This is clearly a move by the NFL to try to claim not being racist or sexist in hiring coaches and head coaches, despite firing Black NFL coaches much quicker than their white counterparts.Just as they couldn't stand Colin Kaepernick kneeling for racial justice, the white male dominated NFL owners and commissioner also can't stand the fact of being called out by black male Brian Flores, so the white males, trying to be slick, all of a sudden hire a black woman as a position coach. They are using Jennifer King, even though she might be deserving of the position. We'll see if she's a “real one” by acknowledging what is taking place. In her initial interview she spoke of “women” but did not speak of “blackness” or that her hire does not absolve the NFL from being racist against black male coaches and players. The NFL has been racist from the get-go because we all know Sports is one of the main institutions of people activity used to carry out racism.
Even the first black person to play baseball in the white league was a racist move to take money away from the black leagues by taking players.
Why would black people want to be in white leagues when white people are not in the same league as black people? White schools have done us more harm than good.
