Spiritual energy changes first and then transforms into physical matter.
Spiritual energy changes first and then affects physical matter already created.
This pattern repeats continuously in the order of creation, thus spiritual energy moves within from the below to the above, then moves outward into the Galaxy, then Solar System, then Sun, then Earth, then plants, then animals then human animals.
Spiritual energy moves in waves from one source to many and then from many to many and then from many to one. There is a multitude of waves within waves of spiritual energy moving simultaneously in the Universe.

Truth Seekers Are What's Happening

The rising of Aquaria and many other signs and symbols in macro and micro dimensions are telling us the spiritual battle is shifting in favor of Supreme Good. As a result, as those waves make it into the physical dimension, the Sun changes. This is what has been happening. Then Earth changes. This is what has been happening. Then plants, animals and human animals change. This is what has been happening.
Truth seekers seeking understanding of these truths are being assisted more and more as these waves of good spiritual energy are dispersed throughout Earth.
What's been happening for the longest time is what's still going on right now.
Waves and waves of creations are waking up to do battle in the struggle.
More and more people are investigating that lingering sense within that is saying "something ain't right."
More and more people are realizing they are being manipulated in the worst way - through evil manipulation.

As truth seekers continuously seek, they keep running smack dab into truths of the past, truths of what's going on and truths of what to do right now.
Here is also what truth seekers encounter: Since we have been programmed with evil manipulation logic, when we encounter the good logic of truth, our resident evil logic resists the truthful logic in an internal struggle which makes us uncomfortable thinking about certain things and it makes us nervous, fearful, sick, sad, crazy, depressed, confused and act out and lash out, resist and deny without reasonable basis and so on.

The resident evil logic is trying everything to stop the process of its evil logic being replaced by good logic. "Don't put that information in your head, it's this, it's that, it's not good for you, look at the person who is giving you the information, etc." These are logic thoughts that quickly pop us that make you uncomfortable, confused, etc. Evil logic is defending its territory (terror story) in your mind. That is all that is happening. Recognize it and tell the evil logic to shut up and sit down because it has had long enough to speak and now its time for you to at least listen to some other logic.

For a moment, for a while perhaps, the truth seeker will try to keep on living the same way, but can't escape, the need to hit the ESC button. The ESC button is an appropriate response when something does not compute. It is a step back which allows time for slowing down and rethinking the steps in the process to achieve the goal. It allows time to reassess the components of the process (pieces of logic). That process is life and existence. That logic is context, worldview, definitions, meanings, values, etc.
This has already been made clear to the truth seeker which is why uneasiness grows and grows as more and more truth is revealed. It happens due to encountering the truth that has everything to do with current beliefs on so many levels.
Here are just a few: religion, nationality and other markers of identity that add up to how each person esteems themselves, values other people and respects other creations.

Eventually many truth seekers realize there is no need to figure it all out at once and reach a total complete permanent conclusion about each ideology. Simply remain a truth seeking Initiate of learning, which means free will is being used in alignment with the Supreme Good. Do the better you already know should be done.* As intent and action move in the same direction, so also will come waves of good spiritual energy from the many and the one from multiple directions converging and conspiring to assist. Truth seekers begin to find pieces of logic that contradict and understand why there's a conflict and understand the fix. All this is possible simply because the knowledge called logic now harmonizes within self and with all else.

*This is the equivalent of paying tuition for access to more truth. In other words, why should you get more truth if the truth you have has not been put to good use.

In The Way Of The Truth Seeker

In addition to fear, another hindrance to understanding what's happening in the Universe** is physical nutrition. Study nutrition.
In addition to fear and malnutrition, another hindrance is trying to get to one truth and skip over, avoid or ignore all the other truths in between that add up to and lead up to the truth about something you are seeking. Because logic currently possessed on any given subject was not acquired all at once or all from the same place or all in the same order it currently exists in, then neither will the understandings needed to make the necessary assessments and adjustments come all together in a straight line, ordered progression. No! You must be seeking several understandings simultaneously so you will remain reminded each understanding has common connections to each other. This is the essential thing you must seek as you seek understanding of anything. The seeking of the commonness and common connection is a major metaphor key to many doors.

Not bringing all things to bear upon the process to reach truths you seek will get in your way. For instance, your brain will get in your way if mind-centeredness is you. The list of things to help and hinder truth seekers is long. I'll just throw out a few that pop up at this moment: basic needs, ways of knowing, context, listening...

Follow the path listening lays forth.

**Understanding what's happening is the same as understanding what has always been going on. It is understanding the truth of the matter, which is to say, the spiritual truth of physical matter and the spiritual truth of matters.

And on this day, the very day of another overhanging cloud of despair, messages came.

The first message said, wake up! Listen up! There are things to be said and people in need of warm strong comforting conversation. Because I knew my closest and farthest destinations, I moved without hesitation and began recording thoughts. Then two human voices interacted outside one window to the world.

The second message came in the form of many messages in one long, multi-person, multi-part conversation.
The messages were additional information to add to what I had just been told moments earlier, that I must write something today that would apply no matter the outcome of the North American Election, even though the Ancestors have been saying the same things through others and me since forever.

The third message came in the form of the transformed messenger. The multitude of energies in conversation, concentration and alignment, transformed itself into a large number of black birds who came forth with force from the south, speaking not crying, and flew over us, landing in nearby trees. This continued for several minutes. The wind increased. Leaves fell. There was a falling and a rising. There was a rising and a falling. This is what's going on. The spirit of the people fell like the leaves and rose like the birds, like the resurrection to new life and new heights. The spirit of the people fell within them and rose through their Ancestor spirit to say strengthen yourself in all ways, the time is now to reclaim your birthrights. The November chill of today is temporary but the warming trend of the Aquarian Age is longer lasting and unstoppable in its advance.

Fear not! Be of good cheer. Know Nyame is faithful.

Today is another wake up call to African Blacks wherever you are at and whatever name to which you are currently attached.
Out of Egypt did I call my son.
Now, out of America do I call Egypt.

There are things to be said and done.
Join in conversation and action with those seeking the African origination and higher direction that restores harmony with creation, thus civilization.
The people are in need of the Original Truth, The First Truth, The Stronger Truth.

So I came inside and began relating to you what was related to me through the night before and the morning of these moments. In the background winds moaned.
As faith from knowing shaped understandings, more and more began showing where all this is going. Moans became chants.
Separate Egypt in you from America in you and then you will understand what's going on.
We, the African Black, are the people who must get back to being a connected collective, within self, in order to align with the Supreme Spirit on our side so we can help increase the momentum that is pushing the Great Evil Spirit the rest of the way back.

Preface

The root of life is Spirit. Understanding what Spirit is about is the same as understanding what life is about.
Understanding what Spirit has created is the same as understanding what purpose and destiny Spirit has created for everyone and everything created.

Introduction

When Africans use words they mean one thing. When other groups of people use the same word, they mean something different, ranging from somewhat different to totally different.
Africans consider myth to be truth. Some groups consider myth to be like a fairy tale.
This dichotomy is not about myth. It is about context.
The context you choose determines everything else you think and do.
Africans have an Utamawazo based on knowledge of self, thus all definitions, meanings and teachings support that kind of thinking.
Many other groups of people have worldviews based on denying knowledge of their African origin and Africa's enormous contributions to the world which continue up to this very moment, thus all definitions, meanings and teachings support that kind of thinking.

The explanation of how Creation came to be, is a context. That context determines a gigantic amount of your thinking. For instance, if your context of Creation comes from a religious context, then you will think the way the authors of that religion, want you to think. Not just about Creation and religion but about almost everything. Why? Because the context from which you get your understanding of Spirit and Creation, informs pretty much everything else. That context controls your logic, your thinking, your reasoning, your behavior. Using an African context for Spirit and Creation is a basic need for Africans to survive and thrive. As long as we continue to use the same contexts and definitions as others, our thinking will be self-destructive, no matter how good it looks on the surface or how much sense it makes. Self-study helps us self-correct self-destructive thinking, thus self-destructive behaviors. No behavior changes on its own or for the better without a better context to inform it. We must work backwards from the inside to further inside to uncover the sources of our behavior. These sources are so deeply embedded in our logic, they go unnoticed and without question as to “What are you doing in here?” Those sources are the many contexts we are currently using to formulate every single thought we have. Africans in possession of the proper contexts was how things used to be when we spread civilization throughout the world. A return to those contexts will return Africans to how things used to be for hundreds of thousands of years.

Know The Myth Of Yourself
“Mythology is not falsehood, it is a way to allegorically represent that which is true.” (Charles Finch, Esoteric Wisdom)
This means then, that myth is what metaphor is. The root of Spirit implores Africans to not ignore the logical use of metaphor. African Creation Myths help us understand truths of what has been created and, thus what each of us are here for.

First Dimension – Preexistence

Binary Code is a concise language of dimensions of Creation.

Purpose Of Creation

By necessity, life involves choices because each choice is a demonstration of a multitude of understandings.
No person can “get it together” or keep it together unless they can get lots of logic together and keep it organized and stay connected to the Spirit Root.

It is one thing to be able to do many things but it is Many things to do One thing.

Epilogue To The Creator's Creation

Ptah, the Father is part of a Creator who is also female. In contrast, “God,” The Father is a Creator who has no female balancer, thus this God is imbalanced just like the Destroyer.
The Ecosystem demonstrates the necessity of female and male in the creation of life. The Creation of the Universe is the creation of life, isn't it?

Any person who worships a male only God is an imbalanced person and a self-destructive person because they are in self-denial of the female/male force within that created them. It is more balanced to think egg and sperm are God than to think a sperm can create you on its own.

The word Father comes from (F)ah-er, Ftah-er, (Pt)ah-er, Ptah.
Maat is Maat-er is Mother. Maat is Nun since all things were in harmony in her mostly feminine waters.

Honor Thy Mother & Thy Father
1. How is it that, according to some religious texts, both mother and father are supposed to be honored, yet throughout those school textbooks, the Mother entity, Mother nature and Mother relationships are dishonored?

2. Honor Maat-er and Ptah-er.
This has multiple meanings. The first one is obvious. Another one is honor spirit and matter; water and land, Earth and Sky, male and female, sister and brother and so on.
Another one is honor all of these relationships within self.

3. In other words, honor all variations and manifestations of the Mother/Father relationship such as Trinity and Maat.

Third Dimension - Nun & Ptah's Creation (The Creator As Two)

The Creator is a living organism who underwent intracellular differentiation which created Ptah.
Then intracellular cell growth took place which created Atum, an organelle (nucleus) of the cell.
Our creation process in the womb is the same as the Creator's Creation process.

Ra is the Light, heat and life-giving energy of the Universe.
The Creator is Daughter/Son, Ra, Sun, Atum and Heru.
Atum is the Creator, Daughter/Son, Ra, Sun and Heru.
Heru is the Creator, Daughter/Son, Ra, Sun and Atum.

The Creator, Atum and Heru are different forms of the trinity of divinity of energy.
This is why these words are used in ways that are confusing in a disunified and disorganized consciousness but are reflecting the interconnectedness and interrelatedness of the principle that Everything is Everything.

Another way to conceive this is that all creations are generations of One Creator.
Thus, in the same way children are given the exact same name, because they are in the same lineage originating from the same place, so also then there is a Ra I, Ra II, Ra III... but they are each simply called Ra. They are each other's Descendants and Ancestors.

Ptah the moundtain represents the throne of administration from which the Word of the Creator is spoken. Atum sitting on the highest point of the throne represents the highest authority - the female and male speaking as one voice from the throne.

Fifth Dimension – Atum, The Creator's Second Creations (Neternu)

The incomplete human version of atomic energy comes from splitting atoms.
The complete version is Atumic energy which comes from merging spirit (energy), matter, female, male and creative utterance.

Sixth Dimension – Atum, The Creator's Third Creations (Spiritual/Physical Principles Of Created Beings)

Earth is a generic term for land. The principle of land is part of all created beings. In Universes, there is more than one Moon, Sun, Solar System and Galaxy, thus, then, by reason of consistency of system, dimension and integrity, there is more than one Earth (land). We again verify this truth by understanding each of the Moons and Planets are land, thus they are manifestations of the Earth (land) principle.

Conceivably, from the 8th Dimension onward, everything was created automatically according to the raw materials (data) and instructions (principles and characteristics) created in the first seven dimensions. Genetic potential is always in motion and encountering other genetic potential and interacting and causing explosions.
This is why, when we encounter new information, and are trying to absorb it all, we say, “it feels like my head is exploding.”
This is why when we get an idea or gain an understanding, we say, “a light bulb came on” or we use the word “spark” in various expressions.

Closing

Understandings pursued reveal their metaphor in you.
Understandings achieved remind you, there is no need to stop at believe.
Understandings follow progression.

Optimal Power: Balanced Understanding Of Twin PowersUnity Consciousness #606

Optimal functioning, thus optimal living, requires balance. This balance is the fundamental balance within the twin power relationship.

As discussed elsewhere, imbalance is caused by the lack of understanding.
As mutual understanding of each other is lost, the twin power relationship is impaired and begins to function without adequately counterbalancing each other. This creates challenges.
Challenges are resolved by gaining, repairing and restoring understanding.
Since balance is a pairing process, re-balancing is a re-pairing process.
The twin power relationship is repaired with understanding.

A balanced person has balanced understanding of the twin power relationship operating within and without and takes steps to support this relationship with continuous understanding of every twin pairing form of the twin power relationship.

In the dimension above, Ogo/Yurugu became impatient for the understanding necessary to use his power. He began to discriminate and manipulate without his female twin. Likewise, in the dimension below, some Africans in Africa became impatient for their turn in birthright to be the headpiece for the power behind the family and communal throne. The males deposed each other and their female twin (mothers and sisters included). The female authority, conscience and wisdom became a secondary consideration or not at all rather than sought after as a primary balance in family and communal affairs. In addition to losing their female understanding, Africans began to lose Ancestral understanding. This added another layer of problems to an already growing list. Among this list was empire building and the loss of spirituality in exchange for superficiality of religion which helped facilitate immature and disuniting thinking such as all types of racism, including racism based on skin color.

Twin power relationship imbalance within and without each person has caused all the problems we are experiencing today, yet the problems are actually symptoms of the main challenge - the lack of understanding.

Now for a brief, but more detailed, example as it relates to the female twin and understanding of the female.
The removal of the female from her rightful place in the affairs of human beings, is equivalent to losing the spirit portion of the spirit/matter relationship. Matter cannot exist without spirit. Spirit formed matter. Matter did not form spirit. All matter contains spirit because all matter is a form of spirit.
The loss of the female voice has resulted in males focusing more on the physical without the counterbalancing effects of the spiritual. Thus we can review problem after problem and find this to be true, especially the mentality of “let's go and take what we want so we don't have to wait and create it ourselves”(knowledge, resources, wealth, history).
Another way to summarize the effects of losing the twin power female/male twin pairing understanding and balance is this: Humans do not enjoy the full use of their rights because humans do not make full use of their lefts.
Females are representative of the left side.
Females are not in their rightful place on the left to balance out the spiritual twin power relationship. Females and males use their power but not in balancing conjunction. The sexes battle rather than balance. Understanding of self is still the solution.

Understanding Necessary To Be Free AgainUnity Consciousness #271

Not understanding something is the smallest part of the problem. The biggest part of the problem is getting thought processes back to normal default mode. Normal thought processes desire to know what it takes to have freedom – the type of freedom which includes abundance from the genius expression of genetic greatness.

In these times of awakening, there is no hiding behind “I didn't know” because you are being told through the internal eternal spiritual. Yes, you do know. There is no validity to “Nobody told me.” It's not that you understand everything but you understand enough to make significant changes towards freedom. You know enough to do better.

Always Two Choices And One Decision

Every person's day is filled with numerous decisions that come down to deciding the same single thing over and over: Which part of my spirit will I follow? Will I follow the spirit of my higher self or the spirit of my lower self. Will I use free will to follow the higher spiritual self to freedom or will I use free will to follow the lower spiritual self into slavery?

Once the decision is made to follow the higher spiritual calling, then openness to knowledge will follow and will flow into consciousness from within and without. Understanding will then come through any philosophy guided by knowing yourself, being an Initiate of learning, the process of becoming Khepera, enlightenment, self-healing & reawakening greatness, persistence, then patience, g-forces (genetics, genius, greatness), etc.

More freedom will follow more understanding throughout this continuous series of interrelated and interconnected processes. Freedom and understanding are necessary results due to the strong faithfulness of the Creator (Cardinal Principle #5).

The Spirit Of SomedayUnity Consciousness #128

The following is based on a 2008 essay found resting among pages of 0's and 1's.

As we're learning to trust, we write and create. These gifts fit perfectly since, like all gifts, they are custom-made by unity consciousness.

As we understand these abilities, we share and unite blessings. That is what talents are for. Someday we will pursue the “One Dream” that's on purpose, without the need for another full time resource waster. So far so good.

With writing and a multifaceted foundation, we will help others discover and develop their own “Someday.” They will learn to listen to their inner voice and unwrap their gifts. As more individuals take hold of their purposes and make a learning doing so, this world will begin a new evolution, complete with problem re-solution we so desperately need.

Through the power vested in the universal to assist, we will understand how to drink deeply from the fountain of resources. That's when we'll trade in the day job for the continuation of our life's work-in-progress – unity consciousness.

This will help more of us become conscious of opportunities resident in knowledge of self. The rest will take care of itself. The Spirit Of Truth is faithful.

We know this day is not so far away because someday comes from the efforts of everyday.

This someday came 8 months later when the tomb, once a womb, became a womb again through the metamorphosis of the cocoon.

Spiritual Grounding | Finding Foundational Self & VoiceUnity Consciousness #60

Finding self is to be conscious of the foundation of self. “Finding” is a form of “found” and “found” is part of “foundation.” Finding self is foundationing self. Also, since foundations themselves are intended to be what is solid, secure and reliable and also built upon that which is solid, secure and reliable, many physical foundations are attached to earth (ground). This means the finding, foundationing process of the spiritual self is the same thing as a grounding process.

Foundation Of Self Is Spirit

1. Spirit is the professional we need and is freely given as the the average person's expert and personal assistant to life & existence.

We must once again practice being spirit listeners. Once we allow the voice, teachings and suggesting influence of our expert spirit professional to start reawakening the correct programming, toxins will become easily detectable. Can our choices remain unchanged if we have changed? Can all our choices remain unchanged if we have grown? Can our foundational choices remain the same if we have changed fundamentally? Can we be grounded if our foundation is built upon what humans have written rather than what's written throughout the natural world within and without?

2. Whoever does not know they are a child of the Creator born through the womb of Africa is malnourished. Knowing the place of your ancestral birth, helps you find your way back to the place of your spiritual birth. A well-grounded desire to return to the place of your spiritual origin is not separable from a desire to return to the acknowledgement of your Earthly ancestors and origins. Spiritual grounding tells you the spiritual self is part of the total package of self which includes the physical, emotional and mental.

Working, Winning & Approval | The Difference, Mathematically Speaking

Gaining Access To The Formula

Upon seeing others gain access where I could, but could not, I presented a question to my brain computer, Why can't I enter?
You must work first, came the reply.
But I am working as hard as I can.
Study to approve yourself a winner.

I didn't know what to say to myself since I thought I was talking about access and working, not studying. I couldn't make the connection between working and winning. What is the difference? I wondered. My mind read itself and answered. What is the difference.
I don't know I finally said.
How can you not know when you just said it and I repeated it?
I was still stuck, but silent this time.

WHAT is the difference my mind echoed.

Think about it in mathematical terms. Questions can be translated into formulas and can be approached scientifically.

The question, “What is the difference?” can be broken down into three parts. What | is | the difference.
What is unknown and is therefore “X.” Is represents “equals.” The difference is also unknown so is the same as X.

Thus the formula becomes, X = The Difference

Simplifying, Expanding & Transcending the Equation

To move through this equation, replace the unknown X with what it represents. It represents the first question posed, Why can't I enter?
Thus the formula becomes, Why can't I enter = The Difference.
Once I figure out why I can't enter, I will know the difference and vice versa. This answer has already been provided in the first two responses above. I can once again replace the left side with that information.
Working + Studying to be a winner = The Difference
Since I am the one who must work and I am the one who must study then the equation can be simplified further to I + I = The Difference
Since I must do two things I must divide my energies, therefore I + I are really percentages of my total energies and the equation becomes %I + %I = The Difference.
Since the left side of the equation is me in total then the two percentages of me must equal me. The equation becomes I = The Difference.
What is the difference? The difference is I. I am the what and I am the difference. I am the difference.
I am why I can't enter. I am why I could but could not. Children will get this quicker than most adults so have their flexible, open, receptive minds process it and explain it.

More On Working & Winning

I am the difference between working and winning. Since I am the same person whether I am working or studying then there is no difference between working and winning. This is true because I am the difference and there is not supposed to be a difference in me just because I am working or studying to be a winner.

It is possible for me to make the mistake of trying to be two different people - one when I'm working and one when I'm studying and trying to win. If so, my two energies won't be complements or enhance each other. In fact, one will subtract from the other which will reduce the difference I am able to make. I become my own house divided.

In other words, work that does not help me make the difference I am supposed to is a negative. Studying that does not help me be the winner I am supposed to be in order to make the difference I am intended to make, is negative learning that will cause setbacks by degrees.

Self-Approval

Since I am the difference and the difference is always equal to my self-work (work on my self) and my self-study, then I can make my own difference. I can make the difference I make, whatever I want it to be. I can make my own access because I become the key to the door I want to enter. I become the door as I become the purposes I am here for.

By studying and working to be a winner, I gain access to self-approval because by doing both, I will know within myself I am doing what I should be doing. No one else need acknowledge it for it to be real, true or valid. This is self-approval.

When is a worker who completes tasks not on task?
When is a winner who scores points not on point?

Going Farther By Going Further

Manifest Essence has nothing to do with career, job, occupation, what is done for a living or the type of work I choose.

Many more begin counting all their resources and abandoning other measures of success. And through the spirit being, a life of meaning follows, according to plan. African Consciousness Called Me A Stupid Nigga And Thankfully So

To defend a lie you must attack a truth. This is not an outward motion.

From Conscience To Consciousness

Years ago, I heard Elder Dick Gregory speak in person. I came prepared with my upwardly mobile cultural conscience. When I left, all I had was consciousness.

I sat proudly in a room pulsating with anticipation to hear Elder speak. I sensed, like me, it was the first time for many. Being business-oriented, we had paper and pen at the ready. I'm sure Elder must have made some opening remarks, but the first thing I really heard was, “Y'all some stupid niggas!” He said this as he stared down the audience, pointing his finger at each side and especially, it felt, at me.

The energizing pulsating turned to ricocheting shockwaves. Eagerness became uncertainty. A few people left. It seemed like minutes before Elder spoke again. It was a few seconds. During that nervous pause, part of me said leave and part said stay. ”Didn't you come to learn something?” my spirit asked.
Yeah, but...
”But what? Your feelings hurt?”
Before I could answer my spirit continued. ”Why should something you don't know offend you? One of the doors to learning opens into what you don't know. Don't react, listen. When an Elder speaks, listen.”

Time slowed down even further and this proverb came into my awareness: “fools despise wisdom and instruction.”

Since I preferred not to be stupid and a fool on the same day, I stayed. Elder told me one reason for my stupidity was in the most important areas of life, I was listening to people stupider than me. Long before Elder finished, I began saying to myself, “I am a stupid nigga.”

It was refreshing. All it took was willingness to listen. I realized listening is self-respect because, by listening, I give myself an opportunity to learn, thus improve.

In The Days After

I began studying more – more but not a lot. Years passed and I progressed ever so slowly. I remained sufficiently stupid to make many missteps. Basically, I was stupid enough to try to live a complete life without complete nutrition. I was stupid enough to not use all my resources or even know what they were.

Somewhere along the way, in a moment of clarity, I realized that like a plant, I must have all the elements for growth at the same time in order to flourish. This information came just a little too late or did it?

I couldn't fully address the problem of stupidity because I was married to it. In 2009, stupidity filed for and deceived an immediate divorce. I celebrate February 27th as a personal holy day of liberation from agreed upon incarceration because I was nearly completely dead and didn't know it until I took a fresh look at possibilities. To be liberated from anyplace where what is presented is the opposite of what is true, is a blessing indeed – even if to set things straight requires an escape from the confines of my own mind. ”Yes, yes! Now we can move forward more swiftly,” my spirit said.

I hadn't heard this voice so clearly in quite awhile. For acknowledging my critical condition of stupidity, though I'd been told, and for a willingness to devote myself to learning, I was rewarded with this insight: The first bit of wisdom is self-given and comes from expecting to be student, accepting teachers and respecting lessons.

Elder As Teacher & Doctor

To be mad at the teacher for a tell-it-like-it-is lesson is to be mad at the doctor for a diagnosis in language I can understand. I don't need a doctor who hints at the problem. Neither do I want a teacher who doesn't tell me what I need to hear due to worrying about hurting my feelings while watching me live stupidly. It has been much easier to get over feelings of stupidity than it has been getting over difficulties self-imposed by stupidity.

Afrikan Consciousness

It took until I began this article weeks ago to realize, Elder Dick Gregory spoke from the overwhelming power of Afrikan Consciousness. This awareness came not from the passage of time alone but through the ongoing process of self-study.

Put In Check

I'm thankful spirit checked me before mind and emotions wrecked me. I now realize Dick Gregory was the voice of African Consciousness that day. It was the voice of all my ancestors who needed to wake me up in a hurry. I'm glad they decided against. “Please wake up and listen son.” It would not have been sufficient to wake me from my middle class malaise. Elder was right. In the most important areas of life such as spirituality, education, health, family, raising children, relationships, finances, use of abilities and resources, etc. I was not only listening to people stupider than me but who also display anti-God behavior.

Learning After Learning I Was Stupid

Illusion is not realizing there is so much more to learn. Reality has learned, comparatively speaking, it is stupid.
The cause of most stupidity is mis-education.
The most avoidable cause of stupidity is self-deception. This is because self-deception believes there is no reason for self-correction. What this also means is, since stupid people have a tendency to deceive themselves they also have a tendency to deceive others. Learn this one lesson and life will improve.
Uncorrected ignorance mutates into stupidity.

Stupidity didn't exist until learning froze for thousands of years. When it thawed it saw the great amount of ignorance it had accumulated. It chose to be lazy and not begin learning again to remove its ignorance. Instead it chose to try to acquire knowledge by theft. This approach did not reawaken learning the natural way and thus, what would have been temporary ignorance, calcified into stupidity. In other words, stupidity is the result of a frozen mind.

No one is born stupid. Stupidity is the loss of knowledge of self.
Smartness and genius are not rare. What is rare is to be incapable of smartness and genius.

Despite having achieved more than the average polar bear, according to this society, I was never in the middle class or any class for that matter. That's how polar bears view the world. No other bear but them is a bear. I was stupid for not knowing this. I was stupid because evidence for ages has shown this is the mindset that always is the polar bear's top consideration all the time no matter what they say, how much they smile or what they do in the short term.

Love always tells you what you need to hear even when you're not ready, because, if love waits for you to be ready, you never will be. Love must act with conviction, else it ceases to be. This is an essence of African Consciousness.

Love does hurt more when it must inflict pain to save loved ones from themselves. Elder's love for me is an extension of his African Consciousness. He knew he had to get me to confront the truth. His love hurt him because he knew he could only tell me and I would have to do the rest. If he could have made me un-stupid he would have. Love wants to do for another what the person can't or won't do for themselves, but it can't. This realization of the limitation of love, as great as it is, hurts like hell because it is facing the hell of a loved one hurting that love alone can't remove.

Going through pain is often the shortest path between sickness and health.
The choices I make to listen and not listen can be the difference between feeling stupid for the moment and being stupid forever.
How stupid do I have to be, in order for me to be the weakest link in my ancestral chain. All of their knowledge is within me. All I have to do is know myself in order to use it.

We must Sankofa. As Malcolm X said, “Why, you left your mind in Africa.” This is true for every person who has ever been born on the planet. It is very stupid to not honor the fullness of your heritage. It doesn't matter what you look like.

Private Confessions

The day Elder Dick Gregory spoke, I was fortunate the part of me that said leave (mind and emotions) did not prevail. I was fortunate because mind and emotions are co-conspirators of self-enslavement when they operate without consulting spirit. Mind and emotions hold a lot of folk down who are being held down.

My good fortune awakened me, some, but was obviously still not enough to totally rouse me from being tired, weak and unaware. This feeling was confirmed by a spirit communication from Elder himself who said, “I already told you, you were stupid. You have to be a stupid nigga' to get fired during Black History Month and by people stupider than you. The ditch, the blind and your stupid black behind go together.” (The resonating quality of that shockwave reversed the crack in the Liberty Bell.)

It was a double-barreled truth against which resistance was futile. I had no defense. That did it. I had to once again confront my reality. To get unstuck I had to revisit Elder teachings. I then had to go to a private place. It was Creator, ancestors, spirit and me. I told the truth about not living up to my capabilities. I asked for additional help. I promised to avenge my stupidity. This time it was not only refreshing, it is freeing.

The divine natural advantage is now working for us since I am no longer working against it by working for and with my adversaries. I've refreshed the screen and regained senses of the polarity between solutions and problems. The script has been re-twisted and re-flipped. Tight are the coils which receive light signals to release anointing oils even unto their innermost counterparts. I know there's a war of many battles going on which explains the ongoing sneak attacks against us and our relations. I now have a pocketful of rocks, a slingshot, much better aim and my choice of targets. It is proper to return the favors of enemies. They continue to use female prostitutes, with the malignant form of stupidity, as proxies. Stank nasty, quit calling me.

We will achieve what we are intended to achieve to set things right. Sirene Oshun and Obatala are settling into their places upon blackened stools as stewards of black matter. Ra is sharpening, honing in on the horde and awaiting the order to rain additional nutrition and medicine to bathe and purify millions of children and release pinpoint photon arrows against the peons.

To all my people who are willing to acknowledge their stupidity: What shall prevent us now from becoming who we were and who we are pre-designed to be?

Defining Abundance & Altruism

Abundance doesn't just mean having more than enough, a whole lot and an overflowing cup. It also means always having what is needed, when needed. This includes the basic need to share.

Thus, when what is needed is always being met, it eliminates worry, concern, bad decisions and bad character over basic needs. It eliminates greed, hoarding and gluttony of all types, including “I'm saving all my love for you.”

There is no need for any being to be without the basics because whenever there is abundance and sharing, need will always be met because what we don't have other beings will share with us. We will always have food, shelter, clothing, enjoyment of inherent rights, fulfillment of inherent responsibilities, protection from harm and rising knowledge of self, thus the need to use capabilities as intended will also be met.

For what else shall we want? A better life cannot be had any other way and neither can a better world, a better tomorrow or a brighter day ahead.

Abundance, Altruism & Knowledge Of Self

Abundance without knowledge of self does not exist. Knowledge of self is a main component of abundance.

Altruism without knowledge of self does not exist. We must know ourselves in order to know what we need before we can give others what they need.

There is no knowledge of self without abundance and altruism.

Abundance, altruism and knowledge of self must tri-exist if any one of them is to exist.

Expanding Definition

As knowledge of self expands, abundance expands. This is how we have more. This must be followed by giving more. The net effect of this behavior is to use less for ourselves than we receive so we can give more. We must consume less than we contribute. This is what creates the extra and the enough for everybody else. All the while, there is still plenty enough to exceed our own needs. Everyone who lives in this fashion ensures their needs will be met and thus, becomes successful. This is verified by the countless examples of an Abundant Creator through abundant primary creation for abundant lives for all.

It's Spiritual

Since abundance/altruism is the example set by aspects and actions of the Supreme Spirit, life must be lived as intended - as a human being spirit in order to manifest a life of abundance/altruism. It is not possible to achieve highest ideas without highest guidance – spirit.

This spirit is something we already have. Spirit has been given to all of creation by the Greatest Giver. We must utilize this abundant gift in order to achieve the level of self-awareness altruism requires.

Universal & Primary Perspective

Giving and receiving are universal matters and must always contain universal consideration because they have universal impact.

The only reason any being has anything is due to what has been given. The Great Giver of Gifts has given us primary creation: life and everything that supports and maintains life, motion, spirit for life, spirit for intuition and wisdom, elements, natural laws, orders & systems, the non-human natural world, freedom, thought, creativity, genetics, capacity for intelligence, time and much more.

We are the benefactors of nonstop giving.

Ants Reject Rice

Ants will eat practically anything. I've seen them carry off peanut butter, pollen, jelly with mold, stale cereal bars, insects, candy, hotdogs and honey but not brown rice.

Granted, the rice was more than a year old. It was Great Value brown rice from Walmart. The plastic bag it came in and the rice had been stored in a plastic margarine container most of the time.

I opened the container a few days ago and something didn't look right. There were several dark brown grayish grains in otherwise pale brown rice, One of the grains fluttered. My heart shuddered. I poured the rice on the ground. Almost immediately, an ant dragged away one of the moths. Another ant carried two grains that were stuck together over about 6 feet of rugged terrain and finally into its home. I took a couple of handfuls of rice and placed it right outside the ant entrance. It has now been more than two days and the rice is still there, both piles. Most of us know ants will clean up anything edible very quickly. They won't eat this rice.

Not Fit For Consumption

Evidently when ants find something and bring it home, one of their chemists analyzes it before sending out the troops to scoop up the rest of it. This rice didn't pass the fit for consumption test. Very few of the ants will even crawl over this rice.

No, this has nothing to do with how long I had the rice. Ants will eat practically anything. In fact, during the past few days, these same ants quickly took away nail clippings within ten minutes.

Ant Sense versus FDA Nonsense

This is not about Walmart but about rice products in general being sold as safe. This is not about rice but about food in general we're being told is safe. Needless to say from previous posts, I don't have much faith in the FDA.

There's plenty of information on the dangers of arsenic and other stuff in rice but the FDA has shrugged this off and basically is telling us that hey, toxins are in the environment, of course it's going to be in your food. So I guess we should expect salmonella and listeria because they are naturally occurring also. The FDA has zero street cred. The FDA, USDA and EPA are all the same type of fellow Americans who approve a long list of pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, insecticides and toxins in food, personal care products, household products, on clothing and as acceptable to pollute the environment.

Even though ants are not picky eaters, they ain't crazy either and have the mental clarity to not eat what will harm them, unlike many humans. I'm going along with the ants on this one. Perhaps I should have kept the moths and thrown out the rice. Perhaps also, before I eat anything I purchase, I should place some beside the ant home to see what happens. At least they won't lie like the FDA.

A Little Arsenic Please

In most of the articles that say arsenic is dangerous, advice is given to just eat less of the poison, say once a week. How crazy is that? I can't afford to lose any cells and especially not knowingly kill them.

I'm surprised the FDA hasn't piggybacked this with an official statement that recommends we reduce our poison intake to an acceptable level. (Acceptable always means whatever we will accept. It has nothing to do with safety.) (Acceptable, in this case, is a contraction of the words “accept” and “gullible.”)

”While arsenic has been recognized as a contaminant in drinking water, there are currently no federal thresholds for arsenic in juices [made with water] or most foods.” Yet, the FDA says more research is needed. Dangerous in water but we just don't know yet if it's dangerous in food. Huh? Nonsense is the FDA Way.

Correct me if I'm wrong but don't all plants drink water? Aren't the cells of plants made mostly of water just like in humans? Aren't plants and food from plants filled with water? If a toxin is regulated as it pertains to water, shouldn't it be regulated as at pertains to food since the water in the food I eat is released inside of me? I don't need research or a scientist or the FDA to know the truth.

I learned from television it only takes a little arsenic to kill.

Choose Not To Be Confused

Don't be confused. As always deciding what to do starts with deciding who to listen to. For me, it's common sense, intuition, wisdom, experience, basic intelligence, ants, the rest of the natural world, humans being spirit and never the FDA & Company. This is my healthy choice.

Nature Of Ant Problems In Houses

Update 6/16/13. I cooked the rice for 35 minutes yesterday until mushy soft and the bigger ants still won't eat it. Some have said ants don't eat rice in the first place and some say they do. Some say the rice is too heavy for them to carry. Others say the ants won't eat rice because it will expand in their stomachs and kill them. Evidently, in order for us to know this, some ants didn't know.

It seems like the first place to start is to identify the type of ant. It is shiny and has a black head, black abdomen and red in between. The head is at least 4 times smaller than the abdomen. The middle portion has one large segment followed by one smaller round segment and possibly one more, even smaller segment. I have been unable to obtain a clear closeup picture. Overall size is about 3/8 inches. Here is a possible match:

1. Formica (neogagates-group) neogagates (I'm not convinced)
2. Formica neogagates See the the 9th thumbnail picture.

Update 6/17/13. There are some ants about 1/3 to ¼ the size of those above that are now carrying away the cooked rice. These ants are very shiny and black. They appear to be black all over but could possible have a deep red middle. The larger ants avoid them and move quickly away when they encounter each other.

Definition Of Mis-Education

Mis-education is not getting nutrition for knowledge of self, not having awareness of what nutrition is and that some is missing. Mis-education is also receiving non-nutritious things harmful to knowledge of self, not having awareness these things are harmful and that they are present.

Mis-education affects the entire self: physical nutrition, physical health, mental nutrition, mental health, spiritual nutrition, spiritual health, emotional nutrition and emotional health.

Effects Of Mis-Education

Mis-education can only cause mis-learnderstanding. Mis-learnderstanding breeds many negative effects. The list is extensive so only several are listed.

Miscommunication

Miscommunication is a breakdown in communication. Within individuals, this breakdown occurs among spirit, body, emotion and mind. If not soon repaired it leads to individual disharmony.

Disharmony on the inside leads to broken relationships on the outside of self. The effects of individual disharmony affect other people, family, community, society, the rest of the natural world, ancestors and Divine Beings.

Mismatched Interpersonal Relationships

Remember, from Part 8j, each person has already chosen their own set of values a la carte style. When we add this to other types of mis-education, we end up with two mis-educated people with different sets of values trying to maintain or form a compatible relationship. This is just like playing a game of chance rigged against us. A small percentage are successful but while the game designers get rich on our repeated attempts to beat enormous odds, the world suffers along with us.

Relationships require a proper perspective of self. When we are mis-educated, we are unaware of self. This makes it difficult to maintain the proper perspective when relating to others.

Being improperly prepared to form or sustain healthy relationships becomes clear when it's time to communicate. It becomes clearer when attempting to raise children with another mis-educated person. Children are tossed in the crossfire of individuals throwing misconceptions and ill-fitting values at each other. Sometimes children are used as shields and secret agents.

Misuse of Blessings

Misleading information causes us to wander aimlessly down many wrong paths. It causes us to become unaware of our personal natural resources and instead become dependent upon secondary creations instead of primary creations.

This leads us to make life choices to use our blessings for work not aligned with purpose and passion, therefore we waste the Creator's energy used to give us our capabilities. We also waste intuition and wisdom because we fill our minds with the thoughts of people and leave no room for our spirits.

Mis-education teaches us to forget we have all the ability of the world within us because we have the Creator of the world within us. Children know this. This is why they will try anything until we tell them “no,” “don't” or “can't.” Limitation must be introduced.

Misguided Children

Since children are following in mis-educated footsteps, they suffer from our mis-education just as we falter in our parents footsteps. The problems our children encounter are hand-me-downs of our problems even if they don't sound the same, they are. Where else do children get identity crisis, bullying, disinterest, learning difficulty and falling through cracks? We do not teach our children all the good habits they need because we do not have all the ones we need. This is the natural law of self-imposed and generationally-imposed genetic influence.

Most of us past the age of 18 have been misled to think there's no need to keep raising our self-awareness. This results in older and older people who are not maturing. This causes a loss of female and male elders and proper education of youth. Children are no longer “snatched from the fire” (or resnatched) because somebody told us saving a child's entire self with physics applied with rod, switch, hand or belt just ain't civilized – this advice from the minds of those who enslave and use harsh and unloving measures against children and us, up to this very second.

Disoriented

Mis-education usually results in mind-centeredness. Mind-centered living prevents us from grasping things like: (a) there's a difference between a human and a human being; (b) we're made of Earth and Spirit, therefore we must get our nutrition from Earth and Spirit; ( c) malnutrition has made it easier for our spiritual intelligence to get sidelined by mind and emotion; and (d) every branch of the one and only human family tree comes from one rootstock which is planted firmly and only in Alkebu-lan.

Disorientation has caused a loss of memory of our ancestors and kinship to our natural world family. All this disorientation makes it easier to misrepresent history in order to support superiority, hatred and disparities.

Heck! We're so disoriented we're friends with the biggest crackhead of world history without knowing it. We don't realize that anything other than socialism is incompatible with peace and human progress. Thus we have become like spinning wheels and this also keeps us disoriented.

Losing Self

Mis-education makes us unaware we must give the same daily attention to mental health, emotional health and spiritual health as we're supposed to give to physical health. Each part of us must get daily nutrition. Yet, we attempt to have it all without being our all: better selves, fullest selves, entire selves and true selves. Mis-education lowers self-awareness, self-esteem, self-study self-help, self-support, self-knowledge, self-determination, self-worth, self-respect, self-commitment, self-concept, self-image, self-improvement, self-assistance, self-assessment, self-education, self-communication, self-communing and self-love.

We All Fall Down Down Down...

Mis-education discombobulation is at the source of all problems. Most of us have been mis-educated by being edumacated. If this were not true, problems would come and go because they would be dealt with properly by educated people. Problems would not continue to morph in size and number.

The proof of education is maturation of behavior. Mature behavior brings all things within self and outside self into balance.

Every negative thing is traceable to mis-education. Individual mis-education is a form of ignorance (not knowing something). Ignorant are those who graduate from modern day mis-education schools. Uncorrected ignorance turns into stupidity when we convince ourselves to stick with what's wrong just because we've believed for so long. This stupidity affects everyone and everything it comes in contact with. It travels on the wind, is quickly inhaled and impairs the ability to receive correction.

It is true, no one is an island. We know from basic experience a stubbed little toe can be felt all over, all the way to the head. Pain affects body, emotion, mind and spirit. In the same way, what happens to the seemingly insignificant, no matter how far away, affects all of us sooner or later, especially if it keeps on happening. Mis-education is a painful, open-ended pain. Just like no one escapes the poison of racial disharmony, no one escapes the harmful ways of mis-education discombulation.

Creature Of Creativity

The Creator is a spirit of creativity. I have this spirit. Creativity is mine by nature. Not only am I a creature of habits, I am a creature of creativities.

I am so much more than designations such as someone's child, sibling, friend, parent, spouse, neighbor, job title, group affiliation, ethnicity or national identity. I am a living being whose spiritual and physical DNA is a system that operates on the principle of learning, adjusting and adapting. Creativity is in my genes.

As I use more and more of my power, this built-in creativity can't help but show itself.

Creativity Is Elemental & Fundamental

Creativity is an elemental essence of the Creator's spirit. Spirit is the unaccounted for element on the Periodic Table.

Everything is composed of elements. Every composition is temporary and always changing and transitioning. I am the same as these elements because I am composed of nothing but these elements.

Expanding Definition Of Creativity

Bringing something new into existence is a byproduct of something else. Creativity is first and foremost about learning. Learning is newness and newness releases creative energy.

In its truest sense, learning is the synthesis of human intellect and the spiritual intellects of intuition and wisdom.

Creativity Is Learning Is Changing

Change comes from learning and learning is a creative process. One of the greatest abilities I have is the ability to change. This is the opportunity to remake, reorder, reinvent, recreate and reestablish my life. The way my life changes depends on what I'm learning. Learning is part of my first nature. I am learning to be creative to be myself.

Primary & Secondary Creation

Primary creation is everything created by the Supreme Being. These are things such as spirit, elements, matter, the natural world, life, anything that supports life and inherent rights. All basic needs are primary creations. So are freedom, thought, creativity, learning, etc.

Secondary creation is what a human and a human being creates. I am a re-arranger of primary creation. I simply change the form or combination of elements.

Divine Creation & Spiritless Creation

Anything created by the Supreme Being and a human being is divine creation.

Nothing a human creates is divine because a human is not a human being spirit. This is not divine. A human is not strongly connected to their spirit which is the essence of the Supreme and therefore cannot manifest divineness. Human creations are spiritless. This is true no matter how magnificent the creation may seem. Neither accolade nor praise can transform the spiritless into the divine.

Creative Abundance

Earth and universe contain enough elements of primary creation to support all living beings. There is enough creative spirit for all things to be as intended - their best. This means there is enough room for everyone to be creative – as intended.

For the All-Powerful One, abundance is a matter of fact simple thing. I am filled with this spirit of abundant creativity and surrounded by it. Abundance is supposed to be mine because an abundant creative spirit is mine in an abundant world and universe.

I am out of touch with myself if I think the Greatest Giver Of Gifts who created every good thing wants to withhold the riches of goodness, primary creations, from me. I am misaligned if I think the spirit environment I was placed in, to live (the natural world), is for the benefit of the spiritless humans aka heathens, hellions, devils, demons and witches. No, it is for the chosen one, ME and my creativity.

My creativity allows me to do all the basic things any human can do. I can also be a human being by using the extra capabilities I have in areas specific to my spirit's purposes, my experiences and the influences of my ancestors.

At Last, The Primary Consideration

Life is not mainly about anything a human or a human being creates. Life is about what the Creator creates – the harmony of primary creations. Since I am a primary creation, my creativity is also supposed to be harmonious with primary creation. This is accomplished through knowledge of myself which is accomplished through nutrition.

Because knowing myself is the same as knowing my origins, creativity is a pathway to better understanding the Creator, creation, the natural, the universal, the meaning of life & existence, my global family and all other primary things.

I can know these things because I can do this thing: return to my original state of learning, changing and creating by following the genetic guidance of my spirit. Doing so is a divine gift, ability, right and responsibility.

Just like creativity, all the things that come with it fit ME perfectly. Teach the children these things.

Restoring Our Human Genetics View

Human genetics are mostly viewed as relating to physical traits we inherit. There is much more to genetic code than this. Human genetics also includes other basic areas by which we develop (emotionally, mentally, spiritually). In addition to the physical, each of these aspects has an inherited genetic component.

What Are Genetics?

The ecosystem is an ever-changing, flexible system. Human genetics are an ever-changing, flexible system. This is no surprise since the ecosystem and humans are siblings.

When one thing changes in the ecosystem, other things are able to adjust (short-term) and adapt (long-term) in order to maintain equilibrium. This is possible due to natural laws and orders.

As part of the ecosystem, humans must have this same ability to change. Human genetics are our natural laws and orders that allow us to adjust and adapt to physical changes in the ecosystem. For humans, we call this ongoing balancing act, “homeostasis.”

Human genetics are the instructions for our cells to carry out their functions. Without genetics, cells would not know what to do and therefore could not carry out a single function. We would be unable to breathe, think, move, live or exist. None of the basic elements would form molecules or compounds. H2O would not exist. Earth would not exist. Life would be over before it started.

Genetic instructions initiate and control the functions and behavior of cells. Genetics are the driving force behind why living beings are the way they are. Genetics are the reason living beings do the things they do.

The focus, so far, has been on the genetic instructions that control our physical responses. Yet, we can now begin to sense, our other responses must also be controlled by an internal set of instructions.

It is true. Our mental responses, emotional responses and spiritual responses are all dictated by a set of genetic instructions. We don't think just because we have a physical brain. We think because we have mental instructions to go along with our brain's physical instructions. The same is true for our emotions and spirits.

Since the ecosystem is always being influenced by all it encounters, all living beings are always being influenced. Now we can begin to consider how our entire genetics (bodies, minds, feelings and spirits) have been shaped over time and what has, and still is, influencing these changes. Going forward, this broader definition of human genetics is used.

Influencing & Shaping Genetics

Human genetics are shaped before conception, during fetus development and after being born. During each of these three stages, our parents/caregivers can influence our genetics. During each of these stages, anyone can influence our genetics by affecting our parents/caregivers. During each of these stages, the ecosystem can influence our genetics. After we are born, humans can shape their own individual personal genetic instructions. After we are born, all of us can influence the genetics of other living beings.

We know we can change the fundamental temperament of animals by how we treat them.
We know we can internalize something and become different.
We know what stress does.
It is evident that mental illness also has a physical and emotional component.
We can say, do and teach things that changes how others view themselves, think about themselves, feel about themselves, treat themselves and allow themselves to be treated. We can also do all of these things to ourselves.

Although any single thing can influence human genetics, nutritional status is one of the most significant factors that determines whether these influences cause us to adjust or adapt for better or worse.

Influences & Responses When Status Is Malnutrition

The genetic response to unhealthy influences is too weak to resist, instead organisms adjust and adapt to become host to influences that make them weaker and weaker. When the infection doesn't kill, and only impairs, then humans continue living with the imbalance until it seems normal, especially generation after generation.

The genetic response to healthy influences is too weak for critical thinking and comparative analysis. There is only enough energy for skepticism because this does not require the amount of energy it takes to stop momentum in one direction and then build momentum in another direction. The mind and emotions are the main gatekeepers to this resistance but they can be reclaimed by jointly using physical and spiritual nutrition. This is necessary for detoxification from the drug of choice – distraction.

Influences & Responses When Status Is Nutrition

The genetic response to unhealthy influences is strong enough to use the intelligence of intuition and wisdom as complementary tools of discernment along with human-acquired intelligence.

The genetic response to healthy influences is recognition, adjusting, adapting and strengthening. The natural world, history and self-study becomes the multivitamin of choice.

Sudden Changes & Gradual Changes

As frequently said, whatever affects one of our four basic inseparable aspects also affects the other three. This is why they're inseparable. This is also why living beings who experience sudden, repeated or gradual changes in nutritional status – good or bad - will be changed for better or worse because their genetic instructions will be changed. This is why those who experience sudden, repeated or gradual influences physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually – good or bad - will be changed for better or worse.

These changes in our genetics remain in us and in our descendents until a greater opposing and sustained force shifts the direction.

This greater opposing force can be sudden, repeated or gradual. In other words, a sudden negative influence does not have to be met with a sudden positive influence. It can be corrected with the accumulated effects of repeated or gradual influences. Just know it is not intended for humans to “shift on the fly.” We must slow down.

Where Are These “Other” Genetics Located?

Our mental, emotional and spiritual genetics are located in the same place as our physical genetics – throughout the body in every cell. They are intertwined and layered with our physical DNA. Where else could they be? We are alive throughout on every level because our DNA is alive throughout on every level. Each cell has a mind, memory, emotion, spirit and physical traits.

Conclusion 1/2: Societal Considerations

Since societies are merely a reflection of its individuals, societies are guided by human genetics, not by man-made laws and constitutions. This is why many people break the law and do what their minds, emotions, bodies and spirits tell them to do, not what the law says even though sometimes genetic instructions match legal instructions.

Human genetics are instructions for living. Instead of wasting time focusing on laws, if change is desired, individuals must focus on changing their genetics and encouraging this in others.

Societies are ecosystems. If balance/harmony/peace do not exist, it is because equilibrium does not exist. Something is out of whack and flawed within the people themselves. As disequilibrium persists, the society's viability diminishes because human genetics that remain out of sync with natural world genetics become less and less able to adjust or adapt to natural world changes. Nothing humans create can change this.

Conclusion 2/2: Individual Considerations

Human genetics are instructions for living. They affect health/knowledge of self/self-esteem. Whether we are in control, out of control, in touch or out of touch is all due to the genetics that control us. Yet, all humans need and want balancing. It is an innate desire of living beings. However, once our instructions get too messed up, we seek balance in unbalancing ways because our instructions have been hijacked by infection. The infection is using us to feed itself.

The good news is that the flexible nature of human genetics allows us to change our genetic instructions. Our genetics can be rewritten with nutrition. Our genetics are ready and willing to respond to nutrition. This allows us to repair and restore our instructions. Even if we don't know what to do, where to start, what to think or how to feel about certain aspects of life & existence, we should be able to improve our physical nutrition and spiritual nutrition. As we do, the grip of mind and emotion will be loosened. Then we will be able to think more clearly and have a more balanced emotional response.

Then our entire being will be able to work together for our greater good – evolving.

As said before, the greatest force that shifts our direction is us.

In order to be properly functioning living beings we must have properly functioning instructions and nutrition to keep them that way. Because our genetic instructions play over and over again, all of our responses physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually are predictable because instructions are repeatable. Significant and sustained change (in this life) is initiated by similar change (in these genetic instructions). We must proceed courageously in spirit because change may involve flipping our genetic script so we can stop tripping on it.

To get to this point, we must change some of the things we allow to influence us. We must begin something different if we are ever going to end up with something different. This can be accomplished with big changes, small changes, sudden changes, gradual changes or in any combination. Once we begin utilizing the resource of human genetics to change our lives, Individual Time becomes our only limitation.

”It's the worldview we're listening to that's keeping us sick. Break that habit and anything genetic is more manageable, and, in many cases, healable and preventable. On the flip side, start new habits and things genetic are more powerful, and, in many cases, multipliable and unstoppable.
