Neocolonialism is the new form of colonization. We could call it Enslavement 3.0. 1. 1.0 being the invasion of the Europeans worldwide, called Colonialism. 2. 2.0 being the period after the end of obvious enslavement.For example, in the USA that is the Jim Crow Era. In Africa, 2.0 takes two major forms. One is the period of Sovereignty with dependency on former colonizers. The other is the period of Pseudo-Sovereignty with full control by former colonizers. 3. 3.0 being the period in the USA from Civil Rights and Integration to this current day 12.23.19. Africa is still in Neocolonialism 2.0 and will most likely skip 3.0 and move into Freedom (Sovereignty) Although mentioned several times before, this is another good spot to remind you who are in favored groups worldwide, but think you are not colonized just because you are also colonizers or think you are not Neo-colonized because you are Neo-colonizers - - you are mistaken.

2. 2.0 is when you thought you were free by participating in Colonialism and Neo-Colonialism. In the USA this was the advent of whiteness logic.
3. 3.0 is the period of Unions and Labor Laws and wider Government support of Entrepreneurship to try to hold off the entrepreneurial endeavors of disfavored groups. These two 3.0 forms of employed and self-employed continue to this very day and is evidenced by the price paid for being an employed slave and all the depraved ways you must act in order to raise your quality of life. Even entrepreneurs suffer under oppressive governments who take away most of what was given as an advantage over other groups. Of Special Note: Forms of Indentured Servitude preceded forms of Colonialism. All colonizers were indentured servants of other governments before before revolting and becoming sovereign colonizers if there is such a thing.
There's Much More To The Notion & Ideology Of Neo-Colonialism Than Fancy Terminology
Neo is said to mean new.Neo, per the movie, “Matrix” is said to mean one.
We can fashion a definition of Neo-colonialism to mean “the new one colonialism.” Who or what is the new one? Of course it is the ever-coming one who is continuously being re-new-ed and re-d-one.
The re-done is the red-one. The new one is the red one who is the composite soul of life for the coming “New” Ages which shifted into another gear right around the 1950's. Neo-colonialism, as we know, is the remix of old colonialism just as the new age is a remix of the old age.
The soul of life that brought all powers to be in the human world was and is still being remixed in order to bring about the set of conditions that will change the conditions that settled in and swept the world in many stages and ages since approximately 10920 BCE. Among nations with the colors red, white and blue, the USA, Britain and France have made themselves epitomes of Colonialism.
They have gotten what was coming and will continue to. Dual duplicate dueling messages are always in motion. The blue and green of the waters and plants along with the blue and black of humans are the creations of the new colors that are rising in conjunction with red and white. These are new forms of these colors, nu forms, one forms. Neo-colonialism is transforming this time int a different form of One Colonialism, a more optimal form that favors the disfavored. Colonialism is a generic term and is both good and bad. We have been moving through the Colonialism of bad, to the Neo-colonialism of not-so bad towards the One Colonialism of pretty good that the current revolution is bringing into existence. From there we finally move to the Colonialism of good. We are preparing for the switchover from Neo to One just as the magnetic pole is also flipping and all the Ages are moving over by one position. Umpteen signs for hundreds of years have shown the rising of One-Colonialism and the falling of Neo-Colonialism.
Neo-Colonialism is becoming One becoming New becoming Nu or Niu. All during the Age of Pisces and Jackal there has been the continuation of the period of dismantling of allegiances and unities that are suboptimal and a restoring of unities that are more optimal. These have been both good and bad. Which one depends on which side of the vantage point you are on. Whoever the highest human powers think they are such as presidents, popes, countries, nations, kings and queens, elites, others in sweet spot catbird seats and all such lofty titles, all of them are colonized and Neo-colonized. And this is why they do the same.
The same One who creates is the same who colonizes that creation with its logic. This must be so and so must Neo take on the form of the African Woman and Man because that is the logic settling into keystone positions above.
