More Fully Stated
Each According To Need includes several components, of which only a few can be expanded at this time.1. Each according to need to receive.
2. Each according to their several abilities to give.
3. Each according to their need to perceive. This is level of awareness, unity consciousness, beingness, human beingness and knowledge of one's self history. Where any of this is lacking, insufficient, deficient and maleficent, it is incumbent on the communal group to make the corrections to adjust the dynamic balance of things. This is how the ecosystem functions and responds to any imbalance whether on the abundance side or deficit side.4. Each according to the communal group. Thus then what is given and received is not given to individuals, even if given to individuals or received from individuals. Instead, what is given comes from the communal group and on behalf of the communal collective and for the benefit of the communal group collective. Likewise what is received goes to the communal and on behalf of the communal and for the benefit of the communal.
5. Each according to need spans many layers and degrees of separation, thus our understanding of the importance or benefit should never be limited to short-term, but should include short-term considerations, but never as the dominant driver of communal.6. Each according to need to give, receive and perceive is never an intermittent situational, moment incident value system component. Instead all of it is a continuous integrated multi-faceted way of thinking, behaving and living. Thus then this allows Each According To Need in communal settings, to be as dynamic as the ecosystem and as exemplified by many creatures such as plants, ants, bees and even smaller groups and groups consisting of more than one species who knowingly (consciously scientifically) work together.
7. Each according to need is foundationed, premised, presupposed and dependent on the need-want incentive which is expanded to the Rights Of Creation being of primitive importance. Along with this quickly follows further expansion to the 64 Basic Needs.All this is to say that need is not an individual thing occurring in individual moments and individual situations, each being separate from another. This is only partly true in non-communal groupings, namely societies. In communal groupings, homelessness, for instance is a communal problem and the need for a home is not the need of the homeless person, a government office or activist group, but rather the need of the entire communal, thus it is incumbent on all communal members, according to their singular and several abilities to address this need at the most fundamental level, in the same manner as all basic needs and basic problems are addressed.
