If you do not understand racism (white supremacy) and how it works, everything else you understand will only confuse you. - Neely Fuller

We need something to clarify everything for us, because we get confused...but if we use the concept of Asili, we will understand that whatever it is they are doing, whatever terms they use, however they come at you, you need to be thinking about what? How is this going to facilitate their power and help them to dominate me? -Marimba Ani

Chicken Noodle Cucumber Squash Bacon Soup
Unity Consciousness #2185

What do you do when you have a lot of veggies? You make a hot salad, aka soup.

1. Can of Chunky Chicken Noodle Soup
2. Cucumber
3. Squash
4. Bell pepper
5. Banana pepper
6. Onion
7. Pineapple added for sweetness
8. Bacon, added for flavor and saltiness

Use the food processor/blender to blend the chicken soup by itself, then cut up and add each of the remaining items one by one to your taste preference.

Add anything else you have you think should be added. The consistency turned out more like a pea soup so it is a light soup. To make this soupiness thicker and heartier, I could have added some potatoes that were microwaved until soft and then blended in, but the food processor was close to overflowing.

This method makes it easy to hide things and get rid of certain leftovers. It also makes vegetables easier to consume for those who are not able to chew sturdy veggies or don't like them. It also removes the need to cook these veggies. After blending everything, pour into individual bowls and microwave until warm.

There are still six squash and two cucumbers left and more on the way.
By the way, I also consider stir fry as another form of a hot salad. I guess a casserole would also fall into this category. Definitely a smoothie does.
