Here is the basic suboptimal weak confused understanding: We honor Harriet Tubman because she was the conductor of the underground railroad and free hundreds of slaves despite enormous odds against her.

Harriet Tubman was a criminal with a criminal background a mile long. Isn't that the criteria by which we still judge black people?
Harriet Tubman was a fugitive from the law, an escaped prisoner, armed and dangerous.

More optimal understanding combines the suboptimal with the fact that Harriet Tubman fought against unjust laws to the point of risking her life because she understood that no life is worth living that does not strive to make the world a better place by fighting for the inherent rights of creation. And to do so, not with Band-aided individual incidents of niceties, but make the world a better place overall and fundamentally by doing the most with the truths you've been given. She put everything on the line towards that goal. We cannot honor Harriet Tubman without doing the kind of things that work towards restoring rights of creation.

Why didn't she just protest?
If you want to free somebody, like yourself, you have to go all in. Or is there another better way?

1. In recent usage, the Creek are understood to be one of the groups of people in North America called Indians. Their presence is numerous and goes back to Mexico, Central America, South America, Africa, Egypt, the Nile Valley and its Great Nyanjas.
In keeping with their justification of Manifest Destiny that says its okay for white people to kill anyone else, White people, posing as pilgrims, explorers, pioneers and discovers, no doubt said something like, “We can take this land by any means necessary, Lord willing and the Creek don't rise.”
Creek meaning natives, indigenous, Indians and people. Thus, due to their European church pronouncements of white right to everything, white barbarians “believed” they could succeed because their church said the Lord is willing to help white folks; however, despite God on their side, they “knew” they could only succeed if the people in any mainland or island they home invaded, didn't rise as a united force.

2. Black folks in the USA are an amalgamation of Africans from many places who arrived in the Americas long before white folks could crawl.
”Lord willing” is an acknowledgment of the power of the Gods by earlier Africans and an acknowledgment of the power of God by later Africans.

Lord willing and the creek don't rise acknowledges that humans can do a lot of things unless the Lord is not willing or unless nature itself, starting with water, doesn't rise, spread, flood and inundate the land, which then rapidly changes all the plans of humans.

In other words many things are waking up and are exposing and deposing humans as the premier Lords over nature and humans who Lord over humans. Don't sleep on the fact that what is also awakening out of dormancy, hibernation and hidden places is sensing, abilities, gifts, talents, capabilities, potentials.

6. Remember Creek is a form of Kharekh (Khrek, crek), the knowers of wise arts (wizards). These wise spirits are alterers from the altar, the alter ego, alter eco, alternate ecosystem. Creek are human and also represent all other creations, including superhuman souls of life in any dimension. All these are people, thus God is people, person, Creek. In one form, these Creek that are rising are stars that are rising at each corner as Lords of the Galaxy. These Star Lords are rising in waters above and below.

7. A reverse engineered version of the statement is “Khart willing and the Kharekh don't rise”. This version comes from the spirit-soul ancestors of white people who were trying to warn their descendants, by using the newer version, Lord willing and the creek don't rise.

In other words, the Hunger Games is about how the accumulation of technology, wealth and power can feed imbalance to the point of creating psychopathic sociopathic nations, one of which is called the USA.
The publishing of the first book in 2008 and the first movie rendition in 2012 are notable years already discussed.
This message is not an attempt to do a thorough Hunger Games comparison to real life. It is an attempt to retouch a few topics so that through this lens (kens, way of knowing), a few more people in each society, nation, country, town and human, have yet another opportunity to see themselves as complicit in Hunger Games taking place daily and take hurried steps to free themselves.

1. The Capitol is any government, agency or department operating as overseers, authorities, rulemakers, rule implementers of any aspect of a society. A society is any group of humans functioning counter to the rights of creation. If this first point, point #1, makes little to no sense to you, go back to sleep and pray the Capitol your soul to keep. Pray that for the first time in human history, the Capitol and its citizens can remain while most of everything else is undergoing change. Pray until your belief about this becomes the most important thing to match your belief based worldview. The fact that you are on this portion of the spiritweb, is mercy and grace in action as the first steps of salvation (self-preservation).

2. Hunger is a game because you can get people to do anything to satisfy the hungers of the body, mind, emotions and spirit. In real life, people are doing exactly that but are doing so for glorified malnutrition and toxins for their bodies, minds, emotions and spirits.

3. People will do all manner of heinous things to each other so they can be the ones who get to live by fighting with each other for resources while their governments have their hand of control over most resources. This is what almost all citizens agree to as a good system that only needs a few tweaks. Heinous things are so numerous, they are watered down in many ways and called white lies, discriminations, micro-aggressions, normal, legal, good behavior and that you in no way consider as acts of violence.

4. Be certain to understand that all institutions in every geographic location controlled by a government or multiple layers of government (local, country, region, state, province, prefecture, national), all these institutions are part of the hunger games. You are participating in many many ways. Overall you are responsible for the harmful imbalances in the places you call home, pledge allegiance, claim citizenship and whose laws (flaws, f-laws) you consent to by commission and omission.

Because sick people don't like to be told they are sick or drinking poison, especially when they think they are not, as evidenced by health assurances and insurances, sports is one of the institutions through which we can perhaps see how we the people dedicate entire lives in order to get food and shelter and some other needs such as recognition.

The Capitol and its citizens are quick to use spoken and written words to attempt to cover up many actions that invalidate those words.

7. Another example is all other groups such as nurses, doctors, “essential workers”, firefighters, police and anybody with a job that has any kind of power or basic usefulness to a society. These people will, “out capitol” the Capitol in order to prove themselves worthy to get resources to satisfy one or more hungers.

No government in a society wants healthy people (people who know truth, thus are well nourished, thus are able to think clearly, thus are not mentally ill, thus can follow a thought process through many layers of cause and effect). In other words, your society that you love, is designed to attack you in all ways to keep you at slave mentality level.
A low acumen for cause and effect means you also don't understand the metaphors of dominoes, avalanches, chains of events and history. Thus you must misunderstand the present. Thus you must have misconceptions about the future. All this due to major gaps in logic. Thus, due to the many evidences of how you interact with the Capitol and its Institutions, your thought processing is obviously based on fragments. Fragments are why computers must be defragmented in order to function properly. What defragmentation process have you undergone at any point in your life?

Your governments are there to drain you and entertain you, and do so in many ways that you find acceptable, agree to and swear by as necessary, okay and the best way just so you can satisfy hungers, unbenownst to you, at low levels while never achieving the full satisfaction of any hunger (any right of creation). This is the condition of the masses, of which you are certainly in that number as evidenced by your thinking and behavior that goes along with almost 100% of what your Capitol Governments and their Institutions say.

12. Forget the books and the movies. Humans have never needed these things to know right from wrong. The conditions of humans is another way of knowing the end is near for the people and their logic. In other words, current humans and many generations back from now, must be as sick as their Capitol handlers, the tributes and the citizenship. Each person today assisting in promoting all this sick logic, while the Telepathic Vision helps keep you stuck in a whirlpool cesspool of contradiction while you think humans have been moving in the right direction for a long time, thus are on some kind of best in history evolutionary trajectory, yet you highly intelligent bunch of people haven't figured out how to ensure food, shelter and medical care for everyone, but you're okay with this or are okay with temporarily addressing a little bit of this, but wait, when there's a natural disaster, there's immediate assistance and provisions of resources without need for applications to an overseer government agency. These are evidences of a rude people, not good people. How can this be when you are just doing your job and paying bills and obeying laws and getting paid doing what you have to do to survive?

You think and act just like the Capitol, just like your governments, just like people who willingly or unwillingly go out to fight for their lives just because the government and citizens say you should. You act just like the citizens who go along with everything wrong. Yes you do aid and abet before, during and after the acts of your governments who most of you say you have the right to elect according to some stupid schedule, but to get anything done, you have to plead to the people you elect, yet you keep electing the same kind of people, people just like you. You are the Capitol and deserving of what the Capitol gets, its rewards and punishments, from the Greater Governing Bodies of this Earth who have already been punishing humans in umpteen ways. These Lords of Lords are ramping up ongoing climate environmental change so pathogen humans, especially in the Capitol of Capitols, can be greatly reduced in number until they harmoniously align their culture, laws, rules, traditions and ways of life with the rights of creation.
