Double Earth Is Two Lands

The Earth we are on is also referred to as the Earth of Time. Surrounding this Earth is the Earth of Eternity. The lower portion of the Earth of Eternity is called Amenta, while the upper portion is commonly referred to as Heaven. See also Amenetta.
Earth of Time is one small circle contained within the Earth of Eternity which is a vastly larger circle. These are the two circles, the double earth, the two lands.
Some other forms are: (1) Egypt as South Karua Parent who became child and Egypt as North Karua Child who became parent; (2) Nile Valley as Egypt and as Nubia-Kush-Aethiopia; (3) Khent & Khept (upper south lands) plus Khebt and Kheft (lower north lands); (4) Egypt as Westerners and Easterners; (5) Within Amenta Below there is an upper land called upper egypt and a lower land called lower egypt; (6) Amenta Below as Lower Egypt and Heaven Above as Upper Egypt; (7) The circle of Earth and the circle of Heaven are commonly referred to as heaven and earth. In terms of human understanding, although Egypt on Earth was named first, the Egypt in Amenta Below was finished first conceptually and became the basis for all of our most beloved religions of today.

Metaform & Metaphor Are A Form of Two Lands That Form Two Lands

A basic form of metaphor is darkness and lightness. Then there's polestar, moonstar and sunstar. One thing is two things is three things, but not always so, in human understanding. This explains why thinking and behavior, which is one thing in two parts, does not always function optimally. There is a learning delay, a learning curve so to speak, as we travel around the circle of space and time. This is the same as light delay that exists elsewhere before it reaches this Earth.

When the soul of life, as the Sun, travels full circle, it connects and unites the two Circles, two Earths, two Lands, two Metaphors, two Understandings, two Truths. This connection is on all levels spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically.

A very concise way of describing the process of uniting the two lands is as Horus (Jesus, the Sun) going through birth, death, burial and rebirth each day, each year, each great year. And in doing so, maintaining the continuity of life in all dimensions of the sun's kingdom. (AE2 782/246)

Even during the most recent declining phase of Egypt, Female Pharaoh Hatshepsu, understood Horus, the Sun, unites the two divisions of Egypt which allowed her to rule two lands on Earth, just as the Sun rules double earth. (AE2 788/252)

To summarize: When we hear Two Lands in regards to Egypt, we must remain aware there is more than one form of the Two Lands and more than one form of Egypt. Egyptians mixed metaphors. We do too because that's all there is.

Unity Of Understanding Is Required For Salvation Per The Need Incentive

Because the elemental soul of life called Horus, existed as one, then as two, then as four, these divisions of the circle (divisions of the land) must be reunited in some ways always, then in all ways some day, in order for the completion of all phases of the evolution and de-evolution of the Supreme Self.

Using what Apostle Paul said as a basis: He has made both one, and has removed dividing lines by changing behavior and laws in order to transform two into one by reconciling all logic to reestablish unity based on cross connections, which is the same thing as the circle connected in all aspects. (Ephesians 2:14-16)

Ruler Of Two Lands: Har-Sam-Taui

Horus, the soul of life in matter, goes by many names. So also does Horus, the soul of life in spirit. Each of these represent one-half. When these two souls of life go through all phases and complete the circle, they become one by virtue of being united in consciousness. Beingness, becomingness and beautifulness become one again. When this two-way by three-way holy kiss reunion occurs, Horus is now called Har-Sam-Taui, the united soul of life who unites two lands in all forms so they too can function as one for the effecting of eternal salvation of self and all else by fulfilling the need incentive for understandings. Har-Sam-Taui is the double Horus, the one who took primitive essence, divided it into double primitive essence, then recombined them into one ruling power over one united kingdom. Humans are metaphors of all this and so are all human groupings. Therefore when the King, the Prince of Peace, wears the double crown of white and red, so also do human Pharaohs wear the double crown in Egypt, and then in other lands, including one of the most recent, America of red, white and blue. Same is, same as. Sem-sem. (AE2 793/257, 797/261)

All of this sounds familiar when talking about Egypt on Earth, but now we must continue to remember all of this applies to all other forms of anything that is one thing, but is now divided into two or more things. This is the greater understanding, the greater mystery, that no longer need be inactive and unaccessed in our computing memory when we are processing logic.

Taui is a form of Uati. Uati indicates two waters. See “ua” and Khept elsewhere. Uniting Two Lands is ultimately a form of reuniting Two Waters of Nun. Thus Taui and Taua are a macro-duality of reuniting the Supreme Self.

Metaform Variations Become Metaphors:

Har-Makhu

Har-Makhu was the ancient name of united Horus of both horizons, both equinoxes and especially of double earth. (AE1 536/546)

I wonder if Hor-em-akhet is a name of the Sphinx on the East Side as it travels the upper portion of the circle after resurrection in spirit and matter, while Har-Makhu signifies the West Side as the sun travels the lower portion of the circle??

Hor-em-akhet means “Horus son of Akhet.” This can be said in the form of “Akhet as Horus.” Akhet means number one and the old first one. Thus Hor-em-Akhet is Horus, son of the old first one who is the only one. In other words, the old first one who is the only one is Horus. The old first one became one again when the father as Ptah was reunited with the mother as Apt. This occurred at the same time Amenta Below was created. Prior to this the Great Sphinx was created as a means of representing the means whereby the Sun was able to reunite two horizons, two lands, two truths, (NG1 189/207, 264-5/282-3)

Ptah Understands

Human understanding is described this way: Ptah, the Parent as father first, built heaven and earth, but there was no way for any soul of life in matter or spirit to return to heaven above because there was no heaven below to form a complete circle cycle. As a result, before the time of Ptah as Father, souls of life, especially that of the sun (the son of Ptah) had to take a detour shortcut around the mountain of Earth or through Mother Earth as cow or through the Great Sphinx. But when Ptah created heaven below, now the two lands were again united (in understanding). Now, as a result, human thinking and behavior had to go through stages to adjust to this understanding. (AE1 326/336, 333/343, 345/355, 406/416, 410/420, 412/422, 416/426).

Closing

The Metaform Supreme Being transformed self into Metaphors Supreme Beings. A common name for these metaphors are elemental souls of life or as Horus or as countless other names. The King became Kings because the Universe Kingdom was divided into Kingdoms such as Galaxies, Stars, Earths and so on. Everything is part of multiple kingdoms, thus multiple kings. As a small example, there is a king for every zodiac sign, a Lion King, Bull King, Water King, Scorpion King, and so on. The King of each dimension and period of time takes multiple forms in multiple locations as ruling power shifts around the circle as the soul of life goes through motions of transforming self through cycles. (AE1 343/353)

Since the current kingdom on Earth had been completed, thus perfected, what we have been experiencing for at least 13,000 years is the dismantling of the kingdom so a new kingdom can be established. This dismantling reaches into every dimension.

There is a uniting that fosters evolution and a uniting that fosters de-evolution. Likewise there is a dismantling, a breakdown, a falling apart, a decomposing process that fosters evolution and one that fosters de-evolution. All of these things taking place simultaneously because the Macro Kingdom is composed of many micro kingdoms. Some that will remain and some that will not, but all will be changed.

Long before Egypt of the Two lands united by Narmer Mena Menes, Egypt had already been united as part of the two lands of South Karua and North Karua. This was the uniting for evolution. The most recent uniting coincident with the most recent Age of Taurus was for de-evolution.

At some point during each cycle, one side of truth rules the vast majority of the kingdom. Then it changes and the other side gets its turn before the cycle can be completed. Who doesn't know the truth is changing? (AE1 419/429)

A major takeaway from the advent of Ptah is that this was the first reunification of the Parent as female and male in human understanding. This then is likely when the two lands as South Karua and North Karua formed the reunited Nile Valley. This then was under rulership of divine dynasties of Gods and Heroes, not humans. This is likely when King Scorpion prevailed because it was the Age of Scorpio.

I repeat: Narmer Mena Menes of approximately 4400 BCE is a human dynasty that took place after a battle during the Age of Gemini where twin powers were fighting for control and one emerged during the Age of Taurus.

The main difference is that King Scorpion was a battle in the heavens and was for evolution. King Narmer was a battle on earth for de-evolution that has produced one-sided logic, chief of which is patriarchy that suffocates every aspect of culture. We can know these things because after Ptah, the people proceeded toward perfection and optimal, whereas for thousands of years, we have been moving towards imperfection and suboptimal. At the same time as the rise of Narmer, a new divine kingdom was already being conceived in advance preparation to reestablish the balance of the two truths.
The use of metaphor helps orient us in space so we will know whether or not something is talking about things in heaven or on earth. It also helps us know what time it is based on the stage (form) of the metaphor.

We've recently discussed constitute and prostitute in conjunction with assembly and everything else. Now, in seeking understanding of destitute, the path leads from “AS” to “AT.” Before we move back to AT, we will start where we're “at.”

Suboptimal Definition Of Destitute

Destitute is said to mean "abandoned, forsaken," lacking resources, impoverished.
See the previous message for a detailed discussion of the prefixes DE & DES.
“Stitute” is “Statuere” which means to put, place, stare, to stand, make firm, be firm.

AT Least, AT Most

AT means fat, outcast, unclean, filthy, father, priest, divine father in the form of the child who became the fakher of the makher, babe, infant, lad, child, divine child, fatherless child, mother, divine mother, sleep, image, type, to build, form, weave, knit, the loom (a later form of the womb), ear, circle of time.

When we function in harmony with each other, we become destitute in a good way because we function as one and only as one; however, if we do not also function as more than one, we become stagnant in one form, thus we become destitute in a bad way.

Likewise, if we do not function in harmony, we become destitute in a bad way, especially in regards to the most basics needs that sustain health. Under these circumstances, mindset and context, working together delays suboptimal destitution; however, if the collective does not change context, inevitable destitution will come in a suboptimal way and the end will be worse than the beginning. And this is why many people who depend on the suboptimal context for survival, kill themselves when faced with suboptimal destitution.

One of the basic unities we must achieve is the reconstituting of feminine and male energy. This is an obvious problem worldwide that has led to the majority to be suboptimally destitute in spirit-soul and also in the physical were it not for the revolving diminishing returns cycle of pay, work, pay.

Optimal Definition Of Destitute

Some of the meanings of “AT” are, “outcast, destitute, orphan.” At also means the opposite of these things. It is possible to be destitute and be in the in crowd, not by yourself and have worldly wealth.

In the AT circle of Preexistence, the Creator was The Only One. The Creator was destitute, yet in harmony.
After duplicating, The Creator became two. Now there was the AT and the AS (Existence). The Creator was no longer destitute and no longer stagnant. Now there was thAT and thIS (AS), or as we say “this and that.”

Now there was The One & The Other (One). We now say, one or the other (one).
Finally we say: this, that and the other to unknowingly account for the trinity of duality.

As we learned in the previous message, DE, DO & UT are the same and mean: make, act, perform, cause; to put, to place, first and last note of the musical scale, doremefasolatido.

This tells us destitute has meaning in UAT, WATER, ATI, MAAT, duality and everything good and bad, including UT-opia and ATI-opia (Ethiopia Paradise). Not the Ethiopia as bounded today, but the Ethiopia several tens of thousands of years ago that encompassed the Nile Valley and contains the sacred secret birthplace.

Remember:
1. Destitute means both scarcity and abundance.
2. We become destitute when we are two or more and should function as one and the other way around.
3. Destitution is cyclical and inevitable.

I AM Destitute And I Am Coming Out Of One & Into The Other

I am destitute in the suboptimal sense but destitute in the optimal sense. Thus, I am destitute in the optimal sense in those things in which I am destitute in the suboptimal sense. In other words, to lack resources in the suboptimal sense, yet be destitute in the optimal sense, causes me to become destitute in the optimal sense in resources. This becomes magnified when prevailing star energies are on the optimal side. Yet, the first responsibility is to continue to mature in understandings of self and all else and apply that to basic needs.

The commonality of titute meaning to stay means duality stays. Even so it changes between good and bad and all forms and combinations of optimal and suboptimal.

The prostitute constitutes the destitute in water by having nonstop sex in a cave with the free and the enslaved. This is, in so many ways, the good, the bad and the uati.

Eating & Drinking Water, Breast Water, Breast MilkPhase OneUnity Consciousness #1166

When it comes to liquid nutrition, we must drink more water than anything else we are drinking. Water is essential to all functions. Water is essential to clearer thinking.
Water is a nutrient that must be both eaten and drunk.

We have a basic dual problem: we don't drink enough pure water and we don't eat enough pure water.
The source of our water is impure and the stuff we eat contains little to no pure water.
Most of the time, liquid nutrition is also supposed to contain solid nutrition. Likewise, most of the time, solid nutrition is also supposed to contain liquid nutrition. Now that's good eating!

Automatically, our programming causes us to ask, how much water do I need to drink?
As much as you need to drink, is the answer.
All you have to do is: (1) understand what you need and (2) understand what you need varies.

Just drink water when you feel the need to drink anything, and you'll be fine, unless you're trying to get over on yourself by drinking the minimum amount of water instead of the optimal amount - which varies.
Your body does not need you to drink milk, tea*, coffee, juice, etc.
When your body tells you to drink something, it is asking for water.
You might mistake what your body is asking for because, my and your training programming education calibration has been tampered with and dampened to the point, we think we need something else to drink.

Babies grow up just fine drinking 88 percent water every day when those babies are breastfed. Yes, breast milk is mostly water. Breast milk allows you to eat and drink water. Breast milk contains liquid and solid nutrition. Human breast milk is for growing humans while other animal breast milk is for growing those animals.

Most of us have been programmed into foolishly thinking, well, babies drink milk, so I need to keep drinking milk for the rest of my life.
No. Once we leave the breast, we no longer need breast milk. We now have teeth and a more developed system, so, those same nutrients that are in breast milk, we need to get from water and solid foods.

Yes, we still need breast milk from our Other Mother. When we are babies, we drink milk from our human birth mother. When we leave the breast of the human birth mother we transition to the breast of our earth birth mother.

Breast milk from both our mothers, comes in two parts: liquid and solid nutrients.
In human breast milk it is combined and is mostly liquid.
In earth breast milk, it is combined and:
1. is mostly liquid, in some forms.
2. has a higher solid portion, in some forms.
3. is mostly solid, in some forms.

When we are babies, we don't need anything but breast milk. This is so because our human mother is eating and drinking earth's breast milk and transforming it for us.

When we are weaned from our human mother's breast milk, all we need is earth's breast milk, not the milk of other animals.

Right now MotherFather Earth is lactating and expressing breast milk because she is pregnant with her litter of children, who are being reborn more literate.
In suboptimal terms, glaciers are melting, sea levels are rising.

Now we lean back towards the middle. It's okay to drink other liquids, but, the total of all of those other liquids together, should amount to a side dish of liquids in relation to the main course of water we drink each day.<[>

Another way to know if your water intake is what it needs to be is to self-assess and monitor your urine.
Yes, you can know how much water to put in based on the water that's coming out.

So, by now, it should be clear: It is unnaturally suboptimal for humans to approach water intake in terms of 6-8 glasses per day or any other set numerical quantity. To attempt to do so is evidence of an area of self where knowledge of self is insufficient to help you be all you could be.

Water needs, thus water intake, varies for multiple reasons. A few of these are activity level and the amount of water in other foods eaten.
If you were eating more extremely freshly picked fruits/vegetables/leaves, you would be getting electrolyte, vitamin-enriched,stimulating mineral water that serves as water, tea, juice, milk and coffee and breast milk– all in one.
If you were drinking water from a pure source, you'd be hungrier for water, because your body would crave it every day after an initial period of aversion, conversion and reversion.
In this Age of more accessible information, if you don't know by now that water is being used as a weapon by humans to negatively affect health, then study search for yourself.

This is something we've already discussed. Anything that is one thing, also has the potential to be its opposite. For example: everything that is a tool, can also be a weapon. Likewise everything that is a blessing can also be a curse. Likewise anything that can be used to trick someone can also be used to trip up the trickster. Similarly, that which relies on nukes to maintain power, becomes that which relies on dupes that drains power. And on and on it goes for everything that is anything. Everything can be turned around and everything turns around in cycles.
Water is turning around, thus, everything else that is water-based and that depends on water, is also turning around. Our genetic kinetic potential has been on lockdown, frozen. Water is releasing its frozen potential in in milky ways through glacial waters circulating universe-wide and worldwide. In those waters of Nun, that come in many forms, are nutrients from inner and outer space for this time. These nutrients are the reversal of fortunes. Listen! Hear me now. Watch me now. Feel me. Smell me. Taste me. I am water solid nu-tri-ent. To be fulfilled, you must fully fill your desire to be healthy, through me.
Papa ko, la ti do. Mama ko, do...so.

*The clear exception is homemade tea from homegrown leaves. This is nowhere near as harmful to cells as too much of the other liquids in proportion to the amount of water consumed. You still don't need tea however, especially when eating plenty of wholesome fruits and vegetables.

Suboptimal Context

Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Optimal Context.

Optimal understands the suboptimal. The suboptimal does not understand the optimal.
When we stand at the vantage point, where all doors and all sides meet, we are able to see there's plenty more to the above statement such as: nothing ventured, nothing lost or something ventured, nothing gained or something ventured, something lost or nothing ventured, nothing gained or lost; or something ventured, something gained and lost.
Consider the following:

Nothing remains the same, nothing ventured, nothing gained, nothing moves around, something goes lost, something comes found, I am the same, everything is different, nothing's changed except new versions of old game under different names.

Over the course of this safari, we have discussed several common sayings. The pattern (the rhythm of the reasoning, the reckoning) remains the same. Most of what we habitually repeat today as complete truisms, is truncated, fragmented, limited suboptimal logic that has us reaching conclusions and making decisions using significantly incomplete thought processes and significantly incomplete information. Doing so, trains brains to take dead end shortcuts that lead somewhere but not nowhere. It leads somewhere into the quagmire, but not nowhere lower and higher.
Put a program in a computer and alter its registry settings and, to boot, give it incomplete information to process, then see what happens.
Same thing happens to our computer brains and computers in all of our other cells.
The suboptimal context does this to everything it touches until the norm is reset to accommodate this weaker context.

Everything reproduces seed of its own kind.
Thinking beyond self and expanding to the extended self is critical for optimal mental health.
All computers need upgrading and maintenance, otherwise, will not function optimally, even while functioning. Being unaware of optimal performance causes us to reach false conclusions that our computers are functioning as best they can.

Venture beyond the current self in its current form.

Transform the stunted self through the continuous process of becoming more complete in the knowledge of self.
Conjugate seeds of self: The I am is are were was to be been being born again the I am....

Recognize the fact you already conjugate self every day anyway.
For example, someone asks, are you Usekhu, and I say, yes I am.
Were you telling the truth? I've always been honest.
When we or others speak of ourselves in any way ( past, present or future tense), we are conjugating self.
Consciously conjugate.
Venture and conjugate, conjugate and venture.

So many of us are seeking life and relationships filled with adventure.
Guess what?
You already have it.
It's just suboptimal venturing (behavior) and suboptimal conjugating (thinking).

Be more adventurous by conjugating consciously to get to know self better. Plant more complete seeds of information regarding self and anything else and more and more of all else.
Sow knowledge of self, grow yourself, gain and lose to optimize knowing self, sow knowledge of self...

Where Does The Future Fit In?Phase OneUnity Consciousness #1137

Oneness – Preexistence (unlimited time). One part harmony
Twoness – Existence (time limited, but no separation). Two part harmony of Now (present) & Then (future and past)
Threeness – Future, Present & Past (separation, yet still oneness). Three part harmony. This is the optimal First Truth.
Threeness – Past, Present & Future (separation and no longer oneness and different orientation). Three part disharmony. This is the suboptimal Second Truth.

In this Universe of Existence, we know something must exist or take place before it can become the past. So then why do we say, “past, present and future, as if the past is first?” We should at least say, present, past and future. We don't because we don't consider how the future can come after the past.

So Where Does The Future Fit In?

Is it:
1. the present, the past, the future?
2. the present, the future, the past?
3. the future, the present, the past?

Like all things, future, present and past are also manifestations of duality. Future, present and past are a oneness that became twoness, then threeness.
We have narrowed down where the future fits in.
1. present, past, future
2. future, present, past
1 & 2 are the exact same things. How?
Because in both 1 & 2, the future comes before the past. And, in both 1 & 2, the future comes after the present. How? Because the previous message reminds us, the cycle of life is the circle of motion is the cycle circle of time. Thus, 1 & 2 are saying the exact same thing because time is circular in the optimal context, but has linear aspects. However, in the suboptimal context of the recent Age, time is linear always, and starts with the past. This is, of course, contradictory to many things in nature (science), but contradictions are a hallmark identifier of suboptimal logic.

Since time is circular, not only does the future come after the present, but the future also comes before the past when the next cycle begins. Thus, the future cannot change until the past changes. The present cannot change until the future changes. The past cannot change until the present changes.

We are tricked when we allow others to say, “just give it some time.” Time can go on and on, but if the essence of motions don't change, then time after time, the cycle and circle will keep repeating the same motions. And since we are still currently in a suboptimal context, the criminals will find different ways to be more criminal, no matter how much time you give them to change, make progress, work on, adjust, get used to it, or do whatever it is they say they need before they can actually make significant change to correct wrongs.
So, to those racists in denial, no you didn't do what people in the past did, but you are continuing their logic, thus your behavior is racist in another form.
Do not rely on time as a certainty to bring about fundamental change unless you are using the optimal context, thus then, you are optimizing your motions with the extended self in order to be a part of the greater good of change.
We came into this suboptimal period because the better half force of change moved into suboptimal mode even as the other half force of change moved into optimal mode. Now, however, past climate conditions are changing, because present climate conditions are changing because the future has already been reimaged reimagined by The Creator of this Existence. This reimagination was put into place in advance so it could play itself out through cycles, thus automatically move between dualities such as optimal and suboptimal, despite what humans do. The most civilized humans could not hold on to tens of thousands of years of world rule and neither can the most uncivilized hold on to a few thousand years of world rule. Energies are shifting, switching, reversing. We must realign, or else, suffer, being in the wrong place of logic at the wrong time of logic. In other words even as the future is climate changing for the better, things will not get better for those whose logic does not get better..and neither will things remain the same...thus the only change left is a worsening change. We already see it happening to us in our lives, our health, our relationships, our cities, privacy, pensions, all the abcxyz things we depend on that are so modern and so civilized, yet they are and have been failing us at increasing rates right before our eyes and we don't seem to notice. The flourishing of the vampire virus has taken its toll by its constant “sucking the life out of everything” motions, and when there is nothing left, virus eats virus, living dead eats living dead.
Because we know the future of the stars is changing, then we know the present is changing, thus we know the past is changing.
We know the future of the stars is changing fundamental power and laws because we remember the past and the Sign Language of the past.
To re-member the past is to change the future, which then, changes the present. And this is why you are told to forget the past. And if you do, your future can only change for the better in an illusionary way, because as you know, the kind of “better” we have today is still subject to the whims of humans far too much. This tells us we are in suboptimal mode.
If you forget the past, the past will keep going on and on through time in the same way in a different form, and you won't recognize it because you are a forgetter of the past, thus your basis of understanding is always only considering a thin sliver of time. You will be manipulated against your own good.

Time (motion) changes the form of matter and logic. Why? Because time is a manifestation of Existence.
Preexistence changes the root fundamental energy essence of matter and logic.
In other words, Existence is the Effect; Preexistence is the Cause. Fundamental changes within Preexistence are necessary for fundamental changes to take place within Existence. Preexistence is the ruler of dualities because Existence is a formulation of Preexistence.
Secondly, the reason nothing has changed in the past hundreds of years, except a worsening of the same, is that the energy (spirit-soul) of the racist collective has not changed. And this is why the same stuff is happening in a different form. For example, why we are imprisoned as a means of making money off our bodies, instead of the chattel form of slavery. And also why black people can still be killed and treated any kind of way in all areas of society without the guilty being held accountable by the society. Time alone has not changed the essence of the people, to them it's still a picnic free-for-all, let's entertain the family with another public lynching. Existence, just existing, just living and just making a living, none of these can change things fundamentally. Only Preexistence can change the fundamentals of life, existence, power, spirits and their souls. And this is exactly what is happening right now. The biosphere is updating the computer of Existence with an error correction program.

And by these signs you will remember the time.

Do not continually be caught unaware. This is why climate is changing. The physical signs are emerging to show us even larger signs and to tell us signs are accumulating, building up, picking up momentum and that the fundamental rhythm of the Universe is changing... Look to desert places above, within....

I was in the desert and had to lay in a ditch we dug into the sand in order to cool off. An open grave saved us. We took our farm animals far to find food. Then it rained for three days and the desert flourished. I walked and explored the variety of seeds awakened into motion, becoming full-grown, never having forgotten what was once known. I followed fields until I came to a plant taller than me. It had one giant light purple and white conical flower. Another larger one was just up ahead. As I came upon it, the ground inclined and spiraled. I came out from below within and into a place of human construction with plants arranged for looking at in the midst of concrete and buildings. My journey through fields aglow, led me into what is called a botanical conservatory. I was hungry and noticed a girl carrying a stalk of large dark purple fruit. When I asked how much, she warned me of others peddling the same produce at enormous cost. Her price was also inflated. We bartered until the exchange of goods and services satisfied us both. The familiarity of the crescendoing power of the fruit I did not remember until after a few juicy mouthfuls. It came upon me like rain and motions carried me into hidden places to be lavished with more.

Nature is re-membering the future.
Remembering the past is part of the change taking place in optimal mode that is causing the future to change that is causing the present to change. Climate change didn't just start. It was already part of the future plan that is now changing the present. Upheaval is part of fulfillment.
It is through upheaval that USAmerica and her wannabes came into existence and exist. It is through upheaval on the other end that will be the end of this world and the beginning of the next.
First of all, remember the past, then reimage, reimagine the future, then motions change to animate the image, bring it to life, then the present changes, then the past changes, then the future changes more, then the present changes more, then the past changes more and so la ti do re mi fa.

Future, present and past are the same thing as:
thinking, behavior, consequence
logic, actions, outcomes
goals, process, results
effect, effect, effect
forward, play, rewind

Time is a spinning triangle that is still a circle. Each side of the triangle continuously moves through cycles of being the base, left side, right side.
Time is one process, with three parts, that keeps repeating. Time is one sequence with three parts that keeps repeating, continuously, eternally, optimally, circularly. Time is just a way of keeping track of (counting, reckoning) motions. The greater thing to keep track of is the energy essence of the motions. Which part of duality do the motions represent and support?

Current energy is not going to concede anything without a struggle and indeed struggles are taking place on all levels of life and existence and involves you in more ways than one such that you cannot escape being vulnerable by trying to shield yourself with the security blankets of societies that makes you somehow feel you have full coverage preventative insurance from the pace-quickening upheaval and fulfillment phase we are all in, no human can escape being subject to the same climate changing energy forces.

Maat is the Nile Valley word for duality. Maat is about understanding and about relationships, thus understanding the relationship between creations, thus between all else and self. These understandings in this message helps us rejoin time into the threeness of oneness that it is. It helps us reorient time to its optimal order. It helps us understand what time it is. It helps us, as creators, understand how to change each part of time. It helps us apply the understandings of what is going on in life in nature-at-large and in nature-at-small (humans).

Yes we can change the past, by remembering it and then reimagining the future. Yes we can.
And this is why societies worldwide teach their citizens to forget the past and believe in a revised version. This causes the citizens to imagine the future in ways that are self-defeating to being the best we can be, to living fully, to living optimally, to beingness. All societies are presently constructed this way.
And this is why the suboptimally privileged ones of societies (the sickest) don't want the past remembered for what it was because they don't want people to rethink and reimage the future which would then cause those “privileged ones” to have to give up ill-gotten benefits. They absolutely do not know who they are messing with.
Spirit-soul-energy-motion-time is of the essence.

The musical scale of Do Re Mi Fa So La Ti Do is duality rhythm. It is a variation of Du Re Mi Fa So La Ti Du.

Du Re Mi Fa is the rhythm of Zero, Preexistence.
So La Ti Du is the duplicated mirror image Zero, Existence – the form of the metaform.

DuDu or DoDo is the short version of the longer rhythm. The longer rhythm is contained within the shorter, and as we can see, the shorter is contained within the longer.

DuDu (DoDo) is the Generator of Generations (I-terations), the totality of everything in Creation.
ReTi is the prepubescent Child I-teration, who is neutral as neither gestator or fecundator until the process of puberty maturation causes alteration of the iteration resulting in differentiation (transformation of genetic potential into genetic kinetic.)
MiLa is the Adult Child, who through the portal of puberty becomes the female Gestator, one-half of the Generator, while still remaining two in total and two in all functions not related to being Gestator.
FaSo is the Adult Child who through the portal of puberty becomes the male Fecundator, one-half of the Generator, while still remaining two in total and two in all functions not related to being Fecundator.
What this tells us is both Zeroes (as Do or Du) contain the family.
It tells us all aspects of Creation exists in families based on the same musical scale formula of rhythm.
It tells us the Generator transforms into the Child who transforms into Mother or Father who come back together to transform into the Child who returns to the vantage point of the Generator. This is why wisdoms that tell us to be childlike are not telling us to be young, innocent, unknowing or trusting in the human-made. No, rather it is telling us to seek reunion with beingness in touch with our totality, our duality, before we got confused by teachings regarding puberty differentiation and other miseducations about who we are by design and destiny.
Understanding a little bit more of what the musical scale entails reinforces the Truth that Mother and Father are the same entity and individual, but with a difference that allows them to come together to join Gestator and Fecundator so they can be a Generator of Iterations, Generations, Children. Do not be deceived by lingering miseducation in your logic that is fighting for its life. The difference I'm speaking about is not just physical. Gestator & Fecundator potential manifests in all four of the inseparable aspects of self. Even so, when necessary, the non-physical aspects of Gestator & Fecundator can be manifested by both male and female.* This is true whether or not the person has actually produced a Generation. It is false to say to a pubescent female or male that you have no children so how can you know. They can know because there is more than one way of knowing and you do not have to physically regenerate in order for your genetic potential to be activated mentally, emotionally and spiritually as Generator to bring forth in the Child those aspects of self. Clearly, the act of bringing forth a child does not automatically upload, install and make default the instructions for raising a child and not sidetrack beingness.
Understand this clearly and apply it to all thought processes. Since we already know the physical can transform itself in ways not commonly used such as when people become physically blind, then how much more so can the non-physical transform itself when needed? A transformation of sensing ability or a redesigned use of a physical part is the same genetic potential that contains the default inherent instinctive logic we associate with motherhood and fatherhood. Likewise, neither should we continue to be deceived by the false notion that those with experience in this life have more understanding than those without the same experience. Once you are able to tap into understanding metaphors and tap into understanding your experiences did not begin in this life, thus if you are able to tap into your ancestors and your former iterations, then you can also tap into the understandings from those experiences. Tap into the extended self and tap into all else. And as you are tapping, you are playing out more of the fullness of the rhythm of Duality because you are connecting the essence and beats of self as Generator, Child, Gestator & Fecundator – The Totality of The Creator That You Are.
Knowing this, then it becomes obvious that we all contain the rhythm of Duality and the powers they have of transforming in order to fulfill the need incentive.

Life, no matter how expressed or manifested, has a rhythm, rhyme and reason and can be understood via the same metaphors as we are able to boil the universe down to its essence so as to better understand the duality of form and metaform (self and all else).

Thus we are able to express the same rhythm of the musical scale via another metaphor.
Do, Re, Mi, Fa are the four phases and four quarters of Zero's energy and motion.
So, La, Ti, Do are the four phases and four quarters of the duplicated Zero's energy and motion.

Du and Do are both two within one, unseparated, undifferentiated. (See the earliest discussions of dimension.)
Re and Ti are both two within one, separated, undifferentiated.
Mi and La are both one-half of two, separated and differentiated.*
Fa and So are both one-half of two, separated and differentiated.*

*The exception understood thus far is the female in this dimension who can, under the most necessary of conditions, transform physically within to self-fecundate and be both Gestator and Fecundator internally. I suspect this is so because the female has the shorter path of transformation, needing only seed, whereas the male would need a more extensive reconfiguration requiring egg, womb, ru (opening), and activation of mammaries.

Do Re Mi Fa So La Ti Do is the musical scale and rhythm of Self and Beingness. This is why everything in the Universe is a DUplication, REplication, DOuble.

The musical scale as we say it, play it, sing it and hear it, is the expression of the most fundamental rhythm of life and existence. This same rhythm is in elements, chemical reactions, sex, logic, language, mathematics, and everything else. Be certain to remember that just become something is not currently dominant in expression or in awareness, does not mean it is not there.
As we have just shown, the musical scale of Do Re Mi Fa So La Ti Do describes the basic process of creation of how One becomes Two, becomes Three, becomes Four, becomes Family becomes Many becomes Infinity and then reverses until it becomes One again.
As an added note, the musical scale is linear in the short term and circular in the long term, thus, so is life and existence. Search for circular and linear together.

Beingness dances.
Beingness dances for the simple reason that beingness is spirit-soul in touch with the Universal whole. That knowledge, at the elemental level, is motion, vibration, rhythm.
Spirit-soul is knowledge and knowledge is spirit-soul.
Therefore, beingness dances because spirit-soul moves in sync with spirit-soul. Motion moves in sync with motion. Vibration moves in sync with vibration. Rhythm moves in sync with rhythm. Universe moves in sync with universe. Partial moves in sync with whole. Zero in sync with One with Many.
Beingness also dances out of sync and off beat to the weaker motions (rhythms, vibrations, actions, thoughts, logic, miseducations, beliefs, vices, cultures, etc.). Be no longer deceived. It is possible to simultaneously move in sync while off beat and also move out of sync while on beat in different parts of self in relationship to all else. There is no better example of this than permaculturalists who are still just as racist as the collective who are divorced from Nature by voice and choice. This is so because the numerous permaculturalists I've encountered are only in sync with the rhythms of portions of physical Nature and not the larger, more universal concept of Spirit-Soul Energy as the ultimate description of Nature. Don't let the green group fool ya.

The Universal Dance of Beingness starts out as one Creation under a groove, then the groove becomes two – on beat and on beat, on beat and off beat, strong and weak, both feet and left or right foot, flow and ebb, knowing and amnesia, etc. Then the groove continues to duplicate itself into more forms, going from two to three to four to five and so on.
It is not hard to recognize that if my spirit-soul grooves to # 2, #5 and #9, while your spirit-soul grooves to #1, #4 and #8, that we will move differently.
We will also likely not understand why we each move the way we do. We are trying to dance together to different portions of the same song according to the remix in our logic. This is so because we are not cognizant of the whole universal rhythm or universal dance, thus we don't understand enough of the fundamental parts that make up universal rhythm, thus we mis-take our portion, our small sample as the universal rhythm. To the degree we can get others to do the same, willingly or forcibly or manipulatively or reluctantly or desperately, then that must be the universal dance.
This is why knowledge of self is knowledge of the universal whole, and is not some human-limited version of wholeness called culture, called the American Dream, called democracy, called justice, called religion, called fairness, called harmony...
No! Harmony is not all things or all people doing the same thing. Harmony is most people and most things doing different things on the surface while doing the same things fundamentally at deeper dimensions according to the stronger sense of beingness.

Disharmony is a misconfiguration of the above according to the weaker sense of beingness. This disfigurement and dysfunction causes us to put more emphasis on the surface as priority rather than the fundamental. This affects all areas of life. We put more emphasis on how food looks and tastes that the amount of nutrition it contains at the moment of consumption. We put more emphasis on being female or male than the fundamental purpose of male and female – perpetuating the spirit-soul life within self by perpetuating the well-beingness of the communal collective.

In other words, harmony is a byproduct of knowledge of self. You cannot achieve harmony directly. Harmony automatically appears out of the process of knowledge of self which is a process of collective work and responsibility (Nguzo Saba).
Therefore when countries such as America, talk about harmony, togetherness, love, peace, brotherhood, goodwill, diversity, multicultural or anything of that assortment, ignore them and do not trust them. In fact, distrust them even more. It's always a setup for more abuse.
Why? Because America is still doing everything it can in tens of thousands of ways to perpetuate evil and to ensure there is only suboptimal knowledge of self which requires opiates and aberrant behavior to fill in the blanks.

Until all humans have the first level of basic needs and until all grown folks recognize DNA Testing Results are lying to them, there is no chance of moving closer to harmony. And that's just a little bit of what it's going to take.

Behaving In Harmony Requires Understanding Nature

It is not possible to understand how and why humans move (think, act, behave, function) without also understanding how and why Nature moves, thinks, acts, behaves and functions. Nature is the leader, the teacher, the Mother, the Father, the Expert on all subjects.
If we understood Spirit-soul, Energy, Motion, Nature or Sign-language, we'd understand our genetics a whole lot better. Then we would not be so susceptible to being played, by rhythms of division that move us away from synthesis, and according to the Bible of Weakness, moves us towards moshing, pitted against self and all else, and willing to pay for it.

Knowledge of the Universal Whole (Self + All Else) helps me understand I am starting the dance on my left and moving backwards and clockwise, while you are starting the dance on your right, moving forward and counterclockwise. Each of us moving in partial rhythm, but not in sync with the whole self or with each other, yet, amazingly still in sync with larger rhythms because we are both reflecting strong and weak motions.

Dancing requires series and cycles of movement. Dancing requires back and forth, up and down, life and death, joy and pain, love and hate, greed and altruism. All of this is part of the Universal subplot. It is the challenge of the spirit-soul as it experiences existence in different forms such as Earth or water or humans. What is happening to humans good or bad is happening a lot more to genetic potential to Nature to Spirit-Soul to the Supreme Beingness. “Human” is merely a name used to identify our particular combination of the forms of Spirit-Soul. Yes it's real to us and yes it matters but the main goal is the perfection of our portion of spirit-soul that ensures evolution of the Supreme Beingness. The hardest part for humans is to not allow the human form of existence to overshadow and delay the evolution of spirit-soul.

Feminine and Masculine Energy

We are dancing to the imperfect beat imperfectly, even as the perfect beat is playing perfectly.
A series of processes over a period of time is required to reach better understandings.
Understandings such as realizing gender re-presents spirit-soul as two beats of one rhythm, two forms of one form. Gender in physical form is female (negative-positive) and male (positive-negative), but gender at the level of spirit-soul is energy in and energy out. Both female and male energy represent energy in and energy out in different forms and at different times during the rhythm of the universal dance. In other words, spirit-soul has no gender. Each person has feminine and masculine energy. Because these two energies are present and function as one within our genetics, we are genderless in spirit-soul, mind and emotion but have been traumatized (culturized and socialized) to dance to the rhythm of physical gender more than to the dance of spirit-soul. This is happening because this is the last stAge of De-evolution, even as it is also the first stAge of Reconstitution. These are the most vulnerable of times for spirit-soul in all forms.
For the first 10 to 13 years of life, humans are supposed to learn about our spirit-soul, mind and emotion in relation to all else before we learn about our gender being important. The gender portion of humans is so tiny, it is supposed to be treated the same as the physical variation (called race) among humans. Gender and “race” are such small differences for much larger purposes that transcend the human dimension. Among humans, contrary to popular belief, gender and “race” are not large differences, that are themselves, large purposes.

We can understand that skin color, ethnicity, culture, ways of worship and all of the identifiers that are our biggest hurdles, are simultaneously tools and weapons - some being misunderstood and used at the wrong time in the wrong way while others are simultaneously being understood and used at the right time in the right way. This group of identifiers rarely remains on one side of the equation, thus, even though gender may be used appropriately at one time, it may be used inappropriately at another time.

Likewise then, we can take all of the major differences we perceive as important, and understand them better through the Universal Dance of Spirit-Soul Beingness which is Knowledge Of Self (KOS) which is the Universal Dance of the Kosmos. Knowing your energy is key.

Form Of The Dance

Everything is a form of Spirit-soul, Energy, Genetic Potential, Nature and Sign-language.

Humans are a form of a form of a form of a form of a form of a form of a form of a form of a form of a form....
We ain't who we think we are.

We are recombinations, reformulations, variations of genetic potential as physical matter which is animated by genetic potential as the energy of spirit-soul. We are fundamentally one thing in two forms dancing as two things in one human form.

A work of art is not the materials or the name given to it. A work of art is clearly the energy and essence of the creator of that work of art. That remains even though the name and understanding may change. If the work of art is viewed as mostly the physical first, then its benefit becomes lethargic, lifeless and only a shell of its beingness. So it is with the human form.

Human gender is a form of rhythm art combined with color rhythm art combined with other rhythms of art and so on until you become who you are on the surface even as who you are fundamentally also exists outside of your awareness. Thus the surface, since it is your main awareness, becomes the self-esteem you dance to, even though something much larger and more worthy to be self-esteemed, is true. And so the disconnect between the two shows itself through and through.
If you encounter a work of art without benefit of understanding the work of art in relation to the artist and the artist's intent for what the artwork communicates, then appreciation and understanding can only be at a surface level and subject to the distortion of interpretation and belief speculation. This is why, the Universe (Nature, Creation) as a gigantic puzzle art form is based on metaphors to provide multiple versions of the same message being communicated in various forms. In order to know self and to know the Creator, we must translate from Nature's Sign-language.

As said before, all of us have the genetic potential to express or not express whatever any other human has the ability to. We are not beyond our primate genetics and we are not above our human genetics. All genetics have the potential to manifest all fundamental, motions, powers, principles and characteristics of Spirit-Soul.

Beingness is dancing...

Early humans learned like many other creatures learn. Early humans learned by imitating (mimicking, copying, duplicating, repeating, cloning...). We still learn the same way. Even when we read something and do it, we are still imitating what the words are expressing. Even when we dream something or think of something when we are awake, we are still imitating. We are imitating because we are still using mostly imitation and are only creating variations of imitations. Such is the nature of language and communication.

All language and communication is a variation of imitation.
Zero is the original that all things copy.
One is the imitation, the duplication, the mirror image, the reflection.
All else and everything else are based on 0 and 1. All else we have come to know as Creation, is a variation of imitation, thus, is itself, an imitation.

Early humans imitated the sounds and movements of their natural environment and then later, they eventually began to rely more exclusively on imitating each other. This is a good process as long as humans being imitated have maintained a true connection to the original. This can only be achieved by maintaining a true connection to the natural world, rather than to the human world where we think human constructed cities of today are more fulfilling that naturally constructed communities of nature where human imprint is harmonized.

Creation exists because of imitation. Humans are no exception. Each of us were formed via cell duplication (cells making copies of themselves and then making slight changes to specialize. This is imitation of the physical and is the same way all else that humans do, comes into existence. There is no original human thought. All human thought is a variation (elevation or degradation) of thought existing elsewhere in Nature.

Imitation of the whole (the tem) is the basis that allows an ecosystem to exist. All things must have a fundamental sameness in order for an ecosystem to work. Same is true of language. There is a fundamental sameness that allows communication by seemingly different creations to take place.

We Must Re-Member Who We Are And Where We Came From

As stated in Phase Zero, early humans were listening, observing and imitating as many aspects of nature as they could figure out how to. Humans still do this today, except we mostly imitate each other.

Primitive humans observed the ways and works of Nature and imitated all they might as a means of thinking their meaning when they could not talk. Human language developed out of imitating the sounds of Nature. Human language also developed out of imitating the movements of Nature. They danced as the Grasshopper. They writhed and swelled and puffed as the Serpent. They panted as the Lion. They roared as the Hippopotamus. They hummed as insects and they pawed and make clicking sounds as the Ape. Early humans learned by kinship example and by that which was already inherent in them as Primates. They were not blank slates. Humans today learn the same way from that which is genetically in us and from parents, teachers, friends, mentors, role models, coaches, media, etc. We are always imitating something – something existing outside of us and something existing in our genetic library database of genetic memory. We are not blank slates.

Early humans built their language in layers by imitating sounds, movements and the look of animals. This is why early humans wore the skins, feathers and horns of animals. Humans today do the same thing, but we call them clothes and jewelry.
Early humans imitated Nature in order to make themselves understood to each other. They used Nature because Nature was a common basis of experience. This cannot be said of humans today.

For effect, I repeat:
Dancing is a primary language and way of communicating thoughts, ideas, feelings.
This is why dancing is so deeply embedded in human behavior. Those who are classified as Black or African have been derided for our heightened natural inclination for dancing and we have shied away from dancing in pure form and allowed dancing to become perverted because we do not understand that our propensity for dancing is the spirit-soul trying to move us back to a better way of communicating that will also help reconnect us to better understandings of Nature, of self and of how to live. There Is Abundance In The Dance Of Language

The Universe consists of repeating patterns that vary. This repeating movement and motion of energy creates rhythms – self-renewing, evolving rhythms. As such, the symphony of music, harmony, language and dance is also self-renewing and evolving. Everything in the Universe dances on multiple levels. We know the atoms everything is made of are always in motion. Early humans recognized a lot of things in Nature were moving in sync with the movements of other aspects of Nature, so they imitated these movements. Today, we call this dancing. And despite loss of understanding, we continue to dance as a basic need to communicate – spirit-soul to rhythms of Zero.

First (Origination)

U is Uterus of the Only One, the outer circle which contains the Ua-tur of the First Truth.
W is the Womb of the Twin, the inner circle which contains Wa-teru of the Second Truth.
Both of these are Nature as na-tur and Dieties as neteru (na-teru). This ties us back to Ntr in the definition of science and again confirms Science is everything because Nature is everything because everything is Water.

Within the One and Two who are twins, we see the basis of what is true in the form of ter, tur and teru.
When we combine understandings within this message, we understand how truth is based on orientation and reorientation. When there was Only One, truth was only inward and unseparated.

Second (Disorientation & Reorientation)

Nowadays, truth is oriented outward only and separated into Two. However, this second orientation has been viewed as both the beginning truth and the ending truth, when it is neither. Truth that starts as One and Inward must then move to Two and Outward and then return to One and Inward. This completes the cycle of comparison and understanding truth. The most basic cycle exists as Three, not as Two.
The Water cycle begins below, then moves above, then returns below. This is the Cycle of Truth and is the same as First becomes Last becomes First and is the same as Exhale, Inhale, Exhale. In all of these cycles, we are in the second middle stage which we misperceive as the first and last stage. As stated above, we must reorient to the below as the source of water. In doing so, we are able to reorient and recalibrate all of our other orientations regarding life and existence.

Water is the truest metaphor, metaform, metaphysical, mirror image of the Creator; therefore, all things made in the image of the Creator is the metaphysics of water, the greater larger and greater smaller of all that is physical and all that came before the physical of Earth and the physical within and without Earth. “You people” means more than people.

You is Us because You is U.
U is the totality expressed as One, the first state of things. Us is the totality expressed as Many, the second state of things. You is one as many. Us is many as one.
Uatur is one as many and many as one.
Everything is a form of water.

Water has many forms as the liquid essence of life as plasma, wine, nectar, oil, blood, milk, juice...It is not a miracle or magic for water to be changed into wine, plants and other life forms do it all the time, it's science.

Water produces Earth, light, life, us and all else, including the easily recognizable, extremely powerful Sun. Despite the superhuman powers of the Sun, the Sun above is the second Sun. The Moon below is the first Sun. How much more powerful is the elder first Son who is the heir transparent to the throne? How much more powerful is the water from which they both came?

Sleeping A Lot, Yet Still Feeling Tired

There are several reasons this can be taking place.

1. A different kind of insomnia. Insomnia takes many forms from no sleep to broken sleep to shortened sleep to non-deep sleep.

2. Not waking up naturally. Using another person or an alarm clock to wake us up.

3. Using a stimulant after waking up such as coffee, soda, tobacco, medication.

4. Not going to sleep when tired. Doing this trains the body to stay awake even when tired.

5. Not getting out of bed if not asleep within 10 minutes.

6. Not taking a nap when the need to do so is obvious.

7. Malnutrition.

8. Too many toxins.

9. Some sort of environmental disturbance such as electronics.

10. Trying to go to sleep.

11. Sleep position.

12. Insufficient bedtime ritual.

13. Hormonal imbalance between melatonin and seratonin.

14. Expecting to need the same amount of rest each day and expecting to go to sleep and wake up at the same time each day.

In other words, not being able to sleep or not being able to get restful sleep is not only stress related in the mental sense. It can be stresses we are placing on some aspect of our being that we are not even aware is stress. All of the above are forms of stress.

Some Importances Of Sleep

Sleep allows for daily maintenance to be performed. The body must clean up, straighten up, repair and heal. Cells all over the body and in the brain must defragment and organize their information so new information is incorporated in the proper place.

During the daily maintenance that occurs during sleep, growth also takes place. Even when our bodies are fully grown, growth still takes place when we are learning. The body must add extra cellular capacity and extra network capacity to accommodate new information and to accommodate more connections we are making among existing pieces of information. This process also includes pulling up and integrating information from our archives, our genetic library which exists in each cell.

Common Origin: Human Organisms, Proteins & SeedsUnity Consciousness #854

As humans, we place much emphasis on the nutrient group called proteins. Like consummate pros, we pro-claim we need to consume pro-tein.
What we're really saying is we understand food and the human organism in such detail, we understand there is such a thing as protein in our bodies that is contained in certain foods. We then say in order to get the protein our bodies need, we must consume the protein already in the same form in food. (This false notion has been discussed elsewhere.)
What we then fail to understand is that if what we say about humans, proteins and food is fundamentally true, then the life within humans, proteins and food must come from the same source of life, the same common origin in order for separate lives to be able to be merged and become one life for better or worse.

Maintaining Course, Switching Perspectives

Consider yourself now as the protein inside the cell of a human organism.
The ribosome is the womb which gives birth to you. You are born, live and die inside a cell.

As a protein, you get into trouble conceptually if you define yourself in such a way that understandings of how proteins are supposed to function, do not have a common origin with the same definitions and functions of:
1. the cell that keeps you alive,
2. the other cellular components that keep you and the cell alive
3. and with whatever is outside the cell that keeps you and the cell alive.

It is not necessary to be aware of everything inside and outside the cell. It is only necessary to find the common origin of the things you are aware of and respect that common origin and optimize that understanding in every piece of logic you have. This will naturally lead you to become aware of more.

Without an understanding of common origin, the protein would miss most of the point of what is taking place within the cell. The protein would never come to understand self because the protein would consider self, mostly separate from the human organism it is in, due to its disconnection of its relationship with the cellular ecosystem.
As a result, the protein would never reach the seed perspective. The seed representing the various foods the nutrients came from that were used to create the protein.
As a result, the plant that gave birth to the food would be inconceivable to the protein. So also then would be Earth and Universe.
As a result, since these things are conceivable to the human organism but not to the protein, if the protein had free will, the protein would behave in a manner out of rhythm with the larger human organism, thus out of rhythm with self, all because of lack of understanding of common origin thus common purpose/destiny.*
Likewise on the other side, the protein without understanding of common origin, would consider itself as a greater manifestation of creation than amino acids, carbon, hydrogen, oxygen. nitrogen and the cell.

If the protein was in search of truth the protein would find it because nothing exists but: the truth, forms of truth from different perspectives and forms of truth differently disconnected.**

If the protein was in search of truth, the protein would follow the repetitive cycles in the cell to their truthful connections and origins.
Human beings began this way and found their way but then lost consideration for their common origin as something more important than differences. This has happened many times over many cycles. Common origin has been found and lost repeatedly. This is in keeping with the need incentive and the Two Truths.

We were all created from the same common origin of spirit-soul, energy, force, matter, particles, elements, essence, characteristics and principles.

Right now most humans do not understand where they came from or their purposes or their relationship to self and all else and how they are supposed to think, function, act and behave. Most humans are following the wrong information from religion and national identity. It is not possible for religion and national identity to tell you who you are, where you came from and what you are here for. Religion and national identity are dedicated to all exclusive toxic ideologies rather than all-inclusive purifying ideologies.
In the presence and prevalence of these misguided understandings, how likely is it humans can understand food and nutrition to the extent we know where proteins came from, the form we need proteins to be in and how proteins function, when we understand very little of this about ourselves?

Based on human understandings about humans, then humans must think there are races of proteins, proteins are more intelligent than amino acids, elements are pests like insects, subatomic particles are germs like microorganisms and cilia are weeds like trees on commercial property.

If humans really understood proteins in the manner in which we profess, that humans and proteins are the perfect marriage, then understandings of the functions of proteins within the cell would translate to understandings of how humans are supposed to function within the cell of Earth - more like a perfect marriage.
Since understandings of human relationships outside the body are at the lowest suboptimal level, you can be certain, so also is human understandings of relationships within the body.
Being in possession of information is not the same as optimal understanding of the information.
By default, understandings change behavior.
A sure sign of suboptimally understanding something is not changing behavior for the greater common good of common origin.
Behavior does not change because logic has not changed.
Logic has not changed because something significant is missing or screwed up.
Due to common origins, it is possible to understand how this applies to human organisms, proteins, seeds and all else.

*Just as the cell and proteins are for each other and are also for the larger systems and organisms they are within, so also are humans and Earth for each other and for the larger systems within the body of the Creator called the Universe.

**Some of the problems in reaching the truth occur when:
The fundamental level has not been reached.
The partial has been mistaken for the complete.
There is not enough integration of understandings such that inconsistencies remain and are overlooked.
There is a refusal to accept what is discovered.

Water is formula, though not always just Hydrogen twice combined with Oxygen once. The formula for Water is fixed and variable. Like all things in an evolving continuous Universe, Water must contain flexibility and rigidity because flexibility and rigidity are simultaneous twin core laws of this Universe.

This means the formula for Water has many healthy and unhealthy variations. Healthy Water can contain Elements of various types such as Nitrogen, Chloride, Thiamin, Calcium, Magnesium and more. Likewise, there are many Elements that cause Water to be unhealthy for humans.

The Formula, The Word, The Rhythm

Where there is formula at work, there is genetic potential (genetics) in motion.
Where there is motion, there are vibration waves.
Where there are waves of vibration, there is sound.
Where there is sound, there is language.
Where there is language, there are words.
Yes, words - combinations of vibrations transforming meaning in one form to meaning in another form. That's what a word is.
Yes, words - combinations of vibrations transferring meaning between and among dimensions. That's what a word is.

Where one or more of the above exists, there is pattern, thus rhythm exists.
When Water is forming and when Water is in motion, words are being transformed and transferred. Words are being Spoken in rhythms.

Creativity, Like The Universe, Begins With The Unspoken Word

The formation of Water and the movement of Water is the fundamental metaphor of the Creative Process.
Out of the Creative Process of Water, genetic potential became potential in motion. It became what we call Creation and Universe. Unspoken Words and Water, combined with other Elements, to become what we call humans.
This then means, you and me and all else in existence also contain the Elements of the Soil, Air and Sun, in addition to Water.
This means we contain the Primordials.
This means we were preexisting in another form.
We were part of the Oneness and part of the Unspoken.
Now we are dimensions of Oneness created by the Spoken and Unspoken.
Right now, some of our bonds and connections are broken.
When the Unspoken becomes Spoken, bonds are both, connected and broken.

Water combines Hydrogen and Oxygen and forms a word and a rhythm.
Water combines Hydrogen and Oxygen and other Elements and forms a word and a rhythm.
Water combines and forms us. We are words and rhythms of Water and all that Water combines with and uses to transform itself.

Yes, in the beginning was the Word.
But, in the preexisting, before the beginning, was the Unspoken Word.
Also, in the preexisting, there was Water. There were Elements.
This is the destiny-nation of the return journey home to oneness – to exist as we once did in a state of Oneness at a higher level of understanding (knowledge of self).
This restoration of wholeness begins another repetition of the transformation of the Unspoken into the Spoken, thus, another formula-tion, another rhythm.

You must bring all your understandings together so you can connect them in proper order so you can grasp:

”The Aquarian Age (Aquaria/Aquarius) means the Age of Water.

This means more words are moving from being Unspoken to Spoken because more Water is moving from being frozen to unfrozen.
This means more Creative Process is being released that is indicative of the healthy formulations of Water.
All of this is coinciding and leading us into the next cycle, the Aquarian Age of the next Great Year, the next Great Golden Age.
This path leads us through upheaval because the unhealthy formulations of Water that have produced unhealthy uses of the Creative Process, occupy space and must be replaced in order to restore balance of all twin pairings.
This is so because all twin pairings are forms of the Creative Process of Water, Elements and Spirit (higher an lower).

Again, The Soil

Just to be clear, there is also Soil in the Air and in the Sky because the Primordials that formulate themselves into Soil as we know it, exist in Air and Sky.*
There is Soil in you and me.
Soil is simply a composition of Elements formulated in various ways to create different types of Soil.
We are Soil.
We are the recreation, the reformulation of Water, Elements, the Creative Process and Spirit.
We already know we return to Soil. Some of us realize we also return to Air. So these two places, Soil and Air, must be where we come from as part of the Creative Process that brought us into existence.

Imagine now, if you will, the Creator as the consummate composer of an orchestra who has all items on hand to define and create whatever harmony comes to mind.
This Composer is constructing all things with unlimited potential in a frenzy of creative ecstasy - mixing Elements and words and potentials and forms and keeping them all in motion and in rhythmic sync. Water and Elements of Nun, the Mother, begin moving in new waves of vibration. The moundtain of Ptah, the Father, rises up slowly, and then all at once and then Mother and Ptah-er (Fah-er) combine to create Atum, the Child. This completes the Family, the Trinity. Atum then grows on to form everything else using the composition within self to create additional orchestrations that harmonize with the Preexisting and Newly Created, the Unspoken and the Spoken. This series of Creative Processes flows fluidly as Water containing One and Many. Every thought and action and movement and motion forming a beat in the Rhythm of Recreation and a letter in one long word where the letters are Spoken and the spaces, Unspoken. Feel the crispness, clarity and power of the first beat and momentum increase, yet remain smooth and sweet like Sweet Water, the nectar of the nTr. Notice the repetition, the variation, the pattern, the transformation and what you surely can sense occurs at the end – continuation.
This is an Angle of Light insight into how the Universe was formed.**
This is how we were formed from Preexisting Water and Soil and Unspoken Words to Spoken Words and Formulations of Soil Types and Water (Creation/Recreation).

Unspoken Words as expressed through the Metaphor of The Soil as Trinity.

And Again, through similar logical use of metaphor.

*We know the reverse is true. There is Air in the Soil. Also there is Sky in the Soil. Dig a hole and you will be looking down into Sky.

**This is how what was already preexisting in Creation was Re-Created into what we call Creation.
Creation is actually Re-Creation. This Universe and we, as humans are not the beginning of the Creative Process in the life cycle of the Creator. We know this because we know Earth is at least millions of years old and human types are millions of years old and the type of human we are today is hundreds of thousands years old, even though many variations of current humans are not old (Ancient) at all, thus neither is their ability to have contributed to the bulk of civilization in comparison to the originating nucleus of humans in Africa. The proper calibrating, connecting and ordering of histories untangles and alleviates mysteries. It solves challenges of consciousness such as that created by Spider Solitaire.
