Water is the primary essential physical nutrient. This we know. Not coffee, beer, wine, milk, juice or soda pop. Tea is the next best thing to water. This we can understand since tea combines water and plants. Broth is the third best thing, especially broth made with some or all bones.Plants have been discussed hundreds of times. A kartload of details are spread across many messages. Listed below is an extremely short list of widely available plants we should consider eating more of and/or using as a tea. The details shown below are only the few I have found as they pertain to the health issues me, myself and I are currently bringing forth through this forum. These details are in no way the whole story about each plant, and are not necessarily the most immediately important plants for your health issues; however these plants are part of the broad baseline of plants that provide a healthy foundation.
All plants, fruits and vegetables provide optimal benefit when naturally grown and consumed as soon as possible after harvesting and with no or minimal processing.

Long before a person begins to have any health issue, basic healthcare begins with water and plants and includes rest.
Rest is essential on a daily basis and during different periods during each day. We are supposed to get a sufficient amount of sleep every day. A sufficient amount of sleep is the amount of sleep that allows a person to wake up naturally without an alarm clock or another person waking them up. During rest, is when the highest amount of the body's nutrients and other resources can be devoted to preventive maintenance, pathogen fighting, injury repair and healing.
Without sufficient daily water, plants and rest, you will keep your body, mind, emotions and spirit playing catch up and continuously slipping further and behind the cue ball due to attrition due to lack of nutritions. Sooner or later, moving parts will wear out or become inundated and the body politic won't be able to replace, repair or overcome. Due to a priority pecking order, the body will scavenge other parts of self. Pathogens and injuries get the upper hand leading to acute and/or chronic illness, reducing quality of life and life span becomes shortened. In the worst case scenario, these four-fold set of genetics are passed on to family, friends and become a pandemic of culture.
