Sleeping well at night does not in no way, only apply to when the flesh needs rest.
Who can't sleep when they are so malnourished and their spirit is not allowed to flourish in light and out of water? Thus their all day long thoughts tires them out due to being in the mode of suck the life out of something else and someone else.
Sleeping well at night also applies to night after-life, when the flesh expires.
When spirit-soul enters the grave, there is still hell to pay.
This hell is paid through the Ru-Ukh process.
The Ru-Ukh process is a refining process, a surgical process, a get right process that uses any means necessary to try to fix what went wrong with spirit-soul.
Every move it takes to try to remake spirit-soul back into its wholeness state, is a motion that creates vibration. These vibrations are painful.
These vibrations accumulate and reverberate across the after-life-and-life barrier, and reprecusses in all the places that spirit-soul was able to install its logic. Descendants, friends, associates, creations, institutions.
Thus, these places in the the quickened flesh world outside the grave, are full of unsettled people, nervous people, fearful people, desperate people, unhappy people, hateful people, places, things, cultural constructs.
Why?
Because they are experiencing the womb's confirmation that the logic is dead wrong and alive wrong.
Hell is being paid.
If you pay heaven in this life of the flesh, heaven will pay you back through continued bites at the apple of life, in this life and the next. This is the bekh pehbekh (big payback).
If you pay hell in this life of the flesh, hell will pay you back through continued bites at the poison apple of life, in this life and the next. This is the bekh peh-bekh (big payback).
