Nothing in societies is accurately or optimally defined. This is true of the word “winning”.

Everything needed for the health of this Galaxy, existed before the Universe gave birth to this Galaxy.
Everything needed for the health of this Solar System, existed before the Galaxy gave birth to our Solar System.
Everything needed for the health of Earth, existed before this Sunstar System gave birth to our Earthstar System.
Everything needed for the health of all creatures on Earth, existed before each creation was formed, transformed and evolved out of other creations on Earth.
All this is the winning health strategy of Khen-nefer.

To Win Is To Know

To win is to khen. To ken is to understand two truths. This means everything learned is understood in balance and in relationship to its counterpoints, counterparts, coordinates and coincidences. And then, these sets of truth are understood in relation to larger and larger more integrated sets of truths, until optimal whole(ness) learning is achieved.

Thus to “do better when we know better” is the same as “du better when we khen better”. We function more and more in harmony with sets and layers of two truths when we understand better. A reason many people know something but don't do better is because they do not understand enough of how what they know fits into larger more integrated interconnected understandings. In fact, this lack of understanding conflicts and contradicts with what is known, thus bombards and overrides a change in behavior. This faulty thinking is our own fault and cannot be blamed on what we are taught.

To win is to know is to correctly connect two truths. To kherrekh-ly rekh-khen (reckon). Winning is kenning is twinning. Winning is not about beating someone else or something else. Winning is about knowing self and all else. To win is to think is thenk. To think is to combine and process many understandings.
A winning health strategy strategy is a knowing self strategy.

To know is to understand using a combination of senses (sensing abilities).
Khnum is to ken by the nose. Khenum modifies into num, to guide, direct; accompany, go together. This has most certainly led to numb and dumb which are to not sense, not understand and not recognize.
The less you know, the more you are unkind, rude, unjust, out of balance and unhealthy.

Do not be deceived, it is possible to be healthy by societal standards, while being unhealthy in body, mind, emotion and spirit by civilization standards. This is why favored groups such as white, brown and yellow people, claim to be physically healthier than blacks, yet these people lord over larders in the most uncivilized countries in world history, which is self evident in imbalances, malfunctions, deteriorations and deaths everywhere despite claims that these are the best of times.

Simply put, all knowing is undergirded by understandings of water, fire, wind, earth and spirit-soul.

We close by remembering, the Two Truths of the Supreme Being is Ma is Maat is T-Maa is Thema is Khema is Khama is Maakh is Makh is Makhu is Harmakhu is The Ever-coming One (s). This is the beginning of wisdom* because it shows how the gods, the elemental souls of life and scientific principles, emerge, diverge and converge.

*Wisdom is Khes-dom is Khes-khen is information understood from the beginning overall all encompassing spirit-soul that permeates all things and is all things.
“Totem” is “Tem” and “Dem” and “Dom” and “Den”. These describe a family, group, clan, a gathering, a collection, a collective, a total of persons, animals, huts, houses, garden.

Bottom Lines

Winning Is Knowing because continuously improving knowledge of self and all else improves how we function.
Thus, Winning Is Harmony.

When you hear the words, win, winner, winning, success, succeed, if it is not about achieving harmony, then you are on the wrong logical path of thought processes, thus you will likely be on the wrong path of how you are using your genetic potential and how you are relating to self, others and all else.

Thus know yourself means harmonize yourself. This is khenning in the kheniverse (winning in the universe).
We can win in the human societal way and lose in the universal way in the life we are living, which is exactly what we see on display all over the place in societies among the masses and all the major institutions of societies, countries, nations, regions, districts, states, provinces, prefectures, counties, cities, towns, villages, communities, homes.
In other words, in all these places there is a lack of and corruption of knowledge of self and all else, therefore these places are unable to help us harmonize, win and become whole in our consciousness, especially in terms of understanding (1)where we came from, (2) who we are and (3) why we are here. This includes understandings these things in an overall general sense and in a specific sense and in a collective sense and in an individual sense. All these things, properly understood, will still allow you to win (harmonize).
