Reminding us what we forgot
Recentering the corner square
Within the ankh and cross
Realigning all power
Underused but never lost
Refuse man-made concoctions
Choose Supreme-made perfections
Sun-cooked and freshly bred
Not half-baked and polluted
Nutrition in the simplest
Is understanding self in the highest
Decide what enters the temple
Decide what does not
