If you do not understand racism (white supremacy) and how it works, everything else you understand will only confuse you. - Neely Fuller

We need something to clarify everything for us, because we get confused...but if we use the concept of Asili, we will understand that whatever it is they are doing, whatever terms they use, however they come at you, you need to be thinking about what? How is this going to facilitate their power and help them to dominate me? -Marimba Ani

Understanding Deion Sanders As 2023 Sportsperson of the Year
Unity Consciousness #3056

(9azzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzza of 11)

Deion Sanders Is SI’s 2023 Sportsperson of the Year

Deion is the first NCAA football coach to win Sport's Illustrated's award since Joe Paterno in 1986. None of the overblown Power 5 Conference college football coaches we currently consider great college coaches have achieved this award despite some winning multiple championships.
Deion Sanders has achieved this feat in his first year at Colorado Boulder, and despite a statistical losing record of 4 – 8.
This again shows, as many have shown and as Deion has stated, it's about more than football, it's about life.
We want Deion to succeed at Colorado, but more importantly we need him to help others succeed in life.

The smirk just left jerk Dan Lanning's face who had the piss poor audacity to say, we [him and his Oregon Team] were rooted in substance, but Colorado and Deion were rooted in flash and that the Cinderella story was over. Evidently that ducked up substance is not worth much on the Grand Market where the game has already been played and won.
Also, Paul “not so” Finebaum and Lee Corso are sick to their stomachs, along with the usual camaraderie of idiots who still don't get it and will never understand, as Coach Lou Holtz essentially said, in order to WIN you must understand what's important now. Sport's Illustrated got it right hands down firmly and hands up in praise.
