Most people work to get money and make a profit; however, the need for, or want of, money is not an iron-clad get-out-of-hells-free (the first, second and third deaths), excuse card that allows you to avoid repercussions, responsibility and culpability in order to go ahead with, and go along with, doing anything to get money without making any moral considerations or self-reflection considerations or self-projection considerations.
What it boils down to is, the type of work you do and the worker you are (how you go about doing your job), are strong indicators and revealers of the type of person you are.
There are different kinds of workers. All of us are combinations. Outside of the inner justification of the money reason, everyone works for additional reasons to:
2. help people they don't know.
3. contribute to the greater good. (clearly not necessarily the same as #2)4. make money as the main priority, second priority and third priority.
5. contribute to the greater evil (not limited to #4)6. fulfill multiple destinypurposes of why you are here (unknowingly and knowingly)
7. follow dreams (not necessarily the same as #6)8. increase satisfaction because you love the work (not necessarily the same as #6)
Be not self-deceived. You can work hard in a job that harms persons, people, creations, and the two don't cancel each other out, and then when you add in the reason that you work because you need the money, this logic string doesn't put you on the plus side of self-esteem self-estimation as a healthy functioning creation. In other words, it is widely proven that it is possible to have a “good work ethic” doing bad ethic work. And you know it. You know it either before you do the work or you come to realize it as you are doing the work.
Our numerous abilities, including the few we elevate as gifts and talents are not only for us but also for the overall collective and sub-collectives, all of which must agree. Not only for neighbors near in dimensions and forms we recognize, but also for neighbors near in forms and dimensions outside of our level of awareness.
"Work" is from Whorkh from Khiurkh (spirit motion in the circle).Working is Khiuring. Khekhing in the Circles and Cycles of Life. Is it not?
Working is being. It is.
Working is being the person you are and the person you have become, no matter what you look like, where you came from and why you are here.
This is why work and worth are two forms of the same word. And people get their sense of worth from their work.
All the work we do with any ability we have is us being creators and destroyers. We are repeating what the greater gods have done and are doing because we are repetitions of them. Our work is giving birth and rebirth to spirits. Our work is giving death and re-death to spirits.
