If the masses were usually right, the manifestations of the masses, as evidenced by their culture and institutions, would reflect the right things, i.e., the rights of creation.
If the masses were right in regards to any topic, subject or issue, then the manifestations of the masses regarding that topic, subject or issue would be in harmony with the rights of creation.
