If you do not understand racism (white supremacy) and how it works, everything else you understand will only confuse you. - Neely Fuller

We need something to clarify everything for us, because we get confused...but if we use the concept of Asili, we will understand that whatever it is they are doing, whatever terms they use, however they come at you, you need to be thinking about what? How is this going to facilitate their power and help them to dominate me? -Marimba Ani

Defining Loneliness As A Treatable Condition
Unity Consciousness #338

.

Definition Of Loneliness

Loneliness is not the absence of another person. Loneliness is the sensing of disconnection through the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of self.

This sense of loneliness is socialized into us. It is fed into us. Loneliness is taught through many messages in society. In other words, loneliness is the byproduct of the cumulative effects of a suboptimal worldview.

What Are We Disconnected From?

Knowledge of self.

Without knowledge of self, there is not enough connection to the nourishing effects of higher spiritual energy. As a result, loneliness is dis-ease with self (being uncomfortable with self and who we really are).

Loneliness is an expression of low spiritual energy (poor spiritual soil). We have a sense of loneliness when we try to live fully and prosper in soil that is not nourishing (giving us what we really need fundamentally). This results in either very little to no personal growth over many seasons or lots of foliage but poor quality fruit.

Personal growth requires growth in understanding self.

The good news is that loneliness can be treated with one thing – knowledge of self. Knowledge of self builds soil within using organic, nutrient-rich understanding. This builds roots for healthy life development. It helps foster feelings of being interconnected and interrelated within and without. Loneliness can't survive under those conditions.
