Life & Existence is not possible without boundary borders. The entirety of the universe is bounded and bordered. All things within the universe contain boundary borders. The law of dimensions requires boundary borders. This must be so in order to know where one thing ends and another thing begins. This is true at super macro levels, macro levels, micro levels and super micro levels.
As it is with all things, boundary borders can function anywhere in the range from optimal to suboptimal.
The Highest Power is the master overseer and ultimate authority of establishing the conditions for where boundary borders exist and how they function.
Ancestor Cheikh Anta Diop tells us there is no ideology foreign to Africa.
All human ideologies started in Africa. We know this based on all we understand about nucleus, root, seed and the identical nature of human genetics.
So, even though the Creator-Destroyer is in charge, human primary use of free will still has a role to play.
We can be certain that suboptimal and optimal thinking and behavior started in Africa. This has changed multiple times over hundred of thousands of years between optimal and suboptimal. This tells us what history has already shown, the best place for solving the problems within humanity is within Africa.*
So, while most of the world is functioning suboptimally in regards to boundary borders, Africa* must not. Africa must cease and desist nonsense.
Briefly speaking, Africa must re-conceive self, life, existence, culture, countries, boundaries and borders.
This is necessary for optimal functioning of Africans on the continent and Africans anywhere.
Healing must flow from the root, the seed, the nucleus of Africa.*
To say this another way. In human thought processes, we always give the highest priority to the identity that matches the conditions we think exist. If we use suboptimal identifiers, these boundary borders will inform how we use our free will. This then, will not allow optimal human functioning. We will always default to our greatest faults as a means of decision-making.
For instance, if we remain aware of our universal origin and the universal nature of all things, we will give highest priority to that type of thinking, thus behavior.
On the other hand, if we view ourselves based on race based on physical characteristics, country or culture, then, in human interactions, we will give highest priority to that type of thinking, thus behavior.
So for every boundary border humans establish, each one is ranked and given priority depending on our understanding of the scenario, situation, circumstances, set of conditions, causes and effects on self and something else or all else.
Level of awareness matters.
Being in possession of free will or having the right of free will does not automatically make someone knowledgeable enough to properly use free will.
Ways of knowing matter.
Let us not forget what we already know. The Universal One is in charge and is constantly changing boundary borders. This applies to all dimensions. Regardless of what we “believe in,” this must be so. We live and exist inside a living being called the Universe. If the Universe were a non-entity and a non-thinker, there is no way we could come into existence inside such a creation.
Even so, this entity does not do all the thinking for us.
It is a certainty that bad and good Karma Harma ,that gained cycles of momentum in Africa, has had to balance itself worldwide due to the things Africa set in motion worldwide.
This is why, in terms of human control, the quickest path for a better world for Africans must come through greater levels of understanding, thus thinking and behavior that is greater in the better sense.
All that has sex to conceive us, gestate us, give birth to us and nourish us at all times, all of this requires an intricate plan of boundary borders. The universe functions based on thinking, behavior, logic, boundary borders, scenarios, circumstances and conditions. All of this is universal culture. Culture is the same thing as climate. On one hand climate is weather. On the other hand culture is whether we think something or whether we don't. Climate and culture are the same things in different forms for different forms of creation. Climate is superhuman logic. Culture is human logic. Despite these distinctions, humans contain climate everywhere and superhuman contains culture everywhere.
The universe is all ways always changing its culture climate. There comes a point where the universal noticeably moves on with or without us.
Even in the weakest usage of understanding, the boundary borders that divide land are changing. This is putting an end to the foolishness associated with human suboptimal use of boundary borders in this regard.
*Africa exists geographically in the main place and in many other places geographically. Africa also exists anywhere Africans are.
