In the JC Bible, Revelation 3:15-16 states, I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.This cannot mean that God wants you to be on fire for God or cold as iceburgers, having the form but not the filling. Do as much as possible, or do nothing. Don't be in the middle of the road, be all good or all evil, pick a side. Be a fireball Christian or an ice ball Devil. Be a believer or a non-believer. Follow always or follow never.
No! This goes against the entire New Testament and Jesus coming to save souls and bring them to repentance and second, third and umpteen chances by forgiving people seventy times seven. It goes against the growth process.
This verse has certainly been reworded into nonsense. The middle road is the equal road where justice is restored. The middle road is the place the scales of justice are equal for all. The middle is the place of the equinoxes. Does Jesus prefer either summer solstice or winter solstice, but absolutely hates spring equinox and autumn equinox?
The middle is the place of balance and level. The middle of cold and hot is lukewarm.
Cold and hot are two truths. Does Jesus want us to be either completely feminine or completely masculine and not express any iota of the other?
Be right-handed or left-handed, but not both. Use your left eye or right, your left-brain or right brain, but don't combine or balance the two. Look forward or backward but not to either side.
Ask this question for any pair of two truths, and see if you can make it make sense the way someone else did for you. They make it, we take it. They continue to make shit up and we continue to lap it up. Even though those who make it, fake it all the time. So we get faked out of a whole lot by simply believing, because for some reason, we trust the untrustworthy, demons whose job is to be masters of trickerations.
Trust is not determined by a mental exercise. Trust is determined by what is right before your eyes.
God commands two to become one by saying, A man shall leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh. Thus meet in the middle, merge, using the powers and benefits of both at the same time.
Isn't it good to be warm? Rather than burning up hot or bone-chilling cold?
Ecclesiastes 4:11 states, Again, if two lie together, then they have heat: but how can one be warm alone?
Why do we warm up cold food, sometimes, and cool down hot food, sometimes?
Did not his same lukewarm hating Jesus, acknowledge the usefulness of lukewarm Judas Iscariot?
Just as there are times to be revealed, hidden or a little of both, something which God, Jesus and Holy Spirit are all about doing and saying is necessary.
A Little Bit More To Leave You With The Only Escape Route Out Of Self-Doubt
Supposedly Jesus is in control and wants us to be either cold or hot, yet Jesus did not make all the water on Earth either cold or hot. A lot of water is warm.Jesus also decides the world should be filled with both good and evil. This is proven by Jesus continually chaining up Satan and setting Satan free.
We know God and the Devil are the same person just like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Jesus is My Good/My Bad.
Shouldn't Jesus decide one way or another who he will be and what kind of world this will be?
Revelation 20 says Satan is loosed a little season. One thousand years is likely 1,080 years, which is one-half of an Equinoctial Zodiac Age. Conceptually this makes sense because one-half of cycle is one-way, the the other half is the opposite way. Thus one-half where “good” dominates and one-half where “bad” dominates.
Thus Jesus keeps switching back and forth, thus is neither cold nor hot, but both by using a mixture, a lukewarm approach.
If this bunch of humans are God's best creation, then God is an underperformer and a divinity school dropout.
Or do you believe Satan is in chains?
Pick one! For God's Sake, so Jesus doesn't have to spit the taste of your indecision out of his mouth which causes the Dove to cry upon the perch for watching all seven fall.
