If you do not understand racism (white supremacy) and how it works, everything else you understand will only confuse you. - Neely Fuller

We need something to clarify everything for us, because we get confused...but if we use the concept of Asili, we will understand that whatever it is they are doing, whatever terms they use, however they come at you, you need to be thinking about what? How is this going to facilitate their power and help them to dominate me? -Marimba Ani

One Solution To Reduce Homelessness Within The Societal Context
Unity Consciousness #2671

(9azzzzzzo of 11)

Solution: Banks, mortgage companies and financial institutions should have to fund two years of housing assistance for each household they foreclose on. This means pay for housing, insurance and utilities. As you can quickly surmise, it would be then be much better for banks to work with borrowers, reduce payments and forgive portions of the loan. This would prevent banks from profiting and then when people encounter difficulties, then the financial institutions just shift the problem onto the society.
Understand clearly the heartlessness of financial institutions, when they need help, they borrow money from the government and the Federal Reserve at low interest rates or zero interest. There are many other ways they are helped and bailed out and allowed to rape and rob citizens.

Furthermore, banks frequently sell foreclosed houses for less than the outstanding mortgage. The house I was in was sold for half of the mortgage. So instead of reducing my loan by half and payments by half, they chose to foreclose. Obviously banks can deduct the loss in loan value as an expense. Banks don't lose. This would also save financial institutions and borrowers the expense of the foreclosure process and alleviate a burden on the court system paperwork.

1. Societies teach people that when they reach 18 years of age, they need to get out of the house and make it on their own in order to feel worthy, smart, intelligent. This means you must pay for your own housing, transportation and related expenses. This means you must maintain this way of thinking and living for the rest of your life.
2. The society makes housing unaffordable, wages too low, deductions from income too many, taxes too high, insurance too high, utilities too high and teaches people to want to spend more on housing and its contents than necessary.
”Money, we make it / Before we see it, you take it” (Marvin Gaye). We are taxed upfront and taxed each time we use (spend or reap investment income) money.
3. Society teaches an individual me mentality, a consumer mentality and a capitalism mentality that says get as much as you can from as many as you can while giving as little as you can.
4. Society does not provide enough adequate incoming producing activities (jobs and self-employment). Additionally there are too many expenses and paperwork involved in self-employment.
5. By default, a society teaches unhealthy living which is supported by all institutions, not just the food and personal care industries. Then we are taught to rely on health insurance as the primary means of healthcare. Then healthcare insurance costs too much and is fraught with problems and unhealthy treatments.
6. Furthermore, the society, because it is mentally ill by nature, ignores mental health.
7. Misunderstood as a major contributor to homelessness is the fragmentation and failure of coordination among work, education, childcare and government.
8. Take all this and add Maafa Racism to it, and you have additional incidences of homelessness.

Proper identification of causes and effects makes it easier to connect solutions. The solutions to homelessness are obvious and so is the lack of will of the majority of people in the society? Why? Because societies, by default, are inhumane places that teach inhumanity and need inhumanity to exist for the society to exist with its suboptimal context, definitions and meanings.

So then, the one best solution to eliminate homelessness is to get rid of the society by transforming it into a civilization. Of course this requires a lot of self-correction, which requires a lot of truth-facing to reach healthy knowledge of self, which requires a certain amount of salvageable substance of human decency to already be present in the majority of individuals in the society. Of course it is more sensible to demolish some things rather than attempt to renovate, remodel or refurbish. It is for these reasons and more that societies must perish because they are not more humane than the countries of Sodom or Gomorrah.
