The Tribe called Remnant goes through this process because the Supreme Beingness is doing the same.
The Lord shall recover the remnant of his people, from Assyria, Egypt, Pathros, Cush, Elam, Shinar, Hamath, the islands of the sea, the outcasts of Israel, and from the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth (Isaiah 11:11-12). Time is a season.
