Gratefulness, gratitude and thankfulness have the same fundamental meaning.
Gratefulness requires having a basic need and understanding what it takes and means for that which meets that need, to meet that need.

Gratitude is kratitude. In the simplest sense, Kra is short for Kra-ter(Creator). In a more expanded sense, kratitude is Kra + ti or the double Kra of Preexistence and Existence which is the duplicated One who is the Kra-ter.
Gratitude is gratefulness for all that is the Creator who meets our needs. Gratitude understands what it takes for the Creator to meet those needs. Simply put, the Creator must give completely of self and put the Supreme Life at risk in order for us to have life. Everything taking place is to ensure eternal life remains eternal. Understanding this breeds gratitude.
Gratitude is also Khatitude. Khat is also another way to speak of the birthplace of all beginnings that is the Creator. The Khat and Khaos go together and is where we were birthed from – out of the Khatch, the Crotch.

“Gardener's Gratitude”

Gratefulness is active and proactive. Gratefulness seeks ways to give back to the collective to give back to the extended self. Gratefulness understands that a basic need, that is a part of all needs, is the need to receive help. Gratefulness then understands there is also a basic need to share and give help that is a necessary part of life, living optimally and living eternally.

As we mature in gratefulness for the extended self, we extend ourselves to ourselves in the forms of extended self. Because we are already and always receiving from the extended self, our awareness causes us to consciously give and receive. So in the basic sense, gratefulness causes us to take better care of ourselves through the extended self that extends all the way back to that Kat in the Khat.

What we've said thus far is that gratefulness requires understanding.

It makes sense, since understanding is the principle basic need that helps maintain eternal life. Again, this is why know yourself is much more than a catchy phrase. Know yourself is the essential fundamental key to eternal life and existence which is why it is imaged by the Ankh.

Understanding this, that and the other lives, breeds gratefulness because understanding retrieves gratefulness by mending its broken connections.

Thank is Thankh. Thankfulness is rooted in the Living One – The Ankh. Thus when we say “thank you” we are saying “the ankh you” and we are saying “life to you,” and “the living one in you is you.” This is thankfulness and the basis of gratefulness because it is mindfulness, consciousness, awareness and spirit-soulfulness. Understandings re-members more of our being. This is the power of beingness which brings forth gratefulness through the showing of thankhs even more than saying thankhs which brings forth sharing the ankh of life more than wearing the ankh of life.

In understanding what it takes to maintain eternal life, we must understand duality so we can understand the necessity of all the dualities we call good and bad. This is only possible when we understand life is continuous and not limited to this dimension or one other dimension of the hereafter where we live happily ever after. No. Our genetic potential will continue to go through iterations. As we go through these iterations, we are certain to experience both sides of duality, if we live long enough – and we will.

Gratefulness mellows out our current approach towards sameness and difference.
Gratefulness understands that our attitude towards sameness and difference is an attitude about self and about the Creator. Thus, if we hate evil, then we hate half of who the Creator is manifesting to be. This is one of the areas most difficult to understand. (them damn racists!) I'm not so sure we have to love evil, but we should have gratefulness for it for giving our genetic potential the opportunity to prove how good it is. To overcome the badder thinking and behaving, we must inundate the world with gooder thinking and behaving. It is not possible to vote that into or out of office.

The sooner I take more responsibilities
I can truly say, I am grateful for my world

Gratefulness is understanding that everything, heavenly or hellish and all greater and lesser goods and evils, are for the fulfillment of the basic need incentive. The cycle is almost complete. There is an upheaval and fulfillment that leads us, the Universe, away from harmony and there is an upheaval and fulfillment that restores harmony.

Understanding who we are, what this is basically about and the continuous nature of our nature, makes us less desperate right now and restores us to power through confident understandings of our greatness, genius and resilience that is equal to the Creator's and only deficient in understandings.

Have gratefulness for yourself because you are needed. The Creator understands this, otherwise you would not have been conceived. You are experiencing what you are experiencing because the Creator needs you to because the Creator needs you to understand so you can teach and be taught. You were chosen for duti.

Karma the Grand Ma and Grand Pa is faithful. Not to you or me, but to cycles within self. No matter what you have experienced in this life, you, as spirit-soul in one form or another, have, are or will get the chance to experience an opposite set of conditions, sooner or later in your continuous life journey.

As a simple example, if your understandings tell you, you have experienced poverty, then you have already experienced richness, are experiencing richness or will experience richness sooner or later. Not necessarily in the form of money, but in the form of the metaphor of richness. You may or may not understand it to the degree of gratefulness.

The Creator is responsible and has gratefulness for all of this. What more could we ask for than One who is capable of all possibilities, even those that are impossible, and who manifests through the Many, which is us?
What more could we ask for than for the One to have our back?
What more could we ask for?
More understandings that breed more optimal use of our genetic potential and more gratefulness.

I was listening to a YouTube video where the person was talking about living debt free.
The person then went on to say debt is not just financial.
The person said they turn down offers of help because they do not want to be indebted to people to return the favor even though the person says they are helping with no expectations of return favor.
The person says that inevitably, sooner or later, a situation will arise when the person who has helped you needs help and if you do not help them, then it creates problems in the relationship.

I say that this type of non-financial personal debt is yet another aberration and abuse of duality. It is a form of “I scratched your back, now you MUST scratch my back” and only becomes problematic when it owed to individuals as singular people instead of being owed to individuals in the form of the collective communal group.
When we and others function as individuals who are also functioning as a collective, then help from person A to person B does not have to be returned to person A from person B. If person A needs help, it can come from others in the collective.

A collective functions where each person gives and receives according to need to receive and ability to give.

In this manner, then it is not about the individual to individual back scratching.
The concept of “pay it forward” is more optimal.

The whole truth is, we will always be able to do some things for ourselves by ourselves and we will always need help from others in order to meet our needs and wants. The need for help is unavoidable, thus the need to help others is unavoidable. It is impossible to exist without help. It is impossible to function optimally without the collective when the collective is available.

The need for us to make deposits into and withdrawals from the collective is part of the necessary dynamics of functioning as an ecosystem optimally and suboptimally.

When we make it about individuals, it becomes suboptimal and becomes a burden of debt owed to individuals.

When we invest into individuals, we invest into the form.
When we invest into the collective we invest into the spirit.
Thus, because we must deal with individuals, we must not put the emphasis of the individual but rather on the spirit of the collective which that individual re-presents.
This is how we must operate because we as individuals are merely re-presentations of one collective spirit manifesting in two basic forms of optimal spirit and suboptimal spirit.
This collective spirit of duality, which is the spirit of the Only One, forms itself into individuals in order to carry out different functions that the Collective One Individual (The Creator) needs in order to get understanding to achieve eternity.

A recipe, method, gun, horse & chariot, motor vehicle, airplane, fulcrum and lever, religious textbook, sleeping, DNA, words, finger, cell, atom, rock, paper, scissors, spirit-soul, water...
What do these have in common?

They are all examples of technology.

Lo and behold! Some people want you to think they created technology.
They want you to think early humans, who are their Ancestors, did not have technology – the Ancient Ancients started out with nothing and ended up with nothing. They want you to think that they, the humans who just got here yesterday in human history, figured out everything, created technology and saved the world from a miserable state of living. Good grief gullible belief!
They want you to think technology means human-made machines.
They want you to think a “society,” something which is suboptimizing by nature, can produce technology that is optimal and do so even moreso than a “civilization,” something which is optimizing by nature.
They want you to think people of today have an improved quality of life because of human-made technology, even though the majority of knowledge in use today, came from humans way back in the day who supposedly didn't have the intelligence to create today's technology, only the intelligence to create the information upon which today's technology is based. Huh?

Technology is everywhere. The closest place, yet so far away, is within. All primary creations are technology.
Plants are technology. Earth and Sun are technology.

Technology is creative genetic potential genius. Technology is logic. Technology is skills, gifts, talents and abilities.** Technology involves process and motion, thus repetition. Technology is the Big “T,” the Creator, TC, T'C, Architect, Archi-tech, Archi-type, Archetype, AT, A, T, AT&T, ATI, AAT.

At least those self-deceiving people got one thing right - Technology is where it's AT.

Human-made machines are just one form of the use of Creator-given technology.
Human-made machines are not the ultimate epitome of what technology is.
What the Creator creates is the ultimate epitome of technology. How can we be educated and not understand this? How can we have self-esteem unless we know, as organisms, we are all about technology and nothing but technology?

The optimal use of Creator-given technology is not for humans to make machines.
The optimal use of Creator-given technology is human ideology in harmony with non-human ideology.*
Ideology is the result of understanding. Understanding is the result of health. Health is the result of knowledge of self. Knowledge of self is the result of nutrition. Nutrition encompasses all else. All else is necessary to create challenge to meet the need incentive of the purpose of Creation.
In other words, the optimal use of the Creator's technology is the process of becoming Many with the Creator....then Few with the Creator, then Three, then Two, then One, then Zero with the Creator.
This is simultaneously an individual creation and multi-individual creation (collective) process.***

When we humans are in low high intelligence mode, we are able to understand and blend technology within, without, below and above to transcend dimensions of separation and mend disconnections until we reach the beginning of where we extend and expand in all directions from infinity to infinity as continuous evolutions of technology.*

All this is to remind you, you are already in possession of the best technology possible. The difference is how well you are optimizing your technology, which depends on how well you take care of it which depends on how well you understand who you are.

All this is to say, since you already have the best technology possible, you are already equipped for space travel.

I went to Argentina twice last night. First time with a rainbow tanned friend with moonglow within. We emerged in a block building beside a black river running low and a forest suffering. It began raining and we mixed it with flour and egg, fried it for eating. Seeds into Seeds. Second time returned to North America holding two Nile River flowing devotions, Tesh and Tekhi, fresh and salt, desired and sought, purifying and preserving, cleansing and seasoning, seeking mixture on different sides of the same great ocean, strong and weak energies dynamic balancing me long time a ways from either shore, perpetually in the river of understanding needing more to evolve source code equation with technology which is what two truths are for.

*Human-made machines are simply one of many means to a never end.

** This is why technique goes with technology. Technique is merely optimizing a set and series of motions to go with another set and series of motions to produce the desired result.

***In other, other words, the optimal use of the Creator's technology is for everyone to leave home and help support each other in doing so, flourish, then falter. Get lost. Then for everyone to find their way back home and help support each other in doing so. All along the way, overcoming challenges, maturing in understandings, sharing understandings and returning those understandings back to home base to assist current and future generations, so we can all be reformulated for another round of life. Spiritual energy changes first and then transforms into physical matter.
Spiritual energy changes first and then affects physical matter already created.
This pattern repeats continuously in the order of creation, thus spiritual energy moves within from the below to the above, then moves outward into the Galaxy, then Solar System, then Sun, then Earth, then plants, then animals then human animals.
Spiritual energy moves in waves from one source to many and then from many to many and then from many to one. There is a multitude of waves within waves of spiritual energy moving simultaneously in the Universe.

Truth Seekers Are What's Happening

The rising of Aquaria and many other signs and symbols in macro and micro dimensions are telling us the spiritual battle is shifting in favor of Supreme Good. As a result, as those waves make it into the physical dimension, the Sun changes. This is what has been happening. Then Earth changes. This is what has been happening. Then plants, animals and human animals change. This is what has been happening.
Truth seekers seeking understanding of these truths are being assisted more and more as these waves of good spiritual energy are dispersed throughout Earth.
What's been happening for the longest time is what's still going on right now.
Waves and waves of creations are waking up to do battle in the struggle.
More and more people are investigating that lingering sense within that is saying "something ain't right."
More and more people are realizing they are being manipulated in the worst way - through evil manipulation.

As truth seekers continuously seek, they keep running smack dab into truths of the past, truths of what's going on and truths of what to do right now.
Here is also what truth seekers encounter: Since we have been programmed with evil manipulation logic, when we encounter the good logic of truth, our resident evil logic resists the truthful logic in an internal struggle which makes us uncomfortable thinking about certain things and it makes us nervous, fearful, sick, sad, crazy, depressed, confused and act out and lash out, resist and deny without reasonable basis and so on.

The resident evil logic is trying everything to stop the process of its evil logic being replaced by good logic. "Don't put that information in your head, it's this, it's that, it's not good for you, look at the person who is giving you the information, etc." These are logic thoughts that quickly pop us that make you uncomfortable, confused, etc. Evil logic is defending its territory (terror story) in your mind. That is all that is happening. Recognize it and tell the evil logic to shut up and sit down because it has had long enough to speak and now its time for you to at least listen to some other logic.

For a moment, for a while perhaps, the truth seeker will try to keep on living the same way, but can't escape, the need to hit the ESC button. The ESC button is an appropriate response when something does not compute. It is a step back which allows time for slowing down and rethinking the steps in the process to achieve the goal. It allows time to reassess the components of the process (pieces of logic). That process is life and existence. That logic is context, worldview, definitions, meanings, values, etc.
This has already been made clear to the truth seeker which is why uneasiness grows and grows as more and more truth is revealed. It happens due to encountering the truth that has everything to do with current beliefs on so many levels.
Here are just a few: religion, nationality and other markers of identity that add up to how each person esteems themselves, values other people and respects other creations.

Eventually many truth seekers realize there is no need to figure it all out at once and reach a total complete permanent conclusion about each ideology. Simply remain a truth seeking Initiate of learning, which means free will is being used in alignment with the Supreme Good. Do the better you already know should be done.* As intent and action move in the same direction, so also will come waves of good spiritual energy from the many and the one from multiple directions converging and conspiring to assist. Truth seekers begin to find pieces of logic that contradict and understand why there's a conflict and understand the fix. All this is possible simply because the knowledge called logic now harmonizes within self and with all else.

*This is the equivalent of paying tuition for access to more truth. In other words, why should you get more truth if the truth you have has not been put to good use.

In The Way Of The Truth Seeker

In addition to fear, another hindrance to understanding what's happening in the Universe** is physical nutrition. Study nutrition.
In addition to fear and malnutrition, another hindrance is trying to get to one truth and skip over, avoid or ignore all the other truths in between that add up to and lead up to the truth about something you are seeking. Because logic currently possessed on any given subject was not acquired all at once or all from the same place or all in the same order it currently exists in, then neither will the understandings needed to make the necessary assessments and adjustments come all together in a straight line, ordered progression. No! You must be seeking several understandings simultaneously so you will remain reminded each understanding has common connections to each other. This is the essential thing you must seek as you seek understanding of anything. The seeking of the commonness and common connection is a major metaphor key to many doors.

Not bringing all things to bear upon the process to reach truths you seek will get in your way. For instance, your brain will get in your way if mind-centeredness is you. The list of things to help and hinder truth seekers is long. I'll just throw out a few that pop up at this moment: basic needs, ways of knowing, context, listening...

Follow the path listening lays forth.

**Understanding what's happening is the same as understanding what has always been going on. It is understanding the truth of the matter, which is to say, the spiritual truth of physical matter and the spiritual truth of matters.

Common Origin: Human Organisms, Proteins & SeedsUnity Consciousness #854

As humans, we place much emphasis on the nutrient group called proteins. Like consummate pros, we pro-claim we need to consume pro-tein.
What we're really saying is we understand food and the human organism in such detail, we understand there is such a thing as protein in our bodies that is contained in certain foods. We then say in order to get the protein our bodies need, we must consume the protein already in the same form in food. (This false notion has been discussed elsewhere.)
What we then fail to understand is that if what we say about humans, proteins and food is fundamentally true, then the life within humans, proteins and food must come from the same source of life, the same common origin in order for separate lives to be able to be merged and become one life for better or worse.

Maintaining Course, Switching Perspectives

Consider yourself now as the protein inside the cell of a human organism.
The ribosome is the womb which gives birth to you. You are born, live and die inside a cell.

As a protein, you get into trouble conceptually if you define yourself in such a way that understandings of how proteins are supposed to function, do not have a common origin with the same definitions and functions of:
1. the cell that keeps you alive,
2. the other cellular components that keep you and the cell alive
3. and with whatever is outside the cell that keeps you and the cell alive.

It is not necessary to be aware of everything inside and outside the cell. It is only necessary to find the common origin of the things you are aware of and respect that common origin and optimize that understanding in every piece of logic you have. This will naturally lead you to become aware of more.

Without an understanding of common origin, the protein would miss most of the point of what is taking place within the cell. The protein would never come to understand self because the protein would consider self, mostly separate from the human organism it is in, due to its disconnection of its relationship with the cellular ecosystem.
As a result, the protein would never reach the seed perspective. The seed representing the various foods the nutrients came from that were used to create the protein.
As a result, the plant that gave birth to the food would be inconceivable to the protein. So also then would be Earth and Universe.
As a result, since these things are conceivable to the human organism but not to the protein, if the protein had free will, the protein would behave in a manner out of rhythm with the larger human organism, thus out of rhythm with self, all because of lack of understanding of common origin thus common purpose/destiny.*
Likewise on the other side, the protein without understanding of common origin, would consider itself as a greater manifestation of creation than amino acids, carbon, hydrogen, oxygen. nitrogen and the cell.

If the protein was in search of truth the protein would find it because nothing exists but: the truth, forms of truth from different perspectives and forms of truth differently disconnected.**

If the protein was in search of truth, the protein would follow the repetitive cycles in the cell to their truthful connections and origins.
Human beings began this way and found their way but then lost consideration for their common origin as something more important than differences. This has happened many times over many cycles. Common origin has been found and lost repeatedly. This is in keeping with the need incentive and the Two Truths.

We were all created from the same common origin of spirit-soul, energy, force, matter, particles, elements, essence, characteristics and principles.

Right now most humans do not understand where they came from or their purposes or their relationship to self and all else and how they are supposed to think, function, act and behave. Most humans are following the wrong information from religion and national identity. It is not possible for religion and national identity to tell you who you are, where you came from and what you are here for. Religion and national identity are dedicated to all exclusive toxic ideologies rather than all-inclusive purifying ideologies.
In the presence and prevalence of these misguided understandings, how likely is it humans can understand food and nutrition to the extent we know where proteins came from, the form we need proteins to be in and how proteins function, when we understand very little of this about ourselves?

Based on human understandings about humans, then humans must think there are races of proteins, proteins are more intelligent than amino acids, elements are pests like insects, subatomic particles are germs like microorganisms and cilia are weeds like trees on commercial property.

If humans really understood proteins in the manner in which we profess, that humans and proteins are the perfect marriage, then understandings of the functions of proteins within the cell would translate to understandings of how humans are supposed to function within the cell of Earth - more like a perfect marriage.
Since understandings of human relationships outside the body are at the lowest suboptimal level, you can be certain, so also is human understandings of relationships within the body.
Being in possession of information is not the same as optimal understanding of the information.
By default, understandings change behavior.
A sure sign of suboptimally understanding something is not changing behavior for the greater common good of common origin.
Behavior does not change because logic has not changed.
Logic has not changed because something significant is missing or screwed up.
Due to common origins, it is possible to understand how this applies to human organisms, proteins, seeds and all else.

*Just as the cell and proteins are for each other and are also for the larger systems and organisms they are within, so also are humans and Earth for each other and for the larger systems within the body of the Creator called the Universe.

**Some of the problems in reaching the truth occur when:
The fundamental level has not been reached.
The partial has been mistaken for the complete.
There is not enough integration of understandings such that inconsistencies remain and are overlooked.
There is a refusal to accept what is discovered.

Understanding: The Quest Involves QuestioningUnity Consciousness #705

To quest is to seek.
To question is part of the action of seeking.
Whatever understanding you are seeking, the quest involves questioning.

Questions Facilitate Understanding

You know it is not a good idea to get married before asking a lot of questions of self and the other person.
You also know it is not a good idea to ever stop asking questions even after being married a long time.

Neither is it a good idea to decide on a school, car, house, clothes or what to put in your body without asking a lot of questions.
So why do so many people think it's a good idea to base life on philosophies they have not thoroughly questioned and continue to question?

You should question everyone and everything until you yourself understand.
You must question the information, the teacher, the sources, those you love and trust and question information put out by those who have nothing but “ain't no love lost” for you.

Don't just accept someone else's understanding and try to insert it into your logic and then walk away without questioning.
Don't just reject someone else's understanding without questioning.

Questions are catalysts that stimulate the Universe to answer you. Rarely directly but always in the manner in which you need to be answered. Answers rarely just come to you straightaway but are found as you are in motion seeking understanding.

You must question the very thing you seek to understand. Question self. Question the Creator. Question the question. Question the answer. Re-question.

To question is to seek assistance. Questioning is asking for help. You know no one can do anything alone; therefore it is impossible to understand all you need to understand without asking for help by questioning self and all else.

We function based on logic. The Ecosystem functions based on logic. Everything in Creation functions based on logic. The Creator functions based on logic. All this logic is part of the Universal Ecosystem.

Optimal means matching your ecosystem logic within to the Ecosystem logic without, below and above which allows for optimal functioning, optimal living.

This matching process is another way to get aligned with the best context for you, approach understanding yourself, how your thinking is supposed to be connected, what life, existence and destiny are about and the process of becoming one with the Creator.

Parts of you are already matched. For instance, the logic of your breathing system is matched to atmosphere logic outside of self. Both systems are matched and optimal to help keep you breathing. In all areas in which you have choice, it's up to you to “check yourself and re-match yourself.”
Your logic was once totally matched when you were Oneness of spirit and matter in the Creator. Now, you and me are part of the Many in the Creator and we must re-match ourselves to the Logic Of Oneness. We must unify understanding because understanding is consciousness is awareness is logic is information is data and instructions.

Everything we need as human beings has been given somewhere in the ecosystem. This means life and existence is not all about humans. It is the collective responsibility of human beings to mature in understanding in accordance with Ecosystem Logic. Ecosystem Logic is the same logic that seeks harmony with nature. It is the logic of self-respect, thus, Ecosystem logic forms the basis for peace.

Everything you need as an individual has been given somewhere in the ecosystem within and without. This means life and existence is not all about an individual or being an individual. It is your responsibility as an individual to mature in understanding in accordance with Maat (Ecosystem Logic) in order to combine and transform resources* properly.

From these two understandings regarding human beings as a collective and as individuals, you can understand why optimizing is the way. Individual humans, the human collective and the rest of Creation must become one with Ecosystem Logic in order to become one with the Creator because you and we and me and us are the ecosystem as Many and the Creator is the ecosystem as One. Know yourself.

An individual can't do it alone. All humans, even if working together, but only with humans, can't do it alone. It takes all of Creation. The Creator as One (us in a united identity) can't do it alone. The Creator needs the Many (us in separate identities). This is why you exist.

You are because the Creator is because you are.
I am that I am because we are who we are because I am that I am.

To be a created being is not a form of life you have that is just something for your personal pleasure and preferences so that “You can just think the way you want to.” No! It is your destiny to re-match Ecosystem thinking so you can become one with the Creator. This is your internal drive and is what we all seek, but we call this desire to be complete again by different names. Understand the basis of your logic and you will understand all that flows from logic. Start with either the ecosystem outside of self or the ecosystem within self.

Creation is an optimizing process for the Creator. So then, all created beings are part of an optimizing process. This is why we must have optimal logic in order to optimally function in an optimizing process.

The lower-self has done a darn good job of using maximization logic to combine and transform resources. This is an imbalanced way.
Now it's time for the higher-self to use optimization logic to combine and transform resources in a balanced way.

Extending Understanding To Adversity

What has just been said about optimal logic includes the approach you must take when dealing with adversity. Human beings can't overcome adversity alone without the rest of Creation no more than you, the individual, can overcome adversity alone. No one ever has. No one ever will. The Creator couldn't. You can't. And that's a good thing.

Signs of Optimal Living

Moving closer and closer to abundance, using free space, defragmenting, reconnecting, re-prioritizing, practicing communal living principles, acknowledging all Ancestors, learning and remembering all things in relation to self, following the higher self, practicing collective benefit rather than mutual benefit, understanding the need incentive as it relates to destiny, salvation, evolution and eternal life...

The optimal way always leads to your individual collective best.

The suboptimal way leads you to possibly being the individual best among those going this way but it never leads to the collective best, even when more than one person, working together, becomes the best. Those individuals and that collective cannot be their best because they do not seek to understand or improve the entire self in relation to all else.; therefore, one or more individuals cannot combine and transform resources efficiently dynamically while utilizing their ever-changing ecosystem in conjunction with other ever-changing ecosystems.

No person or any type of creation, faces an adversity* for which they are not pre-qualified to overcome.

The highest example: The many layers and forms of the adversity facing the higher self is sufficient evidence of the many layers and forms of higher self greatness that had to exist prior to the adverse rise of the lower spirit of self.**

The higher self, females, water, the other Primordials, Africans, Africa and civilizations all had to face adversities. All of these existed first and existed in the glory of their manifested genetic potential.
All of these were thrown out of balance by less understanding forms of themselves such as: the lower self, males, humans, Asia, Asians (includes Europe, Russia, Israel, India, China, Japan, Australia, the rest of the Middle East and associated islands) and societies. These forms of creation have presented challenges by causing imbalances.

Though this is true, the focus must be on the greater more perfect truth: Our greatness stems from what is inherent in Earth, Solar System, Galaxy and Universe, thus, the changes within those life groupings also extend to us. Thus, their adaptive, resilient powers are our adaptive resilient powers. These are the same powers but are just in different forms sufficient for us to achieve the portion of destiny possible in this dimension. As we gain a better sense of our natural world cultural identity, which includes genetics (1), this will become more transparent. We will understand all power comes from one power – spirit – and that greatness of power occurs when the twin power relationship of spirit is in balance.

Key Parts Of Our Ability To Overcome Adversity

Our genetics are adapting faster and faster just as the momentum of Earth and Universe is speeding up. This is one part of our ability to overcome adversity.
The second part is continuous improvements in knowledge of self.

Since adversity is born out of the lesser known, uncorrected and unperfected parts of self and extended self, we need to learn how to use genetics in more and more interrelated and interconnected ways such that we layer genetic ability against layers of adversities in order to reach optimal genetic potential of all Creation as opposed to maximum genetic potential of some aspects of Creation and of self. (Within this statement is the third part of our ability to overcome adversity***).

**Other people and creations are also part of self. This must be so if it is possible to become one with the Creator who is everything. From this we are able to understand that adversity and the overcoming of adversity never pertain to an individual only. It is not all due to one person and not all overcomeable by one person's effort. All things are mutually beneficial and mutually detrimental. Your adversity is not your adversity. It is a communal adversity. It is universal.

If you want a person to function to the best of their abilities when performing tasks, that person must have:
1. An understanding of main principles under which the tasks are to be performed (for example when building a house: safety first. structural integrity, finished look, cost, timeframe...)

2. An understanding of the process(es) involved.

3. All necessary resources (includes current and learnable abilities).

4. An understanding how to use tools and other machines.

5. All necessary decision-making ability to complete the task unless the decision-maker is available as needed.
If the decision-maker is not the same person performing the task, the decision-maker must understand, once task performance begins, questions will arise; therefore, the decision-maker must be easily accessible, otherwise task performance will be delayed or may not go as intended.
When task performer and decision-maker are not the same person, there is less of an incentive for the task performer to make improvements to the task. There is more of an incentive to just do as told.

6. At a minimum, decision-makers who are not the task performer must be forward thinkers and expansive thinkers in order to address potential questions and situations in advance. This must be communicated to the task performer and the task performer must repeat the instructions. Under all circumstances when task performer and decision-maker are not the same person, the task performer must feel at ease to ask any and all questions. The decision-maker must be careful when addressing questions that the task performer could have figured out or was already told – unless the information was written down. Each time a question arises, the decision-maker should always seek to understand how to alleviate the need for the same type of question in the future and how to clear up misunderstandings without diminishing the task performer's incentive to function to the best of their abilities.

7. The task performer can never be made to feel like it's not okay to ask a question or that too many questions have been asked or that they have to wait too long to ask the question or get an answer.

8. Decision-makers must understand, if a task performer must have the time available to be a task performer, then the decision-maker must also have the time available to be a decision-maker.

9. The decision-maker should not supervise infrequently and limit availability for questions and then come in and supervise after task performance and point out things not done as expected.

10. Decision-makers must be patient and must be prepared to talk through their decision-making process with the task performer so the task performer can make more decisions using the decision-maker's thought process. This may have to be written out. It will definitely require seveal adjustments and revisions between task performer and decision-maker as task performance unfolds. If a person is capable of being a decision-maker, they should also be conscientious about being an instructor.

11. Task performer and decision-maker must both understand each of them have philosophies and ways of doing things. In many situations, if the task performer has a different way of doing things that still accomplishes the task without violating the main principles necessary to complete the task as intended, then the task performer should be given this leeway.

12. Even if the decision-maker has performed the task before, to the point of perfection or to the point of their own satisfaction, the decision-maker must remain open to a different task performer wanting or needing to do the task at least slightly different. If this leeway is not always available, the decision-maker runs the risk of turning the task performer into an order taker and a rule follower rather than someone learning and growing to become the best they can be.

13. Because the decision-maker has the greater authority and greater responsibility, the decision-maker must also understand this includes the need to have greater understanding of the dynamics involved when task performer and decision-maker are not the same person. The decision-maker must always strive to help the task performer remain a prepared and relaxed task performer. The decision-maker should keep anxieties and worries hidden unless they can be stated non-emotionally and matter-of-factly (don't make a big deal out of things).

14. Over a period of time, the decision-maker should train the task performer to make decisions by not answering questions directly but by asking for suggestions or opinions or what would you do and why. By listening to the responses and filling in missing pieces of the information and considerations necessary to make the best decision, decision-makers can help task performers perform better. Any person whose judgment is not trusted should not be in a task performer/decision-maker relationship with you.

15. Decision-makers must also understand that a general understanding of tasks and experience performing tasks from start to finish are not the same things. So it's one thing to make decisions and assign tasks and it's another thing to be able to perform the tasks based on decisions made and based on all other points made in this message. Every decision has the potential to impact task performance and expected results. The decision-maker must remain keenly aware of this and always ask for feedback from the task performer of how the decision will impact the task.

16. One of the worst responses a task performer can give to another is “it's our policy” or “That's just how we do it.” (Decision-makers are task performers.)

17. At some point, after all these things have taken place, both the task performer and decision-maker should be able to tell whether or not the task, task performer and decision-maker are the best combination.

18. For those seeking to optimize task performance rather than maximize something else, these points will help facilitate dynamic offering and handling of suggestions which will mercifully eliminate the need for the insulting “false concern for what you think could be better” suggestion boxes.

Since I, in the physical form, am the result of spiritual change, change I experience in this stage of life is not so much about the physical as it is about the spiritual.
In accordance with the need incentive and destiny, spiritual change is about changing in understanding. This spiritual journey is about changing in understanding. This life is about the process of continuously changing in understanding.
Knowing this, I understand, if I do not employ process in order to gain understanding to change my thinking and my behavior on Earth, based on what logic should I expect to gain understanding in the next life? What has changed? Won't I still be the same spirit that simply left the body behind?

There Will Be No Automatic Character Adjustment To Enlighten Me

I don't get an automatic character and attitude adjustment just by virtue of transitioning from one dimension to the next. If this is what is happening to everyone who makes their transition, then the afterlife would be filled with fully knowledgeable spirits, who now know and understand everything there is just the same as the Creator. Their journey would be over because they would be as one with the Creator. The completion of Creation would only require one cycle of transition into this life and transition out of this life. Upon the second transition, the fullness of understanding would be received even though the spirit did not learn, grow, mature or change in understanding as a result of living.

If I were to get an automatic character adjustment (full enlightenment) just because I “died” then there is no incentive to learn right now in this life. All I would need to do is just die and then all knowledge and understanding would be given to me. This would be like passing me on to the next higher grade even though I have not learned what is necessary to pass the test, have not done my homework in this classroom and have not made corrections.

What seems more likely, since this is a continuous spiritual journey, is that my spirit will have the same understanding in the next stage as it did in this stage.

Holding Back? What's Up With That

If my thousands of Ancestors now possess full knowledge that was handed to them easily and completely, why wouldn't they, in full knowledge, thus full power, hand it to me easily and completely, especially since, I am them? Why wouldn't at least one of them do so? Come on now, don't they love me as themselves? They would if they were fully enlightened.
No, what is more likely is that spirit is limited in the next life due to understanding. To the degree spirit changes in the next life by gaining understanding and to the degree I change in this life by gaining understanding and to the degree we communicate, is the degree to which we can help each other cross dimensions of understanding and cross physical dimensions.

Let's at least become aware of a second thing.
No one can stay alive for one second without help.
This help was preset into the Universe and is constant.

Let's also at least become aware of a third thing.
No one can do anything without help.
Every ability requires the interconnection and interrelation of multiple beings.
This was preset into the Universe and cannot be changed, no matter how ignorant we are, stubborn we are or stupid we are.

Every created being needs other created beings – not just a few, but an uncountable number of others do we need to help us constantly – not just from beings of the same “species” but from beings across the board and realm of all “species” throughout the Universe.

This understanding you will soon see.
An understanding of time guarantees this.

Getting On With Getting Along With The Help We Need

Since we all need help all the time we might as well get over ourselves and the false foolish suboptimal notion of being ashamed of needing help. Needing help is a good thing. Needing help is the only way there is. Needing help is healthy.
Help is a basic need.

It is past time right now to adjust our thought processes so we can get our thinking out of the way of the help we need in order to do what the need incentive requires we do.
The way we've been taught to think (our thought processes) is a major hindrance to getting the help we are supposed to need in order to be Hapi (happy).
Help is a continuous natural part of this spiritual journey. Help is what defines us. Help completes us. Help unifies us. Help is a logical part of the process of becoming one with the Creator. Help is the way. Help is what perfects us.

How NOT To Seek/Ask For Help

1. Wait until the last minute.
2. Wait until after the initial situation has become worse.

It is wise to at least listen to the wisdom of another person to help you think through options and scenarios.
Once you become practiced at this and get to know yourself better, you will realize that this “other person” can come from the abundance of Ancestors we all have and who are always here and ready to help.
In other words, even if you do 1 and/or 2 above, still seek help, still ask for help. There is no other way.

In Review:

No one can do anything alone – not in anyway.
No one can do anything alone - not during any moment of life.
Nothing you can do is due to you alone. It is not possible.
You have not done a single thing by yourself – and you never will.
Until perhaps, you become one with the Creator, at which point you will no longer be you, but united with the essence of you in all else, thus you will become all else, just as the Creator is.

Everything you have done is due to the contributions of others.
Understanding your relationships with all else, that helps you allways, will help you understand this.

As It Should Be

There is a young man. He has physical limitations. Teens, young adults and older folks sit with him, have conversation, spend time. Their interactions look relaxed, comfortable, commonplace, matter of fact, normal, as it should be, family. I see him dancing. They dance with him, around him, for him and for the spirit of the dance. Should he stumble, lose his balance, start to falter or fall, one person stands behind him with tender hands.

Every person has at least one limitation. It may be physical, intellectual, beliefs, emotional, a weakness in scarceness or a weakness in excess. Individuals overcome, cope, move on and live despite these limitations especially with someone near, by their side, at their back. When a limitation overcomes an individual, there are not enough individuals, not as it should be.

Help!

It’s deeply rewarding when someone (my friend from India) says, “You helped me.” Mind you, I haven’t talked to this person in over a year. Mind you, the “help” they’re talking about happened years before we last spoke; yet they still remember and still acknowledge it as though it just happened. In that moment of sharing, that moment of unique connection, there’s satisfaction, joy and simple pleasure that something done for someone had significance, made a difference and is still appreciated.

Whatever it was I did for this cool person must not have been much or complicated to me because I don’t even remember and I didn’t ask. It really doesn’t matter. Something small given, when needed, is a big deal to the receiver.

It’s deeply encouraging when another someone receives the results of your gift, is blessed and feeds you back by saying they’re going to support everything you do. She said she knows how important it is. Positive energy prepares and preserves the path.

Greater things are always at work. Our need and pleas for help bring answers from unlikely places. We must already have awareness, acceptance and appreciation to receive these blessings and opportunities.

Read & Write Better by Helping People

I received this note:

I cannot express in words how much you have helped me and above all inspired me to reach my goals. Thank you for all your good advice.”

The ability to help is a blessing. Though busy, I must always take time to connect with people, acknowledge their requests, trials, successes, projects, anniversaries, birthdays, graduations and their need to talk. Though giving back takes time, it also gives energy to the community and to the universe.

However, I won’t volunteer and give my time by neglecting myself. Neither will I help those who don’t help themselves, others or me when I really need it.

Helping people hones my intuitive self. Volunteering sensitizes me to things that might otherwise go unnoticed and taken for granted, thus allowing me to read the surer signs of life better. By working on this ability to see beneath the surface I learn to make better connections, thus communicate better in writing and in relationships.
