Jumping on a bandwagon means supporting something simply because it's popular. Black Folks cannot jump on a Colorado Buffalo bandwagon because what we are supporting is what the team, via Deion Sanders, represents. That being the underdog against all odds. The underdog to be the first to overcome self and achieve harmony with all else. The underdog against Maafa Racism that always seeks excellence from blacks as a threat.
Black people have been supporting these things all our lives and our ancestor lives, even during the hundreds of thousands of years period of time when only black people existed.

This rapid and automatic support of Sanders and Buffaloes, is confirmed by the earlier meaning of bandwagon, a meaning that still exists today and is detectable at higher levels of awareness.
