Mike Mularkey is one of the few and brave who can be saved because he is separating himself from the racist collective, by telling the truth about what honest and dishonest people already know is the truth. Maafa Racism, by definition is 365/24/7 in all areas of people activity whereever the racist collectives can spread their pathogen poison logic and behavior.
For racist collectives, the God of Racism is their Savior to whom they've pledged allegiance like a demonic cult-ure.

In September 2020, Mularkey explained on the Steelers Realm podcast the Titans informed him he'd be hired before starting a "fake hiring process" and he apologized for not coming forward with the information, per Van Valkenburg:
"I've always prided myself on doing the right thing in this business and I can't say that's true about everybody in this business. It's a very cutthroat business and a lot of guys will tell you that. ... I allowed myself at one point when I was in Tennessee to get caught up in something I regret it and I still regret it. But the ownership there, Amy Adams Strunk and her family, came in and told me I was going be the head coach in 2016 before they went through the Rooney Rule. And so, I sat there knowing I was the head coach in '16 as they went through this fake hiring process. Knowing a lot of the coaches they were interviewing, knowing how much they prepared to go through those interviews, knowing that everything they could do and they had no chance of getting that job. Actually, the GM, Jon Robinson, he was in on the interview with me. He had no idea why he was interviewing me—that I had the job already. I regret. I'm sorry I did that. It was not the way to go about it."

So here you have one white person telling the truth, and now other white people saying it's not true, something they pretty much always do.
Throughout life, black people speak out about the many discriminations, lies, deceptions, shams and rule manipulating taking place while, for themselves, racists break every rule in the book, human rules and superhuman rules. Therein lies their biggest problem for which superhuman justice, via Maat, is putting into place, many rectifications big and small. Somebody knows the truth for every move made by racist collectives. Who will save themselves by removing themselves from thinking and behaving and going along with and remaining silent about all the shit racists do? Thank you to all the media that has reported this truth, even if has been two years since it was first told and not, back then, made to rise about all the other noise and distractions that represent most of the far less important things reported by the media followed by the masses.

The thing of it is, you don't have to quit being a racist in order to be a better person, you just have to be less of a racist and begin doing the right things towards being a decent person, a decent human. However, you'll still be very sick and in ICU until you get rid of the racist logic within you.
