Pure State Of Existence
by Ancestors through UsikuDo not think too much of the sun
And too little of the moon
Both are needed
To bring your greatness into bloom
Out of you
And into your pure state of existence
Blackness Blackness represents creation's richness
The all in one
Of soil, carbon and universe
Fueling the furnace of the sun
Mirroring these motions in the moon
Transforming itself into heat and light
Blackness does this
Riding waves at all angles of flight
Blackness unites with chlorophyll and melanin
Becomes the catalyst of life production
Within without above below connection
A nutrient transformed into complements
And then, finding itself within
Becomes pure again
The cycle of completion
Reveals understanding
And Heaven on Earth reflections Blackness conceived all
Breathes life into all
And feeds all
The obedient and the prodigal
This is why from Africa's breast
All continue to withdraw
Sustenance from her vine
And feast on suncakes of blackness
Kakao moon-pies and Kola nuts
For the body, spirit and mind
Double vines forming the spine
Of the human genetic line
Do not forsake your purest state
And you will become blacker and lighter
Deep night without darkness or fright
Power so ablaze and bright
Your shadow will become both lights
