Multiple Choices Fairness Test: Does Fair Mean White?

For some reason, people believe “fair” in the Christian Bible means “white.” I hear that meaning being used from time to time and I just heard it again last week. That meaning is not only used in relation to the bible, it is also used in general as in fair-skinned means white-skinned. This is quite interesting. Time to do a little more studying to see what understandings can be gained.

For each underlined word or phrase below, circle one word or phrase in (parenthesis) at the end of each sentence that makes the most sense.

What Does Fair Really Mean?

1. Genesis 6:2, “That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.” (white, attractive)
