A free and critical mind takes nothing for granted and is not intimidated by "authorities" who frequently may be more confused than the general public. Free and critical minds seek truth without chauvinism or shame."-Asa G. Hilliard III

We need something to clarify everything for us, because we get confused...but if we use the concept of Asili, we will understand that whatever it is they are doing, whatever terms they use, however they come at you, you need to be thinking about what? Race | Mental Health Definitions & Meanings
Sure Signs, Symptoms, Causes & Effects Of Mental Illness, Pt X
Phase One
Unity Consciousness #1097

.

(Part 4 of 11)

Definition 4 – Based On Race

“Primary mental health can be distinguished as an inhered propensity or potentiality occurring in own-race maintenance thinking and behaving that is delimited to a positive bias towards the biogenetically common and not an anti-bias toward the more biogenetically dissimilar.” (Azibo 38/7)
The final determinant of mental health is thinking and behaving that preserves self and preserves culture. In this context, self is defined as those who are most physically like us and who are not in opposition to Africa's parent culture. In other words, “own -race maintenance” is the final determinant of mental health for Africans. (Azibo 37/6, 42/11)
My version is: primary mental health is a natural ability to recognize self, thus think and behave instinctively favorably towards that which is recognized the same about self and other creations while not thinking and behaving unfavorably towards that which is not recognized as same.
As we can see, for Africans who participate in cultures whose existence depends on unfavorable responses towards Africans (anti-African thinking and behaving), it is schizophrenic for those Africans to try to self-love while embracing self-hating cultures. Only one can prevail inside the individual and collective psyche, one master context. Only in recent Ages has love for the fundamental Africanness of the human family tree suffered. This confuses fusing. It causes us to bond with each other in self-destructive ways for the sake of cancerous corrupt cultures and their scraps for what life is really about – chief among those corruptions being the culture of gender, culture of race, culture of education and culture of economics.
This is why, even in Africa, the adoption of African-hating morals and values is self-destructive. This is why Africans worldwide must not hesitate to separate from the ways of the wickedest ones and their weakest logic – chief among those being their religions which are all African-hating ideologies which express shame and disdain for their African ancestry birthplace, thus these religions teach people to hate the truth they are Africans and love the lie that they are not related to Ngas, Black folks or Africans by any name, for instance, as Brazilians, Dominicans, Haitians, South Africans, Puerto Ricans. Indians, Native Americans, Mexicans, Papua New Guineans, Greeks, Romans, Jews, Israelites, Europeans, Asians, and so on.

Now we go back to the top to bring out three additional understandings:
One
If the final determinant of mental health is to preserve self and preserve culture, but that culture is race-based, then any disfavored race that practices that culture will experience significantly disfavorable treatment and outcomes. Experience is proof.

If that culture is gender-based, then the disfavored gender will experience significantly disfavorable treatment and outcomes. Experience is proof.

If that culture is religion-based, then disfavored religions will experience significantly disfavorable treatment and outcomes.

And so on for all markers used to identity people and cause dysfunction, such as education, economics, geography of residence, and on and on and on.

Understand clearly how this applies overall. If a culture is money-based, then those without money will experience significantly disfavorable treatment and outcomes. There is no way any such culture can be a civilization.

When we combine several bases into one culture, then we can see how quickly people and other creations are discriminated against with a straight face superimposed on a psychopathic value base.

Show me any culture today among those of the United Nations that is nature-based (that recognizes nature as its primary basis).
Based on experience as proof, the world is in the hands of the mentally ill. No one reading this message can prove their society is sane, civilized or healthy.

Two
Since recognition is re-cognition, then recognition must be used with cognition. In other words, re-thinking of self must be used with thinking and rethinking of self must be used when thinking of self and rethinking of self must be used when thinking about all else.

Three
Since race is clearly proven to be a teensy weensy genetic variation, that natural fact still does not change a thing about the sameness of ancestry we all share, only the mentally unhealthy use it to start wars.
Even if race was something significantly different, the mentally healthy would not harm based on difference. Even if we were smarter or more civilized or more “technologically” advanced than others, we still would not harm based on those differences if we were mentally healthy. On that same note, it is mentally insane to think alien creatures from outside the planet, because they have advanced technology, would come to harm us on that basis. It's crazy because whatever could create aliens outside the planet could create aliens inside the planet with just as much power to do whatever needed to be done. As we already see, our alienation from nature squeezes us into a mental midget matrix, vulnerable to self-created illusions, ill-prepared to handle predictable water aliens and wind aliens who combine into hurricanes with human names. All of this is to say, our mental imbalance with the rest of nature causes us to fear pretty much everything and seek to harm pretty much everything. The mental illness is so fantastic, these people think they can stop hurricanes, keep volcanoes from erupting, stop global warming, stop asteroid meteorites, and stop the scales of justice from balancing, thus remain unpunished and in charge as transgressors of natural law. Societies worldwide are spending billions of dollars annually to try to stop nature. This including upping the ante on poisoning the nature within citizens in every way. These societies think they can stop the very forces changing to relieve the universe of their sicknesses spilling out as space exploration. Another symptom of mental illness is thinking they can hide underground or escape to Mars or the Moon.
Larger scale natural events are coming to America and worldwide to keep letting us know the way we are living in relation to nature is unacceptable and we must get healthier logic or die trying to use lying to ourselves as a remedy.

What is the justification for mistreatment of females and what is the basis for females defending cultures or ideologies that do so, demeaning their genetic potential and degrading their beingness?

We already know the favored groups in all societies of today are mentally ill. Yet we must not forget the other side. For instance, the mental illness of females makes them complicit in male-terrorized cultures and is no different than the mental illness of Africans which makes them complicit in Asian continent inspired Anti-African cultures worldwide, including those in Africa governed by Africans in form, but anti-Africans in the sickness of their mental health.

Sure Signs, Symptoms, Causes & Effects Of Mental Illness, Pt X
Phase One
Unity Consciousness #1096

.

(Part 3 of 11)

Definition 3 – Based On Culture (Asili & Utamawazo)

Mental health is thinking and behaving in accordance with the original human nature (the nature or personality of the African). Optimal Theory is universal because it “places primary value on peace, harmony with all creation, balance, the greatest good, positive interpersonal relationships, being holistic, cooperation, spiritual/material reality, spiritual/material unity, communalism, the extended self, inclusive logic, learning through inductive synthesis, multiple ways of knowing, self-knowledge, Ancestors and more.”
To expect Europeans whose mental reasoning was deformed in an extremely harsh Ice Age culture, to operate as if they lived in a tropical country of abundance would be not dealing with reality. To expect the lifestyle of a man in the Ice Age to have the same moral values compared to a man coming from the sun climate of Africa would be opposite to reality.
Thus, the context for determining what is normal mental functioning for humans, by necessity, has an African origin, as should be expected, since civilized thinking and behavior (civilization) also evolved out of African deep thought regarding the proper relationships of humans with each other and the rest of nature.
We can understand why, under no circumstances where nature is being significantly harmed, does mental health exist among the majority of people in a culture that justifies such behavior based on “might” and legal laws. No matter how miseducated we are, we still know it is insane to bite the hand of nature that feeds us or shoot ourselves in the foot just because we have the power to do so and it's legal. Legal law is the weakest form of mental reasoning we can use to judge thinking and behavior. The culture of a Giri So functioning nation of laws is exhibit one of the seed of its intentions and warped worldview.

In today's human climate, what constitutes mental health is no longer determined by observing natural laws and neither is it based on the original human culture, but in contradiction, like a scattered-brain, mental health is defined by each individual subculture branch, each in self-imposed identity crisis due to straying from the original human culture in Africa.
Yet, we continue to deal with mentally-ill culture-raised people and we keep getting the same mentally-ill culture-raised responses. Time after time with blinders on our minds, and no protection for our behinds, we continue to remain aligned with these cultures and stupidly think we are going to get justice some kinda way someday if we hope, protest, pray, obey and do what the mentally ill say.
Since when does cancer, willingly turn around and head the opposite way? People who expect that, die of mental illness before their body dies. Cancer does not “go into remission.” No! Instead, cancer is beat back and beat down into submission when healthy cells of the immune system go on the self-preservation offensive and self-preservation defensive. Since this requires healthy logic, we cannot beat cancer using cancer logic and we can't beat weak culture using that culture's weak logic. (Azibo 33-4/2-3, 35-7/4-6)

Another way to understand the role of culture and mental illness is this:
”Physical and mental illness is viewed primarily as a form of disorder or imbalance resulting from disunity between mind and body, between the individual and society, or between humans and spirits. A proper diagnosis of the root causes of disease requires an investigation of social relations and spiritual transgressions.” (Asante & Mazama 448-449)
In other words, individuals cannot get mental illness unless the culture is responsible and also mentally ill. Individuals cannot lack nutrition for the total self and function in a self-degrading manner contrary to beingness unless the culture is responsible and also mentally ill.

Culture sets all ring tones we cling to, sing to, bling to and answer to. As cultured members, we just follow along, making connections to ideologies from a human selection, then thinking we have made healthy individual choices using the culture's unhealthy directions.

By Moonlight The War Rages On In A Theater Near You
Unity Consciousness #956

.

If you think it is a fluke or a good thing that the movie, “Moonlight” was selected. as Best Picture of the Year, you have somehow forgotten you are in a continuous war on all levels.

As mentioned on more than one occasion, movies are media that are part of the racism collective's arsenal of attack.

1. The goof of announcing the wrong movie was not a goof.* It was planned to create media attention and to further try to tear apart the inevitability of black togetherness that our Ancestors, including the Creator, have already told us will happen and that natural laws have proven repeatedly as surely as that which composes, decomposes and recomposes.
There is no way for First to become Last unless disunity is also part of the process. Likewise then, the process is destined to reverse.

2. The attack on every aspect of humanity of all people is still nonstop. Call it miseducation. Call it friendly fire. Call it.

3. Thankfully I have not seen any movies in the past year, but just simply based on the trailer for Moonlight, it is a joke for that stereotype-filled movie to be considered best picture. It is not a joke when you consider the fact the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science is a joke from way back.

4. All European worldview award shows of validation discrimination manipulation have been jokes since their conceptions in the areas of movies, sports awards and in every aspect of life (for instance, valedictorian).

Hopefully all this foolishness will help you stop believing Destroyer logic and start getting back to knowing the logic that helps restore you to Nu. That is the logic of optimal theory and the African Utamawazo and Eco-sensibility.

Acquired Logic Is Not Always Desired Logic

As we go through life, we have feelings for and love for our teachers, friends, classmates, those we meet and those who are famous but that doesn't mean it's okay to act on these feelings and carry them out. How many people, based on their strong feelings, emotions and love, have gotten into relationships that have been inappropriate from Day One? How many people realize this before the fact, yet go right ahead, not very many. Healthy people wish they could go back and never get into those relationships. They wonder what the hell they were thinking that led them down that now clearly errant path. They realize that strong feelings is not the best and sole basis or the primary basis for determining the rightness or wrongness of a relationship.
There are many ways and points to consider whether or not a relationship is appropriate, but I can guarantee you that no one who has ever lived, has entered this life through a homosexual relationship.

Yes, people have homosexual logic just as people have racism logic and rapist logic and pedophile logic and criminal logic and marriage logic and Alzheimer's logic and heterosexual logic and beastiality logic and priestiality logic, and monogamous logic and promiscuous logic and celibacy logic and all kinds of logic.

Just because the logic exists and there are strong feelings of emotion connected to logic doesn't mean the thought process is thorough, complete and over and we should just go with the flow or not go with the flow.

Are we born with certain logic, ideas, philosophies, values, notions and beliefs OR are we taught these things and learn them through a variety of ways?

Where are the places these thoughts come from and are they what is intended by the Creator to simply be accepted because it exists OR are we supposed to detect it and correct it just as we do when healthy cells malfunction and turn cancerous and just as we do when virus logic enters the body and causes us to be sick?
Is the immune system of our logic functioning in healthy mode or is our logic in autoimmune mode?

Here is yet another example. Miseducation has existed for thousands of years and has picked up speed in the past several hundred years. So just because miseducation is prevalent and we've learned how to live with it, survive with it, misidentify with it and die with it, does that mean we should just ride with it?

Here is what we already know:
First Truth sexuality is female and male.
Second Truth sexuality is same on same.

There are always two forms of overall truth.
Truth that forms and truth that deforms.

*If the Oscar goof was a gaffe, and the card shown to us on TV clearly showed who the winner was, then what was that woman looking at who announced the winner, what did that card say and how could you mess that up and didn't they receive some instruction or practice as to a sample card and how to read it? How many cards were in that red envelope?

Epigenetics Of Ethnic Group Thinking Of Human Sub-Groups
Review, Critical Analysis, Blending & Clarifications
Unity Consciousness #921

.

Review, critical analysis, blending and clarifications of the epigenetics of ethnic group thinking. In other words, why different sub-groups of humans think and behave the way we do. This video investigation exploration is titled “Dichotomous Logic and The Philosophical Aspects of Cultural Difference” a discussion with Dr. Edwin J. Nichols on the Philippe “SHOCK” Matthews Show.
What follows is mostly a paraphrasing of the video. My additions are found inside [brackets] and in the “Clarifications” section.

Interesting Points

1. Philosophy is the Mother science and all other sciences fall under philosophy. [This blends with Maat, as the Two Truths and with what we are taught by Ancestor Obenga, about Maat being the guiding philosophy.]
[We should stop low-rating those who philosophize, because everything we think and everything we know is based on philosophy. In order to truly “think for yourself,” you must philosophize, otherwise, all you're doing is using what someone else came up with. In fact, in order to truly think for yourself, you must create your own alphabet and language based on Nature. Even when this is accomplished, you are still thinking based on the Creator's philosophy, who created Nature. In other words, there is no such thing as “thinking for yourself” in the sense that you have had an independent thought process and have arrived at some independent understanding, conclusion and decision. Everything you think is the result of other humans and non-human Nature. Simply put, theory is the seed of practice. Everything we practice and don't practice is the result of (1) human theory translated and misinterpreted from Nature and (2) Nature's theory functioning inherently within or that we experience without. ]

2. Human differences between ethnic groups come out of multi-generational differences of how those groups have had to survive and thrive. These differences are passed on through genetics and are active in our daily logic. [Logic in our DNA is also imprinted and influenced in multiple other ways. This inherited logic is called epigenetics. Epigenetics was initially explained to me in ”Inherited Self-Esteem Hand-Me Downs” and then again more fully in ”Human Genetics' Changing Influences & Responses” The good news is our epigenetics can be changed in less than one generation, one lifetime.
Epigenetics include deep structures of culture and what Dr. Clarke calls "genetic transference."

3. Europeans existed, at most, no more than 20,000 years ago. [Egypt Khemet as a civilization is over 20,000 years old, thus Nubia, Kush, Aethiopia and Punt have much older civilizations.]

4. There are some East Asian cities that are 30,000 years old. [These cities were started by black Africans since East Asians of today did not come into existence until 8,000 BCE and the earlier Semite could not have existed prior to the existence of the white Cro-Magnon European and their subsequent mixing with the original African. This only leaves the original black African people as the starter of East Asian civilizations that are now buried under the names of Mongolians, Chinese, Japanese, Koreans, etc.]

5. We are never fighting against individuals, [or groups] rather we are always fighting value systems (ideologies.)

6. Rhythm is function. [Most words have multiple meanings. Rhythm absolutely also pertains to repeating patterns.]

7. The difference in thinking and behavior of Europeans and African-Americans has a lot to do with Europeans still operating from scarcity logic and treating things as objects whereas African-Americans are genetically predisposed to an abundance context and treating relationships as the most important thing. [Ancestor Yosef Ben Jochannan concisely explained this when he said it is illusion to think Europeans and Africans can have the same morality because the history of our environmental conditioning and responses are significantly different.]

8. Sellout Africans worldwide think they have a relationship with Europeans, but to the European, those betrayers are still objects to be used as Europeans see fit and will be discarded when necessary. Sellout behavior is epigenetically encoded in the African sub-genome [just as thinking they are still “masters,” is encoded in the European sub-genome.] All cultures have Judas behavior.

9. We are socialized through television. [We are also socialized by education, religion and all other forms of media. Social media indeed! We are continuously being socialized anyplace we receive any type of information including family, friends, workplaces, entertainment events, etc. We are also socialized by the natural world but don't spend enough time in communion in order to offset the misdirecting of other forms of socialization.]

10. “Privilege is a special advantage, immunity, permission, right, or benefit granted to or enjoyed by an individual, class, or caste. Such a right or advantage held as a prerogative of status or rank, and exercised to the exclusion or detriment of others.” [Therefore, in the current pecking order for natural resources, neither Whites, Hispanic Latinos, Arabs, Asians and no other group is going to give up their privilege or position, not even as chief butt kisser and wannabe in order to “do the right thing.” Stop believing in the okie doke. You are in a war. The art of war is deception. The advantage of war is to use deception to get others to self-deceive themselves, thus harm themselves with all manner of goofy logic. You have been shown in various ways throughout history that what is needed to restore civilization is not going to happen by virtue of the virtue of other groups, except perhaps the “native americans.” If it were possible for other groups to come back to the middle, they would not have gone so far over the edge for so long. In essence, Sister Marimba Ani warns and informs us when she tells us for example, everything Europeans do is to fulfill their asili, everything is to fulfill their value system. Ancestor John Henrik Clarke reminds us black Africans, we have no friends. Any appearance they are changing for the better is to get you to ignore what is fundamentally necessary for all people to have their rights of creation.]

11. There are three steps necessary to form an ‘ism’:
a. Use cultural bias to determine which characteristics are good or which are bad.
b. State who is good and who is bad.
c. Socialize everyone to believe the ‘ism’ to be truth and to act upon that truth.

”Natural Self Is The One Way Out Of Many Isms, Unity Consciousness #786”

12. The emphasis for African-Americans must be on the education of their children [and re-education of self in order to awaken the beneficial knowledge in our epigenetic code.]

Value Systems -What Is Important (Axiology)

African-Americans
- relationships
- collaborative (one on one), “I am because you are.”

European [Northwest Asians]
- object ”Cleaning Ourselves Of European Concepts”
- competition for resources is acceptable
- individualistic and privilege-oriented

Asians [Eastern]
- group cohesiveness
- collective, groups work together

Native Americans - oneness with great spirit
- communal, requires governance (tribal council)
- conceives the whole as sets of 3 plus sets of 4

Ways Of Knowing (Epistemology)

African-Americans
- symbolism, rhythm, proverbs, parables, metaphor
- holistic, “what is the big picture and critical path analysis, “cut to the chase”

European [Northwest Asians]
- count and measure, what cannot be counted and measured is chaos.
- linear and sequential

Asians [Eastern]
- see parts and whole simultaneously
- takes a single item and learn everything about it, Zen transcendental Buddhism[has an African origin]

Native Americans
- cycles of motion
- rites of passage that is experiential and reflective

How You Reason To Answer[Conclusion, Decision] (Logic)

African-Americans
- diunital

European [Northwest Asians]
- dichotomy
- dialectic (thesis, antithesis)
- the individual makes the determination of what is truth and justice and what exists

Asians [Eastern]
- truth or justice is conceived independent of thought and mind

Native Americans
Spirit and matter become one

Clarifications

1. There is no such thing as classical philosophy from Europe. The Greeks got their philosophy from Egypt Khemet per George James in “Stolen Legacy.” It is not possible for Europe to have classical philosophy when Europeans are not ancient in comparison to Egypt Khemet or the rest of Africa. Egypt Khemet was in decline before Europeans came to be taught in Egypt Khemet in the last few millennia of the BCE era. The Greeks said they knew what they knew because of Khemet.

2. The value system, ways of knowing and logic of East Asians and Native American are African. They might not currently be African-American. The African-American and Africans worldwide have suffered the most recent and thorough cultural separation from ancestral memory and culture which is why the African value system is not being exhibited as thoroughly, plus, as Dr. Nichols explains, there are constant attempts to stop successes [including the non-ceasing murder method.] Native Americans and East Asians have had some degree of insulation from the degree of terror imposed upon the African-American.

3. Black Africans were in South, Central and North America for a long time and started many civilizations per Ivan Van Sertima in his book, “They Came Before Columbus.” He has several Youtube videos providing this same information.

4. Some “Rap” musicians and their videos are harmful but it is not the entire genre. Also, if you listen to the lyrics, images and symbols of other genres of music you will find the continued socialization of European values, thus, that which is harmful to Africans, this includes non-rap music from earlier generations.

5. Due to the significant difference between the African value system and the European value system and approach to learning, it is amazing Africans can learn anything in European designed schools. Yet we do, and do just as good against the conceptual and contextual disadvantages inherent in all aspects of the education (socialization) system.

6. Epigenetics of ethnic group thinking includes a significant amount of what is included under context, worldview, utamawazo, and optimal theory and suboptimal theory.

7. For further information on the notion of being “social,” see ”Socialism Is Really Being Social”.

8. What Africans must understand is what Ancestor Khuti John Henrik Clarke has told us on many occasions, even again right now: religion is the deification of a culture; therefore, religion put forth, promoted and/or practiced by other groups represents their value system. This is why African Christianity was changed into European Christianity. What makes you think the European version of Christianity contains the value system that is helpful to Africans?
Christianity today is a sub-version of the original African version just as Europeans are a sub-version of Africans. The metaphor is equal and same. Europeans came out of Africans, they are our children. Christianity today came out of African spirituality. Christianity today is an unlearned child in comparison to the wisdom of the elder spiritual traditions of Africa. Therefore, my African people, if it is true that you can find salvation through the lesser messier version of Christianity today, then it is also true you can find salvation through African spirituality, plus you can go even further and realize your full potential as becoming once again fully knowing you are the Creator. In other words, there is no need to seek salvation from a God, when you are that God. All you need to do is seek knowledge of self.
Know yourself is the highest wisdom. Know Yourself is the key. What then is missing in order to use the key?

Any religion practiced by ethnic groups whose value system and behavior works against Africans must be a religion to be avoided. No matter who you are as an African black person by any name anywhere on the planet, no matter who you think you are and what you got going on, you are still inextricably tied to the fate of all Africans and to the same treatment as all Africans. If you are unaware of this, you are ignorant. If you dismiss this, thinking you have somehow overcame your Africanness, and that in so doing, you are in a better state of existence, you are a stupid nigga.
No creation can escape their genetics or their epigenetic sub-component. No, not even the Creator Supreme.

African Communal Education: Patriarchy Vulnerability
Unity Consciousness #804

.

(Part 8 of 9)

Main Reference: “The Virtues and Challenges in Traditional African Education” by John K. Marah, Ed.D.

Patriarchy At Least 13,000 Years Ago

Clearly the Age of Pisces is an Age of Patriarchy (males in crazed control, not just simply “males in charge”). Thus we have genderism as a necessary evil discrimination in order for patriarchy to exist. The Age of Pisces was a continuation of rising imbalance and distortions in female/male relationships.
Remove the window dressings of right to vote and wage and position improvements for relatively few females, and remove all the shape-shifting to give the appearance of female progress, and then you'll recognize the same truth that also applies to racism. At best, progress has been negligible and has not come as a result of the willingness of the society. The fundamental spirit of societies has not changed regarding genderism or racism. In other words, by itself, position improvement is not confirmation of position improvement.
Looking further back in history in Kemet and elsewhere, we see patriarchy in existence during the Ages of Aries, Taurus, Gemni, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra and Scorpio. In Kemet, the uniting of the Two Lands is often spoken of favorably; however, under male leadership, two groups of Kushite Nubians went to war and one group lost. This is how Kemet was formed. This is the same as America being formed when two groups of Europeans went to war.
For people outside Africa, evidence of longstanding patriarchy can be found by looking at their moral compasses - patriarchal religions that rose such as Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism and others.

Thus we, the world, have been under a patriarchal period for at least 13,000 years, or half a Great Year. The past 13,000 years have been marked by ever narrowing, more restrictive, more vicious forms of patriarchy such as rule-the-world mad scientist empire building and new mutated strains of logic to push human-beingness out of the picture in our list of things to consider when thinking.

The Pervasive Problem of Patriarchy

Patriarchy is a limiting ideology because it is not in harmonic balance with the female principle. Instead of representing Maat (balance), patriarchy represents isfet (imbalance).

“As patriarchy emerged in the civilization of Kemet, the principal God of Kemet, Goddess Nu also known as Nut and Het-Heru was demoted from the primary essence of the Creator to being the mother of Heru and the wife of Amen-Ra. Even though there were several temples dedicated to Het-Heru, the female principle became third to the masculine nature of the Creator as emphasized in Father and Son, Amen, Ra, Atum and Heru. (Encyclopedia of African Religion, p. 307, quoted and paraphrased with additions)

“In Africa, women live in some societies that have been reluctant to value the role of women equally alongside that of men. The overwhelming majority of African societies are patriarchal. As in all patriarchal societies, women are generally viewed as being second to men. Although women are portrayed as partners with God in terms of being the portal through which comes human life, they are also considered the cause of the disconnection between humanity and God (the cause of sin and weakness). Also, women are considered helpmates (servant-spouse) and as possible wreckers of men’s lives. (temptresses, bringers of bad luck, reasons males mess up, etc.)” (Encyclopedia of African Religion, p. 724-5, quoted and paraphrased with additions)

Gender influences in communal groups are upside down, which is in keeping with the rise of the lower-spiritual nature Destroyer principle within the Universe and within self. Africa must restore default settings of communal groups to the last known good configuration before Kemet. This will repair the broken dehumanizing logic of patriarchy by making the male role subject to the stronger civilizing force of matriarchy. Patriarchy is mind-centered and closed-minded, thus stagnant in terms of healthy motion while moving at full speed in terms of unhealthy motion. This period of time under the rule of patriarchy is essentially one form of challenge that must be and can be overcome through the renewal of maturing in understandings, once again, of self in relation to all else.
Africans in Africa need to Sankofa and “know yourself” just as much as Africans anywhere else. This can happen much quicker than it is happening elsewhere because the root, the soil and seed of spirit-soul is right there in Africa. Your conception, birth and upbringing has taken place in the Holy Land. The core language is still intact along with many other connecting cultural practices. These advantages, once adjusted and reoriented, can propel, Africans in Africa, rapidly forward. This will not happen however, under the auspices of white or black Gods encapsulated in disfigured forms of traditional spirituality called spirituality or religion. (p. 21/pdf 7)

There must be a restoration of what works and a jettisoning of what does not. Males must move over and back and women must rise up and take more of an active and lead role in the administration of the communal group.

Cohesive Communal Context From The Mouth Of A Monarch Patriarch

“Serious consideration should be given to the establishment of an African University, sponsored by all African States, where future leaders of Africa will be trained in an atmosphere of continental brotherhood. In this African institution, the supra-national aspects of African life would be emphasized and study would be directed toward the ultimate goal of complete African unity” (p. 22/pdf 10)
Even though patriarchy existed in Kemet from at least the onset of the Dynastic Period, it was the uniting of two communal groups in Kemet (the Two Lands that became Upper and Lower Kemet) that brought forth economies of scale which contributed to what Kemet was able to accomplish, even while under increasing patriarchy imbalance.
In other words, communal living and communal group cooperation, to any extent, enhances the use of our creative genetic potential genius. This is true whether we are guided by the higher-self values or lower-self values. The Devil achieved a global system of racism due to communal group cooperation in every major institution of societies, even though those communal groups and their institutions are as dysfunctional as they come.* How much more so can Africans use the power of communal cooperation and their divine natural advantages to take the Devil down and take his crown?

*In fact, all of their institutions are evil down to the core of their construction. If you think you've found one of their institutions that is not, please explain. If you think you've somehow found an institution where there is a sweet spot that somehow overrides the rot and that somehow instead of getting rid of the contents and the pot, and revolutionize the entire lot, beginning with Maat, and instead what needs to happen is just make reforms in certain spots, please explain. I'm certain you cannot, without understandings cropped due to knowledge, as it relates to all else and self, forgot. Logic satisfied with what the Destroyer provides, without increasing comprehensiveness of thought, is the enemy in you in me I'm trying to stop.

Restoring Formal Education As Family Communal Education
Unity Consciousness #800

.

(Part 4 of 9)

Consciously and subconsciously, Africans worldwide, disconnected from the Mother Continent, were still able to tap into the Root of Africa through the root directory of our genetic library and Spirit Web. This is evident in the practice throughout the world of social living principles upon which African civilizations were based.
Outside Africa, the principle of the extended family fostered a formal education system that included home, neighborhood, church, workplace, schools, playground and front porch.
Formal education was understood to take place in a variety of settings and is as constant and continuous as life itself.

See, “Understanding African Family Values, An African Proverb, Part 3, Unity Consciousness #80”

Middle Lines

When the overwhelming majority of formal education does not come from family, the communal group and from self-teachings, and instead comes from the formal and informal education of societies, we are up a creek with a paddle made of diplomas and still in trouble – worse trouble than our Ancestors. Why? Because at least they had not abandoned what made them strong in the first place and traded it in for the ways offered through the education of societies that want nothing more than to keep us more enslaved than they are.

Clearly, the formal/informal education of societies teaches us how to trade three or more things we have in order to get one thing. We give up conscience, roots, collective benefit and genetic potential in order to get Destroyer education for the main purpose of getting the money they created, control the value of and tax from the top, bottom, front, middle, back and sides.
Trading a family communal education for a capitalistic society education is like trading in a log cabin you built yourself for a shed from Tiffany's made of straw and wall paper.

The fundamental problem with the education of societies, beyond its curriculum, is that it leads us astray from the direction we should be moving in on our continuous spiritual journey. This is the greatest of the grave dangers encountered when blindly trusting information from those estranged from their spirit-soul.

Without even discussing all of the incriminating evidence flowing out of societies like made fresh daily raw sewage, we know we must be in danger when, despite hundreds of years of being exposed to the education of societies, the level of human-beingness has declined, among them and among us. Furthermore, consciousness of the masses has not been elevated through the education societies provide. So what is that kind of education good for?

Community Schools In African Neighborhoods

Back in the day, even with a deficient curriculum, education received at school was more beneficial because teachers were able to supplement the education, teachers and staff lived in the community, teachers and staff were our family and extended family, plus all grade levels were at the same school which provided numerous benefits and a built-in support system of older students who were mentors and role models. Everyone in the daily life of students was vested in the outcome of these children, because schools were an expansion of home and communal group. Schools reflected more of our family values than the "desegregated" schools of today. This then leaves us wide open to be attacked by values taught through school curriculum that do nothing more than support a slave mentality.

Throughout the Diaspora, “teach local, teach communal” is just as much a rallying necessity our spirit-soul cries out for, as is “grow local” and “buy local.”

Education | Desegregation Is Not Integration
Unity Consciousness #799

.

(Part 3 of 9)

Review Part 1 of this series.

What happens when people functioning based on education governed by the higher-self are integrated (actually assimilated) into a system of education governed by the lower-self?

For a large portion of that population, deactivation of the greater portion of what is great within will occur.
Mutation of whatever genetic potential is leftover will occur. Those people will stumble and fumble fortunes in Darkness as they attempt to function in a healthy fashion based on unhealthy education. Those people will seek forms of “having,” “wholeness,” “health,” “happiness” and “Heaven” using ideologies that are straight-up telling them and their Ancestors to go to Hell, BUT, you can “benefit” for the moment if you help strengthen us so we can send more of your people and more of the planet to Hell, and then we'll get back around to you and your descendents.
This has always been the plan of the lower-spirit of the Destroyer. This plan has not and will not change no matter what we see happening on the surface of societies. Any changes for the better are not being initiated by the society or the Destroyer and cannot be stopped by the Destroyer's workers.

Desegregation Of School Facilities But Not Integration Of School Curriculum

Schools were desegregated by race and/or gender; however, through trickery of word usage, this was called integration.
It is not integration.
Integration is about combining, unifying and making whole.
Desegregated schools continue to educate using curriculum that is not whole and is divided by race and gender such that education still misrepresents gender and race and religion and spirituality and who is a hero and so much more.
In keeping with its lower-self guidance, the education of societies is a lying education. This is clear based on the refusal of all societies to change the numerous lies in school textbooks and religious textbooks. The infrastructure of genderism and racism in education is still fully intact but developing cracks. What is taking place in societies regarding crimes against humanity and other creations is directly related to school curriculums. Don't think for a minute you are going to go to these schools and learn something that is going to make you better able to deal with the behaviors of the society. No, this must come from education of the higher-self that restores knowledge of self so you can understand what you need to do in relation to all else.

Screaming “Wake Up!”

Africans, even though we are in Destroyer schools and religions, we are neither desegregated nor are we integrated. What makes us think our paths into these schooling places, through these schools, out of these schools and after these schools will become equal based upon the merits of the hard work put forth and the degrees we've achieved and the resulting levels of exhibited proficiency? Please!
Since when did the spirit of these people change? What is their incentive? We know what we would say but they don't think that way. Duh! They don't think of God, spirit and soul as we do. How long ago did we first get that clue? To people dominated by their lower-spirit, God is more ancillary than primary, more of a necessary illusion than absolute reality and more of a commodity to be shaped as one sees fit, e.g. “God Bless America.” In addition to God being used as a slogan in many ways and as a word to attempt to disarm critical thinking, God is used to justify criminality, hide things and explain things that otherwise make nonsense. Now again I ask, What is their incentive to change?

Educated Fools We Are

Despite all of our advancing based on their education, we are worse off as a worldwide collective.
Why? Because we rely mainly on Destroyer education to Restore us to a place of well-being and security. How is that supposed to work? Readily and anxiously ingest a lot of poison and be cured of diseases?! Here, my child, go get yourself a degree laced with layers of poison as a means to upward mobility and live securely and happily and be free!
Stop sending our children to somebody else's school, not designed for our children, and have our children think it is a good education that is going to get them a good job so they can make it in life.
Don't we know every time we figure out how to use the key said to be the key, the lock is changed or added that requires a new key?
It's past time for Africans to use the education we already have from them more wisely by integrating it with a much larger amount of education based on the African Utamawazo. This is so the flavor of our future comes our strongly concentrated African and cannot be mistaken for anything else. We must make this transition so we can be who we need to be and because the failings of the Destroyer systems continue to accumulate towards final breakdown and upheaval.
What we need to do, according to our destiny is about who we are, not because of who they are and what they do. We need Restorer education in order to fulfill our destiny.
We must make Africa great again by taking the best of what kept us in the forefront of civilizations for hundreds of thousands of years and integrate those understandings with what we have learned since our fall from grace.
If we do go to Destroyer schools we must be clearly focused and already have identified how the education is going to help the communal group become self-sufficient without Destroyer jobs and how the education is going to contribute to the restoration of Africa.
What Destroyer people do is something they've always done long before they met us and have never stopped doing to each other. This is another reason to stop expecting them to change or believing they have changed fundamentally in their spirit.
None of this is about woe is us African self-pity. It is about trying to get us to see the plainness of thousands of years of repeated experiences that are still taking place, so we can move beyond following Destroyer education logic and hurry up and changeover to much better ways of thinking and living; otherwise what is happening will continue to happen until the Insiders rise and the Outsiders descend. If we are not changing our conscious behavior for the better, and we are found in the same or worse shape, we just might be mistaken for pathogens/antigens rather than probiotics/antibodies.

Hotep, World Peace In Greater Detail
Unity Consciousness #391

.

We Are Responsible For Greatness & Mediocrity Of Humanity
World Peace Through Power & Oneness Of We
Sure Signs, Symptoms, Causes & Effects Of Mental Illness, Part 4

What Is Peace?

Simply put, peace is balance. This balance rests upon understanding of self. Understanding must be at the appropriate level according to our intended stage of development. When understanding is not at the appropriate level, we do not have balance or peace.

No justice, no peace is a true statement. Likewise, no balance, no peace. This we know through experience, observation and the higher spiritual teachings of Amma, the Creator in the form of Mamma Maat. Some of the components of Maat are understanding, balance, justice and peace.

Hotep Means Peace

"Hotep is attained by living out the precepts or laws of Maat, the way." (1) As we grow in getting to know our Mother Maat, we will know ourselves better and know more peace.

"Hotep does not depend on outward conditions, such as with money, weapons, or lifestyle; neither is it running away from the trials and tribulations of life." (2) "Eternal peace or hotep can only be truly achieved when people elevate themselves to the highest part of their being, their spiritual selves." (3)

Values Of Peaces

Peace is an optimal state of existence - a best case scenario. Whatever is optimal cannot be achieved by what is suboptimal. Peace cannot be achieved through a suboptimal thought process constructed around a suboptimal context (worldview). Peace cannot be achieved through a personal set of values that are contradictory. These contradictions do not allow our personal ecosystem to function in harmony, in balance or in peace. This must be true regardless of what we say, do or think that gives us the illusion of being in balance and at peace. Truth is always known within. We at least know when something ain't right.

Another way to look at this is that inner contradictions cause outer conflicts. Conflicts between individuals, groups and other aspects of creation are caused by internal conflict, internal contradiction and an internal imbalance of understanding of self in relation to all else.

Peace Requires An Optimal Approach

In keeping with Maat, the African Utamawazo and the wisdom teachings of the Ancients, "Optimal Theory places primary value on peace, harmony with all creation, balance, the greatest good, positive interpersonal relationships, being holistic, cooperation, spiritual/material reality, spiritual/material unity, communalism, the extended self, inclusive logic, learning through inductive synthesis, multiple ways of knowing, self-knowledge, Ancestors and more.” (4)

The Creator Is I and I In The Spiritsphere
Unity Consciousness #380

.

If we believe there is none greater than the Creator, then the Creator must live within Self. Since the Creator is Spirit, then the realm the Creator lives in must be the Spiritsphere.

As a result of being all-encompassing of the Creator, the Spiritsphere provides contexts and definitions for all beings to live by.

All We Seek Is In The Spiritsphere

The Spiritsphere is the source of abundance (optimal), alignment, all-inclusive, all-encompassing, appreciation, altruism, air, ba, balance, breath, Chi, civility, compassion, completeness, connection, conservation, cosmos, Creator, decency, deity, diversity, divine, ecosystem, energy, enblackenment, enlightenment, equality, essence, eternal, existence, expert, fairness, first mind, flourish, friend, fulfillment, God, goodness, Hapi-ness, harmony, healing, health, Higher, holistic, homeostasis, honesty, humanity, intelligence, intuition, justice, ka, karma, kismet, life, Lord, love, Maat, manifest essence, mogya, multiverse, nature natural order, natural way, nirvana, nutrients, nutrition, oneness, order, partner, peace, possibilities, power, propriety, quickener, resource, respect, revelation, Roho Mtakatifu, solution, spirit, self-sustaining, soul, sunsum, Supreme Being, thrive, truth, Ubuntu, Umoja, unity, water, blood, wisdom, wholeness, evolution, perfection...

If you understand, overstand and innerstand any single one of these words you have grasped them all. They are separate but one. They express the fullness of meaning in combination through the necessity of separation. They are I and I to strive and unify.

In the Spiritsphere, the most important and most powerful communication takes place on a spiritual frequency. This allows all creation to communicate with each other.

The Second Personal Value Test

It only takes one aspect of self to impede the entire self. This we know is truth if we don't know anything else. This is exactly why we must examine and question ourselves.

The Value Of Personal Ownership Context
Unity Consciousness #298

.

Evaluating Personal Ownership

Values are supposed to strengthen and maintain conditions for optimal living. When results prove this is not the case, then values, obviously devalue, which, of course, is self-defeating.

One such self-defeating value is the value of personal ownership.

It's my life, it's my child, my family, my friends, my man, my woman, my property, my stuff, my decision, my team and so on. It sounds good and feels good but none of these things can you own – not in reality.

First of all, you are a created being. What is created is always owned by whoever creates it. Since everything in the universe is created by the Creator, it is impossible for humans to own anything. Humans have not created any of the atoms, molecules or elements that go into the things humans create. Humans fundamentally and essentially own nothing.

You can think you own something and act like you do but that doesn't make it true. You do not have personal ownership of yourself or anyone else or anything else.

What It Really Means To Own Something

You own something when you can create all you need to bring that something into existence and you can control, change and preserve it at your discretion. Nothing else can have any impact upon that something unless you establish the conditions to allow it to be so. If you can do this, you have ownership. If you can do this, you have moved into a position higher than the Creator. The only way for this to be possible is to be self-created.

For this reason, you do not own “your” life. Your life is dependent on many things, a few of which are water, air, sun and earth – none of which you can create. Neither can you create genetic code instructions to bring it all together to make it all work.

Evaluating The Results Of Personal Ownership

Personal ownership is an illusion that causes confusion. All around you are the problems that occur when the balance of things you value are not in agreement with the original Holy Book and natural processes. Personal ownership without stewardship and collective benefit results in conflicts on all levels for all dimensions for everything in creation.

Wherever the value of personal ownership exists, fiduciary duty does not. Very little is for the best interests of the common good, brotherhood, neighborhood or is conducive to things being as they should. Trace every problem and you will run into the false notion of personal ownership.

“In the African world, humans are not the masters of their own lives or the universe; they are beneficiaries.” (1) There is no God-given dominion over other aspects of creation.
Though old enough to be considered grown
Knowledge of self is all you can own

Value System Poem
Unity Consciousness #297

.

Value System

by Ancestors through Usiku

Have we given our children strength and confidence
Through a set of values in the communal sense
Or have we taught them to nod along with nonsense
Choose values from a system that lacks conscience
Inwardly fight truth for lie's defense
Copy the ways of self-contempt
Or will we turn to higher spiritual sense
Passed on as wisdom of the ancients
Study self to become better parents
To square away judgments
Teach all nutrition regains all strength
Aids understanding, unifies fragments
So family lives according to Creator's intent

Important Philosophies & The Process Of Examination
Unity Consciousness #243

.

Philosophies depended on most in life should be the philosophies most thoroughly examined and reexamined.

As said many times, our decisions are more than about our current life. This is an extremely narrow knowledge of self. Our decisions affect ancestors, descendants, family, community and so on. We absolutely know this to be true since most of what we either believe or know today is the result of the beliefs and knowledge of others. This is why each person must use a continuous process of examination and reexamination to separate the wheat from the chaff.

Relying Completely On Others For Understanding

For many of us, our spiritual, religious philosophy on a Higher Being is the most important philosophy we have. This is as it should be. Even so, we still don't research many of the teachings in our Holy Books. Fortunately, all things don't require in-depth study to realize what is what.

1. We all know preachers get to use other books. Many go to theology school or get some other training.

2. Why are we told to think for ourselves but when it comes to the most important things in life, we are told not to think and question, just accept what is written?

3. When preachers and teachers explain Bible verses, where are they getting these explanations? Is it from their understanding? Is it from some book of understandings they refer to? Either way, who's to say their understanding is more on point than ours?

4. Although we are told, you can't question Bibles, we allow preachers and teachers to go outside Holy Books to explain the Holy Book. For instance, they use concordances with all sorts of in-depth topical studies.

5. Also, when all else fails to explain, they call up the original word and its meaning to explain. If the original word has the best explanation, then, we should all learn the original language. The original word and meaning should be supplied for every sentence of each Bible, side-by-side.

America, A Nation Of Laws & Morals
Unity Consciousness #212

.

”We're a nation of laws!”

The person making this statement was an American citizen who was well over 50 years old.

The statement was made confidently and proudly as if driving home a distinguishing feature about America.

Truth is, all nations are nations of laws.

To proclaim America is a nation of laws is the same as saying, “We're a nation of people.”

The high-flautin' false notion many Americans have, despite all manner of evidence to the contrary, is indicative of miseducation/psychological misorientation.

Since, in a fundamental way, Americans, don't even know what they're talking about when it comes to the country they are supposed to be all about, it is clear Americans also don't understand what they are thinking about and therefore what they are acting out.

At least they do make their own decisions.

An even more revealing understanding is that the person's statement above is true. America is a nation of about 10 millions laws and is worse off because of them starting with its constitution that the charter-bred colony boys gave rise to.

It would be much better to say, “America is a nation of morals.” Then, by comparison with the effects these morals cause, all Americans would have an easy set of comparisons by which to understand completely what America is all about.

Whatever lingers in a society, legal or not, reflects the true intentions of the people.

This Says It All About American Morals and Laws – Many Yee-Hawed and Hee-Hawed, Relative Few Were Appalled, Too Busy Sup-Posing With Their Laws

"Threaten me or my family and I will use my God given and law appointed right and duty to kill you [Black People]. #CopsLivesMatter" and "By the way if anyone feels they can't breathe or their lives matter I'll be at the movies tonight, off duty, carrying my gun." - - Mr. White.

The Struggle For African Culture & Religion
Unity Consciousness #208

.

The following is almost entirely quoted or paraphrased from Dr. John Henrik Clarke's lecture given sometime between 1989 to 1993 on Education: The Highest Form of Struggle.”
“The major factor for Europeans is class and economics. The major factor in the rest of the world is culture and religion.” *
During the period of physical enslavement, our struggle in the United States, in the Caribbean Islands and in South America was to look at ourselves through our eyes and through our basic culture and our own spirituality. This struggle against the odds against us was really a form of education. This struggle might be the highest form of education because with all of the murder, with all of the change and with all of the control of the media images, to survive in this environment is a miracle.

The American Melting Crockpot

One thing Africans have failed to recognize is that in the American melting pot, we didn't melt. The symbol of the melting pot could well be wrong. Symbolically, America should have been called the salad bowl. In a salad bowl, the relish doesn't have to become a tomato and the lettuce doesn't have to become a cucumber, yet, each one is essential to the salad.

We must remember, America was not originally designed for Africans or for anybody other than Protestant Whites. Once you look at the design of this nation and look at the design of the world beginning in the 15th and 16th centuries, a lot of things that look like contradictions are no longer contradictions.

Here's the design of the United States, that's still intact no matter what kind of words they use.

This country was designed for free White Protestant males, middle class and up, who agreed with the prevailing status quo and owned property.

When they said “liberty and justice for all,” that was the all they were talking about.

So once we're clear about that, we will then know educationally what we have to do and we will know information-wise what we have to do.

The Struggle For The Real Self

There is a continuous struggle of people who've lived under the domination of other people to get back to their real self and their real traditions. This is the natural course of events. This struggle is not one of Africans alone.

We Africans are people taken out of our cultural incubator, placed into someone else's cultural incubator. Imagine being placed into something not designed to nurture you but designed to hurt you. Our soul is rejecting the climate of the incubator. Africa is the cultural incubator that produced us. America and many other societies are designed to harm Africans. This is obvious and an understatement.

Most of our education has been trying to teach us to be live within a cultural incubator created for our containment and not our liberation. In such a challenging environment, yes we have struggled for our physical health, emotional health, mental health and spiritual health as would any group of people. People all over the world who have not undergone our Maafa, struggle with the same things, including the overwhelming majority of the people who are the main perpetrators of injustice in the world. It is not possible to constantly spread a lot of sickness without getting a lot on you.

Now that we have more understanding of the nature of the struggle, we can self-educate ourselves back to health.

African Utamawazo | Survival Toolkit For African People
Unity Consciousness #111

African Utamawazo*

Utamawazo (oo-tah-mah-wah-zo) is a Kiswahili term that refers to the cultural worldview of a people based on their original essence. Worldview determines how people are socialized to perceive, think and experience the world. Worldview establishes the basis and context for meanings and understandings. Many Africans have been taught to experience the world from a viewpoint contrary to their essence. Worldview shapes people physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Africans are at a disadvantage in all these areas which includes a psychological disadvantage due to not matching our approach to life with the essence of who we are, our basic spiritual needs and our genius. For Africans, getting back to our worldview, our Utamawazo, is necessary for our survival.

The African Utamawazo is comprised of the following six parts.

1. Nature Of The Universe (Cosmology)

The universe is a creation of the Supreme Being. It is a divine, harmonious system where everything is interdependent and governed by a natural order. Humans are organically related to all things in the universe. The same forces and natural order that permeate the cosmic universe permeates the life of people.

2. Ways Of Knowing (Epistemology)

Ways in which we are able to sense and know things are not limited to space, time and the five senses. Spiritual means are also available such as divination, telepathy, clairvoyance, precognition, dreams and intuition. These are just some of the ways of knowing knowledge about the past, present and future. Knowledge is obtained through active participation and experience with the universe.

3. Nature Of Reality (Ontology)

Reality has a spiritual basis. Knowledge is connected to reality through the functions of the Supreme Being, Deities, Ancestors, human beings and spiritual energy permeating the entire universe. There is both a spiritual and physical basis to reality. Scientific explanations based on Western thought are only able to partially explain the nature of reality because science that only examines and accounts for the physical and the visible can only explain the “how” of reality. Western science does not answer, at all or sufficiently, other essential logical questions such as who, what, where, when, why, etc.

4. Value System (Axiology)

The Utamawazo is governed by the divine laws of Maat which are exemplified through examples in nature. Human relationships are characterized by communalism and harmony with nature just to name a few. The relationships humans have with other humans and with nature are essential to defining what it means to be a human being. What a human being means also involves participating within a communal group and pursuing one's destiny while maintaining good character. In other words, just because we are homo sapiens does not mean we are human beings. Ancestors are honored and elders are respected. All adults are responsible and held accountable for all children.

Being part of a communal group allows resources to be optimized and it also supports both the group and the individual when difficulties are encountered. Communal living supports ubuntu and avoids the pitfalls of “do what you want to” (to each his own).

5. Process Of Becoming & Ultimate Purpose (Teleology)

The Utamawazo is concerned with human transformation and spiritual enlightenment that transcends physical desires. Human development involves:
(a) a sense of “self”, which provides some understanding of individual identity of one's spirit, mind and body
(b) form, which outlines identity and marks the point of distinction
(c) order, which defines natural connections to the communal group and separation of identity from the communal group while remaining connected
(d) motion, which implies a changing nature and
(e) direction, which identifies individual purpose and mission that is in keeping with the main purpose for all creation – to become one again with the Creator.
Humans live through a series of repeating life cycles that represent the soul's journey of development towards and away from unity, perfection and completion.

6. Health & Sickness

An understanding of what it means to be healthy or sick must take into account the spiritual and physical factors that influence health & sickness. Health requires a balance in life among all aspects of the person (spiritual, physical, social & mental) and with the environment and with the universe. A person cannot be healthy if there is an imbalance in any of these areas. All people have self-healing power in their DNA.

Culture Explains & Education Teaches Which Lives Matter | Definition

Humans must stay in motion according to their intended process of development in order to maintain the feel and rhythm of time and everything else in motion.

Most of the above quoted and paraphrased from:
Neville, Helen A; Tynes, Brendesha M; Utsey, Shawn O; editors, "Handbook of African American Psychology,", Google ebook, SAGE Publications (Nov. 11, 2008) , p. 49-52.

*The Utamawazo (worldview) is born out of the Asili (origin, essence, seed). The Utamawazo is to the Asili as the mature plant is to the seed. The Utamawazo is a fuller expression and development of the Asili.

Inequality By The Numbers On The Psyche
Unity Consciousness #101

First Attack On The Psyche

In some societies based on inequalities, one way inequality is justified is by the numbers.

“It's what the majority wants and votes for,” they will say. This is a sweet sounding lie to self in order to distance what is right from personal values and move it to a matter of a vote.

This allows those greater in number to deny those smaller in number. It allows those greater in number to live with themselves despite the contradiction between the moral and the actual. It allows individuals to shift responsibility to the group yet not feel responsible for pledging allegiance to the group.

Second Attack On The Psyche

To further twist the inequality deeper into the psyche of the outvoted, those greater in number establish charities, programs and other such concoctions under the pretense of caring for those fewer in number.

Since it would be more helpful to all to vote against inequality, this ploy of kindness is actually psychological warfare to create an unhealthy dependence of the denied on the deniers and of the lied on to the liars.

Here's what is clear. If those greater in number were a justice loving people, they would fight for the rights of the few. These societies would self-correct. Most of them can't because they have birth defects.

Third Attack On The Psyche

Also, another layer of inequality is established to make sure what is given by charity or social program is taken away on the same basis – money. Equality only becomes possible momentarily for the few who have money. Therefore, the few are outvoted again by dollars and again by the numbers.

There are even more layers of attack than this.

The Skinny On Equality

Equality requires respect. Respect for others requires self-respect. Self-respect requires knowledge of self. Knowledge of self leads to universality of self with all else.

Therefore, the skinny on equality is simply universality not verbally but tangibly, completely and immediately.

Consciousness of the oneness of origin and oneness of history is critical to achieve this reality.

Sustainability As An Add-On

Sustainability cannot be added-on to inequality (except in this article:). Those who claim to do so are insane and playing mind games. Sustainability is not a one-item, one area thing. It is not just about the physical ecosystem. It is also about the spiritual ecosystem and more. Sustainability physically requires a sustainable value system.

This means sustainability in societies that are sustained by inequalities is a sham and a shame and is another attempt pretend to care about something not seen as an equal – the environment.

Inequality Is Taught At Home Because It Is a Form Of Violence

Inequality, psychological warfare and insanity are obviously taught to offspring, otherwise inequality would have died off by now or be drastically lower. Instead, inequality is getting worse because it is being maintained generation to generation. Inequality is being passed down as the most precious heirloom of these societies.

For this reason, do not shoot your mind with the bullets of psychological warfare by going along with those who say, “things are getting better.” This is not supported by the numbers; therefore we must not support this lie by the psyche.

We must fight back with nutrition. Nutrition is ammunition against all ills.

Definition | Violence Begins At Home

If this was not true, they would vote discrimination out of office, but they don't.

And yet there were ways to avoid the beast's pure aim. Your voting record will be checked to see if you voted for the cure or the sickness to remain.

Understanding African Family Values
An African Proverb, Part 3
Unity Consciousness #80

This is an extension of ”Many Rivers To Cross Of Understanding.”

African Family Values

Our African family depends entirely upon communal living principles. Those with elder knowledge must become teachers to those with younger knowledge in this self-perpetuating manner: holding responsibility, the elder reaching down, the younger reaching up while the elder lifting up, the younger rising, holding responsibility. This ensures each family member teaches another family member the family values. This also ensures values extending, ancestors descending, family continuing.

Going Back and Forth

In keeping with the above and with "each one teach one," family members must still go back and forth to rivers crossed. As more people cross back and forth, there will always be someone to help the next one who has just reached a river they have already crossed. An equally important reason for going back and forth is for additional understanding.

Unity Consciousness #4 | Values Cause Failure Or Success

Before we seek to understand how values cause failure or success, we must look at where values come from.

Values Come Out Of Philosophy

This is expected since we've already learned Maat is a philosophy and Maat is where the African value system comes from.

According to Obenga, “Human beings always need to discern what is real, true, right, or lasting. Such insight is wisdom, because understanding what is true, right, or lasting necessarily elevates the mind. To philosophize was not just to speculate about life and reflect on nature, but also to be engaged with love, intense desire, and strong enthusiasm in the investigation of causes underlying reality in order to build up a system of values by which society may live.” (1)

This tells us, the only way to create a value system not respectful of creation is to have a philosophy that hates, has intense disgust and strong enthusiasm against the laws and orders of nature. This type of philosophy can only be developed through unscientific means.

Choose A Value System, Choose To Fail Or Succeed

A value system strengthens through respect. It connects people to an interdependency on resources the Creator has provided and to an interdependency on each other. Those who share this type of value system do not go outside themselves for what is necessary to maintain the value system.

Per Ancestor & Master Teacher Yosef ben-Jochannan, “The reason we are failing is because we have taken European values.”

He goes on to remind us, successes come “when the African man, woman or child, approach whatever they are doing from an African perspective.”

It should now be clear to every African, Maat is the way out of this mess. If this is not yet clear, as always, we must seek additional understanding. One way is by studying to show ourselves approved.

Refocusing Responsibility

Values cause failure or success. People choose values from their philosophy. People create philosophy from their understanding of reality, that is to say, what they either believe or know is true. Even after we account for all mitigating factors, people are still responsible for their failure or success.

Africans must examine who the philosophers are their values are coming from. If we don't know or don't want to try to figure it out, one thing we do know is our value system is not working out.

It's much easier to reset our value system to the African philosophy of Maat. We have to reset and reformat our computers sometimes, and having no other choice, it always ends up being worth it. We must do the same and reconfigure our lives, unless someone can provide a better option.

Follow no one's advice or their ways, holidays, traditions, religions, educational teachings, social behavior, family dynamics and relationship ideas unless you also follow the philosophy of their value system.

Unity Consciousness #3 | Examining Value Systems

Examining Value Systems With All Senses

Morals, values and what people value, are all the same thing. They lead to laws in society. A society's laws must be filled with respect for all creation before it can be considered a civilization. A society filled with laws that dishonor the rights of creation is a society filled with dishonorable people, whether the people agree or not. (1)

People do not pretend to separate religion from government (Church from State), unless people intend to say one thing and do another.

Whatever changes “in form” in a society but does not change “in substance,” still reflects what the people want, i.e. for slavery to never go away even if it means all citizens must continue to be slaves. Another example of what the people still want is for truths to be delayed until the last day. A final example of what the people still want is for women to be first and foremost used in a sexual manner throughout society and especially how they are encouraged to dress and in the selling of products and services.

Whatever lingers in a society, legal or not, reflects the true intentions of the people.

Actions alone and inaction alone expose the true nature of a society's value system. Words alone and silence alone attempt to hide the true nature of a society's value system. Examples, experience and the results of institutions provide ample evidence of a society's value system.

Each Person's Personal Value Test

Which society has the same value system as me? Once I have an answer, I must check the value system I've chosen against the universal value system of Maat and the rights of creation. Are some changes necessary? Why or Why not?

Notes

(1) Once we reach a certain age, we absolutely know what our society reflects. If we do not, we have not matured sufficiently. If we have not matured as we should, we are becoming or have become stagnant. Stagnation makes us weaker and eventually sick.

All creation must remain in motion and go through the intended stages of change. Humans must stay in motion according to their intended process of development in order to maintain the feel and rhythm of time and everything else in motion.
