What an oracle is goes beyond our current notion and encompasses everything - every creation in every form. This includes words, messages, logic, signs and genetic instructions.
An oracle is a place, a being and the expression of a being.
An oracle as a place is not just limited to human-made temples, mosques, sanctuaries and holy of holies. Every location where anything is, is an oracle. Likewise then, an oracle as a being is more than a small group of preferred humans. Every human is an oracle and so are all other creations. An oracle goes beyond our notion of genius, sage, medium, palm reader, diviner, sorcery, horoscope, clairvoyant, soothsayer, minister, priest, reverend, pope, cardinal, bishop, monk.
An oracle is all-encompassing as nuter, kerub and cherub, thus an oracle encompasses two truths of spirit-soul. An oracle is omen and prophecy, which is the same thing as prediction. Diction is a formulation of language. Pre is per. Prediction is a formulation of language in a circle, a cycle.
There is a circle and cycle to everything. Once we understand this fundamental truth, we can begin to use anything and everything as the oracle it already is to help us predict things. Everything is the word of God and everything is a sign from God. We don't need to rely on any so-called expert by any name in order to receive information from an oracle.
We don't need to look to one source written by humans to receive oracle messages.
We don't need to go anywhere to be where the oracle is. You, yourself, and all else, are the oracles.
All it takes is to understand one or more things according to their cycles. Then you automatically become an oracle extraordinaire by recognizing what the sun, moon and stars do every day. And also by understanding the repetitive changes in plants and animals. As discussed in UC#750, one form of the oracle and oracle reader is in every cell of your body. The oracle and oracle reader are part of the eight principles and characteristics of everything. You have this, along with the the seven elemental souls of life.
