Paula Hurlonck said, "Anxiety and depression are diagnoses of western practitioners.” I chose to make the statement broader so that it more clearly points back to the worldview context western practictioners use. I could also be more specific and substitute “white folks” for the combination of western practitioners and suboptimal thinkers in the medical field and anything regarding health and sicknesses and treatment.

1. Spirituality is a component of health. This repeats that there are “four inseparable aspects of self” that all affect each other: spiritual, mental, emotional, physical.

2. Vibration and Vibrations are a health component that are totally ignored in western medical philosophy.

3. Anxiety and depression, just like many other maladies, are modern phenomena because we are disconnected from nature.

4. More nourishment, more detoxing. This is the basic process based on the basic formula of nutrition minus toxins equals health.

5. Immerse in nature.

6. Go outside and find a spot of earth not covered by human-made things. Take your shoes off so you can reconnect with Earth.

7. Pray (commune with the divine, something else, all else).

8. Meditate (commune with self).

9. Sunlight is a nutrient.

10. Illness is sometimes energetic. Energy healing means immersion in nature. Reconnecting with nature.

11. Go to the river.

12. Go to the beach.

13. Go out in your yard and lie down.

14. Go a high place and breathe fresh air.

15. Watch the sunrise and sunset.

16. Watch birds in your garden. These things shift your energy.

17. You can raise your vibrations by listening to music, drums, dancing.

18. Take a long warm bath in Epsom salt, sea salt and bicarbonate of soda.

19. Change your thought patterns.

20. Try to figure out the root cause of any illness and remove it.

21. Another way to state the formula is: increase nutrition plus reduce toxins leads to improved health and less reliance on medications, treatments and the western thought based medical system.
