are human beings.
They are not. They are humans of unbecoming and of their own undoing. They are Destroyer Deceiver spirits of destruction of self and all else.
When do such spirits have the time to think about somebody else's rights when there's murder and mayhem to keep them happy about being sick?
Their self-worth is based on net worth. Their happiness is outside of self - by doing things to other lifeforms. We are dealing with people who are extremely unhappy and out of touch with functioning within an Ecosystem of harmonious life. Demon logic and demon spirit is so unhappy, demons can only feel good if someone else is more tortured. Thus, demons are always on patrol trying to suck life out of what is more alive, even while being afraid of the power within that life, they need it in order to feel superior to our rights.*

Since demons are spirits in the form of humans, we must also deal with them as spirits by becoming more spiritually aware ourselves.
Since we are first and foremost, spirits, we must use understandings of spirit while simultaneously using understandings of body, mind and emotion in order to: deal with demons on the second hand and deal with ourselves on the first hand.

The Ancestors already told us we can't deal with demons as if they had the moral capacity to be angels. All we have to do is run a background check in our logic to see if their criminal history warrants our wishful thinking.

We must stop appealing to demons on the basis of humanity.
Is there something new to say?
There is only something old to do.
Our main responsibility is our continuous choice of which spirit - higher or lower (optimal logic or suboptimal logic) - we are going to combine with our free will so we can make the most of our creative genetic potential genius. This is our first right.

I repeat. We must learn more about the spiritual aspect of self, via the African Utamawazo, while simultaneously learning more about and dealing with the physical, mental and emotional aspects of self as it relates to all else. We have this right no matter what demons do. This is our second right.

As we come to KNOW these two rights, we will become more aware that the purpose of demons is to not only dishonor our rights, but to also challenge us, since we are drawn from first blood, to reach our highest, widest and deepest heights.
Due to our birthrights and collective core potentials within us and due to the longevity of our rulership of the world, we also have the responsibility to restore civilization back to life. Black African People, by virtue of our first right, we have the right to use our free will differently. Once we choose the higher spiritual physical path, our relationships with self and others will begin to inform us as to the necessary adjustments. As long as some of us continue to think, rights exist through those who do wrong, we need to keep asking: “Why would anyone honor, respect or allow us to enjoy rights they think we are unworthy of and undeserving of in the first place, because we are fundamentally pathetic? Why would we then, turn around, and while looking up from the ground, ask those same people to back up off us, who knocked us down? Why would we ask people who think that way about us, to “do the right thing?” Based on what? Their logic or our logic? “Here you go demon, take this logic from worthless we and put it into your superior intelligence so we can tell y'all how to think civilly?” How in the Heaven and Hell does that work? Through osmosis? Diffusion doesn't get past occlusion. It takes a stronger force than the one we're using to break through damned refusing.****
So based on the weak approach we're still using, how do we get them to somehow think the way we want them to? Demons are already thinking and doing the right things in their minds. In order for Black African People to have rights, demons think they would have to give up some or all of their demon rights. Why would demons do that? Why would demons give up something they think they deserve and give it to those who they think don't deserve them? Huh? Tell me your reasoning on how that makes sense for us to continue to base our logic on getting those kinds of rights?

What makes us think there is room for rights somewhere while being harmed as egg and sperm and while in the womb and every step of the way to the tomb and also be desecrated and exhumed and put on display in museums? If we do, then we will keep on acting out versions of the same tragedy by following the public protest process. This is like gambling with our Creator-given rights while trying to win human rights in Demonville's Legal System Casinos where the dice are loaded.
Do we not yet realize the best protest is the kind the enemy doesn't know anything about until it is so deeply rooted in the fundamentals of change, that the only thing the enemy can do is come begging to us.

By law, the main, most important fight taking place constantly is the fight between the higher spirit of good and the lower spirit of evil.
This fight is generational as demons well know.
It is time we know that what it takes to win is to be simultaneously collectively individually communally responsible to the two rights we have.
