The male principle becomes father of the Sun at sunset, when the Sun enters earth below the horizon. The Sun enters Mother and Father Earth and is fertilized in spirit-soul. The Sun is then born of the Virgin at sunrise. This is the story of Seb as Joseph, Isis as Mary, Horus as Jesus and Amen-Ra as God the Father.

This must be further understood, Neither the male principle nor the female principle, by themselves, can produce children or be the only principle that gives birth to the ever-coming one.
1. 1. God the male, needs Mary the female and
a) God the father needs the female Holy Spirit to activate the male principle in Mary.

2. The male Sun needs female Earth to revive and female sky to rise in and
a) Amen-Ra, the holy spirit needs virgin earth as matter in order to fertilize immortal rebirth of spirit. (AE1 332-3/342-3)

In other words, neither the male principle nor female principle can create anything on their own. Spirit-soul needs matter and vice versa. First Truth needs Second Truth in order for the First Truth to give childbirth. Suboptimal needs optimal in order for suboptimal to give childbirth. Good needs evil in order for good to give childbirth to creations. Hate needs love in order for hate to manifest its logic. This is true for all dualities.
And this is why, in the current context, the human male needs the female in order to do the dirty deeds he does. A male-dominated world is only possible with a female assist. This applies to all dualities. The First could not be first without the assistance of the second, third and the last and the majority of everyone else who is not first. Racism could not exist by the elite or the KKK or the few, without an overwhelming collective assist. Religion could not fool the people unless spirit-soul assisted religion so religion can give childbirth.

Single Parents

In the human realm, this speaks to the notion of single parents. There has never been a single parent in the bringing forth of a child and there has never been a single parent in the raising of a child. The male and female principles take many forms and all children are raised by both principles in some form or another ranging from optimal to suboptimal parenting.

The Creator as the Only One, is still not a single parent. The Creator is Two existing as One, who then becomes One existing as Two..

Individual Collective Parenting

There is no such thing as I did it all by myself, except in rhetoric.
If there is an individual, then there is always a collective.
If there is a collective, there is always an individual.

1. Because the female principle manifested out front first, the female was first recognized.
2. Because the mother was named first, names for the Mother were modified into names for the Father. This is another way of knowing male and female are equal twins of duality.

The following short list of names identify both mother and father. The difference is determined by which principle is revealed and which is hidden.

The male principle out front revealed is called Seb, Earth, Father Earth, Father Time and Father Nature and much more. (NG2 374/382 ) (AE2 578-9/31-2)

Seb, the male principle, is dual in nature and so is Keb, the female principle.

Seb is number five, thus the duplication of Seb is Seb-ti - five-two (seven). (BB 85/97) (NG1 185/203, 287/305) (NG2 312/320, 509/517)
Based on his number, Seb was not identified until the fifth phase, after the four primary elementals were identified.

Because Seb is the Father of Beginnings, Seb represents everything. Whatever can be said about the female also applies to the male in some shape, form or fashion. It is certain, that in an earlier cycle, the female principle in charge of the Word of God, messed things up logically also.

The male principle is said to be the parent of the elementals of:
1. Light (child Horus), ever-coming sun/son
2. Water (Amset, carpenter), the devourer of impurity
3. Earth (Tuamuft, painter), adorer of the mother
4. Air (Hapi, Kapi, Kafi, Shu) digger
5. Fire (Kabhsenuf), refresher and bleeder

In this male-oriented context, we can see why Earth adores Water, because Water gives birth to Earth, just as female gives birth to male.
The Primordial Four above are essential in the rites of passage into life and the rites of passages into the next life. The elementals were used in funeral rites as follows:
1. Hapi presides over the heart as Air
2. Tuamuft, over the soul as Earth
3. Kabhsenuf, over the mummy as Fire
4. Amset, over the Ka-image (or celestial self), as Water

We now connect dots and synthesize understandings. Always we are trying to do this even as we simultaneously deconstruct in order to reconstruct. If the Primordial Four are essential to birth and death of the physical form, then they are also essential to rebirth, renewal, resurrection of spirit, thus they are essential to helping us reset our logical context. And this is why the Primordial Four Elementals are a good conceptual basis for a nutrition health plan for body, mind, emotion and spirit-soul. Seek nutrition from each of the Primordial Four for each of the four aspects of self. (NG2 466/474) (AE1 322/332, 402/412)

At one point in history, when the mother principle was out front, she used the mother-blood (Amsta) instead of Water (Amset). This makes sense because mother-blood contains water which she can pass to her creations. The male principle cannot pass through blood. The male must pass through Semen, a different form of water that delivers a magic bullet.

Intermediate Summary

The male principle of creation, transformed out of already formed logic regarding the female principle.
The father principle of virility, reproduction of self, transformed out of already formed logos regarding the virgin mother.
The divine father principle of self-creation and immortality was transformed out of already formed Words of God regarding the ever-coming child.

I have purposely avoided listing a bunch of names and symbols that represent Seb's male principle. Some will be added as needed. However there is one metaphor of interest. Both Mother and Father Earth were portrayed as an egg-laying goose. Mother Goose and the Goose that laid the golden egg.
Mother Goose gives birth to eggs through her blood that hatch into geese, or the eggs can be eaten to provide food.
Father Goose, through his spirit transforms eggs in the womb and gives birth to golden eggs, which are a metaphor for the father who begets the resurrected sun/son who now has an immortal spirit. Golden eggs born of the father are more valuable and divine than those born of the mother because eggs born of the mother can only sustain life for a short while so these mother eggs represent mortal life, but eggs born of the father represent eternal life. This is the nature of the current, yet waning, context of the Word of God.

Finally I encounter common sayings that hold true as is: what is good for the goose is good for the gander because turnabout is fair play in your own way according to your own principles.

The Creator Was The First To Have Sex & Make LoveUnity Consciousness #640

Sex is for the fundamental continuation of life by joining of complementary energies so energies can recreate themselves in another form (dimension) and mirror image.

Through sexual reproduction within self (asexual reproduction*), the Creator conceived (conception) the spirit-soul of female and male. This took place in the womb of the Creator. The female aspect of the Creator then gave birth to the male aspect in physical form. This birth was the transformation and transition of the male from within Oneness to a state of matter outside of Oneness. This matter was in the form of the moundtain that rose up erect out of the creative waters. Nun and Ptah then combined their energies and produced Atum. Atum is the Word. The Word spoke and combined this energy with other energy and brought the rest of creation into being (development). Each of these creations is sexual reproduction because it is the combining of complementary energies.

Sex is mainly for the purpose of procreation. Procreation is the process of creation
Thus, sex by two aspects of creation is the recreation and mirror image of what the Creator has already done - spirit combining the energies of self through a creative process to create another form of self.
Sex is supposed to be a marriage, union, bonding, creative, nutritional, healing, strengthening, balancing process.
The culmination of a creative process results in the accumulation of energy that is then passed on. This accumulation of energy is what we experience, in one sense, as climax (orgasm). See UC#639. This is not totally different from a movie climax where all things come to a head or not at all different from a volcanic eruption. The former is an interpretation of the logical process** of sex while the latter is a translation.

Sex at the metaphysical level (spiritual) is the principles of the feminine and masculine energies coming together. Through their interaction and exchange of energies, the Universe keeps going and energy is also created. It keeps the Universe in equilibrium and harmony is reinforced. Sex is life giving. Sex, in this context, is a ritual to strengthen life force (spirit). It is understood as a re-creation of being and imitation of divine forces. If not understood as such, then sex weakens and depletes. Once understood then, sex becomes sacred and special and is to be shared only during sacred circumstances and times.

*The Creator as One contains both sex genes. Both are functional. When the One created the Many (us), the sex genetics were divided just as Creation was divided. Females and males both have within them the sex genes to be male OR female. One set of these genes is turned on and the other set is turned off.

If you've made it this far and are still convinced the Creator did not and does not have sex in the sacred sense described above, then just how far does being created in the image of God go – in appearance only? Of course not because appearance is based on genetics and more than appearance comes from genetics. We know then, we are created also in the spiritual image of God. Why did the Spirit of God get Mary pregnant with Jesus? (See UC#518). Now use this reminder of understanding you already had, as additional context to reassess this message. Then if that doesn't help, consider the fact that we know sex has an emotional component and a mental component, so it must also have a spiritual component and an associated spiritual understanding. We often call the spiritual component of sex -making love. Well, why wouldn't the Creator also make love in creating the universe. If we are capable of something, so is the Creator.

Marriage is for the purpose of children, family, community and then self.

The constant consideration is how does this relationship benefit all of these priorities simultaneously?
Once you find a relationship that benefits these areas, embrace the relationship, even if you are not married.

Do not allow your desire and drive to be married to override the obviousness of another person's good heart.
By good heart I also mean good spirit and good mind. They are one.

Marriage on paper (or officially as some might call it) first requires the marriage of feminine and masculine energies.
There is commitment and partnership and working together when energies build in this fashion. I'm not talking about energies merging as the result of casual connection. This is partial, incomplete and leaves one feeling weak. Married energy strengthens, heals.

Build on this truth without allowing the desire and drive to be married to direct your thinking, behaviors and the spiritual safari this union is embarking on as two, as one and as each other. All simultaneously.

A friend is a fountain of youth and a lover who is a friend only adds sweetness to pure waters.
Divorce yourself from the idea of marriage and embrace experiencing the principles of marriage so you may be married properly and more perfectly.

A good heart is a blessing to encounter. May all your relationships stand on this understanding, rise on its overstanding and flourish from its innerstanding.

This is all about you!

You are what the world needs most.

You are what the modern (man-made) world fears most and hates most.

You are the initiators of creation. Don't you know that by now? Look around. Examples in the template of creation above and below abound. The natural world within and without is where truth is found.

Through you comes human nations because through you came all primary Creation.

The largest portion of the Creator is female and spirit.

The largest portion of earth is water which represents spirit which when water breaks, out comes creation.

You are the watery womb and the cosmic plasma womb. Can't you feel it?

The largest portion of every child is female due to the egg being 2 to 3 times larger than the sperm. This is a metaphor that shows creation of life by the Creator and by other creatures is mostly made of the female essence.

Males come out of you, not the other way around. Females must exist before males and so it is with the Creator.
At this moment there are females and males who are denying this fact. Even though we know women are the ones who give birth, we deny that males comes out of females. At the same time we don't even question somebody telling us that a woman was created by a rib bone from a male. We believe this even though we have never seen it happen anywhere. We deny what we have seen, a male coming out of a woman during childbirth. Women are the metaphor for the Creator.

Your image has been removed from the Trinity to diminish your Divinity.

You are not to be subservient to males because that which creates (females) can't be lesser than that which is created (males).

You are the throne and the power behind it. The male sits there by your permission.

The male is your helpmate. He needs you to survive.

If there were no more females, males would die out. If there were no more males, the original Creator genes in you would change and produce children and more males. You have already done this to initiate Creation and you, being the child of the Creator who most resembles the Creator, can do it again in human form.

Human origins on Earth are traced through you because you are the connection to the Creator on High.

It is feminine energy that provides energy to every cell in the body through the mitochondria which represents female power.

It is the motherboard in a computer that all things are connected to. The motherboard allows all things to communicate and receive power. This ability operates at the highest level through women, females and girls who are increasing in knowledge of self. This consciousness is what is missing in the world.

You represent the higher self portion of spirit, males represent the lower self portion. This is why the lower self dominates Earth because males dominate Earth. Males are sexually oriented and worship you as sex objects when you are supposed to be worshiped as spiritual beings.

You are spirit, males are matter; therefore females are less physically-oriented than males, even when both are suffering from miseducation.

For these reasons and more, males feel inferior to females.

When you are in touch with your female energies, misapplied or not, you can control males and children.

Nature listens to you because you are Great Grandmother Nature, The Uncreated & Preexisting to which there is no equal.

For this reason, you are under attack in every possible way by your male grandchild, Yurugu/Ogo and his followers. You are first attacked through the male, then you are attacked through your children and then once you have been sufficiently discombobulated and used against males who are out of favor and against your children, you are attacked directly and further disrespected and made to feel grateful to those who attack all of Creation.

The Mother/Father Creator is waiting for the prodigal sons and daughters to come home.

On December 5, 2013, Nelson Mandela made his transition from this dimension into the next. Five days later, a memorial service was held during which President Obama spoke.

At the end of NBC's broadcast, Brian Williams said:

”...the First President of The United States, of course, who can also be called, a son of Africa...”

This, of course, is a lie. All American presidents have been sons of Africa.

Despite historically documented facts that all people have their origins in Africa, this statement by a “respected” national journalist, continues to prove nothing has changed. Media and reporters don't give a damn about truth. What the status quo needs is what is reported. We must know this by now and stop sucking up what is reported. Since the status quo is Human Racism White Supremacy And Other Discriminations, the media continues to prove it has pledged allegiance to the lower self that lives on and breeds lies.

There Is No Escaping Africa

Every person, citizen, ruler and president whether red, yellow, black, white or brown have their origins in Africa. The majority of every person's ancestors are black-skinned and African.

Without this knowledge of self in each person, it will be difficult, if not impossible, to achieve worldwide peace because there is no fundamental unifying factor representative of the higher self. The fact that we are all of the same species, homo sapiens sapiens, is not good enough. If it was it would have surely worked by now.

According to history, the majority of the lands outside of Alkebu-lan were first inhabited by their black-skinned Ancestors and many of the societies were started by or benefited from these indigenous people. These indigenous people migrated from Alkebu-lan directly to these lands or indirectly from other migrants who had left Alkebu-lan many years before. These prodigal countries of people foolishly refuse to retrace their path to our homeland.

It sounds nice that we are all created equal and we should treat each other with respect but those incentives are forgotten at the first sign of stress. We need something more enduring. That something is the awareness and acknowledgement that we are all family.

Even Kid President has sense enough to ask, ”Aren't we on the same team?”

Those who refuse their foundational African heritage, refuse to be healed and refuse to re-fuse. Do not believe or listen to anyone who does not acknowledge their African heritage. A denier of truth is a liar at worse or a scary sick person at best. Either type of person is prone to violence from the non-physical to the physical.

This type of person resists the strong force that has the power to bring us together until the person becomes the weak force that pushes and pulls us apart. Those who refuse any historical truth, also refuse the Spirit of Truth, therefore salvation. Their behavior has made it so. Yet many refusers of truth here and now expect to be accepted into an afterworld of truth.

Finding self is to be conscious of the foundation of self. “Finding” is a form of “found” and “found” is part of “foundation.” Finding self is foundationing self. Also, since foundations themselves are intended to be what is solid, secure and reliable and also built upon that which is solid, secure and reliable, many physical foundations are attached to earth (ground). This means the finding, foundationing process of the spiritual self is the same thing as a grounding process.

Foundation Of Self Is Spirit

1. Spirit is the professional we need and is freely given as the the average person's expert and personal assistant to life & existence.

We must once again practice being spirit listeners. Once we allow the voice, teachings and suggesting influence of our expert spirit professional to start reawakening the correct programming, toxins will become easily detectable. Can our choices remain unchanged if we have changed? Can all our choices remain unchanged if we have grown? Can our foundational choices remain the same if we have changed fundamentally? Can we be grounded if our foundation is built upon what humans have written rather than what's written throughout the natural world within and without?

2. Whoever does not know they are a child of the Creator born through the womb of Africa is malnourished. Knowing the place of your ancestral birth, helps you find your way back to the place of your spiritual birth. A well-grounded desire to return to the place of your spiritual origin is not separable from a desire to return to the acknowledgement of your Earthly ancestors and origins. Spiritual grounding tells you the spiritual self is part of the total package of self which includes the physical, emotional and mental.

The word, “pole” has many definitions. For this article, a pole is one of at least two endpoints between which energy flows.

With this in mind, we again see why something as foundational as “thought” is based on the flow of shared energy between the female pole and male pole.

This means normal thought is a bi-polar process. Bi-polar is good for behavior but the term is misunderstood and misapplied. Bi-polar simply means two poles.** The female/male dynamic within our genetics is one of the fundamental bi-polar aspects of Creation. This double-stranded dynamic must be respected within us if it is to be so in the larger society.

Without the balancing influence of feminine spiritual energy and thought process, civilization cannot exist, only stifling societies.

For the last two to three thousand years, we have been experiencing what happens in a world that is not bi-polar. Far too many societies are polarized to one side based on gender and polarized a second time based on the bogus category of race or other ethnic bias. This will continue to bias in the axis until corrected, meanwhile, being feeble, we wobble instead of spin smoothly.

Back To Being Bi-Polar

We all have highs and lows and ebbs and flows of our moods and emotions. This is not a disorder. Neither are the necessary bi-polars of higher/lower self and strong/weak force.

We are all naturally, normally and necessarily bi-polar. The real bi-polar disorder is not having the balance of feminine energy and masculine energy. This balance must exist within each person in order for balance to exist in the group in order to create a civilization. In many countries, evidence proves not enough people have this bi-polar balance in their thoughts, thus normal behaviors are at a minimum and can't even be bought at a premium, thus civilization exists only within the matrix.

**By extension, this also means the Trinity is tri-polar.

Why We Use The Word,”Thought”

It's good to be able to think and have thoughts. It's also good to understand why the word “thought” is used to describe this mostly mental activity.

The word “thought” comes from the name of the Greek God Thoth.

The Greeks got all their Gods & Goddesses from Kemet, now called Egypt. The original Kemetic name for Thoth is Tehuti. In Kemet, Tehuti had a dual identity. This balancing identity was, of course, female. The Goddess Seshat is the female equal to Tehuti, thus to Thoth.

This means, not only is the foundation of thought, African, it is also just as much a feminine quality and ability as it is masculine. This is of no surprise since the Creator is both feminine and masculine.

This also means, each time we feel good about our ability to think and have thoughts we are giving honor and praise to “Thoth,” the Greek God of Thought who is actually both Goddess Seshat and God Tehuti.

Due to one-sided male imbalance, the Greeks chose not to include the female aspect of one of the most powerful deities. Thus, the Greek way of thinking is unbalanced thought.

This explains what has followed in history up to the present. Greek culture and way of thinking, has formed the basis for European culture and way of thinking. It has replaced the African male as an originator of thought and only considers the African female as a tool and weapon.

Greek thinking also explains why even the European female has had much trouble in receiving respect and achieving equality in her own home and religion and remains the original second class citizen.

These situations with the African male, African female and European female are to be expected since, if you are not represented at the highest levels in the heavens of your religion or spiritual philosophy, neither will you be on Earth. As above, so below; As below, so above. As your thoughts go, so it will also go – temporarily.

Detailed Personal Preparation For Africans (1 of 2)Shortages, Disasters, Climate Change & Global Warming

This fourth post in the climate change & global warming series mainly addresses physical climate changes.

We must specifically prepare for food and water shortages and disruption of basic services. Each person's philosophy will add, subtract, or change this list. Each person must take inventory of personal needs, special unique needs and family needs.

A word of caution. Personal philosophy will not change principles of nature and what is required to survive. We must guard against self-deceptive thinking trying to convince us we can live without basics just because we decide it's unimportant, nothing's going to happen and if it does, we have money.

We must delete from our minds all those images of the Red Cross, National Guard and local emergency services so as not to depend on something unlikely to be there for us Africans. Remember Hurricane Katrina and the lack of assistance from FEMA. Haiti is still in a mess despite billions of dollars given to nonprofits who are profiting. Remember all over the world those we are dealing with are taking us out rather than keeping us in.

Why A 60 to 90 Day Supply?

This U.S. government site says 3 days is being prepared. This goes against common sense of experience. But what else can they say? Tell us to be prepared for 3 months and have us sheep, panic? Instead we're told 72 hours to downplay the potential problems of global warming and to set us up to fail. Only those who do not understand the basic laws of nature will follow those who do not understand the basic laws of nature.

Whatever shortages occur will take much longer than 3 days or even 14 days to correct and return to “normal” levels, especially for wide scale shortages involving millions of people. Emergency services are only prepared for small scale problems. After all, people provide these services not deities. In these situations, it is better to have more than enough. Remember, during times of shortages, we will likely expend more energy and will need more nutrition.

Basic Needs For 60-90 Days Per Person

1. Overall water needs are 1 gallon per day for all uses. This must be supplemented by rainwater if we intend to clean our bodies every day. It is not necessary and should not be expected.
2. In addition to the above, bottled water x 6 cases; plastic bins to catch and store rainwater and food; 5 gallon buckets with lids to catch and store rainwater and to carry water from a creek/river and to flush toilets, buckets can also be used to store food or for doing work around the house; plastic 2-liter soda bottles for water storage.
3. Overall food needs takes into account partial sharing with the unprepared. Purchase products with the least amount of ingredients. Lower cost generic or store brands are just as good most of the time. Start buying more items when on sale. Purchase during holiday sales. Go to Dollar Stores, Big Lots and other lower cost retailers. Consider buying in bulk from shopping clubs for some items. Frequent flea markets plus yard, garage and estate sales.
4. This list focuses on items that do not need refrigeration. There are ways to keep items cool without electricity. Search this on the internet and YouTube.
5. Can food x 120. This is your foundation for nutrition. Beans and other seeds are best because they are high in nutrients and usually don't need to be warmed up. Buy all types of can foods that are seeds; Canned meat if we feel we need meat; Can opener non-electric; Dry beans, dry rice; Dry cereal like Cheerios or Raisin Brand that can be eaten without milk; Cereal bars; Oatmeal, grits; Nuts, popcorn; Peanut butter; Honey, molasses; Salt, pepper; Cooking oil; Olive oil, can be used like butter; Pancake mix complete (add water only) x 8, for a quick pre-mixed bread; Flour, yeast, cornmeal; Potatoes, hard melons, squash, pumpkins can last a couple of months or more unrefrigerated in cool dark dry storage; Food and water for pets to eat and be cleansed.
6. Coolers or some other type of insulated container or some other method to keep food cold so it won't spoil
7. Solar oven, basically a box lined with foil and covered with a piece of glass. Use with cast iron or clay pots for heat retention. Search on YouTube.
8. Dry firewood, Matches, cardboard, newspaper; Axe and saw; Plastic, tarp or a place to keep wood dry; Plastic Ziploc® bags; Aluminum foil heavy duty, aluminum baking pans and pie pans of various sizes have many uses; Cast iron pots and skillets of various sizes; Oven rack or rack from a barbeque grill and long-handled utensils to cook outside.
9. Unscented bleach for sterilizing water and many other uses; Gas can with at least 5 gallons of gas; Heating method or other ways to keep the body warm; Medicines and hospital needs; Toilet paper, paper towels; Soap, toothpaste, feminine products, contact lenses, extra eyeglasses; Candles, flashlights, batteries and extra batteries for everything that uses batteries; Radio and solar charger
10. Seeds to plant and land to plant them in or soil in containers; Tools for garden work, work boots; Canning jars x 6 dozen. These jars are for filling right now with homegrown or store bought vegetables. Also for preparing bean soups, chilis, potato soups, vegetable soups and canning in advance. Smoked meats can be added to the recipes. Will stay preserved several years.

Personal Questions Keep Popping Up

Do I have the ability on the first day of a food shortage to plant seeds to meet some or all of my nutritional needs?
What if it's not the right season for planting?
How will my needs change depending on what time of year it is?
Am I prepared to survive in a variety of conditions for a minimum of 60-90 days?
How am I going to wash and clean myself, wash/dry clothes and my dishes without running water or electricity (Washing dishes can be accomplished with a damp towel.)
What do I use electricity for now?
What am I depending on now that I can get from my own house, yard and abilities? This includes working with family and friends.
What if I can't flush the indoor toilet?
Where is the nearest natural water source?
What if I need to boil or sterilize water without the use of indoor appliances?
Am I using all my resources in a responsible manner to prepare to be self-sufficient?

Truth About Information & Knowledge

Turns out, all knowledge is information, but not all information is knowledge.
A critical designation that alters mental orientation and thought organization.

Knowledge is what is true. What is true is in harmony. Harmony is defined by ecosystems inside and outside of self. Each a continuation and extension of the other.
Knowledge is what is true about what is untrue, i.e., the truth about a lie. What is untrue is not in harmony. It harms ecosystems.

If I am not in harmony, I am not in enough truth.
I have information, but not enough knowledge.

Know Thyself, Know Truth

To know yourself requires truth of self, not information of self, not belief of self.
To know yourself requires knowledge of self. This truth about self is self-esteem.

What Self-Esteem Knows

The spiritual, mental, physical and emotional.
It cannot exist if one of the four aspects above is significantly deficient. This is why each aspect requires nutrition. Nutrition includes feminine and masculine energy. Nutrition also includes shared values with the Creator and creation. This is accomplished by valuing the primary value - harmony.
Abilities are given and developed to complement given purposes, not dreams. Sometimes they are the same thing but often they are not.

Self-esteem includes intimacy with the natural world.

It is power. Lasting power, overcoming power and becoming power.

Self-Esteem Is Not A Feeling

It is a state of awareness without a name given to itself. It just exists.
It is not the mind telling itself it has self-esteem.
Ask someone who has self-esteem and they will likely pause and probably ask questions because they haven't thought about it. It's just there.

Ask someone without self-esteem and the ones who immediately and emphatically say they have it probably don't. The answer was sitting right there in short-term memory. It was preconceived.

Someone who indicates they have self-esteem and that it's unshakeable and securely locked in place with no further effort won't have self-esteem for long, if they have it all.

An example why

Today's health can't carry you for the rest of your life. Neither can today's self-esteem (knowledge of self).
Each are part of the same ongoing process.
Though words are powerful, you can't talk yourself into health. Same goes for knowledge of self (self-esteem).
Health doesn't come from saying, “I am healthy. There's nothing wrong with me.”
Self-esteem doesn't come from saying, “I love myself.”

You must walk, run, work and fight your way through all terrain and obstacles to achieve and maintain health and self-esteem which are the same things because both deal with the physical, emotional, spiritual and mental.

The really great news is, since this is necessary, it is also entirely possible for everyone who continues to restore knowledge and get rid of information.

Dysfunctional Families

When it comes to families, dysfunctional means the same thing as mis-education. When mis-education lingers, individuals cannot function properly and families also become dysfunctional.

Individual dysfunction creates family dysfunction and family dysfunction creates individual dysfunction.

Dysfunctional Frequency

Because mis-educated individuals have become commonplace, dysfunctional families are everywhere, scattered about like societal collateral damage. The four previous parts, 8i – 8l explore the causes and effects.

Formula To Dysfunction Families & Individuals For Generations

All of the above causes and effects have a lot to do with Big Willie, who said,

“...to master a human being, no matter what his race or color, all you need to do is to strip him of his identity, his land, the strength of his culture, and the memory of his ancestors.” (1)

In other words, take, mis-educate, then dominate.

It is important not to overlook the entire truth of this statement. This tactic has been and still is being used against all peoples. This is why most people are being dominated by a few in nearly every country. The 99% proves this over and over again. Disparities are the starkest in societies of the G20+ variety and in countries that admire, covet and wannabe in the group.

Only dysfunctional individuals and dysfunctional families can produce dysfunctional societies that have widespread inequality. Mental health issues cause these individuals to continue to vote for inequality that harms them at every turn.

A Changed Consciousness

“...nobody could come and map out your relationship for you. They can give you certain information that can change your consciousness. A changed consciousness automatically remaps its relationships” - internally and externally. (2)

Restoring Function, The Next Step In The Process

Now that we have awareness of the causes and effects of dysfunction, the next step is for us to admit it to ourselves and to our families.

Many of us admit our families are dysfunctional. That's as far as we are willing to go. Few of us will admit: we are personally dysfunctional and our families are mis-educated, do not have knowledge of self, do not have cohesive communal family values, are malnourished in fundamental ways and have mental health issues.

No, few of us will admit these things even though all these things are true for the majority of individuals in families and for the majority of families.

We can either admit this and move on to the next step in our recovery process or we can help Big Willie hurt us. All we have to do is keep denying dysfunction and continue relying on heads, pockets and houses stuffed with mis-education fluff.

We can also support Big Willie by voluntarily cutting ourselves and our children off from family and complete ancestral identity. This power draining problem adds to the already likely feminine/masculine energy imbalance.

Family togetherness is an illusion when both leading and trailing indicators point to individual mis-education.

Harmony Is Power

When I am being ME, I am harmonious with all else that is being ME. Being in harmony is being in full power mode. Harmony is power because harmony is the connection to universal Supreme Power.

All power requires connection. Harmony is my link to be in sync to receive this power. I must maintain and support this connection. This requires full nutrition which includes communing with the Divine, the rest of the natural world, ancestors and with my purposes and talents.

If all of this is not true then I can't make use of all my potential because I am not connected to all possible power. I'm not giving my all or receiving all there is. I am doing myself a disservice. I am cheating ME. I dishonor the Great Giver Of Gifts.

Racial Disharmony, One Cause

Everything was created for multiple usefulness, purpose and service. In order to have the right to participate in this process, I must honor the process of natural law and order. I must give of myself in order to receive for myself. What I give must support the things I use. At a minimum, I must give and receive in equal measure in order to preserve equality/balance/ecosystem/harmony/justice/peace/health/fulfillment/Hapi-ness.

This is the basic barometer for all of life's actions. I must realize though, if I behave in this fashion I become an enemy of capitalism. This is not a casual statement. The results of capitalism, attest to this fact. These extensive results reveal capitalism's intentions regarding ME.

Since I am naturally designed to seek balance, an unbalanced system must actively do numerous things to keep me off balance. Only when I exist in a state of imbalance am I able to exist with imbalance (capitalism). My imbalance matches capitalism's imbalance so it seems right to mind and emotions but body sometimes and spirit always know sumthin' ain't right.

Capitalism must keep me from being ME, essentially by interfering with knowledge of self. The system must treat ME adversarially because my nature is opposite to the nature of the system. This is the basis and instigating force of racial disharmony.

Broad Example

Racial disharmony is not caused by one branch of the human family tree acting inhumanely against another branch. This is merely a symptom and intended consequence. Racial disharmony IS CAUSED BY one branch of humans actively keeping individuals within their branch, off balance, thus out of harmony with the universal, the rest of the natural world and each other. In this weakened, off-center condition, these individuals can only manifest their humanness and not their spirit essence (there's no connection). This individual disharmony must, and does, lead to disharmony in relationships of all types. Racial disharmony is a symptom of individual disharmony. Individual disharmony is a schism-based illness that creates other schisms outside of self. This is what fosters terror in the world and all negative “isms.”

To be clear, the only way to be in agreement with capitalism's non-inclusive, non-universal nature is to be in disagreement with the knowledge of myself, which, even on an individual level, is, by nature, inclusive and universal.

And another thing. Racial harmony will never be solved by discussions between branches of the human family tree. It will not be solved by pacifying gestures or man-made laws.

Racial disharmony is a contagious infection that is only able to take hold when lots of humans are spiritually malnourished. If only a few were infected, the health of the group would override them. Yet, infection cannot exist unless it is introduced and allowed to remain. Capitalism was happy to oblige. Yet, infection cannot grow or spread to other individuals and generations and then to other branches of the human family tree's body unless it is fed. Capitalism happily feeds the infection continuously, 48 hours per day, double-time.

Historically Correct Example

The only way to effectively infect an entire tree from one branch is for the infection to travel to the trunk and then get dispersed to the other branches and the roots.

The conditions for racial disharmony were sown first within one branch (European) and then directed at the trunk (African). Africans are connected to all people genetically (physically and spiritually). This makes Africans the best mode of transmission of an infection to weaken humankind and then allow invaders/colonialism to wreak havoc with the human family's body. Now I know why what has happened and what is happening must happen.

Remember, an infection also infects its place of origin. This is why, Europe had and still has many conflicts along racial lines. This infection was the basis of Naziism. Now infected, other branches of the human family tree, fight each other at the subbranch level also (Hutu/Tutsi, Republicans/Democrats, Upper & Middle Income/Lower Income, Indians/"Untouchables", Sharia/Non-sharia, European Jews/Original Jews, Chinese/Tibetans, Christians/Muslims, Catholic/Protestant, Shia/Sunni, Orthodox Jews/Secular Jews, humans/human beings, etc.

So, though it is popular and seemingly profitable to direct injustice at members of the trunk, it is in the best interests of every branch of the human family tree to eradicate this behavior from themselves and its negative effects on the trunk because this is the only way to save any and all branches.

Nature is self-healing. Leave the trunk and its roots alone for a season and it will heal. This, of course, is capitalism's biggest fear. As a result, capitalism influences infected branches to keep offloading their poison into the trunk causing both ongoing genocide and suicide. Remember this impact from Part 4? -

“...if it were possible to remove every trace of Alkebu-lan (African) History, all humans and their footprints would also disappear. As it stands, the degree to which we have attempted such removal is the degree to which we wander aimlessly from a well-marked path and the degree to which children, following in our footsteps, suffer.”

Solution Is Spiritual Medicine, i.e., Harmony

Racial disharmony is spiritual cancer. This world needs spiritual medicine. Pure doses must be injected into the trunk of the tree. Those who acknowledge their Africanness are doing this themselves again as always, but for quicker results, others must desist with dispensing poison. We want our sh*t back too!(Racial disharmony remains where there are ill-gotten gains. Repentance is the action of recompense, not apology.)

It is a natural fact, when the trunk is healthy, all branches are better off. Let the 99% embrace the female force of feminine energy because Maat means what she says. Let her daughters reclaim the prodigal ones.

“Are men necessary?” This question is still being asked. The short answer is no and yes.

No, Men Are Not Necessary

Only nutrition is necessary to live as intended.

Yes, Fulfillment Requires Masculine & Feminine Energy

In addition to the male necessity for procreation, there is another primary reason men are necessary. Masculine/feminine energy is a Supreme principle, earthly principle and cellular principle. In these three areas, both masculine and feminine energies are necessary for balance, harmony and just relationships. For females and males, balancing force/energy can come from a parent, caregiver, sibling, relative, friend, ancestor or deity.

If mature adults could go back in time, all of them would trade in many of the things their parents provided if they knew those un-necessities were drawing parental resources away from “child-supporting” self-esteem.

What Is Self-Esteem?

Simply put, self-esteem is knowledge of self. The four basic inseparable aspects of self (emotional, spiritual, physical, mental) have been addressed in Expanded Definitions: Reality, Illusion & Delusion For Everyone and Part 1 and Part 7b.

Of all animals, humans have the longest instruction period before their offspring must fend for themselves. Disgracefully, after several years of instruction, many human children still do not possess the knowledge of self they should and therefore children cannot possess the esteem for themselves they are entitled to by birthright into creation.

Family Planning Development

For parents and prospective parents, your personal health must be the only priority. Because the health of parents extends to children, taking care of children by parents taking care of themselves is the latest development from ancient times. This model hinges on remaining in a state of reverent apprenticeship to natural world teachers.

Their Upbringing Is All About Yours

Upbringing means bringing up children to higher and higher levels of self-awareness. This is “raising” children. This is the same definition for self-esteem. Throw away all other notions about parenting. Graduate from knowing more about micronutrients for plants via slow-release fertilizer to a higher degree of attention on the macronutrient needs of children via a steady diet of parental “watch me, now you try.”

Parents who realize, “raising” children “properly” is a redundancy are in the zone - that sweet flow of instinctive living and guidance. They realize children are either raised or not. This is why parents must focus on raising themselves so their children have no other outcome but to be properly prepared.

Parents must grow if children are to grow and learn to keep growing. Far too many parents operate under the illusion they can raise children without continuously maturing themselves into the healthier people they are intended to keep becoming. Parenting without personal growth will result in developmental delays in the growth of children. The only possible saving grace are others whom children come in contact with but parents who rely on chance instruction for their children obviously have not learned to feed themselves and are therefore reliant upon others to teach them as their primary method of knowing anything. In broader terms, the biggest hindrance to raising children is parental immaturity in areas they have yet to consider essential to the success of their children.

Who Cares About This Kind Of Stuff?

Children want to learn who they are and what they are capable of. Learning is their default mode. They want to learn about their relationship with the natural world and with all existence. I suspect this is where self-esteem suffers the most malnutrition. When children do not learn unifying concepts of themselves, unnecessary difficulties ensue as they try to find balancing points within themselves, relationships with others and with the rest of the natural world. Thus we have identity crisis, bullying, disinterest, learning difficulty, children straddling societal cracks that emanate from home, some falling through and a long list of problems that clog the passageway to love & happiness. Family planning can save the children. It can preserve their original state of promise or restore balancing harmony so children may flourish during their turn in this world.

Commitment To Children

What children need is simple - parents who are the best people they can be. This is why those who are not the birth parents are able to raise children. This is also why children who are absent one or more birth parents must be reassured from this perspective so they do not lose awareness of their ability to develop into their fullness.

When parents put love into an action plan, dynamic children are the result because the family plan is dynamic because it is principled upon independent and joint learning of self. Self-study means more than just studying on your own. It also means studying self. This is sometimes collaboratively, and frequently with the natural world but never alone because spirit is always present. In this manner, self-esteem becomes one of the few measurements that validly assesses the quality of life.

The Necessity of Male & Female Forces

Family planning goes beyond feeding, housing, clothing and schooling. Those things only address a small portion of the physical and mental aspects. This alone has no chance of supporting the level of self-esteem individuals need in order to have the best opportunities. Self-esteem requires nutrition for the entire self. This includes both feminine and masculine guiding energy for all children and adults. The importance of these counterbalancing complementary forces must not be overlooked. These different influences are as essential as the two types of DNA we all have. DNA comes as two halves to a whole set of instructions. Neither can function on behalf of the cell independently of the other. This brings us to the fundamental form of abuse & neglect. Separating children from access to these nutritional energies on purpose is abuse and not ensuring children get this energy, regardless of why it's not there, is neglect.

So-called single parents get no merit badges if they are not doing what is critically necessary for children by bringing all resources to bear on their behalf. Parents operating under the living martyrdom syndrome that they are going it alone are going about it all wrong. There is a universe of possibilities. This is why the Supreme Being put the same nutrient in several places – to give us more than one option to get what is necessary. When we combine this benevolence with our intelligence of body, mind, emotion and spirit, we remove debilitating hunger physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually from ourselves and our children.

Growing Home

Children will get bigger and older with very little effort. If parents want to take pride in providing a good home for their children, they need to plan a place that accommodates lots of fertile growing space indoors and out in the world. A place that allows children to learn the strength of their spiritual will and determination. Critical to self-improvement is allowing and encouraging children to work through adversity so they will never quit or retreat and sacrifice the abundance on the other side of overcoming for a comfortable hideaway. Each time anyone faces adversity and overcomes they have gained the benefit of another reference point to recall and use when faced with tough times again.

A good home is a place where individuals are seeking their fullest selves and supporting each other in those pursuits. It is a foundational place based on knowledge of self which helps clarify self-worth and all else worth having.

Share with children the self you are growing to know and when they are young, they will continue your story by developing their own.
