It is insanely illogical to think that humans, when faced with long-term absence of multiple modern “conveniences and amenities” will suddenly turn virtuous when that has not been the case in the presence of abundance. There are many human movies that posit scenarios where the people work together and save the day but almost all of these are based on government, military, societal experts, weapons, other machines, small scale scenarios and short in duration.
