.
(Part 4 of 4)
Even in the midst of chaos at the close of this Age in the Great Year Life Cycle Of Motion, we are closing in on overcoming significant adversities. The Primordial Four understand, “insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results.” In accordance with the need incentive, each of the Primordial Four have adjusted their logic to emerge out of imbalance by proportionally changing what they have been doing.
What we need to understand is we can't change what we are doing until we change our logic. Since logic is so fundamental, we are hard-pressed to change our logic without utilizing other fundamentals such as the Primordial Four.
For example, legal rights that attempt to override Rights Of Creation are a form of adversity.
It takes very little logic to recognize Rights Of Creation but it takes a whole lot of logic to ignore Rights Of Creation.
The ability to recognize Rights Of Creation is the default logic we are born with. Default logic is the ability to recognize self in and as all else. This logic sits at the earliest stages of all our logic processes. It takes a lot of human-installed logic and user-defined logic and mutations of logic to override conscience and consciousness of Rights Of Creation. Until our systems are cleansed with pure Water, Air, Sun and Earth, the bonds and connections we have made to imbalanced logic will remain skewed in place.
In the same manner as that which has been held back moves swiftly in the absence of barriers, so also does the logic that flows through to consciousness.
In a somewhat larger context, the barriers to consciousness are societies. Understanding the need incentive tells us societies must be removed as a barrier to consciousness because consciousness is a stronger universal need than the lack thereof. Societies are right in the path of the way between where the Creator is and where the Creator needs to go.
Once what is holding the Creator back is breached by the energies flowing and accumulating downstream, all that stood against consciousness will be completely washed away, blown away, melted away and consumed away.
Imbalance is imploding in the form of chaos and crisis emergencies. Consciousness is exploding in the form of pre-2012 and post 2012 shifts back towards fundamentals. Logic is exploding in the form of resetting historical and universal contexts. Genetics are reloading in the form of resupplying and reformulating. Adversity is eroding in the form of all lesser Gods used to give a false sense of stability to imbalance.
Clarity is not the absence of confusion. Clarity is the understanding of confusion. As long as you can control the institutions, you can control the [thinking and] behavior of people. - Dr. Bobby E. Wright
"Free and critical minds can emerge only by a return to the source-the primary sources. A free and critical mind takes nothing for granted and is not intimidated by "authorities" who frequently may be more confused than the general public. Free and critical minds seek truth without chauvinism or shame."-Asa G. Hilliard III
We need something to clarify everything for us, because we get confused...but if we use the concept of Asili, we will understand that whatever it is they are doing, whatever terms they use, however they come at you, you need to be thinking about what? How is this going to facilitate their power and help them to dominate me? -Marimba Ani
If you do not understand racism (white supremacy) and how it works, everything else you understand will only confuse you. - Neely Fuller

Family Planning Developments, Self-Esteem And Abuse & Neglect Context And So Continues The Meaning Of Life & Existence (Part 7c)
Food Fight #50
Read Part 1 - ”All Ways To Communicate Begin With Definition & Context And So Begins The Meaning Of Life & Existence” (Part 1)No Child Left Behind Begins At Home
Children cannot be left behind if they are sent to school with self-esteem.Children can borrow books, pencils, paper and even lunch money but they must have their own esteem. If mature adults could go back in time, all of them would trade in many of the things their parents provided if they knew those un-necessities were drawing parental resources away from “child-supporting” self-esteem.
What Is Self-Esteem?
Simply put, self-esteem is knowledge of self. The four basic inseparable aspects of self (emotional, spiritual, physical, mental) have been addressed in Expanded Definitions: Reality, Illusion & Delusion For Everyone and Part 1 and Part 7b. Of all animals, humans have the longest instruction period before their offspring must fend for themselves. Disgracefully, after several years of instruction, many human children still do not possess the knowledge of self they should and therefore children cannot possess the esteem for themselves they are entitled to by birthright into creation.Family Planning Development
For parents and prospective parents, your personal health must be the only priority. Because the health of parents extends to children, taking care of children by parents taking care of themselves is the latest development from ancient times. This model hinges on remaining in a state of reverent apprenticeship to natural world teachers.Their Upbringing Is All About Yours
Upbringing means bringing up children to higher and higher levels of self-awareness. This is “raising” children. This is the same definition for self-esteem. Throw away all other notions about parenting. Graduate from knowing more about micronutrients for plants via slow-release fertilizer to a higher degree of attention on the macronutrient needs of children via a steady diet of parental “watch me, now you try.” Parents who realize, “raising” children “properly” is a redundancy are in the zone - that sweet flow of instinctive living and guidance. They realize children are either raised or not. This is why parents must focus on raising themselves so their children have no other outcome but to be properly prepared. Parents must grow if children are to grow and learn to keep growing. Far too many parents operate under the illusion they can raise children without continuously maturing themselves into the healthier people they are intended to keep becoming. Parenting without personal growth will result in developmental delays in the growth of children. The only possible saving grace are others whom children come in contact with but parents who rely on chance instruction for their children obviously have not learned to feed themselves and are therefore reliant upon others to teach them as their primary method of knowing anything. In broader terms, the biggest hindrance to raising children is parental immaturity in areas they have yet to consider essential to the success of their children.Who Cares About This Kind Of Stuff?
Children want to learn who they are and what they are capable of. Learning is their default mode. They want to learn about their relationship with the natural world and with all existence. I suspect this is where self-esteem suffers the most malnutrition. When children do not learn unifying concepts of themselves, unnecessary difficulties ensue as they try to find balancing points within themselves, relationships with others and with the rest of the natural world. Thus we have identity crisis, bullying, disinterest, learning difficulty, children straddling societal cracks that emanate from home, some falling through and a long list of problems that clog the passageway to love & happiness. Family planning can save the children. It can preserve their original state of promise or restore balancing harmony so children may flourish during their turn in this world.Commitment To Children
What children need is simple - parents who are the best people they can be. This is why those who are not the birth parents are able to raise children. This is also why children who are absent one or more birth parents must be reassured from this perspective so they do not lose awareness of their ability to develop into their fullness. When parents put love into an action plan, dynamic children are the result because the family plan is dynamic because it is principled upon independent and joint learning of self. Self-study means more than just studying on your own. It also means studying self. This is sometimes collaboratively, and frequently with the natural world but never alone because spirit is always present. In this manner, self-esteem becomes one of the few measurements that validly assesses the quality of life. The Necessity of Male & Female Forces
Family planning goes beyond feeding, housing, clothing and schooling. Those things only address a small portion of the physical and mental aspects. This alone has no chance of supporting the level of self-esteem individuals need in order to have the best opportunities. Self-esteem requires nutrition for the entire self. This includes both feminine and masculine guiding energy for all children and adults. The importance of these counterbalancing complementary forces must not be overlooked. These different influences are as essential as the two types of DNA we all have. DNA comes as two halves to a whole set of instructions. Neither can function on behalf of the cell independently of the other. This brings us to the fundamental form of abuse & neglect. Separating children from access to these nutritional energies on purpose is abuse and not ensuring children get this energy, regardless of why it's not there, is neglect. So-called single parents get no merit badges if they are not doing what is critically necessary for children by bringing all resources to bear on their behalf. Parents operating under the living martyrdom syndrome that they are going it alone are going about it all wrong. There is a universe of possibilities. This is why the Supreme Being put the same nutrient in several places – to give us more than one option to get what is necessary. When we combine this benevolence with our intelligence of body, mind, emotion and spirit, we remove debilitating hunger physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually from ourselves and our children.Growing Home
Children will get bigger and older with very little effort. If parents want to take pride in providing a good home for their children, they need to plan a place that accommodates lots of fertile growing space indoors and out in the world. A place that allows children to learn the strength of their spiritual will and determination. Critical to self-improvement is allowing and encouraging children to work through adversity so they will never quit or retreat and sacrifice the abundance on the other side of overcoming for a comfortable hideaway. Each time anyone faces adversity and overcomes they have gained the benefit of another reference point to recall and use when faced with tough times again. A good home is a place where individuals are seeking their fullest selves and supporting each other in those pursuits. It is a foundational place based on knowledge of self which helps clarify self-worth and all else worth having.Share with children the self you are growing to know and when they are young, they will continue your story by developing their own.Related:

Defeating Difficult Days & Temptations: Food Fight 13
Food Fight #13Every fight, including a food fight, has difficult days that threaten to deliver a weakening punch to progress. The repeated impact of these difficult moments can be minimized at home, work and play.
Difficult Food Days: What Triggers Temptations?
What causes a difficult day? For me it happens when I just don't feel like eating anything I've been eating for the past several days. It happens when I don't have enough quick and easy food to combine to suit my taste buds. It happens when I'm out and about and allow myself to get too hungry and the first smell of anything remotely edible turns me into an undisciplined fighter. One complete surrender to putting a bunch of garbage in my body, though it tastes good at the moment, is potentially the reawakening of a habit I'm trying to stay away from.
What can be done? My main defense is to always be in search of new foods. I try to buy something I don't normally buy each time I go the store. This adds variety to my eating routine and spices up my taste buds. Instead of a salad, add veggies to other foods like spaghetti sauce, baked beans, eggs, mashed potatoes. Make soup. Make a new kind of smoothie. Every time you eat, get in the habit of trying to think of ways to add more fruit and vegetables to the meal. Herbs, tomatoes, onions, garlic, peppers, mushrooms, avocados, olives and many other veggies go well with many dishes. There is no science to this, just add what you like. Renew your acquaintance with a less frequently eaten food. Eat your salad in a pita or wrap. If you'd like, add a little mustard along with turkey, tuna or shrimp. Consider pan toasting the bread in olive oil for added flavor.
What can be done when you're at work? Eat a full breakfast at home. If you have no snacks or packed lunch handy, have a few restaurants in mind that have some healthy choices. Post the list in front of you. My first recourse is Subway since they are plentiful. Drink water and in that drawer filled with condiments, forks, knives, napkins and plastic bags, place some raisins, nuts, granola bars, natural peanut butter, dark chocolate, etc. Keep gum, Lifesavers or other hard candy in your pocket to help fight off a craving. Parties and food brought to work by others are a big threat to healthy eating so it is best to plan ahead each day.
When you're just out having fun, carry food and water in your car, purse, gym bag or in whatever you take with you. If you simply avoid soda you're one step closer. You can do so by having water with you and buying a cup of ice or freezing the water in the first place. Planning makes a huge difference in the outcomes we achieve.
Difficult Activity Days: What Impedes Momentum?
What happens to threaten the amount of activity I get? Usually it's getting involved doing something else and not eating on time. This throws me off schedule and makes me not feel like being active because usually by the time I do eat and allow it to digest some, it's late in the day. Sometimes difficulty is caused by not getting to bed on time due to talking on the phone, watching a movie, writing or internet stuff. Some days I'm able to get a late start. On other days I must get up before I'm rested.
What can be done? If extremely busy, try setting an alarm or a calendar event on your phone as a reminder to be active.
What can be done to keep the energy level up and ready for activity? Most of all make activity a priority and blend it into everyday life such as walking, biking, swimming, basketball, tennis, skating, playing with the kids, the dog, etc. If you must go through an exercise routine or machines then try to keep it at the same time each day and guard that time as though your life depended on it. Nothing can get in the way without your permission. Many of the chores, errands and items on your long list can wait, especially stuff to do around the house. Health can't wait, it will only continue to deteriorate.
Set a workout alarm that warns you at least 30 minutes before it's time so you can begin to stop doing what you're doing and start preparing to be active. Prepare your workout environment by making sure everything is ready such as lighting, temperature, water, towel, music, etc. Watch a healthy eating, exercise or doctor show while being active. Avoid interruptions such as the phone and doorbell. These things are requests not requirements. It's your time for your health. If you do everything else first, your health will be last. This is no mystery.
When you're not quite feeling like it, just start stretching and you can usually turn the energy tide in your favor. If not, then just go a little slower and take more breaks. Do a few less repetitions, use a little less weight, shorten the walking distance. Do as much as you can. Focus on breathing. Focus on the muscles being used. Distract yourself from the activity using music, television or by saying encouraging words to yourself such as “I will be healthier,” “I have willpower,” “I can do this,” “You can't beat me,” “I am strong,” and whatever keeps you determined not to be defeated when faced with difficulty. If you must, think of proving any naysayer or knucklehead wrong. Better yet, remember your goals and reasons and speak them.
The biggest threat to being active over the long run is to skip one entire workout. One missed workout is potentially the beginning of a habit you don't want to start. It's better to do half a workout today and try to get in a full amount of activity the next day. The second biggest threat to remaining active is to injure yourself by not stretching, going too hard or too fast and not paying attention to body aches or the proper body form and posture when being active.
Clobbering Difficulty
Defeating a difficult day or temptation is easier when you know it's coming. Prepare your mindset in advance that part of achieving any goal is overcoming difficulty. Each time you resist a food temptation or struggle through a workout, you win what you want. You prove to yourself you are tougher than the challenges. You prove you deserve the goal. Visualize food rejuvenating your cells, enhancing your life. Visualize the physical appearance you want. Visualize health. Do and say what you have to to be healthy.
Sometimes you're going to want to eat a doughnut and you should. When you do consume something with little nutritional value, try to make it only one portion or serving. Eat a small order of Micky D fries. Just make sure you resist the urge most of the time. The more you develop the habit to defeat difficult days and temptations, the easier it becomes. Be proactive. Plan a small weekly treat to dampen the desires that cause you to forget food is more than just something to eat. Buy or make healthier sweets sometimes so you remain in control of what you're eating.
You know best what makes it difficult for you to stick to your fight plan. Plan your food and activity each day just as you plan what to wear to fit changing circumstances. Where do you want to go today with your health? How do you want your health to look? The same way you protect your hair from the rain is the same way you protect your health when difficult days and temptations try to dampen your health.
Fight back with a counterattack. When you practice your response, you improve your chances of success. When you see a difficult day or temptation coming, you'll instinctively sidestep, counterpunch and knock it back in the direction it came from.

Overcoming & Clearing Boundaries: Man, Woman, Child
There was a woman who walked the same path for quite some time. On one side of the path were trees, bushes and underbrush. On the other side was a ditch both wide and deep. On either side of these boundaries were clearings, though she could only perceive one of these clearings.A man walked this path and found it too narrow in some places and too wide in others. He knew all it would take is one moment of inattention and he could fall into the ditch. “If you're not careful, you're going to fall into that ditch!” he would often remind himself.Since the clearing on the other side of the ditch allowed them to see what was coming before it came, they both decided to always cheat to this side despite the ditch.Though it seemed as one continuous, mostly straight path, it was actually an egg-shaped loop. The landscape only appeared to change due to circumstances and time. One day, after slipping for quite some time and ignoring the fact, these two children fell completely into the ditch at different times and places. They both sat up, checked themselves out, checked out their situation, studied, uplifted themselves and climbed out. Instead of climbing out on the side where the clearing was visible, both of them crossed the boundary and walked steadily in among the trees. There they found different paths leading back to the same clearer vision of themselves.

As It Should Be
There is a young man. He has physical limitations. Teens, young adults and older folks sit with him, have conversation, spend time. Their interactions look relaxed, comfortable, commonplace, matter of fact, normal, as it should be, family. I see him dancing. They dance with him, around him, for him and for the spirit of the dance. Should he stumble, lose his balance, start to falter or fall, one person stands behind him with tender hands.
Every person has at least one limitation. It may be physical, intellectual, beliefs, emotional, a weakness in scarceness or a weakness in excess. Individuals overcome, cope, move on and live despite these limitations especially with someone near, by their side, at their back. When a limitation overcomes an individual, there are not enough individuals, not as it should be.

Pants Legs & Blood Red
I was blessed with good company during my flight to Los Angeles. He is half Apache, half White and 100% human. He has and still is leading a diverse, dynamic and “no holds will bar me from my dreams”-driven life. He has overcome and withstood the trials and tests while managing to maintain conscience and character. His decency and desire to learn more about life and himself is invigorating. His varied travels, knowledge and integration of such into their proper minor and larger contexts is a testament to the better balanced selves possible for each of us.
On the surface, Beverly Hills is a different place than the West Virginia hills. The red carpet is a flash-filled environment while the natural environment is perennially picturesque. In the midst of 90210 camera muggers and celebrity huggers, I met a couple who said California is not the place they wanna be so they moved to the other Coast to raise a family. A couple alive with loving and supporting. A father holding it down to free the mother. An artist winning the battles of staying true to artform and personal values. A writer 35 books, several publishers, an agent and a publicist into the game. A writer keeping continued success in its place.
Then there was another entertainment and media professional with whom I spoke about pecans, peanut butter, performers, publicity and psychic practices.
When it comes to people, it always comes down to realizing our joyful and painful parts between first and last breaths are the same. Though public personae and personal accomplishments vary, in the core of experiences there is absolutely no difference. We put our pants on one leg at a time and bleed one color.

Recurring Dreams & Meanings
I dream often. Some have obvious origins and meanings while others, for the time being, remain elusive, inconclusive.
After crossing the creek, I'm way over yonder from where I was, living full time, learning, teaching, yearning, reaching, sitting still, traveling, breaking down, establishing, raising sublime by thickening the line between extremes, staying focused, leaving a trail unpaved over rivers and oceans, stretching up from my knees and to those with needs, either way overcoming, step by leap by faith...
Sometimes I'm in the left lane on a super highway. Like a spectator, I watch my exit pass by. I figure I'll take the next exit or crossover but there aren't any for miles. The road takes many turns after once being mostly straightforward. It's getting dark, there's no way or where to pull over, plus there are no cell phones...
What are the meanings of these recurring dreams? I know my dreams are not merely for pondering or escapism, they are what clarifies and invigorates my visions, counter punches my indecisions.
