Over and over the robotic programming continues to repeat the same logic about something being anecdotal as if anecdotal is a lesser form of evidence and not evidence at all and is something unprofessional. The main problem we have with anecdotal is that everyone has the ability to produce, use and understand anecdotal evidence. If there are 7.8 billion people in the world, how many deaths does it take to be considered a pandemic? Let's just say one percent. Is one percent of anything enough to be considered a pandemic? That would be 78 million people. We are nowhere near a pandemic. Heart disease and cancer cause more deaths than covid-19. The top 10 causes of death per World Health Organization on May 24, 2018 - "Lower respiratory infections remained the most deadly communicable disease, causing 3.0 million deaths worldwide in 2016. " 3 million should at least be the threshold for this covid-19 pandemic. If 3 million deaths in 2016 was not enough to be considered a pandemic, then we have not yet reached pandemic stage for sars cov-2.

Lastly, the population of the USA is estimated at 327 million compared to the world population of 7.8 billion. USA population is approximately 4.2% of world population. Therefore, USA pandemic level is 4.2% of 78,000,000, which comes out to 3.27 million. Therefore, about 3.3 million people would have to die in the USA before a 1% pandemic level is reached. (3.27 million can also quickly be determined by taking 1% of 327,000,000). Both methods crosscheck each other.

Currently estimates are between 100,000 and 200,000 expected deaths in the USA due to covid-19.

Per the CDC in the USA on March 19, 2020, they state:
”. The percentage of deaths attributed to pneumonia and the flu is 7.1% which is notable because it is below the epidemic threshold of 7.3%.”

Therefore the epidemic threshold for influenza is 7.1% of people dying who contract the disease. Yet the epidemic threshold for covid-19 is far less than 1%. Epidemic and pandemic are the same things. The latter is just globally agreed upon to be taking place simultaneously.

How much more evidence do you need in order for you to understand that the covid-19 pandemic is not a pandemic unless you agree to believe in the contradictions by which pandemics are defined in a “six of one, baker's dozen of another and gross miscalculation of covid-19 as a pandemic.”

Once again the SARS-coV-2 (covid-19) pandemic highlights what every day of our lives highlights via our thinking and behavior via the cultures we have crafted that we think are pretty damn good, but are instead pretty damn pathetic. This has been discussed under topics such as education and miseducation, but due to our low level of education, most people hear those terms or read those messages and still walk run away thinking it doesn't apply to them. If you have swallowed any of the following forms of kool-aid, this again confirms your education is significantly deficient and infected.

1. As said earlier, there is no pandemic except one that has been falsely named based on an extremely extremely ridiculously low numerical threshold for doing so. Yet our education has not helped us maintain the critical thinking and analysis abilities we were born with to recognize hot shit flying off a fanned flame of old game of okie-doking most folks for personal gain.

2. Our math calculating abilities fail us when we allow numbers from governments and other supposed experts that we believe are experts of truth, to guide us down gullible paths in gleeful trepidation hopscotch yellow brick road fashion that we have suddenly become intelligent clear thinkers who do better when we know better, that all we need is to hear the truth of the right thing to do and we will do it.

The fact that racism is a dedicated effort of what should be done is proof that recognition of the right thing to do is impaired. Thus, as we know a collective effort is not necessarily a correct effort. Just because many people are going along with this pandemic doesn't make any of it correct.

3. It is abhorrently false and fault-filled logic to believe that anything human-made is superior to what is made by the primary creator – the Supreme Being. We admit to our low level of knowledge when we place the greatest faith in hand sanitizer soaps, spray, wipes and disinfectants. If we were deficient in cleanliness practices to the point of walking the thin line between pandemics and doing fine, then we would have already frequently contracted several viral or bacterial pathogens that would have spread throughout the society. Yet we still believe that if we just do a bunch more of the same, that we have answered the call to quell coronavirus and all future variations. It makes no sense, especially in light of the fact that we continue to do everything wrong to contribute to cancers. Viruses 500 years ago have always mutated evolved. If the lack of hand sanitizers and other products, today puts us at greater risk of getting “sick” or catching something “infectious” then humans would have always had this take place throughout history and would never have had the wherewithal to grow and thrive, especially even today in supposedly less developed countries that still do not have these human-made things that developed countries rely on (ride or die on). If we were properly educated we would remember that pure water is a sanitizer all by itself, so is sun, so is earth, so is wind (as in fresh air). So also are many plants. Water passes through and around plants, soil, rocks, plant roots, and soil organisms and their leavings, sheddings and excretings and through that process becomes drinkable potable purified for humans and other creatures. Do you really think that if you washed surfaces and your hands in water alone that covid-19 would still remain on those surfaces, that somehow that virus has the ability to cling to anything unless there's a human-made sanitizer involved? Do you think all these name brand products are better than rain water? Why are we investing so much in human-made sanitizers and not natural sanitizers? Because we still want solutions in a box or a pill instead of having to revert and reverse our logic back to fundamental truths, thus change our behavior fundamentally, but first admit that the level of our education is low and is sick to the point of our education itself being the pandemic that causes all other pandemics.

4. Every step of the way with this false pandemic of sars-cov-2, the pathetic state of our education shows itself. We are sheep, lemmings, slaves, mindless and all other such words. As a groupthinks, so also does it rise and sink. We are fearful of sinking towards sickness and death because our groupthink is low level. There is such a thing as a good, helpful, healthy pandemic that causes humans to function in harmony. This is also infectious and spreadable throughout such that the net effect enlivens. If this was the state of our intelligence we wouldn't be freaking out and in a panic to an even greater degree than we've become maladjusted to.

5. All the umpteen intelligent steps humans are taking now in response to sars-cov-2 amount to doubling down on our low level of education. Thus we are still in a very deficient position to defend ourselves against our own infectious sickness logic, that will continue to cause us to respond inappropriately to environmental change, which will continue to kill more of us than any other organism.

6. No organism can live for long or live strong outside of its homeostasis (dynamic balance). To expound on the above plant purifiers, we also know minerals such as salt, are a purifier, so are pungent type things such as garlic, onions and citric acids. Also we know plants have an outer layer of skin just like humans that serves as a barrier and immune system. Therefore the skins of fruits and vegetables and nuts and the bark of trees and roots and leaves and many other things have the ability to protect themselves from pathogens. So if we eat those things, purify, wash, bathe, cleanse and sanitize with those things, it will create an environment that throws pathogens out of homeostasis. Our deficient education obscures this knowledge from rising within us, thus we seek to cleanse surfaces rather than deep cleaning our logic. This will indeed solve all problems that we can control. What we know to be true of plants must also be true of animals. We already know honey manufactured by bees has purifying properties.

7. This brings us to an extremely paraphrased and annotated quote inspired from an episode of Gunsmoke. “...it's the problem with most folks. They're too proud and too confident in themselves to recognize danger or when they need help or when to ask for help." This causes them to make suboptimal decisions because their formulating logic is suboptimal. They always focus on proving things to others as a shield facade because they are never able to prove it to themselves because they don't know enough of the truth of self learned through experience.”

8. Once you buy into and accept a certain context, then the rest builds upon the correctness of that context or the incorrectness of that context. Such is the case with the notion that SARS-COV-2 is a pandemic virus rather than a pandemic of logic that has been manufactured to go viral.

How we are thinking and behaving regarding coronavirus is another round of practice to ensure we remain on the far side of ignorance entrenched in stupidity. We are still copying the foolishness of people whose mutated logic is anti-original human. Also as stated elsewhere, every cell has a brain and sensing abilities. Because we are not taught this intricacy, we are left with head-centered mind-centeredness which is such a small portion of our capabilities.

9. I'll say it again for Africans. Don't talk to me about covid-19 being a pandemic until it has exceeded the damage done by and death toll of and economic travesty of Maafa racism. COVID-19 is the pandemic of our enemies. Yes of course its killing us but only because we are all caught up in their logic. Nearly everything being done in Africa is a copy of what our enemies are doing. Sars-cov-2 is the pandemic of enemy logic that has always threatened original humans, their seed, their root and the extended self of the ecosystem. Our enemies are using coronavirus to play with the minds of their puppets who they have on strings of logic far weaker than any strand of spider web.

10. Go ahead and rely on testing, ventilators, masks, sanitizers, hospitals, doctors, vaccines, social distancing, shutdowns, lockdowns and all manner of things that do not address why we are vulnerable to the virus in the first place.

11. The only way to be less and less susceptible to corona-like viruses is to get healthier in all aspects of self. This is far removed from status quo approaches therefore the debacle and destruction will continue for years to come along lines that the puppetmasters cannot confine. Why? Because too much time and other resources are being wasted on doing things that do not address the heart of what matters. This will become clearer to a few more people before 2020 passes into 2021 in late November, early December.

12. Simply put, the fatal flaw continues. We are addressing symptoms and effects rather than problems and causes. How crazy is this yet we are so caught up in this mental madness matrix we just let all that pass us by. We are truly deep into the twilight zone where most people are walking around in a dazed maze of pre-designed behavior controlled by the craziest among us, including those we consider knowledgeable who are being used to give credibility to craziness. Why? Due to our low level of education and deficiency of critical thinking. Those who are awake do not follow the logic of sleep walkers and walking dead. How do we know which logic is which? By its inputs, outputs and both. This should be a relatively quick process to determine which is which. Are the people determining what coronavirus is and telling you how to react, are these the woke ones?

As discussed earlier, Coronavirus COVID-19 travels in water droplets on the wind. This is what I suspect.

Human to human transmission is secondary.

All indicators point to coronavirus traveling in air moisture and then via condensation, settling down on surfaces and then via evaporation becoming airborne again.

Thus the greatest time to catch a case is when you breathe air at night as temperatures fall and in early morning as temperatures rise or touch outside surfaces that are wet, that you think is just dew or rain. This is what I suspect. Furthermore, air conditioning systems and heat pump systems help spread the virus, due to these systems interchanging outside and inside air.

Population density contributes to the appearance that human to human transmission is the primary method.

Rural areas will get the virus but at a slower pace than urban areas.
Coronavirus cannot be eradicated through disinfectants. There's always another flurry of the virus coming on the wind. Coronavirus, like all viruses can only be mitigated and moderated through system balance, ecosytem balance, body balance, environmental balance, cultural balance.

In rural areas, lower population density and higher density of trees and other plants slows transmission. Trees and other plants are continuously taking in water and releasing water (breathing), thus diluting the virus to some extent and perhaps even filtering or helping reduce the virus via other organisms on trees and other plants. This is what I suspect.

The source of the virus no longer matters because now there are multiple breeding grounds worldwide that are outside of the “disinfectant” range of humans. This is what I suspect.

Understand what travels in the wind and what travels in moisture, rain, snow, etc.

Corona virus is a virus for the Ages, the New Ages. Coronavirus is a combination of a virus that came into prominence under the Jackal and a virus that came into prominence under Pisces. Look at the viruses that have killed Africans worldwide and you will find the ancestors of coronavirus that are also helping to flip the script among humans. This time around we will see how many waves of virus-like logic it takes to replace the worldwide status quo.

Look at who is always involved in the major conspiracies against humans in both the disfavored group and favored group.

Therefore then, upon encountering the footprint of an elephant, though never having seen an elephant or having any concept of what an elephant is, that person would be able to infer that a large animal of a different type must have made the footprint.
Likewise then, upon encountering Nile Valley civilization and any of its footprints, a reasonably learned person, even if most knowledge came from their own experiences, should be able to infer the largeness of Nile Valley civilization in terms of space and in terms of time and in terms of contributions. This goes beyond archaeological evidences, it also includes linguistic evidence and knowledge evidence that we know takes a long time to develop.

Over and over again we seek ways to explain and understand the same things. One of those is the difference between capitalism and socialism – two terms which are greatly abused and confused.

Capitalism mainly prioritizes and promotes a “to each his own” mindset in most things essential. It also prioritizes and promotes a collective mindset in things non-essential (those things that should be a matter of personal preference and choice). This collective mindset is forced upon the people by majority rule and/or an “I've-got-the-power” approach.
Capitalism promotes private ownership of essentials, including public ownership that benefits private interests rather than everyone and all things.

On the other hand, socialism prioritizes and promotes a “to each according to need” mindset in all things essential. It also prioritizes and promotes, a communal extended self mindset in things non-essential because all things nonessential are connected and impact all things essential. This communal mindset is achieved through continuous education that teaches the interrelatedness of all things. This is a truer sense of what holistic, wholeness and wholesome means rather than as used in a montessori education system and other such systems called holistic but are not.*
Socialism promotes public communal ownership of essentials, including public governmental ownership that makes adjustments of public resources according to need.
This is the optimal version of socialism. This is in no way the definition of socialism as talked about by those adhering to the suboptimal context, thus capitalism is a manifestation of the suboptimal context. So also is the suboptimal version of socialism. The optimal version of socialism belongs to the optimal context. We are in the twinlight twilight zone and moving from capitalism towards socialism.

*This must be so because an understanding of interrelatedness means understanding the importance thus having and showing respect for all creation, thus holistic education would churn out non-racists and would be taught and administrated by non-racists and their communities would reflect the same.

This person is also aware of self in relation to others similarly situated. This person is aware of self, despite memory lapses, gaps and disordered connections that make sense in a limited sense of self.)

Dementia has been discussed from another perspective that re-expands the context. This is another reminder that anyone who does not know self completely, suffers from a degree of dementia.

Know thyself is the first law of self-preservation.

In other words, if it is true that self-preservation is the first law of nature, then “know thyself” is the first step of self-preservation.

This must be so because in order to exercise preservation in a manner such that self-preservation is achieved, this requires awareness, recognition and understanding of the extended self, the eternal self and the spiritual self.
In other words, any individual that claims of be “self” or any collective that claims to be a “collective self” cannot fully preserve what they are not fully aware of or does not fully recognize or does not fully understand. Therefore, self-preservation cannot be fully achieved; therefore all logic that prevents the full realization of self-preservation, is logic that works against self-preservation. This then is exactly what we see among those with dementia (us).

This is also exactly what we see among collectives who also have dementia as a collective. For recent example look at how most things being done to supposedly stop coronavirus, are actually things that are ensuring coronavirus continues to have its way as the dog having its day goes apeshift. In a barely Bene so sort of way, this is being realized every step of the way but won't be admitted until the final moments of the final minute of this phase and macrophage on centerstage.
Too late will we realize that coronavirus is hellbent and heavenbent on self-preservation. It is a living organism just like us.
So also is Earth obeying the laws of nature and self-preservation.
So also is the Supreme Being.
Therefore, there is no such thing as self-preservation for humans as itty-bitty individuals or as reconstituted collectives of chopped phooey.
The only way to recover from dementia is the overall way, the total way achieved through many continuous contiguous step by steps where logic is restored piece by piece and then those partial fragments are restored to the whole total.
Dementia and Dimensia are part of the process of larger scale self-preservation.
Both humans and the coronavirus are part of the wrecking process, rekhing process, reckoning process, reclaiming process and restoring process.
In other words, in our current state of dysfunction as a human collective, our thinking and behavior, though they match, are a symptom of the dementia disorder of the Supreme Being and of Earth, Solar System and Galaxy.
In other words, we are the bad guys: coronavirus is the good guy. If you simply remembered what duality means or the two truths, you'd agree.

Know thyself first applies to the Supreme Being who is the As Above and the So Below.
As the first step of self-preservation, know thyself takes place within the context of the need incentive. This need incentive is a fundamental part of understanding dementia and self-preservation.

How does the whole breakdown differentiate into the partial and how does the partial repair its dimension to the sameness of the whole?
How does one become many and then many become one? And do so while staying true to the continuous reshaping, reforming and refashioning of oneness and manyness?

How does the first step or state become the last step or state?
How does being born with knowledge of self lead to dying with less knowledge of self?
How does being born without knowledge of self lead to knowledge of self?

How does metaphor become logic and logic becomes reunified in consciousness through metaphor?
How does metaphor and logic start out together and then logic rules the conscious mind and the most frequently accessed portions of the subconscious while metaphor is relegated to the far reaches of the subconscious?
How is the logical use of metaphor restored to what it was in the after and before of the single and double doors that helps us remember who we are, where we came from and what we are here for?

This is the short list that will be updated as needed.

1. People who panic are already in a constant state of panic incongruity contradiction conundrum in their minds and daily lives despite what they present as sanity. The rapid expression of irrationality does not spring out of nowhere, rather it streams from irrational logic we use everyday as normal logic.
This includes the notion of “price gouging” that we hate and punish during crisis and disaster times, yet we allow and praise price gouging at all other times – charging more for something than it is actually worth and also paying less for something than it is actually worth, i.e., labor. Thus then, once again, we have been living in a period of crisis and disaster but we have normalized it in our societies as culture, norm and legality. Thus we love the crisis and panic we cause and control but don't like it when it's out of our control, especially when it comes from nature, which we know is more than a formidable foe that lays low all human bravado.

2. Give a virus a name and people pay attention to it more. Evidenced by our relatively non-response to the annual flu virus.

3. Give a virus media attention and people will think it is the greatest health threat of the moment. This of course is untrue because we know about cancer and many other physical illnesses that as a whole have sickened societies such that healthcare insurance is a major concern and the numbers of people getting all manner of illnesses continues to rise and be encountered at earlier ages. Yet we don't panic about this and neither do we seek immediate solutions.

4. Coronavirus is less of a threat in terms of physical harm and death than global racism has already caused and continues to, yet it is a deniable and lackadaisical concern among most people such that needed change is not a priority.

5. People and their governments continue to operate in fragmented fashion as evidenced by closing schools and letting the chips fall where they may in terms of parents dealing with childcare. On top of that, if the parents are still going out into the world, isn't that a threat to the children? Plus if the children are going somewhere for childcare or if someone comes to the child's home, isn't that also an exposure risk? Thus, essentially, most if not all measures being taken in such a fragmented approach are only minimally and momentarily creating false positives of success.

6. Sending children home from college seems like a good way to spread the virus by those who are asymptomatic but are infected.

7. Emphasis on the efficacy of nutrition is largely absent from discussions.

8. Most people are okay with slow avoidable death, especially when pain warning systems can be muted, numbed and desensitized.

9. There is no way to contain an airborne virus without fully quarantining all those infected. Since there is no way to immediately tell who is infected, all measures to close borders, ban travel, shut down this and that are only delaying the inevitable. The coronavirus will not be contained and economies will suffer and many people will die due to other reasons. More good news is that it will once again, in a massive way, show us how messed up our logic is and our societies in terms of what is most and fundamentally important in our relationships with each other and the rest of nature.

10. Each and every time a human comes in contact with something that another human will come in contact with there is exposure, I don't care if it's through the mail, delivery services or products on shelves produced, packed, shipped, placed on shelves, touched by customers and cashiers.

11. If the coronavirus was only killing Africans worldwide or mostly, the narrative and world response would be drastically different and indifferent and jubilant as always.

12. Every opportunity is used to use anything and everything to control people, money and other forms of power.

13. Isn't it amazing how all these governments can quickly make decisions, pass bills, repeal or suspend laws and come up with money to fight coronavirus but on so many other issues, it can't be done, it takes time, blah, blah, bullshit?

14. Why do we believe that an airborne virus can only travel a short distance? Doesn't the air go everywhere around the world?

15. Have we forgotten that Earth is breathing?

16. Why do we believe a virus can only live a short period of time outside of a host? Even scientists of the suboptimal context know better than that.

17. Why are we not told that a virus, like all other organisms has various survival mechanisms and strategies, one of which is to go into hibernation dormancy until a host appears. This is evidenced by seeds that will lie dormant for years until the right conditions appear.

18. A face mask? Come on now? If the person wearing a mask has the virus, can't the virus still escape through the mask when that person exhales? The mask is breathable and permeable isn't it? If a person doesn't have the virus and wears a mask, how does that prevent tiny virus particles from entering through the mask? How long is a single mask effective? What happens to masks that might have particles attached to the outside or inside?

19. A vaccine? Come on now. If a corona vaccine is produced, it will have to be taken each year just like the flue vaccine. Thus a vaccine is a continuation of the falsehoods regarding vaccines.

20. This is a quote: “In American hospitals alone, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) estimates that HAIs account for an estimated 1.7 million infections and 99,000 associated deaths each year.” HAI stands for hospital acquired infections such as MRSA. Thus where is the public panic and outcry for something to be done?

21. Aren't a lot of disinfectants used in hospitals, yet hospitals are still breeding grounds for virus and bacteria transmission?

22. All these measures being taken by governments with laws and money and measures being taken by people in terms of changing thinking and behavior is proof that if the society wanted to, it could quickly begin giving significant types of reparations due to racism against Africans worldwide.

23. Thus the pushback against reparations is not about money or how much or how to accomplish it, rather it is about the will of the people and what they think is most important in terms of their quality of life. Thus it is a false notion that the harm caused by racism is not also harmful to racists, their collectives, their countries. Thus then racism is another sickness of slow death unrecognized due to the distraction from pain caused by the focusing on the momentary gain.

24. Humans are only in control to a small and temporary extent.

25. If anything was to be given the greatest control on Earth wouldn't it be that which has the longer standing birthright? This would be things like microorganisms and atoms and elements. This is exactly what a virus is.

26. The renaming of coronavirus to COVID-19 is admittance of truth which is there will be a COVID-20, COVID-21 and so on. And quite possibly COVID-19a, COVID-19b and so on depending on the rate of mutation, recognition and admittance.

27. Testing for the coronavirus and the kits used will prove to be one of the least effective responses especially when so little is known about the virus and how it manifests or when or for how long. Money spent on testing, kits and labor hours should be used for prevention which is strengthening of immune systems. This is also part of best practices for treatment.

28. Seriously, what's the point?
(a) Okay tested positive for the virus? So now you get treatment and take precautions. This would be the same without the test.
(b) Okay you test negative. You still have to take precautions and could get the virus at any time.
(c) You test negative but do have the virus. This is the most dangerous scenario due to the lack of 100% reliability of the tests due to various reasons.

29. Notice how people are quick to cry foul, claim racism and suggest relief for the Chinese and for others harmed by coronavirus but not quick to want to make amends for institutionalized Maafa racism injustices.

30. All this and more is why African must separate their logic, their thinking, their behavior and themselves from people who are on the wrong side of the above and below truths and more.

31. Absolutely the worst is yet to come, which is why it is always the best of times for someone or some group and the worst of times from someone or some group and why this is changing.

32. Even though the spiritual component of the coronavirus is mentioned off the beaten path, absent is the connection to Kepheus and Aquaria as game changers.

33. Any person who still believes in the greatness of their society is delaying the inevitable waking up to new normals based on fundamental truths.

34. This time around in the human cycle, we will not know what it would be like if racism was swiftly dealt with and resolved as quickly as coronavirus is being addressed. Institutionalized racism could be eradicated in less than two years, even if not in the behavior of smaller collectives. We are not going to get the opportunity to experience the eradication of racism as the result of human choice. Instead what we are going to experience is the reversal of fortunes, the same as when conditions changed that gave birth to racism.

35. What is the inevitable spoken of in #9 above? That corona must run its course. And it will. It is correct that humans must make swift changes. It is incorrect the changes humans are making. Those changes amount to band-aids and to problem avoidance. What is needed is a total revamping of logic and society. Coronavirus is merely another symptom of all that's wrong in human logic.

36. Thus then, coronavirus is not the major illness, it is a major symptom. Thus then, based on the largeness of the symptom called coronavirus, then we must conclude that the actual illness that coronavirus is pointing to, much more pervasive, all-encompassing and deeply rooted to the core, nucleus and fabric of all we humans have constructed, imposed and superimposed on the rest of nature and ourselves.

37. Coronavirus is both an illness in individual humans and also a symptom of the defective human collective illness that has many more symptoms that have heretofore been ignored as required swift coordinated global resolution.

38. Coronavirus is our global last chance to recognize, admit and do something about the fundamental truths we choose to use. Next comes a swift succession of other events to put us out of our misery. These events will be as promised, received and perceived from the twilight zone.

39. (Luke 3) As it is written in the book of the words of Esaias the prophet, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight.
Every valley shall be filled, and every mountain and hill shall be brought low; and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough ways shall be made smooth;

40. How much sense does it make to ban gatherings of more than 50 people or 25 people? What is the basis of those numbers? Are 50 people less likely to transmit coronavirus to each other? This kind of decision-making is evidence of not knowing what to do, but doing something to show you are doing something to mislead people to think you know what to do. Likewise shutting down things for 14, 21 or 30 days will accomplish nothing. By what indicators will it be determined that it's okay to go back to no bans based on number of days or number of people? Sooner or later, people will have to go about doing what they've been doing and the coronavirus will continue to run its course. A better choice would be to notify people that all non-essential activity will be shut down for 21 to 28 days at some future point. This will allow people to prepare with hopefully less panic. During this preparation period and henceforth and forever, societies should come clean about the truth of their nutrition and toxins and put all efforts into improving nutrition and reducing toxins. This includes more rest, less stress, and whatever it takes to clean the environment, plant more plants and encourage habitat restoration for all creatures. An ecosystem eco-sensible approach is best to reduce the effects of coronavirus and all else that ills societies.

41. What we are witnessing is a lie that has gotten out of control and is now in control. We are witnessing the coming together of all lies told that are now working against the liars.

42. The racist collective, especially the Europeans are narcissists and hedonists among other awful attributes. This whole coronavirus thing is all about them.

43. You gotta love how they admit to lying, yet most of them don't know it. They now say let's put aside politics. This is said because we are dealing with a national crisis. Clearly, in the mind of white folks who speak of socialism and in the mind of many other groups who have practiced socialism, the basis of their socialism or democracy includes social engineering against the advance of the African or those of darker skin. Every generation, as a collective, is given a voice and a choice to move towards one direction or another. There is no such thing as maintaining the current position at the current level. Each generation is given teachers within and without to encourage us in both directions. It's up to us to learn from the past and make the right choice as to which voice to listen to and follow. This applies to all groups of people and all generations; however I am specifically speaking to us Africans in the current generations.

Africans, we continue to listen to the newest voices that want us to maintain the path through and with the status quo. That hasn't worked and won't work and has caused us to get worse. Before Malcolm and Martin there was DuBois and Garvey and Booker T and many others. Before them there were Nat Turner, Harriet Tubman and many others. Before them there were many others generation after generation providing information and guidance and we, as a collective, have made the wrong or the least effective choice. Right now as I survey the leadership landscape and loud voices in Africa and in the Diaspora, we are still listening to the wrong voice and still trying to maintain the status quo. These choices will continue to do us more and more harm. It is imperative that we go back and fetch the lessons of the past and listen to the other voice that we as a collective did not listen to. Listen to Malcolm and the post 1964 Martin. Listen to Garvey and Tubman and the leaders in the Caribbean. Listen to Nkrumah and his group trying to lead us during the 1960's. If you know of someone else trying to lead us to a better place, that clearly in hindsight was the right advice, follow that instruction now today. Stop listening to the new noise of solutions and agendas. This weblog attempts to connect us to the healthy voices within and voices of the past that we should not have ignored. A major logic sticking point exists in human logic when we are trying to understand whether or not humans evolved from earlier primates (apes, monkeys, chimpanzees and so on).

A main problem is that we are comparing the humans we are now to other primates we know now.
Humans looked different then and so did other primates. Simply put, the lines of demarcation were not so distinct in terms of physical appearances and behaviors.

When we compare the latest versions of ourselves as human animals to the latest versions of other primate animals we are making the same mistake we would if we were to compare how we look when we are born as babies to how we look when we are conceived as babies.

If we do not allow space and time in our minds to consider multiple processes that transform us from egg, sperm and zygote to fetus to baby to older age, then we are not allowing evolution to take place in our understandings of who we are and where we came from as a human collective and what we used to look like. Thus understanding why we are human becomes even more unclear.

As crazy as it sounds, it would be the same as having a bunch of ingredients and then combining them into a cake batter and then someone else comes along. This person claims the nice frosted cake on their plate has nothing to do with that gooey cake batter clinging to the bowl in the kitchen sink. This recently arrived person makes this assertion having never considered the many processes of how a finished cake comes into existence.

Since white people love to disparagingly claim Africans are monkeys, both Africans and Europeans love to deny being evolved from earlier primates. In doing so, most of us make believe evolution of one primate from another primate doesn't exist. Which is fine if we can logically explain how humans came into existence without evolving from apes. Or how whites evolved from blacks who are apes yet whites are not from apes despite the recent testimony of the human genome. Simply being created by God is an insufficient explanation. Simply because that's how it is, is also insufficient. What is the process that shows how the first humans came into existence? Perhaps it would help us to understand those first humans were much shorter than we are today. They also looked different in other ways such as being more muscular, thus stronger.

I keep repeating messages regarding humans evolving from apes because I continue to encounter a broad range of humans claiming otherwise, without offering explanations for or against other than refusal to believe.
I suspect this reaction is because the information we are using causes us to think of apes and monkeys in an unfavorable way in terms of being related to us or as our predecessor ancestors.
On the other hand we don't hesitate to think we descended from angels, even though we know we ain't living up to it. We'd also rather think we were made from dirt and women from a rib bone.

So the second major sticking point interfering with our understanding of human evolution is the negativity we associate with being compared to apes, monkeys, gorillas, chimpanzees, baboons and orangutans. And this is also why we hate the notion of being associated with shorter humans defamed as pygmies.

We hate the name and notion of things such as pygmy, ape and nigger because somebody else has messed up the names and our understandings of their original forms and truths.

It is for reasons such as these that a lot of people deny that all people evolved out of Africans. Why is this difficult to understand despite genetic evidences and other evidences? Second of all because Africans have been defamed so much. First of all because we compare whites to blacks as we exist now rather than comparing the first whites to the blacks they evolved (mutated) out of. If we could could see ourselves then, perhaps it would be easier to understand, but I doubt it.

It is a good thing for us to formulate different beliefs and opinions. It is not a good thing to not have a logical basis for doing so that we are not investigating in order to verify. It is not healthy to simply have a logical basis, if that logical basis contradicts other aspects of our reasoning. I would love to hear the thought process of those who think humans are not evolved from apes and how humans came into existence or how all lifeforms evolved from a single point, a common ancestor, a single word, a big bang, yet no lifeform evolved from each other, or are humans the exception? Are humans the non-evolved creation of God?

Where are the fundamental truths of the human life form? What are the points of origin, divergence and convergence and what accounts for these occurrences? How do we fit into an ecosystem that we did not evolve out of?

Those who are seeking truth will find it.

Questioning Kidney Disease & Replacing One Way Of Knowing With Multiple WaysUnity Consciousness #2045

A major needed climate change in the brains of Africans is for us to revisit and embrace the concept of multiple ways of knowing or different ways of knowing.
I keep hearing us say things that prove we are still stuck on one way of knowing and still stuck on one main source – what we've learned through white folks.

Despite all we know about what an enemy does, we still trust information from the enemy as if the context is correct and anything that doesn't fit into it is suspect; therefore we must reject what an African says that goes against what white folks say.

Despite all we know about what a liar does, we still trust information from liars.
Despite all we know about the what a fool does, we still trust what a fool has put into place.
Despite all we know about an unhealthy person, we still trust the logic and systems of people who destroy everything and don't know how to be at peace or live in harmony with anything, yet we follow their culture.

I still hear and see evidences that most Africans continue to follow one way of knowing. This is suboptimal, harmful, debilitating, dangerous, deadly. One way of knowing is the way of knowing that helps perpetuate being under the control of others.

Africans, we still base our thinking on what and who white folks say is an expert, a professional, a scientist, a lawyer, a doctor, is educated, is successful and so on. This goes on and on and affects all our thinking all day long. We still think the only way to learn something is to go through a white validation program. We doubt our own genius that somehow we might know something simply by knowing or simply through self-study. We contradict a ton of history. When the great mind of the African shines to show you how to get realigned, you put yourself back into line behind the most fragmented thinkers of all time. Why? Because we have not yet gotten serious about getting the knowledge of self nutrition needed to help us understand that racism is an entire system of logic that covers everything in life, thus it's embedded in our logic. When we find ourselves resting assured in what we've been taught under a system of white supremacy, we are bound and gagged and unable to accept someone trying to help set us free with a different perspective. We reject Malcolm X still to this day and accept the logic of assimilated black folks who we respect because they look black and sometimes talk black but are still off track because their minds are still drowsy and sedated by the overall worldview context being used. We're not afraid to say I have a dream but we are afraid to say by any means necessary.

And so, due to being stuck in a very toxic way of knowing, we repeat the same mistakes that perpetuate our problems. Quick example. We “google” something we want to know and will give more credence to a website by whites. We do it all the time. If the information is on a blog, and especially by an African, then in our minds, that nigga don't know what the hell he's talking about.

Despite what the corporate media has proven to be, we still place high value in media outlets and their acknowledgment of someone being a reporter or journalist. We think those sources are reputable rather than information coming from someone who doesn't work for corporate or who is not a journalist.
We still place great value on validation and credibility given to us by white folks and their awards, halls of fame, degrees, licenses and other types of grading systems or evaluation systems.

We still place greater credibility in someone who is a meteorologist or weather person, than we do on someone who can simply read the signs and divine in other ways.

We still place great credence in what government agencies say. They are the officials, the authorities in our minds. They tell us what is or is not okay. We accept it.
We still think “the law” of the land is the basis of determining right and wrong.
We are still clueless about what crime is and what a criminal is' therefore clueless about who the criminals are. This is evident by us still listening to criminals committing crimes against us, yet we continue to follow their rules of logic.

Our logic is deformed when we try to reform a career criminal's systems. We show this by rejecting ways of thinking outside of “the norm.”

We talk about options, opportunities, choices and alternatives and different ways of thinking. Yet we doubt ourselves and other Africans who show the ability to think differently than what we've been taught to enslave us. We defend the logic of enslavement, thus we choose slavery.

We still rely on the medical knowledge of our enemies to help us, to heal us, to cure us, to ease our pains, to restore our health. Yep, that makes sense. Any reasonable African person would do that. And this is why that reasonable person rejects medical thinking that goes against what the enemy is telling us.

Once an African understands the concept of multiple ways of knowing, freedom is just steps away in multiple directions.

Case In Point

As I am composing this message, I encounter information on the causes of kidney disease. Here's what white folks tell us per kidneyfund.org. First of all they tell us anyone can get kidney disease. This would be truth. Then white logic turns right around to tell us some people are at an increased risk. This is also truth. However this is where the truth begins to get shady, suspect and falls apart. We are misled as to who is at an increased risk and the reasons why.
1. We are told an increased risk comes from being African-American, Hispanic, Native American or Asian. You must subconsciously believe there is something inherently wrong with everybody but white folks, and that white people are the healthy norm. You must also be so limited in your thinking that you are not able to wonder why only African-Americans are at an increased risk and not Africans elsewhere in the world. What do African-Americans, Hispanics, Native American and Asians have in common with each other that is also dissimilar from white folks?

2. We are told an increased risk of kidney disease is being over 60 years old. Okay, so anyone over 60. This includes white folks but Whites or Europeans as a group are not specifically mentioned so everyone will know that white folks are not healthier, thus neither are their ways of living.

If simply being African-American puts me at an increased risk of kidney disease, why am I not getting the disease from birth or much earlier in life? Are African-Americans under 60 getting kidney disease at higher rates than white folks under 60?

3. Then we are told an increased risk of kidney disease is having a family member with kidney disease. This also kinda wipes out the age restriction of 60 years old, or perhaps it just means that once you reach 60 your already increased risk increases further.

4. Then we are told multiple other conditions increase the risk of kidney disease such as Diabetes, High blood pressure (hypertension) and Heart disease. We are not told why. The interconnections are not explained, not even briefly. We are left with logic in disconnect.

This case in point example is a brief look at a real world example of what happens when we only use one way of knowing. There is no way to critically think or think for yourself if you double-check your logic using the same approach, context, perspective, way of knowing.

How has any human learned anything? How did the first human learn something who was the first to learn it? Did they go to school and get educated? Do multiple ways of knowing exist?

Of course it does.
The current method we rely on most is learning through “reason.” Not only do we use this way of knowing almost exclusively, we also rely on one source of reasoning – the mind of white folks.

If you cannot identity the source of the logic you are using, you are most likely using logic that has been filtered through white folks, thus it is toxic, no matter how it sounds, tastes or feels.

When someone else teaches us something or we teach ourselves, we are mostly using reason and reasoning. The education system we love to praise teaches us through reason and teaches us the white way. So if you are an African and you can encounter this message and not investigate further, then you are at an increased risk for almost everything harmful. This the evidence already proves.

Despite the title of this message, it is intended for all humans.
When I say white, you should always also hear red, yellow and brown. These are the wannabes of whiteness.
You should also equate black with African and understand African blackness has many shades, but brown, as specified above, is used to identity the browns who ain't down with being African. African and blackness both include many hues, but none of those hues within Africaness or blackness have an identity or significant place of their own. This perspective is contrasted against those red, yellow, white and brown being used as separate racial categorizations or significant aspects of a non-African race. In other words, there is no such thing as a red, yellow, white or brown African. All Africans are either African or Black, both terms being the same; however African is more optimal.

Once again, there is a quick progression of information coming forth to help improve and reinforce understandings. As always this is done through reminders of things we once knew and continue to encounter and simply need to review.

Recently Remembered Understandings (Not Just Limited To These Messages But Awakened By These Messages)

There are many evidences to prove white people are not the brightest bulbs in the pack. One way to know is that whites have allowed their whiteness to become a yoke upon them that is used as the dominant force to control their thinking and behavior. This white yoke of race is so powerful that it then makes their economic classifications a perpetual joke they play on themselves. This is true for all economic classes of whites, but we use this message to focus on the majority of white folks. This majority is neither elite, upper class or middle class, but rather the majority of whites are in the lower economic class. This is true even for those who think they are in the middle class because those in the middle class are just perhaps 6 months from disaster if they lose their income, which usually exists in the form of a job. Thus their income is largely out of their control, thus always on shaky ground.

Thus then, most white people have traded their right to equal opportunity as a person for the right to unequal opportunities as a white person who uses whiteness in keeping with racism. This places a large yoke and joke on white folks because the okie doke starts at home. By using their whiteness as rightness and entitlement to privileges based on being white and by using that race of whiteness to carry out and support racism, the majority of white folks harm themselves more and agree to settle for the crumbs of whiteness which is far less than they would get if there was no racism.

This then is what makes the majority of white folks so crazed in their thinking and behavior. They are so damaged in all aspects of their being, that their only hope is in their whiteness, so they fight tooth and nail for it through their dedication to racism. They are scared and feel powerless against the elites so they choose to fight those on the same side of the battle as them. White folks are sickened and weakened from birth to rely on their weakest aspect, their skin color whiteness and the lies of what whiteness means and the lies of what whiteness has achieved.

1. Instead of the title of this video saying “Learn To Talk About Race,” it should say, “Stop participating in racism and fight against racism and get rid of racism.” That is, if you white people want to move up economically in a sound and secure manner that cannot be taken away by the whims of government (aka the elite). Don't get confused by the fact that government equals elite. Government is controlled by the elite. Do not allow basic government jobs and positions to blind you to the who has set up the structure and conditions and string-pulling to control all government agencies.

2. Whites have forgotten that divide and conquer was used to give rights to white indentured servants over black indentured servants when those two groups were united against the elites. Whites traded their class for race. In return, those whites got the crumbs of colonialism and whiteness. This continues today and through miseducation poison, whites are kept in the mode of making the worst choice when deciding which is right - the race of whiteness or equality for myself that allows me to be the best I can be.

3. The white way and the yellow way and brown way of developing a nation is to suck the life out of anything and everyone, and then discard and move on. This is predatory and parasitical. There are no exceptions in the current capitalistic models of government no matter how many synonyms are used to describe it to make you think your government is different from another currently in power. This then will be the fate of Africa if it allows itself to be formed in the likeness of sickness ideologies.

4. The yoke of race and the yoke of class has caused whites, through their dedication to racism to accept lower expectations for their lives. Their only hope lies in the brutality, the terrorism, the barbarianism, the injustices of racism that artificially creates security in something that has been insecure from the start – whiteness as a privileged race by any means necessary as ordained by God. All of which is make believe which fits their psychotic delusions.

5. Africans do not have mid-life crises to the extent of whites and neither do we commit suicide when finances go belly up because our entire lives are filled with daily pressures. This also again is another way to understand why whites are so knee jerky reactive and scary about everything that doesn't suit their selfishness and need to succeed without merit, except for the fact of being born white, something they clearly don't understand is a manifestation of a genetic disorder.

6. In other words, whiteness ideology is a slow train wreck set in motion from the onset. Just because the train is increasing in momentum, it is mistaken to be more successful and more powerful. Whiteness ideology is a form of shape-shifting coronavirus. And now, by their own choice, they have manufactured and released the coronavirus to harm others but it is wiping them out in various ways. 7. All manifestations of white rage and white fragility are a rekindling of the callous and scared to death emotions of surviving the Ice Age when resources were extremely limited.

If white people were guaranteed a job and some free shit, they wouldn't complain about a thing. When given the choice of “you can be a fool if you want to” white people choose to be fools over and over again by choosing racism over equality, then complaining for equality and unions and other rights when the quickest surest path to such for themselves and future generations is the dismantling of racism.

9. The USA has created the greatest income inequality in history, yet white folks still cling to and sign the praises of the USA as being the greatest country ever. How idiotic is “Make America Great Again?” White folks say America is Great in a deeply hopelessly devoted sadistic self-mutilating, self-debilitating loving way. This despite there being no evidence to justify the greatness of the USA unless the presence of injustice is what is preferred. This then confirms the mental illness caused by whiteness ideology. It affects whites and everyone they attack. They spew it and it immediately blows back in their face and poisons everything around them including what they rely on to live each day.

10. Upper class and elite white people threaten the timid nature of the white mind when they say they will vote for Trump if Bernie Sanders is the Democratic nominee. This is the same as admitting that Joe Biden is the same as Trump, if not worse. Thus Democrats are no better off if Biden is the nominee. And this is why the citizens of the USA must unite based on what's more right, even if it means yikes Bernie Sanders gets the invite to fight against Trump. At the moment, Bernie Sanders is the necessary suboptimal transition towards something that won't be much better, but will likely not be much worse than Biden or Trump. And this is why racism is the greatest inhibitor to white folks being treated fairly to the extent they should be as humans. Folks white have traded their spirit-souls for whiteness and deserve what they get.

11. Here's something we already knew but tend to forget. The interviewee of this video said we can't reform the Democratic Party from within and must attack it from without. Therefore I say, if this is true, then so also is it true as reform applies to the USA a country. The USA cannot be reformed from within its worldview by using USA style ideology, instead the USA must be attacked from without using the ideology of Optimal Theory and the African Utamawazo that exists outside the matrix of madness. This requires a series of rapid graduated steps until the full worldview of justice is employed against the current madness in all societies.

12. When will whites, yellows and browns understand that your countries and your elites don't give a damn about you? They are using you to be racist because you are the most gullible because you believe in the most superficial, yet you believe you are more intelligent. That you are more intelligent is disallowed as fact and even disavowed by you yourself when you instead rely on racism instead of your intelligence, unless you think racism is intelligent. You probably do. You probably think you need racism to equal your intelligence to the intelligence of Africans. I agree with you because you think this way because the rest of your context is messed up that makes you think in terms of scarcity and misunderstand who you are and why you are here and where you came from.

13. This message is also intended to wake up the white folk within black folks as another means to try to get through to black folks who ain't woke enough to kick whiteness as rightness right out of their heads.

Reexamine every piece of logic you add back to and reconnect to that fundamental truth so that you put that information in its proper perspective.

15. Or you can start waking up by ignoring what's in your mind and find the most fundamental truth you know in your spirit or in your soul or in your being or in your existence as a human. Find it. Get rid of every other piece of logic. Then do the same thing. Start inspecting information and rebuild your understandings and worldview.

16. Now when I say “fundamental truth” that means something that you have seen over and over again among humans and among other aspects of creation. It can be something negative, positive or both or neither, but something you understand to be fundamentally true no matter what. A fundamental truth is not what you believe or wish for or hope for. A fundamental truth is what it is if you knew or understood nothing else. A fundamental truth is something that does not change based on us or what we understand. It is what it is. A fundamental truth is something that is not established by humans. A fundamental truth will always apply to and be present in all creations and/or their manifestations.

17. If you are sincere about waking up or understanding more better, then that desire within you is already communicating with the universe. All you have to do is follow your spirit step by step.

If not, you will die before you wake and enter the fiery lake. You will die intestate without having wielded your free will to its most perfect use. By choosing to remain asleep you are using your free will to bequeath the same thinking and behavior to your ancestors and descendants who will only receive the legacy of your logic after that logic has gone through probate where resources are depleted (robbed) by the reprobates to ensure logic remains in a mutated state of stagnation self-imprisonment. You will die intestate because you have allowed your free will to be used by adopting the logic of others based on what they understand because all you did was open up and swallow logic. Now comes the 2020's. This is 60 years after the 1960's. The 2020's are another surge, another time. This time around it is likely that with each passing day of this decade, the opportunity to redeem ourselves will fade because we are more than likely going to be governed by the shorter 19 to 20 year cycle in preparation for Aquaria to take the final few steps onto the galactic stage of rulership at the equinox. There is going to be a steady series of corrective events taking place. No need to mention Kepheus because that group is also always in the mix as evidenced by corona the crown -ing achievement on one hand and crowning deceivement on the other.

Simply put, everything is the result of a series of events, processes, logic, steps. At any given moment, enough of these processes can reveal themselves significantly enough to alter how we operate. We are never that far away from something and then the rapid succession of more.
