Basically you have mainly an outer reproductive system or an inner reproductive system. All other physical aspects of humans is gender neutral. Therefore it is false to assign a human behavior as feminine or masculine unless that behavior is uniquely required by the presence of one form of the reproductive system, but not the other. Your thinking and behavior does not change your sexual organ., thus your thinking and behavior or clothes or makeup cannot make you masculine or feminine. Under no circumstances does a person become male or female based on their thinking and behavior. The only thing that makes that possible is the imbalance of a culture, that is confirmed as healthy, thus it becomes stupidity. Of course, in all cultures, there are some things that are assigned to females and some things assigned to males. However, even so, if a male does female things, such as take care of the children, braid hair or cook, that does not mean the male is supposed to now consider himself a female, thus perform sexually as a female. He can't even if he tried no matter what kind of sexual intercourse he has with whomever. He is still a male and performing sexually as a male. However since that wasn't enough in an imbalanced society, in comes the offerings and sanctioning of surgery to further justify gender confusion. Let us look at this another way.
If a society says there are certain human behaviors that are the primary determinant of what makes one a male or female, feminine or masculine, then in that society there can be no such thing as gender equality because gender is null and void as a determinant of that person's identity because gender is not determined by sexual organs, but rather by what one thinks, feels and behaves. Gender then becomes reduced to the level of hair color. Taking on certain behaviors commonly associated with the opposite sex, does not turn you into that opposite sex, and neither does it mean you were meant to be born as that opposite sex.
Instead, it means something was imbalanced in your socialization process and that something imbalanced is the culture you were raised in. Did strong women warriors, become men and perform sexually as men?
What set of behaviors means a male is intended to be a female, thus must interact sexually with males and females as if he is a male? Let us ask the question yet another way, in the context of a male and female relationship where the two of them are sexually intimate with each other.
If a male likes his neck, ears and chest kissed, loves massages all over, loves to be held, loves for the female to be on top and loves foreplay, does that mean he is a female, and thus should go get with a male.? We live in sick stupid societies that force males to be overly masculine (whatever that means) and females to be overly feminine (whatever that means).
Any definition of masculine or feminine that is not necessary due to the form of sexual organ you have, is a definition you must reject.A man is supposed to take care of the family. So is a woman.
And on and on we can go for terribly wrong definitions of male, female, man, woman, feminine and masculine. We know good and damn well our societies are filled with deep programmed confusion, hurt, pain, and identity crisis.
Why don't most tomboys become gender confused?

I suspect gender confusion is another aberration that came out of the Ice Age culture. Those fools killed and ate most of the women because food was scarce and the women were not as strong, thus the stronger males became the remaining group and they had to huddle together to stay warm, and then you know what happened on brokeback glacier. I am 100% certain that most people who are gender confused sexually, is due to their misunderstanding of experiences with someone, and then they took that experience and summed it up as being related to gender, when instead it was related to that person being human, and not due to their gender. In many instances, in nature, male animals and male plants are prettier and more flamboyant than females. As usual, some Eurasian fools got us all thinking goofily as to what masculine and feminine means. In each human person, our genetics are half mom's and half dad's, even the gene that determines sex. Females contain the base pair XX because they manifested first. Males contain the variation pair XY. Females are unvaried males. Males are varied females. None of this has anything to do with your thinking and behavior. It's just natural fact for reproductive purposes, not for the purposes of how you should live your life, act and think. With all this being said, a female's reproductive organs are only one-half of a reproductive system. The male's organs are the other half. It makes no sense to try to change or override one's sexual organs just because you think you ain't supposed to be that gender because somebody done confused you and told you that gender identity extends beyond ones sexual organs, thus you should associate other behaviors with gender in order to decide which gender you are.
