.If there ever was a contradiction in terms for these times, it is “religious freedom.” Let's count some of the ways.
1. Freedom in the context of “this religion is the only way” is not freedom.
2. Religion is afraid of the liberating life force and energy that is spirit in all creation.
3. Religion does not acknowledge Ancestors as alive and active right now.
4. Religion restricts the spirit's potential to the past only and to some revealing period in the future but not right now.
5. Religion ignores truths of history and of science, that invalidate religious claims, especially religious claims of human origins that have no validity except in the context of religious scriptures and especially religious claims of its own origins and transmutations into present form.
6. Religion is more about membership, giving money, religious services and events.
7. Religion is supposed to be the celebration of the highest values within a culture. Based on the values exhibited by cultures where religion is widespread, religion falls way short of the high water mark.
Religion of the Higher Spirit is promoted while religion of the Lower Spirit is practiced and allowed to be practiced throughout the culture.
”By exploring and analyzing the interdependence of the various institutions within the society (e.g., educational, legal, religious, and political), we can see how the status quo is maintained, social realities are fostered, and the development of potential for human growth is
negatively influenced” (1)
8. Religion does not tolerate freedom of thought and teaches its adherents to be closed-minded and not to consider anything outside of their scriptures.
9. Religion, in the form of the Christian Bible is the only book those in the Maafa were encouraged to be taught while at the same time reading, writing and anything liberating was illegal.
10. Religion, whose God is not supposed to be the author of confusion, has created enough confusion so people are forced to have more faith in their feelings than in their thinking while at the same time believing their thought process is thorough.
Religious freedom is being marketed, sold and promoted because religion keeps people anesthetized (at a low level of consciousness).
Not only are religions taking on spiritual disguises, governments are helping their partners in pacification to make religion more attractive by associating qualities such as “freedom” with them, which is something not shown by their historical character.
Again, the spiritual awakening has the status quo shaking. The unstoppable force that is the female Age of Aquaria has one foot across the threshold and the other in motion, soon to follow.
Though not a direct route to spirituality, religious freedom is a transitory step to the return of the natural way, just as President Obama is. The natural way to communicate with the Higher is where connection to the Higher emerges out of connection of inner and outer natural worlds rather than coming from an inherited decision or from a mental decision to something outside of self to add to personal identity.
