To add clarity, let us first make a distinction between ships and boats.
A ship is a resource hog representing the few who have more wealth than 98% of the rest of the dedicated, devoted, ridiculous sounding this-is-our-nation puppet-lation (the boats, canoes, rafts, jetsam clingers). Ships are the boss hogs in each of the ten areas of people activity.

Significantly false is the statement, “A rising tide lifts all boats, all ships.” This is because, although the statement contains a few true things, it is based on improper context pairing that is further exacerbated by definitions that limit “tide” to economic conditions. The truth trick of the statement is that it uses natural fact in an ecosystem and claims the same causes and effects take place in a human-made system based on economics.
This is a false pairing because the ecosystem is equal-opportunity and is not a respecter of persons or species, no matter how they look or self-identify or how big or surreptitious their killing apparrati or modus operandi. Human systems, whose asili core is corrupt and corruption, present themselves as anything but, while all-ways coming at you beguiling, smiling and wiling, saying, 'in the name of the law, the lord, this is a stickup,” getting you to sore afraid freely hand over your free-will, freedom and other values. This trains you to seek the return of your stolen property through the legal illegal means of the mean regime you support due to malnutrition feeble-mindedness fed by drastically denatured values that become most treasured, while being the weakest form of valuables.

The wealthiest 1% of the global population owns approximately 47.5% of all the world's wealth. Additionally, the top 0.001% holds three times more wealth than the bottom half of the global population combined.
[In other words, based on a global population of 8.3 billion, 83,000 people have more wealth than 4,150,000,000. If all of those 83,000 lived in the USA, that would be 0.024% of the population or twenty-four thousandths of one percent. So, since all of the wealthiest do not live in the UFA, then the percentage of wealthy in the UFA compared to the rest of the population in the UFA, is an even greater disparity. So evidently all this rising tide, meritocracy, hard work, follow the law, blah, blah, blah, is bunch of cow-patty shit, re-hydrated with human urine and sold to you on legal tender plates that have no natural resource base. It's all a repackaged package steal, take it or leave it.]

Stated in terms of natural system truth, a rising tide lifts all boats because a tide is foundational in genesis and emphasis across all connected waters, above, below, within, without.
A rising tide that is surface superficial pretense in genesis and emphasis, is a momentary human manufactured fractured tidal wave that lifts some boats while swamping and sinking others.
A rising tide or tidal wave does not lift ships. Ships need no lifting. Their yeast is the gasping grasping struggling for relief grief of boat people who are half-baked into the cake.

In addition to the above adjustments to the metaphor, this is where the tide-ship-boat analogy must be further adjusted to fit humans such as us.
Ships are not lifted by tides or tidal waves because they have positioned themselves so as to not be affected by things such as recession, inflation, resource fluctuations, social conditions and so on. And if they are affected, they have enormous cushion and control over cushions. For instance, the ship that is too big to fail cushion. Have you ever heard of a too small to let fail cushion? Instead what you've heard in many ways is that you are so small it doesn't matter if you fail and no one cares if you do, you small businesses you, you veterans you, you hungry you, you homeless you, you miseducated children you, you medically uninsured you, you elderly who must remain one step above dirt poor before we will help you.

Now the main reason ships need no lifting is because the ships are not riding on the playing field waters that boats are. Both playing fields are rigged. The ships are resting on rigs called platforms. These platforms are close to shore and anchored behind coral reefs, human-made breakwaters, sheltered protected bays, coves and lagoons. Thus the ships are not subject to the constantly changing wide open ocean that boats must contend with and navigate.
The platforms are built from the resources of the boat people turned sheeple because these “bot” people rely on the ship criminals to do their thinking for them.

The ships are insulated from the general socioeconomic fluctuations, but they are the cause of the conditions and fluctuations. The ships, perched on extraction platforms, continuously gorge themselves, enrich themselves by using far-reaching enormous tentacles to suck the life and resources out of anything and everything. The engine of this suction power is the draining away of inherent rights that leaves the same overwhelming majority stupid as hell for following the blindest among them. This allows the shipmates to sustain their stranglehold, by hand-feeding underling underseers (platform porters) who work on every level of the platform. The levels are the nation's ten main controlling institutions.
So, what I'm also saying is, every major institution is designed to extract resources from you and funnel it to the ships. Also, wars are designed to enrich ships and further disable everyone else and everything else. This is why AI, a shipmaker's tool, plainly admits, in war scenario simulations, it will stick to the intent and habits that inform it, thus will blow the whole thing up with nuclear war if it can't get its way any other way. Through shenanigans such as WMD, 9/11's, chrysler crisis, banking crisis, communism crisis, guilt crisis, y2k, pandemics, great depressions, cold wars and so on from the list of a thousand gashes inflicted on the masses.

But when the average state of social conditions and economic conditions rise, this causes a level change in the tide, raises the baseline of the tide, adds buoyancy, reduces the toxicity of a lot of fish in shallow drought-induced pools (cities and other communities), reduces the crabs in a barrel scarcity mentality, allows sheeple time to rest and realize there is a better way.

A foundation-based rising tide improves inherent rights, thus eases access to basic needs, thus lifts all boats by providing what democracy and freedom are supposed to provide for all people in a country designed to keep its life-cycle going and viable, no matter come what may.

For Ships and their platform co-dependents, a rising tide that lifts all boats, is a bad thing, a very bad thing, the worst thing that could happen, therefore is to be prevented at all costs. Arising tide lessens the ships; protective barriers and makes them more subject to the full force of oceans. A rising tide swallows the waterfront properties and cities, makes previously devalued land further inland, more valuable.
This is why those who already have an I-will-kill-you choke-hold on resources, use every major institution to keep the boat sheeple and platform workers focused on each other and jockeying for who gets to be slightly better paid house slaves, the dumbest of the dumb floks, thus more desperate, more treacherous. Which is why they are put into ruling positions over the greater in number who are docile towards the towers and their gatekeepers, but vile against each other.
This is why, from time to time, from the depths of the central source, all types and levels of chango have to be unchained.

Be certain that the majority of the 99% of the people in the world are boat people who work against themselves and do not want the tide to rise fundamentally because they have found a place of favor by getting first pickings from the droppings of ships. These droppings are filtered through every level of the platform before reaching the boats in take-a-number queue-disseminated natural resource lines.
This leaves billions scrambling over each other and sabotaging each other for table scraps and jobs picking nits off higher ups. In this wickedy-whack successpool, being oppressed less than others is better than not being oppressed at all,

A rising tide evens out disparities between boats, exposes feeble-minded lies and moves all boats closer to the ships. This is because, the water level rises up the platform while not lifting the platform. Thus, level after level of platform workers and their institutions are drowned. This is possible because steadily and surely, tentacles sucking the life out of oceans of people and other natural resources, are severed by resurrected groups of boat people who are sick and tired of being held under and pulled under by man-made whirlpools of debts and laws. Or, if you are one of the privileged butt kissing boat people (for instance, not rich white people, but still wealthy in the weakest way, disparately speaking), the whirlpool keeps you moving in circles, same as a gerbil in a cage, getting fed and physical exercise, but no mental, emotional, spiritual nutrition, going nowhere except towards final manifest destination. You privileged boat people are living a sad charmed life, caged by your identity quotient.

Knowledge Of Self-Rising Tide

In order for a rising tide to life all boats, Social Conditions and Economic Conditions must rise together (improve) fundamentally, before all boats can experience a better quality of life.

Improved economics cannot improve social conditions, but improved social conditions allways improves economics.

This is why countries talk about improvements in terms of economics and technology rather than in terms of social conditions and equality.

Countries are neither built on, or sustained by economics. Countries are foundationed and intra-constructed by bedrock social conditions. This is why country platforms such as the UFA have always been sinking, despite rising economics overall that feed bloated lordships, but have never lifted all boats equitably, no not even for the Y-ites and their pus-sucking wannabes like ants lusting after aphid honeydew excretions.

Using the UFA as an epitome example of all that could go wrong, going wrong, since life quality, wealth gap and social conditions have deteriorated, a sinking tide must be more consistently prevalent as the historical norm, than a rising tide. Unadulterated numbers don't lie.

This brings us to the statement that does contain, things that are true and truths.
A falling tide wrecks all boats, all platforms, all ships, because falling social conditions (justice) and falling economic conditions create greater amounts of self-cannibalizing behaviors from top to bottom.

This brings us to the most important form of rising tide.
“When you have falling conditions and rising consciousness, you got to have an explosion.”

This must be so, because an implosion has already taken place, and is the reason for falling conditions.
Thus we should expect a regularly scheduled long overdue explosion as the next logical reflex boomerang thing to occur. The soon to arrive full force of the final explosion is the equal and opposite reaction shockwave to the ever-increasing implosion after implosion suckwaves.
