In UC #1102, we explored duality as a basic need and as a basis for assessing mental health.
Since the causes and effects of duality play themselves out everywhere in everything all the time, including in human thinking and behavior, we continue to discuss duality.

In recent Ages, humans are confused by different forms of duality because duality as the two parts of, “Nature (all else) and human nature (self)” is out of order and balance with harmonizing energy because Universal harmonizing energy has been in a lower position in the Circle Cycle according to the double Star Ages that rule the double Great Years. In the previous sentence, we see we can't talk about anything that is not about duality. This blog could be named Duality and every message would fit and make sense.
The Circle Cycle of Life must move between harmony energy and disharmony energy. This affects every creature in the Universe. At the human level, as Universal duality changes the direction and strength of energy, so also does human logic change to go along with that same flow. The amount of logic that changes within each human and the number of humans whose logic changes, varies, according to the current set of conditions. Humans are not the main cog that makes the world go round. Humans are not in control and did not design this. Those who told this story were only telling the second truth. The whole truth is there are two truths of energy who take turns governing everything, including human thinking and behavior. Humans get all their ideas and take all their cues and get all their abilities from Nature. This is why ain't nothing humans can do that Nature can't undo if it needs to.
The duality energies of Star Kepheus and Star Aquaria are now increasing in power and rulership over you, me and everything else. It's time to stop resisting and willingly start changing your mind regarding Star Jackal and Star Pisces teachings about Nature and about human activity.

Duality is the plan that causes all energies and all powers to change hands. It's kinda up to you but not really. Either change your human nature mind or non-human Nature will change your human behind.

Jackal can't deny Kaf Ape and Fishes can't deny Mermaid or Dolphin and neither can the Pale Fox avoid Chicken Pox, detox, the pine box or the cell that seals rather than locks.
Only on brief small scales can some energies be delayed, but this only causes multiple unintended unaccounted for effects, that makes the later release of main energy and the coming together of all delayed and diverted energies, much more powerful than they would have been if uninhibited in the first place. All energies lost, killed, dumbed down, imprisoned or otherwise inhibited, are always replaced with multiples of the same that are improved versions. Genetic potential always rises to the level needed. Clear examples are everywhere at the Bolo So level of awareness.
The Creator of Duality has the Will and knows every Way.
Be careful now, not to slip back into the habit of putting everything in the human context first. No! Put everything in the non-human nature context first. Understand it. Then transfer that understanding to see how it applies to the human form of the same exact nature. The meaning should not change, only the form it takes. Finally, we must orient the meaning according to the position of the energy it matches on the Circle Cycle. For instance, sometimes when we look at the energy of killing, we must understand it is necessary and at other times it is unnecessary. Secondly, although harmony means cooperating, it also means not cooperating with that which is disharmonious.

Ecosystem Explains

In order for the ecosystem to be self-maintaining and capable of sustaining energy forever, thus sustaining life forever, both parts of duality energy must move through the process, then turn around and return. There must be a back and forth movement between each part of a duality in order for energy to recycle and renew. If energy goes out, then eventually that energy must come back in. If energy is composed, then eventually, that energy must be decomposed and then recomposed.
We know energy cannot move in the same direction in the same form in the same dimension forever. We know energy must change and make transitions. This is a very good thing. The problem occurs in human logic when we assign names to these energy transitions such as “birth and death.” Then we have problems understanding how they work, why they are necessary and how many causes and effects, affect birth and death. Why? Because we forget the original governing context of the duality of Nature.
Don't Moon and Sun go through birth and death every day? We don't have a problem with that. Some us of think it's cool.
Once we understand the two-part motion of the duality of energy, as it applies to non-human nature, then we will have less of a problem understanding how this same duality and same energy manifests itself in the human dimension. The very same energy of Darkness and Lightness, called Moon and Sun, manifests itself in all human dualities. This is the optimal context.
In the suboptimal context, Dark and Light are Moon and Sun; Night and Day; Black and White; Black and Golden; Dark and Bright; Not Knowing and Knowing; Evil and Good; Negative and Positive; Ugly and Beautiful, and so on. These descriptions only describe the duality in one way during one portion of the Circle Cycle; therefore we think the duality is two different things, when instead it is two forms of the same thing. If the full Circle Cycle was understood, we would realize everything that applies to one part of the duality, eventually also applies to the other part of the duality.
Right now our logic favors the second part of the cycle, the second truth. Not only do we not understand the second truth is not the whole truth, but we don't understand the second truth is the second truth, plus we don't understand the truth is changing. Both Dark and Light represent first and second truth in different ways at different times.
Everyone and everything re-presents the duality of energies manifesting as all genetic potential.

Water & Tree Of Life: Ash, Sa, SapUnity Consciousness #1039

The Persea fig-tree, named the Ash, is one type of tree of life.
Ash means wet, life and water of life. Ash is an emanation, emission and creative substance of life that applies to both principles of life (water and breath).

The sap of the Ash tree is a form of liquid essence of life.
Sap means to spit and evacuate. When Ash wood is heated on one end, sap comes out the other end. (BB 137/149, 205/217, 254/266)

Sap is rooted in Sa. Sa means spirit, soul, basis. birthplace, origin, to return, come back again, heal. In other words, Sa is the soil of spirit-soul that forms the basis of all things, permeates all things, gives birth to all things and heals all things.

Sa is a magnetic fluid that was known to Africans a very long time ago before anyone outside of Africa could even begin to consider themselves ancient. This magical fluid of Sa was able to be imparted from one mortal to another by the laying on of hands or making passes with the hands.
The Sa was also a sort of “ichor” that circulated in gods and glorified souls of perfected humans. These spirit-souls could transfer their SA to mortals, and thus give health, vigor and new life. The gods themselves were not equally charged with Sa. So they shared SA with each other. The transfer of SA from immortals to mortals was most easily accomplished in the temples. Any person could squat at the feet of the statue of the god with their back to the statue. The statue then placed its right hand on the nape of the person's neck, and by making passes caused the fluid transfusion. By transmitting their Sa of life to mortals, gods continually needed a fresh supply. There was a Lake of Life in the northern heaven, called the Lake of Sa, where the immortals went to draw the magical ichor and renew their energies. (AE1 175/185)

Lake Of Sa Is The Lake Of Fire (Kindler & Rekindler Of Sparks)

The Lake of Sa is a lake containing the water of life for rejuvenation, healing and birth of spirits as germs (seeds.) Thus, the Lake of Sa as water, is also the soil of spirit.
The Lake of Sa is a lake of spirit, magical fluid, baptism (wASH away), purification and immortality. The Lake of Sa exists in Heaven of Eternity above and Heaven of Eternity below (Earth of Eternity in the Underworld).

With all we know about Sa and Sap, it is easy to understand words such as tap, taproot and watertap in relation to water and liquid, and in relation to phrases such as “tap into” and “sap strength,” “tap into.” Many other words are related from Ash & SA but are not within the scope of this mes-sa-ge.
Secondly, by extension, trees are like straws that use their venous motives and arterial motives (xylem and phloem) to suction Sap of life (water) from the Underworld Source. Likewise, all plants and all other vehicles that produce other Saps of life (plasma, wine, nectar, honey, light, air, mes, oil, blood, milk, juice, Sa, hesmen, semen, spirit-soul) also use pathways that transport Sap from the source within the giver to the receiver.

Sleeping A Lot, Yet Still Feeling Tired

There are several reasons this can be taking place.

1. A different kind of insomnia. Insomnia takes many forms from no sleep to broken sleep to shortened sleep to non-deep sleep.

2. Not waking up naturally. Using another person or an alarm clock to wake us up.

3. Using a stimulant after waking up such as coffee, soda, tobacco, medication.

4. Not going to sleep when tired. Doing this trains the body to stay awake even when tired.

5. Not getting out of bed if not asleep within 10 minutes.

6. Not taking a nap when the need to do so is obvious.

7. Malnutrition.

8. Too many toxins.

9. Some sort of environmental disturbance such as electronics.

10. Trying to go to sleep.

11. Sleep position.

12. Insufficient bedtime ritual.

13. Hormonal imbalance between melatonin and seratonin.

14. Expecting to need the same amount of rest each day and expecting to go to sleep and wake up at the same time each day.

In other words, not being able to sleep or not being able to get restful sleep is not only stress related in the mental sense. It can be stresses we are placing on some aspect of our being that we are not even aware is stress. All of the above are forms of stress.

Some Importances Of Sleep

Sleep allows for daily maintenance to be performed. The body must clean up, straighten up, repair and heal. Cells all over the body and in the brain must defragment and organize their information so new information is incorporated in the proper place.

During the daily maintenance that occurs during sleep, growth also takes place. Even when our bodies are fully grown, growth still takes place when we are learning. The body must add extra cellular capacity and extra network capacity to accommodate new information and to accommodate more connections we are making among existing pieces of information. This process also includes pulling up and integrating information from our archives, our genetic library which exists in each cell.

”In So Dayi a veil is lifted. Nun creates four more pairs of chromosomes within you. Just like all chromosomes, these extra chromosomes contain information, instruction and capabilities which are unavailable to those who have not reached this level of awareness.

This operation within our bodies must take place when we are under the sweet anesthesia of deep sleep.

All of the above is moot and something we will never reach if we don't get consistent sufficient deep sleep.

Another way to summarize all of this is, everything we do must be in rhythm with whatever fosters rest and renewal.

When the brain is damaged, patients have to relearn things they once knew, such as talking, walking, etc. All of us who have been miseducated and malnourished have been brain damaged. I've been fortunate enough to begin relearning how to listen and count. By practicing listening for words and phrases that are similar to other words and phrases I've encountered, focus and attention span are improved. Also, as a result, the subconscious is improved, including during sleep. Together, these things help improve the ability to reckon. To reckon is to count because reckoning is how we put things together in relation to each other. Reckoning is how we add things up and subtract and multiply and divide. Reckoning is (re-counting). Reckoning is re-calculating. Reckoning is re-formulating thoughts. Same things.

The process of relearning how to listen and count provides opportunities to be more aware and careful as I am encountering information and comparing and contrasting and integrating that information into my logic library.

This process helps me be more mindful of one-sided points of view so I can connect them back to the two-sided vantage point.

Everything is connected to everything. All thoughts and all logic are connected to another thought or logic on the other side of the vantage point. Thus all pieces of information can be connected by drawing lines between them from one side through the neutral zone to the other side.
In the beginning of this process of relearning, recounting and reconnecting dots, it looks tangled and messy. It also feels this way in our thoughts. Then, as we remain faithful to the process, the spaces between linking logic lines shrink and the distance between each point are also reduced. What begins to emerge is not a bunch of dot points and lines, but rather, a larger picture. We can begin to see and reacquire larger concepts and relationships taking shape. We begin to realize there are different dimensions, levels and layers of understanding the same thing that overlap and fit right on top of each other. As we continue to augment, defragment, reorganize and restore points and damaged, broken and missing link connections, because we are expanding understanding by filling in the blanks, the lines get denser and blacker as all the colors of consciousness come back together.
This must be so. As we continue to travel and crisscross the same pathways, because these retraced connections are leading us back the way we came to this time and place in the human race, the layers pile up, add up, thicken up, strengthen up and blacken down to the root of matter and spirit-soul. Blackness is the origin, the genesis, the Archetype of colors, out of which all other varieties are differentiated. When consciousness is whole and healed, it will be black across all dimensions of thought, all dimensions of Creation. It will be perfect.

A summary of what Sankofa means is “go back and fetch it.” The importance of going back and fetching was explained in ”Sankofa Definition & Pronunciation | Continuity For All Time.” Now we shall go back farther and further beyond the general importance, so we can fetch more understanding of what it is we must go back and fetch, and where we must go, to fetch it.

Sankofa Has Multiple Definitions & Meanings

Like most words, Sankofa is a combination of multiple letters. All letters are combinations of multiple meanings because letters are metaphors that have been condensed into symbols (into a zip file). Most of us do not understand how many levels of meaning are contained in the letters of the language we speak, thus, we also have limited understandings of words. This is a fundamental problem causing us to operate based on partial and surface understandings of letters, words, phrases, sentences, philosophies and anything else transferred via spoken or written language.

This message expands our understanding of “Sankofa” but is not an exhaustive discussion of all possible understandings.
One of the ways Sankofa can be broken down is into three parts: Sa + ank + kofa.

SA – Expanded Definition & Meanings Of The First Part Of Sankofa

Sa means rank, kind of officer, virtue, efficacy, protection, amulet (fetish),* wisdom, judgeship and of an order. This is symbolized by (1) the collar or tie and by (2) an ornament with ten loops. Sa is symbolized by the tail of the crocodile. The tail of the crocodile is Kam.
The earliest form of Kam is Ma, mother, thus Sa is mother.
The later form of Kam is the compound word Khebma (Ma + Kheb). Kheb is Khebt is Ta-urt is Apt is goddess, hippopotamus (Earth), crocodile (Water), lioness (Air) and kaf ape (Fire). Thus Sa is goddess, great mother, mother, daughter, sister, child, son, husband, father, god. Sa is all forms of all things. Sa is the spirit-soul soil that forms the basis of all things and permeates all things. (BB147/154)

*More About Fetishes We All Have & Use, Especially In Religions

Fetish is a sign (symbol) of fidelity or faith. A fetish is the same thing as an amulet or magical charm. A fetish is a symbol of Sa. There was a divinity named Sau, or Ka, who was the author and creator god of fetish-figures which are identifiable as amulets, charms, knots, skins, and other things that were worn as types of protective power.
Since Sa means touch, the protecting power appealed to as the god of the fetish was the god of touch. The amulet brought the power nearer to be laid hold of, and made its presence veritable to this sense. Thus, Fetishism was a mode of Sign-language which supplied a tangible means of laying hold of the nature powers that were to some extent apprehended as superhuman without being comprehended. Hence the talisman, the amulet, or magical charm is worn as something tangible, a thing to touch or clutch hold of, on purpose to keep in touch with the power represented by the fetish. This god of touch still exists in Christianity, as amulets, charms, the cross, the rosary, and other fetish figures that are yet worn for protection, and are touched in time of need, to establish the physical link with the invisible Power with which it may be thought desirable to “keep in touch.” Not everything could serve as a fetish. With the prefix attached, Ka becomes Teka and Sa becomes Tesa which means to touch, attach, join together. Ka, Teka, Sa, Tesa or Touch is the name of the deity of emblems (fetishes); the Ka image being the spiritual likeness in the future life; the double of one’s self in this. These types include the mummy image, the Karast [Sahu], the tie-type of reproduction, the beetle scarab, the sun, moon and many other forms of symbols used as amulets, protective charms and to help humans maintain a sense of being in touch with a power, presence or deity or spirit-soul. The Lake of Sa is a lake in Paradise containing the water of life for rejuvenation, healing and birth of spirits as germs (seeds.) Thus, the Lake of Sa as water, is the soil of spirit. (AE1 131/141) (AE1 378/388)

The Lake of Sa is a lake of spirit, magical fluid, baptism, purification and immortality. The Lake of Sa exists in heaven above and heaven below. (AE2 795/259)

These two Lakes of Sa-Fire are not places of eternal damnation in Hell. The Lakes of Sa-Fire that are places of spirit-soul birth, rebirth, rejuvenation and eternal life. Since the Lake of Sa-Fire, is a womb and a cocoon, it is also a tomb. The temporary nature of the Lake of Sa-Fire as tomb might be the place where the Second Death and Damnation take place. Go Back Where & Fetch What?

Go back to the spirit-soul basis of life, existence and understanding. Go back and fetch more of the fullness of knowledge of self as spirit-soul. Go back over the roads spirit-soul has traveled and revisit the places you have lived over the Ages to bring you to where you now live. Go back to beginnings, go back to origins as human and spirit. Go back to your birthing places and fetch understandings of yourself from a child up till now so you can know who you are by knowing where you came from. Go back and fetch a healthier sense of connection so you can understand the optimal way to apply free will to a healthier sense of direction to completion and perfection. Go back and get some healing by understanding the stronger First Truth of self.

Get interconnected and interrelated and travel the Spirit web throughout the Spiritsphere as various shades, degrees and angles of light. Go back over the paths, the past, world history, memories, Ancestors, genetic libraries, back through false firewalls, back through portals, gateways, doors and fetch all of the key that brought you from the full understanding of Sa to your partial, fragmented, unhealthy present identity. Go back to soil food as soul food. Go back and fetch some re-germination to restore like Nnu, your self-estimations. Go back to the Sap of Strength to replenish what has sapped your strength. Go back and fetch nutrition to healthyself with what is missing. Go back through the water fire and fetch the hidden spirit-soul to balance physical vision. Go back and fetch Sa, Ka, Ma, Kam & Khebma. Go back and fetch everything and correct everything.

Great Day At Night Becomes Great Day In The MorningUnity Consciousness #857

As more extensively explained in, "Darkness: Thief In The Night & Maker Of Artificial Light UC#789," we are living during the Night of a Great Day.

Two simultaneous things have been taking place.
The Second Truth has been dominating the spiritual narrative. The Second Truth is the Great Evil Spirit's truth. The Great Evil Spirit has turned spiritual night into spiritual darkness and has gained control during the Night and claims it is Day by using Artificial Light religiously.

The true narrative of Night has been muted and mostly dormant because Night is the time of rest, repair and rejuvenation.

The first truth of the Supreme Spirit has been primarily in a spiritual self-healing mode during the Night. While fighting the stagnating energy of the Great Evil Spirit, the Supreme Spirit has been moving through the Night towards the rise into morning.

Right now it is twilight - simultaneously dark, night and light - a time just before fullness of Light rises out of fullness of Darkness and Night. During Day, the Supreme Spirit is awake and most active. The Great Evil Spirit cannot obscure the Supreme Spirit during this time for any significant length of time.

During Night, the Great Evil Spirit can obscure understanding of Night by covering it with a Darkness Matrix.
During Day, the Great Evil Spirit can only follow the Supreme Spirit around as a shadow.
This is the spiritual switching of positions of the Two Truths. This changeover always happens as slowly, steadily, surely, suddenly, then all at once as Great Day at Night becomes Great Day in the Morning.

The Power Of Definition

“Power is the ability to define reality and to have others respond to your definition as if it were their own. The most important reality to define is the meaning of one’s own human beingness.” (Wade Nobles)

The Meaning Of Human Beingness Comes Through Socialization

In the SonghoySenni language, “the system of basic socialization organized by the Songhoy people of Mali, West Africa can be summed up in the following conceptualization: Alasaltarey goyey:
Alasal: Origin, essence, the human substrate, the basis
Tarey: Process, development, blooming, unfolding of the individual
Goy (goyey): The work (works), the proof, the deed, the social practice

In other words, Alasaltarey is a process of education, socialization and learning through which the human being apprehends her/his origin as a social being and discovers the world in order to better know self and serve humanity, which is the ultimate finality.” (1)

Now that we have this understanding, it is easy to understand why the humanity of many is terminally ill, irreversible and forever lost. Little to no understanding of origin and essence that facilitates service to humanity. Also little to no process connected to knowledge of self. As a result, thinking and behavior is helter-skelter self-destruction.

Even so, if the following statement is true: “when the student is ready, the teacher appears,” and it is, then that implies the workings of forces that transcend the physical dimension in which we exist.
Therefore, another statement must also be true: “when the student is sick, teacher becomes healer and food becomes medicine.”

Healer Of Humanity

“Nganga (Healer) (in-gahn'-gah): The Nganga (Healer) is one capable of activating the process by which the body (persons or community) repairs, cures or restore itself to health and well-being. S/he is one who restores the physical, psychic, social and cosmic balance and harmony in and between persons, people (community), nature and the Divine. The Nganga (Healer) serves as a powerful mediator between the visible world and the realm of spirit and ancestors. (Wade Nobles)

From this understanding and the first link under this heading, we can clearly see how suboptimal religions fail to do their job for humanity, but have not failed in their contribution to inhumanity. From understandings of Nganga surrounding us and which we surround, we can clearly see how components of Alasaltarey are being restored to overtake all resisters and deniers of human beingness during this final stage when upheaval and momentum seemingly favors The Destroyer.

Why Computers & Brains Freeze & The RemedyUnity Consciousness #603

1. Information (data and instructions) fragmentation. This is made worse when connection to the information is missing or damaged (broken link). This is also made worse when there is not enough nutrition power energy to gather and process the information while also simultaneously taking care of all other demands on system resources.

2. Information corruption (miseducation).

3. Fast-spreading virus (ideology) steals understanding and resources (daily energy and other natural resources).

4. Physical malfunctions (hardware problems).

5. Defective programs (software problems).

6. Context, configuration and settings do not match operating system due to user errors and installation errors by technicians (family)).

7. Computer brain does not have enough information to work with to perform the requested and required tasks.

8. Computer brain does not have enough processing powers (nutritions). This is also due to the virus using system resources.

9. Information in one portion of the brain conflicts with information in another portion. This is a contexture conflict. Freezing only happens until the contradiction can be justified.

10. The computer brain has not been updated to perform optimally (understanding has ceased).

11. Fear and pain cause freezes.

12. Human brain freezes are always inclusive of cellular malfunction in portions of the body outside the head. In the same manner, computer freezes are also caused by malfunctions of drivers and other hardware that communicate with the central processor (brain).

13. When a computer freezes, logic is suspended. Same for a brain. The person suspends logic and just keeps on living. The multi-pronged process approach to unfreeze a human-made computer and get it back to functioning as intended is fundamentally the same to restore a Creator-made brain to optimal condition. Brain and computer are metaphors of each other. Understanding just has to be translated from one dimension to the next.

One portion of the remedy is to shut down the computer brain as much as possible by stopping unnecessary programs from running (get more rest and free space and nutrition and avoid toxins) and run diagnostics (self-inspection by comparing self to natural world context). When necessary, use system restore to return the brain computer to its last known good configuration. This may require going back a long ways.

The fetal position is a familiar place when all was okay. You were safe, protected and connected.

It is normal to get into the fetal position when this world brings you to a point of not feeling okay, safe, protected or connected. Get into the fetal position and heal thy self.

Many of us already sleep in the fetal position. What's the difference any other time we want to get into the fetal position? The difference is our misunderstanding of our ways of knowing how to heal ourselves.

In the fetal position you developed out of the energies of the mother spirit. You interacted with the waters out of which the Universe was formed. The fetal position is one of your universal connections.

The fetal position is a good way to assist in remembering who you are. In the fetal position nutrition flows again. You are able to more easily go into a meditative communing state of calmness. This allows automatic re-calibrating and re-syncing with the rhythm of the pure state of your existence.

The desire to get into the fetal position is natural and normal. It is not a sign of weakness. It is a sign of higher intelligence.

Get into the fetal position as often as you need to. As you do, the nutrition you will be receiving will repair your unity consciousness. This will unfold in your genetics so that as you unfold and stand up again, you will be clearer and stronger and better able to know and carry out the instructions of your destinies.

Do not listen to people who do not understand the within, without, above and below. These people make the fetal position a sign of a mental breakdown and something to be avoided. It is not and you should not. It is a place of convalescence.

Status Quo Of Humanity Is Not SicknessUnity Consciousness #382

This has already been proven by the depth of world history and civilization that overshadows the past 20,000 years, 3,000 years and 300 years especially. Let us remember that the nature of creation is spiritual, thus the nature of the struggle is spiritual.

This means the nature of humanity's sickness is spiritual. The weaker, lower spiritual self is exerting an imbalanced amount of influence. The entire ecosystem feels it and is affected in many ways by the same virus-spreading sickness. Going viral is not admirable in a healthy way.

Since the spiritual cannot be separated from the mental, emotional and physical, the nature of the struggle is also mental, emotional and physical. In other words, humanity has a spiritual sickness that is causing physical, mental and emotional sickness. All that ails us is caused by the spiritual.

Level Of Knowledge Of Self Determines Health

If you thought you had a terminal illness you'd respond a certain way. If you thought you were critical but curable, you'd respond very differently. This is exactly where we are spiritually, mentally, physically and emotionally. Humanity is very sick but not hopeless.

One of the ways we know this is that the larger universe and all it contains is not as sick as us. If it was, all the things the universe does for us would become very unreliable and would fall apart.

We Are Healthier Than We Realize But Not As Healthy As We Need To Be

When we take the universality of our being into consideration, we realize are not alone in this spiritual war or sickness. Help is out there. Help is in here, inside Earth. We must do what we can to help ourselves within Earth even as the Creator's universe is conspiring to assist us. By attacking sickness from the two sides of Earth and the two sides of self and from many angles, we can beat sickness back quickly. Sickness depends on us to do what it does. Sickness does not have enough of its own power, it must convince/trick/miseducate us into willingly using our power to get a little something while giving up a lot of something. Naturally, this is a losing equation for humanity.

Sickness is not the predominant condition of the Creator, the Creator's children or of the universe. History tells us that sickness is not the predominant part of human heritage. Humans functioned in harmony with each other and nature for 99.99% of human history. Do not be deceived by the moment of recent history.

The main thing keeping humanity sick is humanity's approach to sickness. We approach sickness as though we might as well go along with it. We do this because our overall worldview is sick and suboptimal. This worldview causes us to mistake the progress of sickness for the progress of health. We behave as if all progress is the same kind of progress. We should know better because we know things can be progressively worse or progressively better, not both.

Have we asked enough questions about the nature of the progress we currently call success? Have we evaluated enough causes and effects? Has our critical thinking reached critical mass to ask many questions about exactly what is going on? Critical thinking is one of our most important tasks.

Once we break the habit of following instructions that are making us sick, our original genetic instructions, through innate abilities and nutrition we provide, can replenish themselves within us.

When there is sickness, some cells in the body succumb to the oppression of sickness.
When there is sickness, if a solution does not already exist in the immune system, the body must invent a solution to allow the immune system to overcome the sickness. The inner body must work with what it has inside and with what is provided from the outside. This is always the case. This is how we know, as long as we continue to work on our health individually and collectively, Nyame is faithful and will continue to provide assistance from the outside because we reside inside the Creator, in the Spiritsphere. The Spiritsphere of the Creator is the same as the inside of our bodies. The universe within is the same as the universe without.

Once we begin to understand the greater portion of our genetics and the greater part of our ancestry, we will begin to work with the greater part of our humanity which is not as sick, overall, as we may feel and think because that greater portion is the higher spiritual self whereby all things were brought into being.

Victory and health are assured in this spiritual war for all creation able to be brought back into a pure state of existence in rhythm with the universal ecosystem.

Definitions

Consciousness starts with awareness. Awareness is the first stage of consciousness.
Consciousness is awareness in action.

Conscience is a genetic-mental-emotional-spiritual manifestation of the Higher Self. Conscience is the essence of moral thought which drives moral behavior which shapes character. Conscience is the result of understanding based on connection and unity. The Conscience is Nun.

Ego is a genetic-mental-emotional-spiritual manifestation of the Lower Self. Ego is the essence of immoral thought which drives immoral behavior which shapes character. Ego is the result of understanding based on disconnection and division. The Ego is Ogo.

The ego represents separation between self and others, thus the basis of the ego is Ego systems versus Ecosystems. Since ecosystem is harmony. The ego is against harmony. When you say yes to ego you also say no to harmony, peace, justice, health and life. What you give or don't give to others you must first give or not give to self. For this reason, the ego is a front for loneliness and stupidity, thus an affront to happiness and wisdom.

Morality is action and/or inaction based on deciding to align with harmony.
Immorality is action and/or inaction deciding to align against harmony.

Conclusion

Every person has one Spirit separated into the Higher Self and the Lower Self. These are what humans call the conscience and the ego. Thus, the basic nature of the universal spiritual war is Ego versus Conscience. This is also the nature of the internal struggle in every person.

For a person to be at war externally, in the attack mode position, the person's Lower Self ego must be in control internally. This means the person is suffering from a lot of self-inflicted hurt and pain related to lack of understanding about each of the four aspects of self.

Let your conscience be your guide and your conscience will lead you to what heals inside and outside.

There are multiple reasons, consciously or not, why you are “into” sunning and sun tanning.

1. The desire is strong. There is a subconscious need to receive sunlight on the skin. This need is a basic need. Sunlight on the skin is necessary for healthy human development mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically. You need sunlight internally. For the same reasons, you also have a strong desire and need for water, air and earth inside you.

2. You also want to feel the power and glory of Sekhmet-Ra penetrating your skin and awakening your melanin. This is a powerful, natural desire that needs to be fulfilled. It is just like hunger. You crave sunlight because you need the sun's nutrition. This nutrition comes in the form of sunlight and is transformed by melanin back into the pure energy at the core of the sun. It is satisfying to be fed and nurtured by the sun. It is comforting and relaxing. When you are getting sunlight on your skin, all levels of your being are being sun-fed directly by the sun deity. You are a child of the sun and descendent of the sun. You need the sun to feed you and repair you. Though you might not understand this, this is why you want to get out and get some sun in the same way you want to get some food, some fresh air and some water.

3. You are a creature of genetic habit. Many living organisms and beings contain melanin in one form or another and by one name or another. For this reason plants, animals and other creatures sun themselves on a regular basis. Plants, of course, grow in the direction of the sun in order to sun their leaves so the plant can absorb sunlight through its skin and then use chlorophyll melanin to create nutrition for itself and others.

4. You want to recapture shades of your former ancient self. Consciously or not, you are trying to recapture your original skin color. The memory of this is not totally gone within. The African Ancestors inside you in your genetics are urging you instinctively to seek the sun.
If skin is able to darken temporarily in hours or days due to strong sun exposure, skin is also able to lighten permanently due to lack of strong sun exposure for thousands of years. This is what happened during the last Ice Age when a group of Africans migrated into Europe with black skin and became physically and genetically isolated for a mighty long time and when they came out of Europe, they had pale skin. You have witnessed the fact that melanated skin lightens every winter.

5. You want to look and feel healthy. You want the look, feel and appeal of darker skin. You want the look, feel and appeal of bearing the sun-kissed birthmark of your parents, Sekhmet-Ra and the blackness at the core of their being. According to your own words, without the skin-darkening effects of the sun, you look pale, sick, unhealthy, washed out, dead and like a ghost.
For health reasons, you also have the need to have the touch and feel of water, air and earth and feel their effects upon you and in you. You feel good, look better and are healthier when bathed in the primordials.

Everybody Must Get Sunlight

All people have melanin in their skin. Some have more and some have less.

Melanin is not just a pigment for skin color. Melanin is not a matter of personal or political preference. Melanin has multiple purposes for the health of humans. As said earlier, melanin transforms sunlight into nutrient medicine. Melanin protects the skin from ultraviolet radiation. Slowly re-tune your skin to the sun and get rid of sunscreen. It is never meant for those who clearly have melanin in their skin. Understand that melanin and chlorophyll are the same things. Chlorophyll protects plants that are out in the sun all day every day. Melanin protects you in the same way. Plants do not get sunburn due to ultraviolet radiation. What you see happening to plants that suffer in the sun happens for different reasons. What do you think people did before sunscreen? Get back to the natural way and throw the sunscreen away. You are screening out the power and glory of Sekhmet-Ra.

The sun sends energy to Earth in waves of light. This energy comes from the core of the sun which is a black carbonated, melanated core. Sunlight and melanin are made of the same things. When sunlight reacts with melanin, this sun energy is transformed back into the substance of the core of the sun – the womb from which it came. Sunlight is stem cell energy. This pure substance has healing power and sustaining power. It also enhances creativity and other abilities. The vibrations of the waves of sunlight resonate deep within cells to tune you into the rhythms of the Universe. Trinity is the Supreme Family. Trinity is the Divine Family. Trinity is the Family Of Divinity. Trinity is the Supreme Divine Family of Humanity.

In many religions, the essential missing ingredient is complete consciousness of the three components of the Trinity.

There is a male Father, a male Son and a Spirit. Even though this subversion of Trinity skips over the obvious – the female mother is missing – many people, upon coming across this logic, have a strong aversion to the thought of a female as part of the Uppermost Echelon of Creation. In closed minds there is no room for the female in the upper room.

We are made of living cells. Every cell is alive because of female and male components. Not only is the female in the nucleus instructions of the cell (which is the mind of the cell that tells cells how to behave), the female is also in the mitochondria of the cell which provide all the energy for the cell.

In order for the female to not be in the conscious minds of humans seeking to emulate the ways of the Divine, the foundation of health has to be significantly impaired. Minds have to be stuck in the mud of malicious manipulation. The result is miseducated minds clogged with contradictions.

Trinity represents cohesiveness of the Creator and cohesiveness of the Creator's Family - Creation. Remove the concept of the female from the Trinity and things don't make sense and things do fall apart. Remove the concept of the female from the Trinity and humans can't keep the family together or bring the human family back to being free again. The lack of consciousness of the female in Trinity results in imbalanced following of the instructions in our cells, thus imbalanced thinking, and thus, imbalanced behavior.

Healing of the human family cannot happen without reawakening consciousness to the inclusion of the female in Trinity. It is the Divine Mother who gave birth to Creation and it is the Divine Mother who contains the necessary spiritual energy and understanding to give rebirth to Creation.

Your greatness is not dead. It is not gone. Your greatness lies dormant within you. You are asleep consciously. Who can be great constantly asleep?

The Foundation For Greatness

In the same way plants and seeds are awakened from dormancy, you must also awaken through the process of reintroduction to the primordials. You must get more water, fresh air, sunlight and earth nutrients. This is the beginning of establishing the foundation for reawakening. It takes time for seeds to germinate. You have many different types of seeds of greatness within you. As you begin to do what is necessary to achieve health, some seeds will germinate quicker than others.

Building On The Foundation Critically

The first of the Ten Cardinal Principles Of Ancient African Deep Thought reminds you of the role of mental exercise in the awakening process.

Part of knowing yourself is an understanding of the human body. The mind is not one big single thing. It is a composite of cells. This is true of all organs in the body.

In order for a bunch of cells to form and function as a unit, each cell must have a mind of its own. We know this is true because each cell has a nucleus that contains DNA instructions by which the cell operates. The nucleus of the cell is the mind that tells the rest of the cell what to do. The brain is the mind that tells the voluntary parts of the body what to do. Based on the self-harming things our brain instructs us to carry out, it's a good thing the brain does not control all body functions.

When the body is sick, even though it receives nutrition, the body often rejects it. Same thing happens when mental nutrition is fed to a mentally ill mind – since understanding, like healing, doesn't come immediately, the information is rejected without allowing time for digestion of the information and the effects to take place at the cellular level.

Healing, like sickness, happens first, unnoticeably, at the cellular level then it takes place in the larger, composite parts of the body that these same cells form.

It is the mind of the cells that need nutrition first and foremost when the body is sick and when the brain mind is sick.

Mental illness, just like any other illness, cannot be healed all at once. It takes time and stages of recovery. Nutrition medicine must be taken consistently. It doesn't take long to recover once nutrient medicine is flowing through our body ecosystem.

The main thing is to get nutrition*, rest, avoid toxins, be persistent, then patient. All these things must be part of the healing process.

Sufficient rest allows the body's cellular ecosystem to rejuvenate itself.

Nutritional deficiencies and toxins affect cell metabolism, therefore the ability of the brain to process information and think properly.

We know we need rest..Insomnia and other sleep disorders...affect mental health.

Fortunately for us, humans do not represent the majority of creation. In fact, compared to just the creation within Earth, humans are a very small minority. As a result, the Creator is concerned with more than just humans. The Creator can still get plenty of understanding and assistance from other aspects of Creation. In other words, the Creator is not sitting around waiting on humans to do the right thing. The fate of the world has more than a human component.

It is Heru, the hero, who appears at the last moment when everyone thinks everything is over. That's what makes him a hero because he comes out a situation that looks so bleak and so impossible. Hero & Heroine

From sitting atop the mountain calling things into being; to crawling behind a behemoth and living off its dung; to the currently rapidly rising powers of the Sun, we have metaphors for possibilities that have come, is come and will come. Atum, Khepera and Heru are the same metaphor for hero/heroine. They each took a situation and transformed it into something greater.

It is the ferocity of the nemesis that compels the hero/heroine within from greatness to super-greatness that otherwise has no need to develop. We know this is possible because the necessity has already coaxed forth the Atum in us and the Khepera in us. All that's left is to allow the Sun to tune us, teach us and heal us in all the ways of its high-powered feminine/masculine nature.

In the body, when blood cells rush to the site of injury, there is inflammation and pain, then comes attention, nutrients/medicine and healing. Increased pain is not always all about the increasing injury but there is a portion of pain that can be the beginning of the healing process.

We must follow the fundamentals of what we should naturally do whenever seriously ill.

Negative forces of disorder are often referred to as witchcraft. Hence, the nganga employs divination and spirit possession to determine the cause of the disorder and plays the role of an "anti-sorcerer" (the one who neutralizes the power of witches).

NGANGA

In Africa, religion is not merely about the world to come.

Religion is not about self-denial for the glorification of deities.

Religion is viewed as a system of the ultimate meaning of human existence [knowledge of self].

Religion provides a comprehensive healing of mind and body and enhances spiritual and physical well-being. At the core of this religious worldview stands the nganga, or healer.

The word nganga refers to the healing function of religion. The notion of nganga emerges from the fundamental African understanding of interconnectedness, the nature of humans, social structures, illnesses and well-being. In this worldview, physical health largely depends on spiritual well-being and harmonious social relations.

Although the nganga is referred to by some scholars with less offensive lexicons as “medicine-man” or “shaman,” the nganga has been widely disparaged in Western scholarship, in which he is often referred to as a witchdoctor.

In Africa, the nganga is a savior of lives who plays an honorable role in the religious and social order.

The nganga acts as a powerful mediator between the visible world and the realm of spirits and ancestors. The nganga is an indispensable agent in the African tradition of healing and peacemaking. As a healer of body and spirit, the nganga works in close relation with the spirits and is often a priest who bridges the world of the living and that of the ancestors.

The nganga is at once an herbalist and a priest, a diviner and a prophet. He may be regarded, according to other classification systems, as a clairvoyant, a shaman, a psychic, or a medium. His medicine is closely intertwined with prayers, incantations, songs, dance, offerings, and sacrifices to the deities. While performing his divination, the nganga often enters a trance to better communicate with the spirits.

The healing process restores the psychic, social, and cosmic balance of the individual, as well as that of his community, and involves the observance of fundamental ethical rules to avoid sinking in chaos that brings about sickness.

Africans believe the world of the ancestors abounds in peace, joy, harmony, wealth, health, and happiness, whereas the current world of the living is beset by evildoers, danger, illness, and death. Therefore, genuine healing cannot be achieved without the intervention of the world of the ancestors.

Moreover, physical and mental illness is viewed primarily as a form of disorder or imbalance resulting from disunity between mind and body, the individual and society, or humans and spirits. A proper diagnosis of the root causes of disease requires an investigation of social relations and spiritual transgressions. Again, these negative forces of disorder are often referred to as witchcraft. (1)
